Crushes [’You and I’ Side Story]
Pairing: Douglas Booth!Nikki Sixx x Female Reader
Author’s Note: Takes place before the events of “You and I.” I was driving through Hollywood and saw a cute couple that reminded me of these two. So thank you, random strangers.
Tumblr media
Nikki exhaled as he closed the door behind him. He was relieved to be home after a somewhat mediocre gig.
London was slowly but surely losing its edge. He could feel it and mentally, he was preparing himself for the eventual breakup.
He made his way into the bedroom, setting down his bass. His head turned to see Y/N curled up in bed, hugging his pillow. He smiled, throwing off his shirt.
He knew she felt bad that she couldn’t make it to the show. She worked a double at the diner for the second time that week, exhausting her. He told her there would be other shows. He wasn’t so sure now, but either way her rest was more important.
His pants hit the floor and he kicked it away. He lifted the blanket and crawled under the covers. He threw an arm around her waist, moving his body closer to hers.
Just as he was about to close his eyes, he heard whimpering.
Her whimpering.
He opened his eyes, hoping she was having a sexual dream. But then he noticed the scrunching in her face and realized he needed to step in. He leaned up and gently shook her.
“Babe, babe, babe,” he coaxed her.
Her eyes shot open as she let out a sharp gasp. Her hand was on her chest and he moved closer to her, putting his hand on hers.
“Hey, it’s ok,” he soothed her. “Babe, look at me,”
She turned her head to him as he pulled her into his arms.
“You’re ok,” he assured her, kissing her forehead. “You’re safe.”
She let out a final sigh. “Fuck.”
“Bad dream?”
“That’s putting it lightly. One of the scariest dreams I’ve had in a long time.”
She leaned back onto the pillow, the palm of her hand rubbing her eyes as if that would take away the memories of her dream.
“I’m sorry, sweetheart,” he murmured, his fingers carding through her hair. “It’s over and you’re safe. I promise.”
She looked over at him, flashing a small but grateful smile. She moved her body to him, snuggling her face into his chest and letting the smell of sweat, cigarettes, and Jack Daniel’s soothe her.
He smirked. “I can think of one way to get your mind off it.”
He leaned his head down to see her smirking back at him. “Nice try, Sixx.”
He chuckled as he kissed the top of her head again. “Worth trying.”
She hummed in agreement. If she had woken up on her own without a nightmare, maybe.
“How was your gig?” she asked.
“Eh, it was a gig,” he replied with a shrug. “We were good. The band before us fucking sucked though. They were a bunch of KISS wannabes which made it worse.”
“You don’t like KISS?”
“I thought they were cool when I was a kid, but they didn’t stick with me like other bands did.” He glanced down at her. “What about you?”
“I had a big KISS phase.”
He paused. “That…somehow does not surprise me. Did Gene Simmons’ tongue do it for you?”
“No, but Paul Stanley did.”
He furrowed his eyebrows. “Really?”
She looked up at him. “You judging me, Sixx?”
“A little, yeah,” he snorted. “I wouldn’t have taken you to as a lead singer kind of girl.”
“I’m not,” she insisted. “I actually find other musicians who play other instruments in other bands attractive.”
A pang of jealousy hit Nikki, but he wasn’t going to show it. Instead, he smirked. “Oh yeah? Name ‘em.”
She propped up on her elbow, her eyes meeting his. “Eddie Van Halen, guitarist. You should know that considering I told you that I lost my virginity to a Van Halen song.”
Nikki made a face. “Yeah, I sorta pushed that out of my mind because I don’t like hearing there were others before me.”
“There was only one, Mr. Possessive,” she reminded him, poking his nose.
“Yeah, yeah. Ok, Van Halen is fine. Who else is there? You’re forgetting a big one.”
“I am?” she questioned. Then she snapped her fingers. “Oh yeah!”
“Yeah,” he nodded.
“Drummer!”
Nikki’s face fell. “That’s not-.”
“Roger Taylor from Queen.”
He sighed, shaking his head. “So those are your choices? Paul Stanley, Eddie Van Halen, and Roger Taylor? You sure you’re not missing any other key band members you find attractive?”
She thought for a moment. “Ok so there is a bassist.”
“But it’s not Gene Simmons.”
“It’s not Gene Simmons.”
“Ok,” he nodded. “Tell me more.”
