SAXONIA – Die erste deutsche Dampflokomotive

SAXONIA – the first German steam locomotive
The SAXONIA was more than just a locomotive – it was a milestone in the history of German engineering. Designed in 1838 by the Saxon engineer Johann Andreas Schubert, it was the first operational steam locomotive to be built in Germany. It was constructed in the Übigau engineering works near Dresden – without a specific order, but with a great pioneering spirit.
Its historic debut took place in 1839 on the newly opened Leipzig-Dresden railway. While British locomotives led the inaugural train, Schubert's SAXONIA followed behind – a bold demonstration that German engineering could also hold its own on the rails. It was technically ahead of its time: with two coupled driving axles and a trailing axle, it offered more stability than many of its English role models. Its maximum speed was around 50 km/h – impressive for the time.
After just under ten years in regular service, the SAXONIA was taken out of service and scrapped in 1849. But its name remained: it is considered a symbol for the beginning of German locomotive construction and paved the way for an independent railway industry.
To mark the 150th anniversary of the Leipzig–Dresden line, a functional replica of the SAXONIA was built in the GDR in 1988, which even ran under steam until 2011. Today, this replica is on display at the Dresden Transport Museum – a fascinating testimony to the industrial awakening of the 19th century.
The SAXONIA remains an integral part of German railway history to this day – not only as an engineering achievement, but also as a cultural heritage. Anyone visiting Dresden should not miss the opportunity to see this piece of living history in person.

PLEAAAAASEEEE DUMP ABOUT OLSENWIIIICCKKKKK🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
your wish is my command i adore these stupid faggots

Kirby & Trent 🍰🎬
inhalesssssss
these two are incredibly bonded despite everything.
but they damn sure didnt get off on a good start.
following my personal timeline trent had just broken things off with cornelius. and neither of them were particularly closeted or reserved about their faggotry.
so for a good minute kirby didnt even want to be seen talking to his gay ass at all in case it gave him a Reputation.
by some miracle they started talking, or rather, hurling insults at eachother thanks to trent spilling punch on kirby at the jock's halloween party.
the jocks love hosting shitass parties for a number of stupid reasons, you see. and trent likes getting wasted.
after a rough encounter at the punch bowl the two continued taunting eachother every time they made eye contact.
for entirety of one whole week, at least. then trent decided 'hey he's kinda cute when he's angry'
and so began the incredibly arduous task of: flirting with kirby until he stops yelling slurs (and throwing hands).
thankfully this Also took about a week and they moved onto just mumbling slurs inbetween smooches because of how insanely, well, sexually frustrated they were.
these teens are fucking insane but thats just how bullworth is.
trent then worked up the nerve to ask him on an actual date, kirby begrudgingly agreed, jimmy busted them while getting on pinky's good side, aaand trent got his ear chewed off for it.
they fought about kirby's whole internalized homophobia at this time cause he damn sure wasnt the only faggot in school.
(and it was really getting under trent's skin because he was practically hatecrimed out of his last relationship)
they weren't technically boyfriends at that point due to kirby's insistence. but it felt like a breakup all the same.
they got back together at the jock's christmas party though. something something 7 minutes in heaven i dont know and i dont want to particularly put much thought into that.
point being shit was messy for a hot minute but trent showed kirby things about himself he could Not ignore.
so he wanted to try again with him. and this time he chilled out on practically Hating the guy he was macking on.
trent also cooled it with how, well, Bold he could be. actually made an effort to not embarrass kirby in public and whatnot.
things had to be lowkey in order to not be harassed of course.
but trent's mere presence was enough to turn kirby's ears pink sometimes.
in the bleachers, across the cafeteria, walking down the street, etc.
and god help him when they're paired up in class.
kirby loved the rush all the same though. and trent just found him fuckin incredible if i'm frank.
trent spoke highly of him to his friends, and sometimes just outright dragged them to see kirby on the field or in the arcade absolutely killing it on DDR.
they were much more forward in private of course, even if kirby was incredibly slow to open up about most of his interests and genuine self.
trent helped with that from the start; showing him how to be authentic and happy with himself.
same as all actors allow others to Reflect on their performances.
and over time kirby started to see through trent's own act.
grounded him, tried keeping him sober, etc.
if he had to keep it real and face his own reality, well, so did trent.
and honestly kirby wasnt a fan of the concept of getting shitfaced in general. didnt smoke, seldom drank, didnt huff anything.
that being said trent and him Did bake some edibles once or twice.
split one, went to the movies again, trent got shushed by old people several times because he wouldnt stop rambling.
now That was a fun time.
experimenting with formatting, hope this isnt Awful to read thru lol. also fun fact i hate spotify but i hate youtube links more.

