Hi there. Hope you're doing well. So your page was recommended for me and I've been reading some of your posts. And it made me just want to share my two cent with you. I'm like new to BTS and this fan base, and by no means am I a conspiracy theorist or anything. But with this news of Tae dating has me thinking. Obviously, no body knows what's happening besides those involved and those in the know. But based on all the videos and news out there I do think T is bi. It has me thinking about the dinner date he and JK had in NY together. Just the two of them no other members and the others didn't know about it until JK posted those pics. The other instances was when JK came back from Dubai and he and Tae stayed in a luxury hotel together for a few days. I mean do straight men do that with their fiends? I don't know, but me being a woman I've never done those things with my friends. Another instance come to mind is T always doing the Leslie Cheng dance moves. I know you don't need to be gay to love or be a fan of LC, but like all the time?

Also, if you watch the Paris video again, when they were all at the bridge about to go on their walk, Tae turned around a few times and it seems like he was looking straight at the photographer, not his manager, but the man recording him. Again, not a conspiracy theorist, just making observations. If he was dating he could make a simple statement like all other celebs have. But they kept quiet for so long. And I don't believe the statement from their companies saying they don't know anything about their idols private lives. They know everything about their idols lives! They always have people around them. Stop lying and be truthful.

I’m well, thank you for asking.

You are not a conspiracy theorist because you happen to think two people love each other. I know that’s a term anti’s like to throw around, but it doesn’t apply here. It’s a fandom, people speculate, that’s it. Closeting is also something that has been proven to happen all to often in showbizz, so also because of that.. not a conspiracy theory.

I have no idea what Tae identifies as. I do know he has hinted at being queer, so to me that certainly opens up the possibility of him dating men. To me two men going to a restaurant together or staying at a hotel together isn’t necessarily a romantic thing. I certainly have done that with my female friends. I think it depends on one’s culture as to wether that is out of the ordinary or not. In my country these things happen a lot and nobody thinks anything of it really. What it is a sign of though is how often Tae and Jk single each other out and that they have a definite bond that goes beyond BTS as a group. The joint stay at that hotel after Dubai seems really cute to me, like they couldn’t wait to spend some private time together. But ultimately, those moments don’t have to be romantic in origin.

Tae referencing Leslie Cheng (in a very public way) to me is him hinting at the possibility of him being queer. It’s so subtle though, that people who don’t know who that is, just take what they see as Tae doing a cute little dance. Tae thinks about things like this though. He references queer art (music, art) on a regular. At the premiere of Dream a few weeks ago he wore a shirt with the depiction of Oscar Wilde for instance, a queer writer from the 19th century. It’s always done in subtle ways, but those who know pick up on it.

Oh, they knew they were being recorded. I think this was a classic papwalk. Tae’s body language was sad to me, it wasn’t his usual proud, head helt high way of carrying himself. I saw someone point out at one point he tugged at Jennies hand to stop her from swinging their hands. No idea if that’s what he was really doing, but it didn’t look like a romantic stroll alongside the river to me. This was business.

In the end it doesn’t even really matter wether it was them or not, or if he was looking at the photographer or not. The message they clearly wanted to convey is that it was Tae and Jennie and they were holding hands. I don’t think a confirmation will come. With fandom being a hot mess, they would’ve already done that to settle things. If it’s real, they wouldn’t want fandom speculating and arguing about cossplayers and whatnot for too long. If it is real, they have already set the steps to out themselves to the world, so a confirmation would only cement things. If it’s real, they are now dating for more than a year and Tae wouldn’t want Army to lynch Jennie.

You were right. They are big in SK. I don’t get the hype, though. They were even invited in Jk’s golden listening party and Winter went with him and Tae during Harry Styles concert.

I think they’re talented and pretty, but I don’t like that song. However yes! Girl groups are performing really well on charts since last year.

There is a chance they’re friends, isn’t it? Same industry, Jungkook listens to a lot of kpop, it’s a chance. Regarding the concert, I think celebs were just grouped in a section idk they were all pretty close to each other.

All members, except for Yoongi (who meets them later), reunite to congratulate Jin on his military discharge. We got really nice, clear photos of Jk! We haven’t gotten to see much of him during his time of service so this was such a treat. He looks healthy and great! 

And I can’t get over how buff and broad Tae has gotten. Wow!

 Upon Jin's discharge, I observed JK's demeanor, which appeared quite revealing. In my opinion, it's often the subtle details that carry the most weight. There were numerous minute details during this moment, and Taekook's body language provided valuable insights. When JK approached the group, he had the option to position himself anywhere, next to any other member. Yet, he deliberately chose to stand next to Tae.

Jungkook could have hugged Jin from where he was, but instead, he chose to reach out and touch Tae before going around him to do so. Initially, he seemed to be aiming for Tae's waist, but then quickly switched to placing his hand on Tae's shoulder.

As Jk goes to hug Jin, he holds his wrist out for Tae to take. Tae isn’t holding his arm at this point, so Jk could’ve moved that arm to hug Jin with both arms, but he kept it in Tae’s reach as he goes to hug Jin.

These recent photos are incredibly heartwarming. Despite their faces being partly covered by masks, you can still see their genuine smiles and laughter. Knowing that they are happy makes me happy as well. Observing their body language and the overall atmosphere, it seems likely that they have had the chance to meet each other since starting their military service. Their contentment brings me a sense of peace. In one of the photos, Tae gently holds onto Jk's arm and whispers something to him, which prompts Jk to break into a lovely smile with crinkled eyes.