She rest her chin on his chest, sighing dramatically. “I don’t know if you know him.”
He knew damn well where this going, but he was down to play her game. “I might.”
“He plays for this band London.”
He chuckled. “London…yeah, I’ve heard of ‘em.”
“So he’s super sexy.”
“Super sexy? Sexier than the men on your list?”
“Definitely.”
“Ooh. Ok, go on.”
“He plays like a god. Like his talent is incredible.” She snuggled close. “He has impeccable stage presence.”
“Impeccable?! That’s some high praise, princess. What else?”
“He’s got black hair. Gorgeous eyes.”
He hummed. “Gorgeous you say?”
She nodded. “He’s also really good at comforting a girl after a nightmare.”
His jaw dropped, slapping his hand on his chest. “It’s me?”
“Surprise!” she giggled.
He leaned his head back. “Wow! I don’t know what to say. I didn’t see it coming.”
She laughed, burying her face in his chest.
“Hey Y/N?”
“Yeah?”
“Out of all those crushes, which one do you like the most?”
She snorted and lifted her head up. “Who do you think?”
He shrugged. “You tell me.”
“Do you need me to stroke your ego some more?”
“So it is me?!”
She rolled her eyes as he threw his head back laughing. “You’re lucky I think you’re cute.”
“Obviously you do since you have a crush on me,” he reminded her. “So embarrassing.”
She pulled her lips back. “We live together, dumbass.”
He kissed her nose. “For what it’s worth, I have a crush on you too.”
She hummed. “And how many other crushes do you have?”
“Just one. You. You’re it for me.”
“Until you become a big rockstar and then have groupies.”
“Nope. I’m always gonna have a crush on you.”
She snorted. “Yeah, ok then.”
His smile quickly fell flat as his dark eyes softened. “Hey, I’m serious. I don’t want anyone else. Just you.”
The sincerity in his tone lifted warmed Y/N’s heart. She always knew he was serious about her, but every now and again, she needed a reminder that he loved her even if he couldn’t outright say it.
It was an issue she knew she would have to work on.
“And Y/N? I’m never going to let anything happen to you. I promise you’re safe with me.”
She pecked his lips before snuggling back into his chest. “I know. And I know you know you’re safe with me.”
His hand rubbed her back soothingly. “I know.”

Bestfriends - Mötley Crüe
Tumblr media
Authors note: Hello there! I was planning to write for Mötley for quite some time now but I was waiting for my book to arrive (I still don't have it so, well...). English is NOT my first language and I'm a bit rusty. Anyways, enjoy.
Requested?: no
Pairing: best friends!Motley Crue/reader
Summary: You punch Tommy's girlfriend in the face after she speaks badly of his mother.
Warnings: swear words (duh?), mentions of alcohol.
As best friends with the boys, you were always on tour with them, which means sleeping in the bus, partying all night after the shows, and getting in trouble with the terror twins. And even when you paired up with the boys to terrorize Mick, he still treated you like a baby sister.
On one of those days, you were drinking with Mick and Vince in the dress rooms,  Tommy was looking for his girlfriend/fiancé (you didn't even know anymore to be honest), and Nikki was missing too.
The three of you looked at each other with a knowing glance. It was obvious they were fucking.
"I'll introduce her to my parents, man," Tommy exclaimed excitedly. "She's the one."
Mick snorted, then tried to calm down.
"Yeah, man!" Vince said with thumbs up.
"Such a great girl!" You mock, but Tommy didn't understand your tone.
And that's when she appeared.
She wasn't exactly a pleasant company and everyone knew that, everyone but Tommy.
*
Chilling on the bus near Nikki, you were listening to Tommy's weird dream. Something about a floating drum. You didn't really catch what he was saying. That's when his girl stabbed him with a pen.
You and Mick exchanged a weird look and then she started to scream, insulting Tommy. You just couldn't stop the laugh that escaped your mouth.
The black-haired woman looked at you, her eyes burning through your soul.
"And you're just a fucking bitch!"
"Really? Never heard that one before." You mock pouted, making the boys laugh.
"A fucking cunt!"
"Wow, so creative!" You show your thumbs up.
"And you should have protected me from your mother." Another smack against Tommy. "That... that bitch! She's a cunt!"
Everyone's jaws were on the floor.
"A fucking cunt!"