Hey girlie! Just wanted to ask where you got the statistics for your latest post, more specifically the stuff about the job section? I just wanna make sure the information is accurate
Original Post
Here are the links for the male constitution stats
These links encompass everything i used OTHER than the FBI, DOJ and U.N. On my infographic post, those are what i used
Everything was calculated from the stats they provide. the FBI is a very good source, but it has a tendency to only provde stats about the first world, and cannot get accurate infomation for countries with huge populations like China and india, or countries with corrupt government, like africa, or countries where marital rape is legal and a woman can not prosecute a man for rape without a second opinion (legally because in the middle east and in the Quaran, a woman needs 2 sources since they "cannot be trusted" while a man needs one.) regardless i still filled it in with first world-stats
which is also unfortunate because less than 4% of rape cases make it to trial- DOJ
some more i had lying around. the main 3 are FBI U.N and DOJ, and the rest, other than the screenshot of my links for this, is a lot of overlapping information
although women make up 91% of total human trafficking- 99% of sex and labor trafficking - you're technically correct. where i forgot to add is specific countries imply a female only child militia due to religious beliefs. Ill add that later, Overall women make up for 40% of child soldiers, and are slightly more concentrated on the frontline than other jobs, but receive less than 7% of DDR (aid). also, according to NPR, some of these countries are only 35% female
Human Trafficking Data Collection Activities, 2024

Okay, but what if in KH4, we get a Wreck-it Ralph world and it’s not Game Central Station.
Litwak’s Arcade. Sora goes to Litwak’s Arcade and his friends are inside the games looking for him, trying to reach him.
You play as Sora, who himself is playing as the Guardians of Light in various pixel art styles, in parodies of games. They’re trying to communicate to him, they can see him, but at the same time he doesn’t recognize them.
They’re trying to send little signals the best way they can. But if they don’t follow the arcade machine input, the Wreck-it Ralph characters will see our Guardians of Light as doing the equivalent of going turbo.
There could be parts that follow either group’s perspective, too. Maybe they try playing by the game’s rules at first. Then when it doesn’t work, we could follow the characters going turbo, exploring inside the machines themselves.
Here are some ideas for what games I would put the characters in below the cut:
Nooot sure Riku would be there if he’s also in Quadratum, but my gut tells me some variation of platformer like Donkey Kong or Mario for him— It’s also the genre for Wreck it Ralph itself, which, worldception makes sense if Riku is here. (This would also reference his running-up-building gymnastics in Another Side, the damsel in distress nature of Sora rn, and the urban setting of Donkey Kong).
I wouldn’t be opposed to Riku in a first-person shooter or stealth game either, depending on how his relation to Yozora turns out, he could parry Xemnas’ lasers like crazy in KH2
We already know MelMem is a rhythm game, so Kairi would probably be in a game like DDR or Guitar Hero if she were there. But I’d also dig seeing her in a collect-a-thon where we can finally level her up as a Princess of Heart
Donald and Goofy in either Duck Hunt or a gummi ship version of Galaga (low hanging fruit)
I can see the sea salt family playing as the Ghosts in Pac-Man!
I’m also imagining Roxas in Pong (“It’s just like struggle bat!”)
And I want Axel in Street Fighter because he’s always talking smack. Rematch between Lea and Ventus imminent
Xion could haunt the Photo Booth, alternatively— Sora snaps a picture of himself and we get a reversal of their relationship in Days.
I am also going to suggest Rampage using keyblade armored forms, either hers (since she’s huge wtf) or the Wayfinder trio’s
I could see Naminé being in Q-Bert, except completing the field with your colors could be somehow connected to memory reparation and data mechanics. I can also see her in a Kirby world, since the Kirby worlds tend to be arts and crafts themed, and she’s also technically a replica now
Ventus, Aqua, and Terra in Sugar Rush, except their cars are based on their gliders— it just makes more sense for them than anyone else, I think
Going to Hero’s Duty would probably trigger Aqua’s Land of Darkness PTSD, but this time she’s not alone and Terra (and/or King Mickey or Ventus) comes with her. This would be a really good game for both of them, actually, because Cybugs could be an analogy for darkness stealing your form
Joust, but it’s Cloud Strife riding a chocobo
Last suggestion? Dream Eater claw machine. I want to see Sora with Meow Wow plushies

