Chakras Healing & Balance
Tumblr media
The Vital Importance of Chakra Healing and Balance.
Why is it so important to maintain a healthy and balanced energy level of the chakras? Just as blood flows in our cardiovascular system, energy has its own system: the 7 Chakras. These cardinal points of our energy radiate throughout all our systems. But what happens if they become imbalanced?
1) Root Chakra (Muladhara): -Location: Base of the spine. -Function: Grounding, stability, and survival instincts. -Malfunction Effects: Anxiety, fear, insecurity, and physical issues related to the legs, feet, and lower back.
2) Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): -Location: Lower abdomen, just below the navel. -Function: Creativity, sensuality, and emotional balance. -Malfunction Effects: Emotional instability, creative blocks, and reproductive system issues.
3) Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): -Location: Upper abdomen, near the diaphragm. -Function: Personal power, self-esteem, and digestion. -Malfunction Effects: Low self-confidence, digestive problems, and feelings of inadequacy.
4) Heart Chakra (Anahata): -Location: Center of the chest. -Function: Love, compassion, and connection. -Malfunction Effects: Difficulty in forming relationships, heart-related issues, and emotional coldness.
5) Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): -Location: Throat area. -Function: Communication, self-expression, and truth. -Malfunction Effects: Communication difficulties, throat-related ailments, and feeling unheard.
6) Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): -Location: Between the eyebrows (forehead). -Function: Intuition, insight, and spiritual awareness. -Malfunction Effects: Lack of clarity, confusion, and difficulty accessing intuition.
7) Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): -Location: Top of the head. -Function: Connection to higher consciousness, enlightenment. -Malfunction Effects: Disconnection from spirituality, lack of purpose, and mental fog.
Remember that maintaining balance in these energy centers is essential for overall well-being. When chakras are harmonious, energy flows freely, promoting health and vitality. Which Chakra is Activated by Practicing Kraunchasana?
Located in the lower abdomen, the Svadhisthana Chakra is associated with creativity, sensuality, and emotional well-being.
Kraunchasana, with its focus on the lower back, hips, and pelvis, stimulates and balances the energy in this chakra. The dynamic engagement of the pelvic region in the pose is believed to enhance the flow of vital energy within the Svadhisthana Chakra, promoting a sense of emotional fluidity, creativity, and a harmonious connection with one's sensuous aspects of life.

The Matrix of Destiny
Tumblr media
Hi sweeties! Hope you're doing okay. This time, I'm gonna get into a completely another topic I used to do. I want to make a post about the Matrix of Destiny and how to read this chart. It's a little bit similar as an astrological natal chart, but there's also a huge differences there. We're gonna get into that in this post. I'm gonna use my own Matrix of Destiny chart as an example.
The Matrix of Destiny is a method or a tool in esoteric practices where we can analyze and understand someone's individual life, personality, destiny, love life, career path, karma, talents etc. It isn't based on astrology, it's rather based on numerology and tarot cards from Major Arcana. There's 22 tarot cards overall in Major Arcana and they go in this order:
1 - The Magician
2 - The High Priestess
3 - The Empress
4 - The Emperor
5 - The Hierophant
6 - The Lovers
7 - The Chariot
8 - Justice
9 - The Hermit
10 - Wheel of Fortune
11 - Strength
12 - The Hanged Man
13 - Death
14 - Temperance
15 - The Devil
16 - The Tower
17 - The Star
18 - The Moon
19 - The Sun
20 - Judgement
21 - The World
22 - The Fool
If someone was born on 23rd, 24th, 25th of month and on and on, then it's crucial to add the numbers into one digit, so we get numbers such as 5, 6, 7 etc., because the numbers don't go further than 22 in the context of the Matrix of Destiny.
Now, I'm going to explain what the certain position of the Matrix of Destiny chart means.
The Center: A number at the center of a Destiny Matrix chart represents our overall personality and it's our most important number/arcana. It's also related to our comfort zone as well.