You didn't know what the fuck happened, but one minute you were sitting by Nikki, and the other you were standing, punching her on the nose.
"Never speak about her like this again." You and Tommy said at the same time.
She screams in pain and tries to hit you, but at the same time you push her away with your foot, Nikki holding you to try and stop the fight as Tommy made sure she was out the bus in no time, ending things with her right then and there.

Trough the Lens: A Mötley Crüe fanfiction - Chapter One
Hi!
So the other day I made a post aboute writing a Mötley Crüe Nikki Sixx x OC fanfiction.
I did it!
I am bit nerves posting it cause english is not my first language so this was a bit hard, and even tho I asked some help from Google and transolaters to fix my grammer mistakes probobly there are still some mistakes left or wrong usage of words. But I hope it's still enjoyable.
If you read this have fun and let me know if you think and if you'd like a second chapter for it.
XoX - V
Chapter 1: "The Beginning"
The band members of Mötley Crüe sat huddled around a cluttered table in Nikki's flat, the air thick with anticipation and the remnants of their brainstorming session. Empty beer bottles mingled with scattered papers, evidence of their search for the perfect promotional plan and a testament to the chaos of their creative minds.
Tommy tapped his fingers impatiently against the table, his dark eyes darting restlessly around the room in search for inspiration. The weight of their first gig hung heavy in the air, a silent reminder of the task at hand.
Suddenly, Nikki's voice shattered the silence, cutting through the haze of uncertainty that had settled over them.
"Alright, guys, time to get down to business," he declared, his tone commanding attention.
Vince lounged back with a smirk, tossing out a suggestion that earned a mixture of amusement and disdain
"A little spray-painted graffiti on the side of Sunset Boulevard could drum up some serious buzz”
Nikki shook his head with a wry smile.
"As much as I appreciate the guerrilla marketing approach, we need something more polished," he said, running a hand through his tousled hair as he leaned forward, his gaze fixed on his bandmates.
Mick nodded in agreement.
Nikki arched an eyebrow, his gaze locking onto Tommy’s with a curious intensity.
"Do you have any ideas, Tommy?"
A mischievous grin spread across Tommy's face as he leaned back in his chair, confidence radiating from every pore.
"Actually, I do," he declared, capturing the attention of his bandmates.
"My sister, Katie, she's a photographer. She could help us make some flyres with some killer shoots."
The mention of Tommy's sister piqued the band's interest. They had heard stories about Katie Lee, Tommy mentioned her a lot, but none of them had ever met her.
Mick, ever the pragmatist, cut to the heart of the matter with a single question.
"Is she any good?" he asked, his skepticism evident in his gravelly voice.
Tommy's response was immediate.
"She's incredible," he declared, his voice brimming with pride.
"She's been working as a photographer in downtown LA for the past two years, but she has been obsessed with photography since we were kids. Trust me, guys, she's the real deal. "
Vince grinned.
"Well then, what are we waiting for? Let's go pay Katie a visit and see if she can work her magic for us."
As their car glided to a halt in front of SutterLux Studios, the first thing that caught their eyes was the imposing sign, polished to a mirror like perfection, a testament to the studio's prestige as it boldly announced its name to the world. It stood as a beacon of elegance amidst the bustling cityscape, its modern architecture a symphony of clean lines and sleek facades that mesmerized passersbys. Every detail, from the smooth curvature of the walls to the precise symmetry of the windows, spoke of craftsmanship and artistry that left an indelible impression on all who saw it. Surrounding the entrance, a meticulously curated garden, a lush oasis of greenery, provided a tranquility to the building's exterior.
As they stepped out of their car, the band's rock and roll style clashed brilliantly with the polished surroundings. Leather jackets, ripped jeans, and a smattering of tattoos made for a striking contrast against the backdrop of elegance.
Stepping into the studio, they were greeted by a receptionist girl seated at a marble-topped desk, her workspace packed with notepads and notebooks in neat order wich spoke volumes about her attention to detail. With a shy smile playing on her lips, she chirped a warm welcome, while her eyes scaned the group of men before her.
"Welcome to SutterLux! What can I help you?” her voice was light and airy.
Tommy leaned casually against the desk, flashing his trademark grin as he addressed her.
"Hey there, we're here to see Katie Lee. Is she available?" he inquired, his voice laced with confidence.