#milkshake § G.S
It was currently evening since you decided to finally join Shoko and the rest at a nearby fast food restaurant, one that hadn’t been to far away from your dorms. As you sat down next to Gojo as he was talking Geto’s ear of while stuffing his face with a burger.
“-can you please eat with your mouth closed”, Geto said as his eye twitched at the white haireds antics. “Why is it bothering you”, said Gojo as he tilted his head slightly down eyeing Geto. You didn’t miss how Geto’s face flushed in annoyance when the other boy looked up with an unamused expression. You also noticed how he kept turning around looking for someone who could help him out.
You let out an unamused laugh, which seemed to make Gojo stop mid sentence. “Y/n, aren’t you going order something?”, Gojo asked curiously. “I would but last time, someone wouldn’t stop eating my food”, irritatingly having to look back on the memory of how a certain white hair decided to take your fries and eventually your entire meal. “Yeah, I wonder who that could be”, he said going back to stuff his face. Both you and Geto shared a look of annoyance at your friends antics before starting a conversation with Shoko.
A waiter had come by to drop off everyone’s drinks. Continuing your conversation as you sip through the straw before swallowing the milkshake you had ordered. “We should head to the arcade after this”, gojo mentioned excitedly . “What are you guys gonna play?”, Shoko asked her eyes shining brightly at the thought of playing a new game. “I think you all know what we’re going to do right? We are going to beat some high score on the DDR machine,” you stated matter of factly. “But there’s no way that you can beat me in the games”, Gojo protested. “Oh c’mon, just because you don’t have any experience in it doesn’t mean you couldn’t beat me”, you said trying your best to sound confident.
While the both of you were bickering, Geto and Shoko watch as Gojo reaches over to grab his milkshake which in reality had been yours. Whereas you were grabbing his milkshake. They warned the two of you to not keep your drinks so close to each others however both of you had been to invested in your thoughts in which who would beat the other to listen to the two of them. Now they were just going to watch as the two of you just drink the others milkshake.
Shoko and Geto had a silent agreement on not letting you two know. The moment the both of you decided to take a sip of the drink was when you realized it was not either of yours. It was his. He has your milkshake. And if that wasn’t bad enough he took a few more sips before putting the cup back.
He then turns to you and grins triumphantly saying, “Looks like your fries weren’t the only thing I took”. His blue eyes now revealed gazing into your irises. That’s when he notices Shoko and Geto watching him and says, “Whoops”, sheepishly rubbing his neck before glancing at you not know what this meant.
You felt embarrassed at how quickly your face heated up after seeing his eyes staring intently at you as he continued to drink from the same straw which you originally used. You both then glance at Shoko who loudly whispers for the both of you to ear, “Isn’t that technically an indirect kiss”, now glancing at Geto who was nodding his head at the scene “Most definitely is”.
Now your gaze was back at Gojo, his ears were slightly red as well as his neck as if just realizing what it meant sharing something. You both stared at each other before he broke the awkward silence. “Let’s go to the arcade”, he said as he ruffled his platinum white hair while getting up and gestured for you to follow him.
“Is it me or is it hot in here?”, Shoko said fanning her self with her hand as Geto snickered, “right what’s with the tension in here”. “Shut up!”, both Gojo and you say looking back at them face heated.

I may have gotten a little carried away with my entry for @daily-teki 's dtiys but itss only bc i LIKED THE ORIGINAL SO MUCH. and for some reason i was really excited by the idea of drawing this ms paint nightmare character (/affectionate), probably because the only other character i've ever drawn with big long pigtails is literally hatsune miku, that and i unfortunately love hand lettering. My ass was remebering EVERYTHING from senior year's digital design class to make the little 'chained to the rhythm'. I think overall just kind of reads as an edgy ddr type game which i mean technically the memory dance is half of those things so?
more alternates under cut <3

So, um, hi- I know you've already answered a lot about video games and the bad sanses and what they like and they'll play and this and that... And I know Horror wouldn't be fond of it since your fingers have to fly faster than your brain sometimes, but would any of them like to play rhythm games with the MC? Competitively, since I don't know any co-op rhythm games. Also ty for um writing and taking the time to answer all these questions you get it's really cool of you 👉👈
Okay, so, technically, Killer is the best at rhythm games, but for reasons unknown, Dust absolutely blows everyone out of the water in DDR. The running theory is that his universe used attacks synced with Soul Beats.