The Left Side: This number represents our external world, our first impression, presence and how people perceive us. It can also mean how people see us when they meet us for the very first time.
The Right Side: The number at the right side represents our internal world, our private life, our relationships. This part of a chart can give insight how we interact with our closest people
The Bottom Side: This part of a chart can represent our karmic tale and our past life experiences. It tells us about the side of us that we need to release in this incarnation, otherwise we'll be punished.
The Upper Side: This number represents our inherent talents, abilities and something we're naturally good at. It's about our gifts that we should share in order to achieve success in any area of life.
The Heart Sign: The number close to this sign or emoji shows what we should seek for our partner. It represents the personality of our partner and our love life.
The Dollar Sign: This number tells us about out career path and our professional life. It shows us which career is the most suitable for us in general.
Tumblr media
While analyzing the Matrix of Destiny chart, it's essential to take a look on the state of our chakras. Each chakra has two numbers in it and one overall number and means several things.
Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): our spiritual connection and mission
Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): how we use our intuition and its state*
Throat Chakra (Vissudha): our communication and writing style
Heart Chakra (Anahata): our heart's desire, what we love to do
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): our power and confidence style
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): how we use our creativity
Root Chakra (Muladhara): our foundation, ancestors and stability
Summary: our life path and the balanced perspective of our life
*This text was supposed to be dark blue colored, but I couldn't put a dark blue color, so I put pink color as the alternative version.
Tumblr media
This is what you're going to see at the end of the Destiny Matrix chart. I'm gonna explain what does all it mean.
Male Generation Lines: gifts and karma from our father's side
Female Generation Lines: gifts and karma from our mother's side
Soul Searching: our life purpose at the earlier stage of our life (mine is 14)
Socialization: our life purpose at the later stage of our life (mine is 19)
Summary: our overall life purpose (mine is 33/6)
Anyway, that's all for today. If you have some questions about this topic, drop them on the comment section and I will answer that. This is just an intro of what the Matrix of Destiny is. Hope it's understandable. Overall, have a beautiful day ahead.
Best regards,
Paky McGee

𝓒𝓱𝓪𝓴𝓻𝓪𝓼 & 𝓑𝓸𝓭𝔂 𝓛𝓪𝓷𝓰𝓾𝓪𝓰𝓮
Many moons 🌝 ago, I used to offer online readings. Chart readings, tarot readings, and drawings lol- but my favourite type of readings to do, were intuitive chakra readings. I loved doing these the most, because it felt like the insight I could offer was a very direct, hands on way of helping others. Astrological readings can be incredibly helpful and even life/perception altering, but chakra readings are just so- personal, hands on. I love the calm and simplicity of: 'okay, here's the problem energetically and here's how to fix it.' No need to get too philosophical or thoughts-y about it, your body knows what's up too. Which brings me to what I set out to write about!
Aside from intuition, one of the glaringly clear ways I've gone about reading people's chakras and identifying blockages, is through body language and tension. Every human being has a unique story, a delicious buffet of personal experiences spanning throughout lifetimes that informs the way they conduct themselves. In my eyes, there's no one rulebook on how energy (chakras in particular) behave, but I can talk about things I've noticed.
There's a lot talked about in the way of Chakras & the energetic body directly correlating to forms of illness, but not as much conversation relating to everyday noticeable ways in which people carry themselves. I love to bridge Spiritual information directly into the physical realm. Connecting esoterica with scientifically known truths in our world, and directly understanding Chakras through body language seen and interpreted with the naked eye feels so natural to me.
So generally, when a chakra is blocked, we're going to see body language and tensions conveying that: clear signs of muscle tension in that area, a look of being closed off or uncomfortable on that part of their body, sometimes body language and conversational hand gestures that seem as if they are trying to distract someone from seeing that area of their body. As humans, we really prefer not to draw attention to our vulnerabilities & wounds. Some people might portray a sense of 'shrinking into themself' in that area. Posture issues. Then of course we're going to see health issues relating to those areas. We're going to see external life experiences and events manifested by that blockage- but that's another story.