The receptionist's bashfulness only added to her charm as she inquired about their appointment, her eyes flitting towards the calendar as she searched for any openings.
"I'm her brother, and I just want to talk to her if she's free," Tommy explained with a nonchalant shrug, his charm evident in every word.
Recognition flickerd on the receptionist's face as she realized who Tommy was
"Oh, you're Katie's brother Tommy? She's mentioned you," she remarked, her shy tone melting into a warm, friendly demeanor.
"Let me see if she's available. Please take a seat. I'll be right back."
With a graceful gesture towards the plush black sofas on the other side, she disappeared into the depths of the studio, leaving the band members alone in the lobby. The air crackled with anticipation as Vince, Mick, and Nikki exchanged nervous glances, unsure of what to expect when they finally met Katie Lee.
As the receptionist girl reappeared with Katie by her side, the room seemed to brighten with her presence. Her fiery red hair cascaded down her shoulders like a waterfall of flames, framing her face with an aura of vibrant energy. Her eyes twinkled with a mischievous sparkle, and every step she took radiated confidence.
"Tommy!" Katie exclaimed, her voice filled with genuine delight as she enveloped her brother in a tight hug.
"What are you doing here?"
Tommy returned the hug with equal enthusiasm, his grin stretching from ear to ear.
"We came to see you, sis," he replied, pulling back to gaze at her with fondness.
"Who’s we?” she asked couriously as her gaze shifted to the other men standing behind Tommy, her smile widening at the sight of them.
"Nikki, Vince, and Mick," Tommy introduced, gesturing to each member of the band in turn. "Guys, this is my sister, Katie."
The band members exchanged greetings with Katie, their admiration for her evident in their eyes. Her easygoing demeanor and magnetic charm left an impression on each of them, drawing them in with her infectious energy.
"Do you have a little time to spare for us sis?” Tommy asked eagerly.
"I hope so.” Katie replied with a grin.
"Sam, when's my next client scheduled to arrive?" Katie turned to the receptionist girl, who quickly returned to her desk.
Sam scanned the schedule and checked the clock on the wall before responding,
"You've got about an hour and twenty minutes until your next appointment."
Katie nodded thoughtfully.
"Great. In that case, why don't we head over to that coffee shop down the street? We can grab a table and chat," she suggested, turning back to the band with a warm smile.
"Sounds like a plan," Tommy cheered, his excitement matching hers as they left the building.
As Katie and the band strolled down the bustling streets of downtown LA, the city pulsed with an electrifying vitality and amidst the vibrant chaos, they sought refuge at a quaint corner table in a cozy café, where the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee enveloped them like a warm embrace.
After placing their orders, Nikki leaned forward, his piercing blue eyes fixed on Katie.
"So, Katie, Tommy's been singing your praises as a kickass photographer," his voice as smooth as silk. "We're on the hunt for someone with your skills to help us make a splash with our upcoming gig."
Katie nodded, her interest piqued.
"I'm all ears," she replied, leaning back in her chair.
Tommy, unable to contain his excitement, leaned forward eagerly.
"We've headlining at the Starwood Club next month," he announced, a grin spreading across his face. "But we're not just looking to play; we want to rock the joint!"
"And to light up that stage, we need some badass posters, flyers, and all that jazz, something that draws  a lot of people in" Vince chimed in, his voice hyped.
Katie soaked up their vibe, a glint of excitement dancing in her eyes.
"Consider it done" she declared, a smirk tugging at her lips.
"But first could guys maybe show some of your music for me? Just to get a better image of Mötley Crüe.”
The band exchanged looks, a smirk playing on their lips.
"We'll crank up the amps and give you a taste," Tommy promised, a grin spreading across his face.
"You just got a backstage pass to our sonic circus," Nikki added, a playful twinkle in his eye.
"Why don't we invite you to my place? We've got a rehearsal space set up there, so you can experience what we're all about."
Katie's eyes gleamed with excitement.
"That sounds perfect," she exclaimed, a radiant smile gracing her lips.
"Then it's settled," Mick declared with a decisive nod. "We'll make our way to Nikki's place once we're done here."
With the first part of their plan solidified, the band and Katie lingered over their drinks, their conversation flowing with easy.
As the time drew near for Katie's next appointment, the group decided to escort her back to work. Upon the arrival, Katie vanished into the studio to finish her job for the day.
