One thing {of many} I hate about Alabama is at least 2 months each spring/fall the fan sits next to the heater because the weather can never make up its damn mind.

I have to admit i have the urge to make 3d renders of the ppg so badly i got so many ideas but i can't do it on time or date either because i have been so busy as of lately ughhhhh..this sucks at times man. i miss mmd.

Yeah, Dean has it right y’all. Fibromyalgia fatigue is no effing joke. I feel like one of those fainting goats on YouTube. But yet I can’t sleep at night, and it hurts to just exist lol But WOW the fatigue is worse than all of it today 👀 still only have a small piece of the “diagnosis puzzle” but we’re getting there, one step at a time. And I have to be thankful for that!

I've got diabetes, yes? And I refuse to prick my finger every day because it's the WORST. I will give blood, and get infusions, and get blood drawn all the live long day, but a finger prick? Don't want it, never ever. Also, my insurance won't pay for a continuous glucose monitor bc they suck.

Anyway, the nice lady at Diabetes services gave me a sample CGM for 10 days. Then I go to my sister's to babysit for the weekend. Well, Friday night the monitor starts telling me I'm low. Very low. Like 70 when I should be about 100. Then Saturday it goes even lower! I'm eating all the sugar and carbs, but it will only raise a little before crashing again.

After talking to the on call doctor at my primary's, I decide to go to the ER bc something is WRONG. At the ER they prick my finger THREE TIMES, and it's always in range. They do other tests, and everything is normal. We decide it must be the monitor malfunctioning bc of fucking course it is 🙄

Luckily, I didn't actually have to babysit till later that night, but I didn't HAVE to sit in the ER for three hours, either!