I'm going to go through each of the primary 7 chakras and detail physically observable body language signs of blockage:
DISCLAIMER: some of these things alone of course do not immediately point to a chakra blockage, use discernment. Also, you don't need to relate to these things to still have a significant blockage. These are just observations.
Root Chakra ~ Muladhara
This is a difficult chakra for me to keep balanced in my own energetic body, so I'm very familiar with the signs here.
restless legs- someone who's very fidgety, seems a little flighty in their movements, can't seem to sit still or get comfortable.
leaning against walls and feeling a need to sit down a lot - when the Root Chakra is struggling, it can feel like an uphill battle just holding your own physical weight as the Root is meant to be the energetic pillar.
when sitting in chairs, rarely having both feet on the ground- someone with a blocked Root Chakra is quite literally going to struggle to keep their feet still and calm on the physical ground. They're going to be swinging their legs around, sitting on one foot, etc. just things that signify they're not feeling totally grounded and connected to the Earth.
Sacral Chakra ~ Svadhisthana
You know how you get those dudes, usually teenage/early 20s boys who walk around with their pelvic area kinda jutted out? Think of the rappers back in the day who would wear the super baggy pants lol. It sounds odd to explain, but like their core area is sunken in and there is an emphasis on the hip area. That's a sign of an overactive Sacral Chakra to me- or more accurately, an underactive Solar Plexus Chakra & the Sacral energetically compensating (ie. a lack of purpose, will, drive and instead indulging in sex, intimacy, and other pleasures in an addictive manner). A blockage in the Sacral Chakra is going to look like the opposite of this.
withdrawn pelvic area posture-wise. Sometimes the Solar Plexus might overcompensate, so the posture will be strong and even overbearing in the core area, giving a very controlled look visually.
physically standing very seperate distance-wise from others even in intimate conversation.
very rigid, controlled movements. Robotic movements. someone who is struggling to get into a calm, flow state emotionally is going to reflect that in the way they conduct themselves.
often the Throat Chakra is also affected when the Sacral is blocked since the disconnection from flow state will often make a person very restricted with what they say and how they express themselves. So often these people will hang their necks low or hold tension in that area.
Solar Plexus Chakra - Manipura
The Solar Plexus Chakra is the seat of our will, known as the 'seat of the soul'. Manipura relates to the words manipulate, manifest. The Solar Plexus is responsible for animating our being, enlivening us with the energy and drive required to fulfil our chosen purpose. In general, as you can imagine, someone with a blocked Solar Plexus is going to look tired, very sad and dejected, like the energy has been sapped out of them. More specifically, we're looking at:
as mentioned earlier, sunken in core area and sometimes an over emphasised hip area in body language-wise as sometimes when a chakra is blocked, the chakra(s) on either side will become more active or at least seem more active since the system is out of balance.
sunken shoulders- our core area is largely responsible for all of our upper body strength, so when the Solar Plexus Chakra is blocked the shoulders can be very sunken and the arms can look very flimsy, sort of like puppet. It kinda makes sense- if we are lacking the strength in Manipura (connected to the words manipulate, manifest) required to effectively manipulate our own energy and direction, we become like a puppet, easily manipulated.
Heart Chakra ~ Anahata
When the Heart Chakra is blocked, we see a person who has become somehow jaded in their perception of love. I always love using the word 'jaded' to describe a blocked Heart Chakra, because a healthy Heart Chakra is a vibrant, vivacious green.
closed off heart-space physically- bunching the shoulders around the chest area. It always gives me this visual of almost like creating an energetic cave.
tense shoulders and upper back
not meeting people halfway in conversation (like leaning closer to hear better, conversational body language mirroring).
not a lot of use of hand gestures in conversation or if there is, the gestures are punchy and unpleasant rather than gently and graceful.
often with a blocked Heart Chakra, I see the Throat chakra overcompensating, so the posture might look like the head/neck area is jutted out. The neck area may look very red like it's hot (too much energy in the one place). Socially we're going to see a person who is fairly over-opinionated, not very willing to listen to others, callous in their opinions.