Saw a rhythm game template by @shuwa-chan, so of course I had to do it!

Games and explanations/musings under the cut!
That I want to try: Parappa the Rapper!
I've never played, but I probably should play the game that potentially started the entire genre at some point, right?
That I miss playing: Groove Coaster
My dear departed baby. Yes I know there's a Nintendo Switch version but there's nothing really like the feeling of playing on an arcade cabinet. I played this for over 3 years, and it's where I really got my rhythm game chops. I remember when I first started I could barely play 4s and 5s.
This game is how I met my bf of over 7 years now! It's also where we first saw undertale songs on a rhythm game, and it was such a perfect fit. I will still forever be salty about grinding for 30+ hours on the first undertale event and then getting 51st place, 1 away from the highest tier.
Sadly, Groove Coaster is one of the games where I am held back from being as good as my other experienced peers due to the stamina requirements it has, so I never quite reached peak performance.
I still occasionally visit Round1 and play it, but Round1 is expensive and doesn't really offer a lot of the games I really like, but maybe if they get a MaiMai DX cabinet, that'll change.
That I first ever played: Stepmania
I guess technically I played DDR first, but I don't count random times playing at random arcades every couple of weeks. Stepmania is where I got my start, and I even used to design a few songs on there! I never got particularly good, but back before a lot of copyright bullshit happened, bemanistyle was such a cool place to play every type of song imaginable.
That I think is cool: Lanota
I just really love the vibe, music, and system of Lanota. It's got a really unique soundtrack with a heavier focus on orchestral tracks (though obviously it has its fair share of hardcore electronic too), the feeling of swishing across those blue notes is always satisfying, and the way the game plays with the area where you hit notes is always super fun and cool.
My all-time favorite: Groove Coaster
It might not be the best system ever, but I have too many good memories for this to not be my all time favorite. Maybe when MaiMai DX comes to the states it'll be un-seated, but for now, GC is my favorite rhythm game.
That I'm confident in skill-wise: MaiMai
When the location test of DX in Dallas came through, I ended with a solid 13.1k ranking! Not a god level skill by any means, but it's enough that I can play and pass almost all charts in the game, and make good scores on a fair number. My specialty tends to be trills and tap-intensive songs, mostly owing from my GC experience, and low-bpm and weird slide tech are my worst enemies.
But I mean, last week I got an S on Umiyuri Kaiten, so that's something.
That I wish I was good at: Sound Voltex
I honestly just don't play this enough to be that good, despite it being at all the arcade locations I visit. I definitely really like it, but I've never felt the urge to particularly deep dive it like I have with GC, Maimai, WACCA, and Chunithm. Still, it's a really cool system with a huge song library and an insanely high skill ceiling, so maybe someday I'll commit enough to gid gud.
That I think has the best concept/design: Chunithm
Speaking of Chunithm, this is a game I'd probably lifestyle if I could find an online cabinet. The thing I tend to value the most in rhythm games is how a rhythm game expresses the music via the mechanics (thus why I was really drawn to GC, since the track and changing visuals along with the actual notes all contributed to expressing the music) and to me Chunithm does music expression the best, with MaiMai a close 2nd and GC a very close 3rd. The air notes add so much dimension to the way it feels to play.
That I think has the best song selection: Chunithm
It also helps that Chunithm probably has one of my favorite song selections...ever. It really fits for a weeb like me, as it has an insane number of anime openings, along with a great selection of touhou and vocaloid tracks. 2nd is definitely GC, and honestly if you count Wai Wai party probably beats Chunithm. Groove Coaster has a lot of weird songs you won't see anywhere else - collabs with Dangan Ronpa, Puzzle & Dragons, Crypt of the Necrodancer, Deltarune, BlazBlue, Dondonpachi, etc. It also has an amazing selection of touhou tracks, including 3-4 whole CDs worth of commissioned tracks not available in any other game. I own 3 of them and I am forever sad that Dream Coaster by A-One, COSIO's remixes of Hecatia's Theme and Raiko's Theme, Joker Junko by COOL & CREATE, and BUTAOTOME's remix of Utsuho's theme will never be in another rhythm game.
That I've been playing a lot recently: MaiMai, WACCA, and Chunithm
There's a set of freeplay arcades in my area called Cidercade, and they have a great selection of rhythm games. I'm lucky enough to have a monthly pass, which they don't currently offer anymore, and it only costs $20 a month, which is an insane price for a freeplay arcade. Thus, I tend to go twice a week, with one day focusing on MaiMai, and the other focusing on WACCA and Chunithm. WACCA is my other dear departed baby who died too soon, and it is incredibly sad how the pandemic killed what was a lot of people's new favorite rhythm game.
That I think deserves more attention: Beatblock
I don't normally stick with PC rhythm games, but Beatblock might become the exception. It essentially plays kind of like Undyne's battle from Undertale, but with far more flexibility and freedom in the movement and mechanics. The custom song community for this game is BATSHIT INSANE. Please please please check out some of the songs here, here, here, and here. It's currently in the demo stage, so it's free, please try it!!
That I think looks the hardest: Beatmania
The timing windows on Beatmania and all the Beatmania-likes (ex. POP'N, DJMax) are so hard for me. This, coupled with the fact that the pinky movement requirements for the DJ look physically painful make this the obvious contender for this spot, at least for me.

