“Bucky should’ve been the new captain America!!” NO. NO, the reason he ISNT cap and why he SHOULDNT be cap is because Bucky has already gone through so much as the winter soldier. He has severe PTSD, and if anything, throwing him back into a life of fighting will not be beneficial for him in any way, especially when he’s finally broken free of the winter soldier. You can’t expect this guy who’s been brainwashed for a 100 years to become a symbol for a country he’s unwillingly committed several war crimes against. There’s people who are gonna be like “Bucky Barnes? Isn’t that the winter soldier who killed a bunch of people? He’s gonna be the new captain? Hell nah!”

Bucky deserves a big rest. LET HIM REST 🗣️🗣️ just cos he was Steve’s bestie doesn’t mean the mantle will automatically go to him. Steve knew Bucky needed time to rehab, which is why he passed his shield along to Sam, who he probably trusted the most after Bucky. Tbh, I think that Sam as the Falcon would’ve been a great start and end for him, but seeing him as captain America is a lot more meaningful to people like Bradley. I think TFWS was a good show explaining Sam’s journey. So yall haters can go suck it up and deal with it.

Hi! I actually wanted to ask mostly about These Fragments We've Shored, and maybe about a part 2 of ItSoFE. Though I do get that you're focusing primarily on The Heir de la Mort. (I still keep wondering if Sy is short for anything...)

(Side note, I really need to start giving my stories shorter titles because it took even me a second to figure out that ItSoFE was In the Shape of Fear, Erised lmao.)

Anyway, I will say Part 2 of ItSoFE is very much still on the radar. No promises on dates, though, because I was a dumbass, and signed up for way too many fests at once. Oops.

These Fragments We've Shored... gosh, I have no idea when I'll get back to that one. It's kind of on hold for now, but you never know when inspiration will strike. I will say that the short fic I just finished for the Tomarrymort Telephone is... maybe not *exactly* part of the TFWS universe, but it definitely could be! It's very much related. I wish I could share it now, but alas, I have to wait for the rest of the fics to be written :)

And finally yes, Sy is indeed short for something! And yes, it will be revealed eventually. Bonus points to anyone who guesses what 🤔

Hmmm, definitely not yet at the current point in Through Fire We Soar. I have toyed with the idea for a future story though! There's a scrapped idea where they meet, but that story was based on some world building and character detail things I decided to rework. I might write it out some time as a deleted scene though!

They couldn't have done a beach episode of Supernatural because there's no way Dean wouldn't have insisted that Cas has to take off his suit and wear swim shorts to "blend in" and Dean has to lend him a pair of his own and then he stares at him like he's water in a desert when he does the whole "how do I look?" thing while Dean's overcompensating for having his entire mind blown to pieces by all the bare skin by loudly saying some silly pop culture reference thinking he's showing that he's having a totally normal reaction to this totally normal thing happening even though Sam is next to him like ? Are you okay???
