50 pages into The Da Vinci Code (assigned reading for the conspiracy class) and tbh critical support to Dan Brown for finding a way to be orientalist towards French people

Sometimes I wonder if Leonardo made some kind of art piece of Ezio that either was not destroyed, or got lost in between their time and modern times
Imagine someone uncovering a portrait or a series of sketches of Ezio (some, perhaps, even racy) and going absolutely gaga over it
Que researchers trying to find out who the model is, as one does with da Vinci art
And then someone makes comparison between the art and that one wanted poster they have seen on news channel. Now Abstergo has some Big Contenders in their Search for Desmond
There are conspiracy theories popping up
Abstergo has to do damage control because some upstart got it into their head they wanted Desmond to get some code that da Vinci apparently came up with and passed on to his friend’s family
And because someone decided Desmond is a time traveller and Abstergo is trying to cover it up
And because Desmond is apparently the only living proof of vampires existing
...The theories just keep multiplying
Shawn may or may not fuel fire on a few of them

Shocking discovery!
You may think this book is a parody of...
This one... however...
Guess which one came first?
This one (again)...
March 13 2003 - 21 Years!
Or that one below?
Release Year - 1997 (Date Unknown)
What is all this? Did Dan Brown read Geronimo Stilton somewhere in Italy? It can't be a coincidence...