favourite colour: i like a lot of colors this is so hard. i really like blue. but it cant be too cyan and it cant be too violet. little pastel, but not a baby blue. something that pairs really well with dark brown. i think im more into color palettes than singular colors, i think its hard for me to pick a favorite.
last book i read: read out of my color theory textbook if we want to be really technical about this. im studying lul
last movie: i rewatched kill bill vol 1 the other night actually. i think vol 1 is better than 2, but i do think the western themes in 2 are fun. 1 is just a cooler movie though. one of those movies my mom showed me when i was way too young so its nostalgic to meeeee
last tv show: ive been keeping aqua teen hunger force on in the background while i do work. again if we're being technicallll. last thing i seriously SAT and paid attention to watching was its always sunny

relationship status: i am taken wehehehe... we are actually celebrating our 3 year this month. and we graduate next year and then its a total surprise when i will be proposed to because we agreed he would propose after we graduate. He said he will kill himself if he doesn't marry me. How exciting is that.
last google search: 'adobe fonts with ornaments' im working on my shakespeare prints for GD1 and i need some fancy stuff

★ Genesis, the "Can I dance?? Ha! Watch this!" dancer - Did theatre and/or dance as a child. He had to become proficient in ballroom dancing early on due to being part of Banora's gentry and being forced to attend parties. He's versatile and totally cocky about it. His favorite styles are ballroom and jazz because they're dramatic and romantic. He can also do street style because it gives him an excuse to openly enjoy trashy pop music.
★ Sephiroth, the ".....What?" dancer - Completely uninterested in dancing and avoids it as much as possible. He does know a waltz or two because of those pesky ShinRa functions he's obligated to attend + if he's given any type of routine to work with he can technically dance. But, and many people don't know this, Sephiroth will enjoy dancing if it's in arcade/video game format and he's competing for points—think Just Dance, DDR, dance rush, you name it. He and Genesis love competing against each other (read: they have gotten into ugly fist fights over it)
★ Angeal, the "I can square dance, does that count?" dancer - Can't dance and vehemently refuses to⏤HOWEVER. Get this man drunk enough and he'll out-dance Andrea Rhodea himself. Highlights of his drunk dancing include: starting a Gangnam Style flash mob at a SOLDIER function, Salsa dancing with Scarlet at a New Year's Eve party, and most memorably, the one time he got shit-faced at a club with a pole on the stage. Genesis has many pictures, half of them being the photo sequence of him downing the rest of his drink, ripping his shirt off, then literally sprinting to the pole.

