Although I don't drink, I still try to find other ways to unload, like for instance I go hiking on the regular (though lately it's been hard to find some free time) especially when I'm particularly overwhelmed and pressured, which mainly happens during the exams.

That being said, I do have coworkers who enjoy drinking quite a bit and say that it's the best way to get rid of stress, so I understand exactly what the woman said 😂