Throat Chakra - Vishuddha
The Throat Chakra is the energetic centre correlating to self expression and communication. When this is blocked we're going to see a person who is having a difficult time communicating their truths, needs & desires. We're often going to see:
neck hung low, sometimes shoulders by extension too
hearing issues and frequent miscommunications in conversation
TMJ (jaw tension). Teeth grinding can also be a sign. Just any signs of lack of balance in the whole neck/mouth/jaw area.
classic social anxiety signs such as nervousness maintaining eye contact.
stuttering, forgetting what you were saying in the middle of saying it.
Third Eye Chakra - Ajna
This one gets a little more elusive because of where the Third Eye Chakra is situated, but like with others; often I can sense a blockage when there is a sense of overactivity in surrounding chakras. We'll see issues with the physical eyes sometimes. The third eye is all about perception, perceiving the 'space in-between'. A person who is open to all possibilities and free from bias is naturally going to be fed a consistent stream of intuitive information. Often blockages in the Third Eye actually have more to do with blockages in lower Chakras... eg. someone with a blocked Root may perceive the world as a scary place and lack trust, so they may misread situations, be impatient and skittish and close themselves off to seeing possibilities beyond their fears. You can have a very open Third Eye but tainted perception from other Chakra blockages. Some physical signs of disturbance in this area:
blurry vision, tunnel vision
holding a lot of tension in the brow area, constant furrowing the brow- this however can also be a sign that the Third Eye is overactive (compensating).
Similarly to the Heart Chakra, the energy in the Throat Chakra can sometimes compensate for a blockage in the Third Eye so again we may see someone who physically, posture-wise, etc. puts a lot of emphasis on their Throat area.
Alternatively, the Crown Chakra can overcompensate and we can see someone who bypasses seeing/perceiving their own raw authentic experiences by laying it all down to a higher power.
Crown Chakra - Sahasrara
The Crown Chakra represents our overall connection to the divine on Earth, higher realms, spirit, etc. While the Third Eye is our ability to perceive these things as well as Earthly things, the Crown is our overall connection to the Universe, to God. The Crown Chakra is deemed to sit at the Crown of the head, some say it kinda hovers above the head (I personally feel it to be affecting the entire area). So here are some clues in body language pertaining to a potential blockage:
hanging the literal crown of one's head down low is the main physical body language/postural symptom I can think of right now - I'll edit to add more if I think of it, but like the Third Eye Chakra, the Crown Chakra is more 'elusive' and mental/spiritual in nature.
Thankyou for reading, and I hope this has been interesting or even helpful to someone out there! <3 Energy work & other spiritual matters don't have to be super 'up in the air' and like I said, I love grounding the knowledge. Heaven and Earth aren't as seperate as we think!

web of wyrd: the sacral chakra
Tumblr media
the numbers we are focusing on today are based on the orange bubbled numbers in the web then the sum of the two equal your emotional number - ex: as you see above and in previous charts, my energetic number is 9 and my physical number 8. so to get the emotional number i have to sum the two: 9 + 8 → 17. recall that numbers must be summed a second time if they total 23 (i.e. 2 + 3 → 5) and above.
but what does this number mean?
the next chakra set we are examining is the sacral chakra (svadhisthana); it signifies our creativity, sexuality, desires, and emotional stability. bodily it governs our uterus, ovaries, kidneys, small intestines, prostate gland, lumbar, bladder, and circulatory system.
so let's talk about some examples:
8 - strength
a physical 8s... the thing about 8s in the health card is that there tends to be both strength and weakness associated. they could experience weakness in any of the body parts mentioned above. they will remain weak in those areas if they do not trust that they can feel better - they also have to feel comfortable enough with vulnerability to get help from a health care professional. they have the ability to nurture others and help them, but they have to learn to care for themselves first and foremost. physical svadhisthana 8s should go to visit their gynecologist annually at the very minimum. they should consider a juice cleanse, increasing exercise to better their blood flow, get a massage, etc. they need to take care of both the external and internal because while they might be healthy looking externally, they may be neglecting something internally. strength's belt of flowers sort of blocks the sacral chakra, but we shouldn't forget the belt is made with flowers; all they have to do is nurture this chakra and it will blossom.