As the band settled into the reception hall, time seemed to stretch out before them, each minute feeling like an eternity as they waited with for Katie's return.
At long last, the door creaked open, and Katie emerged with a satisfied smile playing on her lips.
"Sorry for the wait, guys," Katie apologized, her voice carrying a note of excitement as she joined the band.
"I'm ready to roll now."
With a renewed sense of anticipation, Katie and the band made their way to Nikki's car, the excitement practically crackling in the air around them. As they headed to the Sunset Strip, Katie couldn't suppress the thrill bubbling within her, eager to delve deeper into the realm of rock 'n' roll.
Arriving at Nikki's apartment building, Katie was greeted by a surge of excitement at the thought finally getting to know the band wich her brother was part of.
As Mötley Crüe and Katie entered Nikki's flat, they were greeted by a space that perfectly encapsulated the rock 'n' roll lifestyle. Posters of iconi musicans adorned the walls, while instruments were scattered haphazardly around the room. Amplifiers hummed softly in the background, hinting at the music that was created within these walls.
The furniture was a mix of vintage pieces and modern comforts, giving the space a lived-in yet stylish vibe. A plush couch sat against one wall, its cushions worn from years of use, while a sleek bar area beckoned from the corner, stocked with an impressive array of spirits.
Nikki led the group into the room with a grin, gesturing for them to make themselves at home. "Welcome to my humble abode, where the magic happens" he said, a twinkle in his eye turning to Katie
"Make yourself comfortable."
As Katie and the rest of the band settled in, Nikki made his way to the fridge, a mischievous glint in his eye.
"Alright, folks, what'll it be?" he called out, opening the fridge door to reveal an assortment of beverages.
"Beer, wine, whiskey? You name it, I've got it."
The band members exchanged glances, a collective smirk crossing their faces.
"Surprise us, Nikki," Vince replied, a playful edge to his voice.
Nikki chuckled as he retrieved a selection of drinks from the fridge, passing them out to the group with a flourish. As the band settled in with their drinks, Nikki turned to Katie with a grin.
"Are you ready for your private show, Katie?" he asked, his eyes alight with anticipation.
Katie's face broke into a wide smile.
"Absolutely," she replied, excitement coursing through her veins as she leand back comfortably in the couch, drink in hand. With a casual ease, she propped her legs up on the coffee table, fixing her gaze on the band with eager anticipation.
With that the band took their place on the stage, wich was the other side of Nikki’s living room, and launched into their first song. The music was filling the room with its raw energy. Katie's eyes danced with delight as she listened, completely captivated by the electrifying performance unfolding before her.
Song after song, Mötley Crüe poured their hearts and souls into their music, each note resonating with passion and intensity. Katie couldn't help but be swept away by the sheer talent and charisma of the band, her appreciation for their music growing with each passing moment.
As the final chords faded into silence, Tommy and Nikki took their seats on either side of Katie, their faces flushed with exhilaration. Vince and Mick settled into the armchairs surrounding the coffee table, their expressions mirroring the sense of accomplishment that filled the room.
"So, Katie, what did you think?" Nikki asked, a hint of nervousness in his voice.
Katie's eyes sparkled with enthusiasm as she took a sip of her drink, considering her response.
"I loved it," she said, her voice filled with genuine admiration.
"Each song had its own unique energy"
With the mood buoyed by Katie's praise, she launched into her ideas for the flyers and posters, drawing inspiration from the music she had just heard.
The band members listened intently, nodding in agreement as Katie outlined her vision for the promotional materials.
"I love it," Vince exclaimed, his eyes shining with enthusiasm.
"It sounds like you really understand our vibe and what we're all about."
Katie smiled, feeling a surge of pride at the band's reaction.
"I'm glad you think so," she replied.
"I can't wait to get started and see what we can create together."
As the excitement of their collaboration filled the room, Katie and the band members of Mötley Crüe quickly settled on a date for the photoshoot.
"How about Saturday, two days from now?" Katie suggested, her eyes alight with enthusiasm.
The band members exchanged eager nods, they couldn’t wait to see Katie's vision come to life. "Sounds good to us," Nikki replied, a grin spreading across his face.
"We'll make sure we're ready to rock and roll."
With the date set and plans in motion, the group toasted to their upcoming photoshoot, excitement buzzing in the air. As they continued to chat and laugh late into the evening, Katie couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation for the creative journey that lay ahead.