In my opinion, the hug between Jk and Tae, with Jk leaning into Tae’s chest, appears different from the hugs Tae had with other members. To me, this seems to indicate that they have seen each other since joining service. As always, you can decide as you like how you view this moment.

They have always been very close, and it's only natural for them to want some private time away from the cameras and the public eye. Hey anon, welcome to the fandom. I hope you’ve enjoyed it here so far. I think it’s ok that you only recently found BTS and Jikook. I think you find them when you need them the most so don’t worry too much about parts of their story you didn’t get to witness in real time cuz you can always catch up plus they still have a future to make more beautiful moments that you hopefully will be able to witness in real time.

I would recommend you check out @stormblessed95 blog as a baby ARMY and jikook lover. Her blog has alot of information that will help you know not only Jikook but BTS better. There are other amazing blogs on here like @akookminsupporter @nightswithkookmin @jiminieloved @kanmom51 all these blogs are great imo as they have alot of detailed posts about Jikook as well as links to watch real content (some of them).

I wouldn’t know too much about Youtube because ever since I left my baby army era many years ago I rarely ever go to youtube looking to watch analysis videos or edits of any ship. So if you are looking for jikook youtubers I unfortunately don’t have any to recommend but I would appreciate it if some people can leave some suggestions in the replies :) I think you would most likely find more popular or bigger taekook youtube accounts because the number of taekook shippers are way more than the number of Jikook shippers imo so on almost every single platform you fall on you are sure to be swarmed with them. Unfortunately when you start watching or consuming some taekook content and interacting with them like leaving comments or likes, or searching them, the algorithm starts pushing more of them them your way so you can curate your timeline and block certain keywords to avoid getting more of taekook content. Everytime you come accross any content you don’t want to see you can just block or click on “not interested” and eventually you will stop getting them. Also avoid liking, commenting or searching for them if you do because doing that tells the algorithm that you like seeing them. You can do the same thing for tumblr. You can block any taekook blogs you don’t want to see or just click on “not interested”. Once you do this enough you stop seeing them. There are so many other amazing Jikook blogs on here (I unfortunately can’t list them all) but I also really love @hon3ymo0n @mimikoolover @causesciencethatswhy @bangtannism @goldenhickeysandramen @humanuser0613 @jm118jm @roo-bastmoon i’m missing so many amazing blogs I follow and constantly interact with but these are the few I could think of, off the top of my head. You can also follow member focused accounts to get to know each member better. Avoid solos though, avoid them like a plague and the way to tell someone is a solo is by paying attention to how they talk about other members.

I actually love how chronically offline Jimin is. I love how private he is in general. Celebrities share too much these days. Like, I don't need to know your every thought or know everything you're doing, how you're doing it and when you're doing it. Jimin talks about his music and that's it, people don't need to know anything else. And we really don't. We're fans because of who he is as an artist, who he is as a private individual is none of our businesses. And I'm glad he makes that distinction, that he keep those boundaries, specially considering how parasocial k-pop fans can get.

I remember last year seeing the Iives Jungkook would make and thinking that's probably gonna backfire on him. He was showing his entire house, being shirtless in his bed, sleeping on stream, telling armys they're his girlfriend. And then you have Jimin who kept making lives in the company and barely showed his house. Which was the right decision considering the mess that was made over the little people knew about his house.

I think Jimin really knows what he's doing. He knows that he needs to be careful. Maybe it's because he could never get away with being careless the way the others could so he had to learn how to very mindfull of the way he behaves publicly. Remember, he used to be way more active online and I think that changed for a reason.

And we do end up missing him more because we don't see him as often, but he's here for a reason, to be a singer and performer, and if he's not currently doing that then there's nothing for us to know.

Honestly availability, having a more casual relationship with fans and being seen as "cool and relatable" because you keep up with all the memes, join the latest dance challeges and have a full and aesthetic Instagram makes an artist a social media darling and has helped a lot of artists grow an audience. I can admit that being private can be a double edged sword because its hard for people to connect or relate sometimes.

For example I think another reason why kpop stans vibe with taekook more is because they have these lives where they recommend songs from other artists and have name dropped their faves, join these challenges and you can tell they put in the effort to get recognition for these challenges while jimin doesn't do all that. He doesn't post, doesn't name drop groups or other artists he knows or listens to, and even when he joins a dance challenge he does it because he has to and you can tell he isn't putting in that much effort. I think the only time you could tell jimin wasn't just having fun with or halfassing a dance challenge was the guilty challenge with taemin and of course that was his dance challenge with the best reception.

But at the same time being too available barely ever ages well. Everyone has more ammunition over you, nitpick your words and actions... jimin doesn't even speak and he's still topic number 1 for everyone so imagine a situation where they have something to actually hold on to because they misinterpreted something he said. Also that air of mystery is something that I think artists should try and hold on to because most times you lose your appeal when you lose it.

Let's use Beyonce as an example. Everyday people complain that the reason why her side businesses don't do as well as Rihanna's is because she's too exclusive and that there's nothing for the general public to relate to, and they're right. I also think not taking herself too seriously is the reason why Rih's music aged better than Beyonce's. But Beyonce still being this relevant at her age after over 2 decades in the industry is simply because of the air of mystery surrounding her.