energetic 8 svadhisthana people are often very emotionally stable. in situations when others panic, they tend to be more relaxed and disconcerted - the giantess in the strength card is gently closing the mouth of the lion, her face is relaxed and she seems to be looking into the creature's eyes (brave and resolved). these people tend to do things that no one else would think of doing in the creative realm because they always aim to be unpredictable when facing a challenge - they are like the underdogs of the realm. they recognize the fears of others (and even themselves), and they do it anyway especially when it is something they want or it is something they must accomplish first before they can get closer to what they desire.
emotionally 8 svadhisthana people might struggle... often these people lack self-confidence - they might not feel comfortable in sexual situations, they often need a very supportive partner to coax them into feeling comfortable. they might also lack-confidence in the creative realm - while they can be an incredible writer, painter, dancer, actor-actress, etc., they could feel uncomfortable with the spotlight or showing others what they can do. they could also not trust their desires and repress them - they are people pleasers at heart; they wish to appease those around them. they are the type that will disregard their dreams to do what their parents/friends/partners want them to do. all this boils down to one thing - they have to learn how to be emotionally vulnerable with others and learn to be courageous when stating what they want from those around them. life is full of challenges - they have to trust that they are capable of standing up for themselves: they are good enough, they are beautiful, they are worthy, and they can accomplish their dreams.
9 - the hermit
physical svadhisthana 9s tend to have health issues with these part of their bodies... some have fertility issues, kidney disease, prostate issues, bladder issues, and/or blood diseases / genetic mutations. they often prefer solitude and aren't very physically inclined to having sexual escapades... they are very much the type to go hiking and camping alone - they enjoy the great outdoors when it comes to exercise (uncle hdt, is that you?). just by getting out in nature and going for a walk they can vastly improve their blood flow and stay healthier.
energetic 9 svadhisthana people work best alone; they likely have a lot of hobbies they do alone - reading, writing, crochet, knitting, etc. their creative abilities are something they learn in solitude; they tend to be self taught, and they likely are not a fan of taught creativity - they don't believe that creative thinking is something that is learned, but rather it is explored over time. when they are alone, they often find themselves exploring the creative realm. they often desire being in solitude from the world around them - they likely feel reenergized after a solo sojourn.
emotionally 9 svadhisthana people often dread being alone or isolated from others. they often feel as though they may never find their person in this lifetime. though it sounds contradictory, 9 people often desire independence and to be alone when working on creative projects, towards their desires, and even when working on their emotional stability (they are the least likely individuals to go to a talk therapist by choice, though many struggle with depression / depressive thoughts). being alone does often work wonders for their creativity though - a lot of these energy placements write because they can imagine a whole universe in their mind. though isolation feels good to them, they do need to communicate to their partner about doing so, so they don't push them away unnecessarily.
17 - the star
physical svadhisthana 17s tend to appear sickly to others at some point in their life, and it often has to do with the area the chakra governs. but they aren't quitters, more often than not, they will push to find a solution/cure for what slows them down, so that they can get back out there. their struggles might inspire them to go into a medical career after they themselves are cured.
energetic 17 svadhisthana people tend to go through a lot of tough things in their life - pain, trauma, illness, etc. yet they have this power to outshine the darkness. they have this energy that makes them seem radiant to everyone around them - this is especially true in the creative realm (everyone can find themselves easily drawn to a 17 svadhisthana person) - it is their hope and faith that tends to inspire others. they can make it through anything, and they help to inspire and motivate others to believe the same of themselves.