y'know what i'm subjecting all of you to my bemani fixation too. fragmem songs but i vibecheck them based on what bemani game i think they'd be in first
from the perspective of a pop'n/sdvx main
RED
ever red: nostalgia, mostly for the intro- could see it in sdvx too. also why does the mv for this have translated lyrics but none of the others do? so mean to do that only once...
your melody: pop'n music. this is a song i could hear being in eclale- it has the vibe of that entry. i love it. that or jubeat i guess?
rhapsody: nostalgia or pop'n. just a really nice song. for pop'n it gives tune street-sunny park early 2010s era.
i'm stitch dot: gitadora, surprisingly enough. i didn't recall that roma could shred
rare: i desperately want to chart this song in pop'n which i really think it fits the vibe of. the current entry is diner themed it's in the stars. maybe sdvx or polaris chord too? i need to BREAK something in the game when i hear rimicha shout and those are the only games that come to mind for that
sunset: pop'n, just like rhapsody this is just a really nice song. probably anime era though. i think it'd be good in jubeat too, it has a lot of calm songs too
BLUE
aozora no memory: sdvx. i can imagine the barrel rolls the chart would have.
key my notes: i wish i could say pop'n for the funnies but no, this is a gitadora song without a doubt. could also have a very beautiful nostalgia mix with piano over the guitar
haikei: polaris chord. put that quiet man on tv i guess. or jubeat. get bandaids like will by breaking your fingers on it
sirius: genuinely not sure to be honest! maybe pop'n (lapistoria-usaneko anime era)??? love this fucking song though
mobius: pop'n anime era midboss song. also gitadora. this song blew me out of the goddamn water
floury cheers: i know i'm biased as hell with all the pop'n songs but like. this is so painfully a pop'n song. also a pokemon anime OP i think. it'd be perfect in sunny park
NOIR
all so bad: oh god uhhh. i can see it in like 3 games. gitadora, iidx and ddr. it wouldn't be out of place in any of them honestly
charcoal white: iidx, i imagine it could have a really killer dancerush routine too
bubble: pop'n. it has old entry vibes to me for some reason? or maybe new respecting old? would probably be a peace song... could work in gitadora too
tied 2 order: iidx? or would it end up too overcharted? idk man iidx has a problem with that. jubeat then.
bye-bye: gitadora or sdvx, this is just really goddamn pleasant. maybe it would be easier overall but i don't care
qualia: gitadora, quite obviously. they went so hard on that guitar jesus christ
BOUQUET OF WISHES: should technically be excluded because no 2 minute game cut will ever do it justice. i would love to see a dancerush routine to it though
#fragaria memories#bemani#feel free to put me down. or if you know what bemani is add your own opinions

hey there! i don't know how far you're into the planning of your berlin trip, but i wanted to ask nevertheless, if you could maybe share the spots (rammstein or not) you would consider worth visiting :) or maybe someone else has got a few recommendations? i'm going to berlin in a few weeks myself and am not at all sure yet what i want to see, what i want to do and what is realistic even, since i will only be going for a few days as well. take care!
Hi and thank you for your ask!
I'll be visiting Berlin in April of 2025, and since I enjoy planning trips and sightseeing outings immensely, I already do have some spots in mind worth visiting regarding my interests 😊 Here are two little lists containing my planning up to this point:
Spots concerning (modern) history (WW2, cold war, everyday life):
Topographie des Terrors: A documentation center dedicated to addressing and examining the atrocities of National Socialism, located on the site that once housed the Gestapo, the headquarters of SS Reichsführer Heinrich Himmler, and the Reich Security Main Office.
Deutsches Spionagemuseum: A museum dedicated to the work and methods of espionage, spanning from ancient times to the present day. As far as I remember, Paul composed music for this museum.
Berliner Unterwelten e.V.: A non-profit organization offering various tours through Berlin's underground, focusing on historical periods such as industrialization, the Weimar Republic, World War II, the post-war era, and the Cold War. The most intriguing to me is the "Bunker, Subway, Cold War" tour, which explores traces of the Cold War beneath the city.
Der Tränenpalast: The former departure hall (between East and West Germany) at the Friedrichstraße border crossing in Berlin's Mitte district. There is a permanent exhibition about border control and departures, with a focus on the personal stories of people who experienced Germany's division within their own families. Since my family was also affected by this, it is particularly interesting to me.
DDR Museum: A museum about life and everyday experiences in East Germany, featuring interactive exhibits such as a fully furnished apartment fitting the style which was popular in the GDR and information about topics like work life, education, family life, celebrations, and the significant role of the Stasi.
2. Rammstein related spots throughout Berlin:
Trudelturm: A technical facility featuring a vertically designed wind tunnel used to study the dangers of aircraft spinning out of control, and the visual motif of the Zeit album.

Staatsratsgebäude: The former seat of government of East Germany (GDR) and the setting for the 'Ich will' music video.

Schloss Schönhausen: A place rich in historical significance: in the 18th century, it served as the summer residence of Prussian Queen Elisabeth Christine; during the Nazi era, it became a central depot for so-called "degenerate art"; and in the GDR, it was used as the official residence of Wilhelm Pieck, the head of state. Parts of the 'Du riechst so gut' music video were filmed here.

And naturally, I'll probably take long walks through the districts of Prenzlauer Berg and Pankow, strolling through the streets, maybe visiting the place of the former 'Knaack Club', Schönhauser Alle, Fehrbelliner Straße... 😊
Of course my planning regarding the trip is by far not finished, but that's about what I have for now. Hope it helps a bit!