emotionally 17 svadhisthana... this is another individual who might find themselves slipping into a depression or depressive episodes throughout their life - they need to recall the popular quote "without darkness, we wouldn't be able to see the stars". they are star emotional people! though everything seems dark, hopeless, and horrible that's not a fact that is a perception - even small glimmers of goodness exist in everything around them; they just have to look for them. have some faith and everything will be just fine. these people are dreamers - no doubt about it - so dream! imagine! inspire! let the big emotions you have guide you to create something that might just help people in a similar situation to you.
like what you read? leave a tip and state what post it is for! please use my "suggest a post topic." button if you want to see a specific pac/pile next. if you'd like my input on how i read a specific card or what i like to ask my deck, feel free to use the ask button for that as well.

I went to a yoga class a couple weeks ago that focused on setting intentions for 2024. In this class, the instructor shared 1 prompt from each of the Chakras listed with the prompts above. After telling us the prompt, we wrote a quick response. After 7 of these, we were asked to pick one word from each written response.
We wrote down these words and left them visible on our mats. She guided us through a Vinyasa flow for each Chakra, in which we focused on the corresponding word we wrote.
After class, she emailed us more prompts. I'm still journaling through these 2 weeks later. They are very in depth and some of the questions stumped me. It's ok to not have answers right away. I left a blank page and moved on, and I intend to go back and finish more. I've already made small changes to my lifestyle based on answers I wrote. I hope these serve you well!

Title: Understanding the 7 Chakras: A Path to Inner Peace
In the journey of self-discovery and spiritual enlightenment, understanding the concept of the 7 chakras plays a vital role. Chakras, the energy centers in our body, are interconnected and play a significant role in our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Eachakra is associated with specific aspects of our life and body, starting from the root chakra located at the base of spine, moving up to the crown chakra at the top of our head. Balancing and aligning these chakras can lead to a harmonious flow of energy throughout our body, promoting a sense of inner peace and well-being.
The root chakra, also known as Muladhara, is linked to our basic survival instincts and grounding. It governs our sense of security and stability. Moving upwards, the sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) is associated with creativity and sexuality, promoting emotional balance and passion in life.
The solar plexus chakra (Manipura) is connected to our personal power and self-esteem, influencing our confidence and motivation. The heart chakra (Anahata) is the center of love and compassion, fostering emotional healing and forgiveness.
The throat chakra (Vishuddha) governs communication and self-expression, enabling us to speak our truth with clarity and authenticity. The third-eye chakra (Ajna) is linked to intuition and inner wisdom, opening up our psychic abilities and higher consciousness.
Finally, the crown chakra (Sahasrara) is the gateway to spiritual enlightenment and connection to the divine. When all 7 chakras are balanced and aligned, we experience a deep sense of peace, harmony, and wholeness.
By incorporating practices such as meditation, yoga, Reiki, and energy healing, we can cleanse and activate our chakras, promoting overall well-being and inner peace. It is essential to listen to our body, mind, and spirit, and honor the divine energy flowing through us to achieve a state of balance and enlightenment. Embrace the journey of exploring and nurturing your 7 chakras for a life filled with inner peace and harmony.

"This post is going to be different, so if you don't want to read it, that's OK." So let's begin....If you hit rock bottom, your life is down, you want to put your life in order, you want to glow up, you want raise your vibration, or you just want to live better...follow me on this: Chakras, why?...Well because chakras are energy centers which rules different areas of our life and where our needs/desires/talents resides, and they are expressed in different ways in each of us (natal chart), but deep down are the same needs: 🌿Root Chakra (Muladhara): Earth(Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn): In the houses where you have this signs, are the houses where you ground yourself, and where your stability is compromised. And the planets that you have in these signs too, are the planets that are connected to your root chakra. When you work your root chakra you activate and heal this planets/houses. 🌿Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Water (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces): In the houses where you have these signs, are the houses where your creativity, emotions, and sexuality resides and is compromised, the planets that you have in these signs are the planets that are ruled by your sacral chakra, when you work your sacral chakra you activate & heal this planets/houses. 🌿Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Fire(Aries, Leo, Sagittarius): The houses where you have these signs, are the houses where your willpower, identity and wisdom is expressed/compromised, the planets of fire signs are ruled by this chakra, when you work your solar plexus chakra you heal and activate this planets/houses. ☾There is a point between the Sacral/Solar plexus chakra called "Nabhi" which is three fingers below your navel, this point is alive, actually if you put three fingers under your navel and dip them a bit, you can feel a throbbing point, this point processes all life experiences before your mind does, this point controls your entire nervous system, and if you really work this point and make it alive, nothing is going to touch you (yes, you still can have shitty experiences, but they won't affect you as much)☾

🌿 Heart Chakra (Anahata): Air (Geminis, Libra, Aquarius): in the houses where you have these signs, are the houses where your humanitarian side, compassion, curiosity, wisdom and altruistic love is expressed and compromised, if you have planets in air signs, they are ruled by your heart chakra. And when you work with your heart chakra, this planets/houses are activated and healed.
↓-Postscript: to all the people that will say that Gemini is throat chakra and Aquarius is third eye type of shit. Air signs are social signs and a good love/social life is only beautiful when your heart chakra is open/balanced and awakened.(I know they represents the mind but real intelligence only comes when there is Mind-Heart Synergy, because the mind is nothing without the heart) Gemini represents our curiosity, innocence, childlike nature which resides in our heart chakra, Aquarius represents our humanitarian, altruistic and detached side(almost all people misinterpret detachment with disinterest… is the opposite, it is inclusiveness without entanglement, when you are detached you know how to use/be with everything), and Libra represents compassion, love, justice, relationships, beauty(not the egocentric beauty like fashion and trends, but the ability to appreciate the beauty of life & creation) which is our heart chakras nature/ability-↑
There could be some asteroids that could talk about these chakras, but usually these chakras go beyond astrology:
🌿 Throat chakra (Vishuddha): Here we enter in more etheric realms, which is sound/reverberation, this chakra it balances through Mantras, Creative/honest expression that is only through well balanced Sacral/Heart Chakras.
🌿 Third eye Chakra (Ajna): This chakra represents awareness, intuition, perception and spiritual communication, it is activated and it is balanced through meditation.
🌿 Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): This Chakra represents our true self(higher self), enlightenment, transcendence. The only way this chakra could be awakened/activated or reached, is through spiritual practices or being crazy enough to jump into existence/nothingness.

So...what spiritual practices can i do for this?: Kundalini Yoga, Yoga in general, Meditate, Tantra, Mantras, Connect with nature, I highly recommend dopamine fasting (and if you want to take it seriously, do it for 30 days), study metaphysics, study the laws of the universe (Hermes Trismegistus), Mindfulness, Isha yoga, Kriya yoga, sports. Yoga is not contortions or a sport to take away your anxiety(dumb), the word yoga means union, union of your individual consciousness with all existence/creation (universal consciousness), these practices are made for the development of your consciousness, so that you reach your Maximum potential in this life. The Heptagram of the Seven DaysThe Heptagram of the Seven days is a particularly interesting way to view the order of the celestial bodies. If reading clockwise from the top-most symbol, it is the order of the planets from the Geo-centric Qabalistic model: Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Sol, Venus, Mercury, Luna. If read following the lines of the Heptagram, one gets the days of the week: Saturday (Saturn’s Day), Sunday (Sun’s Day), Monday (Moon’s Day), Tuesday (Tiw’s Day, Norse War God), Wednesday (Wodin’s Day), Thursday (Thor’s Day), Friday (Frigga’s Day, Norse Love God.) Crowley attributes this realization to Frater Deo Duce Comite Ferro, S.L. MacGregor Mathers. This is one of two different kinds of Heptagrams. This version is known as 7/3 Heptagram, as each line connects the planet that is three planets away. The other version of the Heptagram is called a 7/2 Heptagram, and is used for the Seal of A∴A∴.