As the evening wore on and the excitement of their collaboration began to wind down, the band members of Mötley Crüe started to make their exit.
Vince, with a mischievous glint in his eye, rose from his seat, his voice laced with playful banter.
"Alright folks, see you on Saturday. I'm off to see my girl" he declared, his announcement met with teasing cheers from the rest of the group.
Shortly there after, Mick followed suit, offering a nod of farewell before vanishing into the nocturnal embrace of the city.
Tommy glanced at his watch, realizing it was time to pick up his new flame.
"I better get going, my date is waiting" he said, flashing a grin at the others.
"New girl?” Katie asked quirosly.
"We will see” he answered with a huge smile still plaster on his face
"But before I head out, Nikki, do you mind taking Katie home?"
"I'd be happy to make sure she gets home safely." Nikki nodded in agreement, a warm smile on his face.
Katie smiled gratefully
"Thank you, Nikki," she said
"I appreciate it."
With goodbyes exchanged Tommy dissapiered and soon after Nikki and Katie made their way down from the flat to Nikki's car, the cool night air greating them as they stepped out side. They exchanged casual banter as they walked, their laughter echoing off the surrounding buildings.
"So, Nikki, where did you and my brother crossed paths?" she asked, a hint of amusement in her voice.
Nikki's gaze drifted to the road ahead, a nostalgic smile gracing his lips as he recounted the story.
"Well, it was after I had a falling out with my former band's singer and decided to quit London," he began, his voice tinged with nostalgia.
"I was feeling pretty lost and unsure of what to do next."
He paused for a moment, lost in thought, before continuing.
"I found myself sitting in a diner, flipping through the ads of musicians looking to join a band," he explained.
"That's when Tommy walked up to me out of the blue."
A smile tugged at the corners of Nikki's lips as he recalled the memory.
"He was this cocky guy with wild hair and an even wilder personality," he said.
"I remember him saying he had my poster on his bedroom wall” he laughed and Katie started giggeling next to him.
"And then he just seated himself infront of me and started twireling his drum sticks and as they say the rest is histroy”
Katie glanced over at Nikki, a smile playing at the corners of her lips.
"It's amazing how things just seem to fall into place sometimes," she remarked, her voice filled with admiration.
"It's like the universe has a way of bringing people together when they need it."
Nikki nodded in agreement, a thoughtful expression on his face.
"Yeah, it's funny how life works out like that," he replied, his voice tinged with reflection. "Sometimes the most unexpected encounters can change the course of your life in ways you never imagined."
They fell into a comfortable rhythm of conversation, sharing stories and laughter as they made their way through the city streets. Before they knew it, they had arrived at Katie's apartment building, the glow of the streetlights casting a warm halo around them.
As Nikki pulled up to the curb, he turned to Katie with a smile.
"Well, here we are," he said, his tone lighthearted.
"Thanks for the company, Katie. I had a great time tonight."
Katie returned his smile, a sense of warmth and gratitude filling her chest.
"Thank you for the ride, Nikki," she replied, her voice sincere.
With a final wave goodbye, Katie stepped out of the car and watched as Nikki drove off into the night. As she made her way up to her apartment, a sense of contentment washed over her, grateful for the unexpected connection she had formed with Nikki and the band.

Bad Influence - Chapter 12
Word Count - 3.2K
Authors Note - Hey! It's been about 2 & a half years since I last posted an update for this story, but it's always warmed my heart whenever I've come back on here & seen messages/anons from people saying they've read it & hoped I'd update it! I truly have no idea how much of this fandom still exists on here, but I had so much fun writing this before, so I've just decided to carry on as & when &, if no-one reads it, then that's ok 😂
Honestly this chapter feels trash, I'm super rusty at this. I know where the story was always headed, so I've carried on with what I always had planned for Beth & Nikki, but obviously it's been a while since I've been in their heads & I'd kinda forgotten how to write them, so hopefully I'll get it back!
Feedback is always welcome, please just forgive me if this sucks 😂🖤
Warnings - Ermmmmm don't think there's much in this one tbh, language obviously & some major fluff from Beth at one point
Tags - Ok so no idea who's still here but I'm just gonna tag everyone that used to be tagged, lemme know if you're not interested any more & I'll be sure you take you off!

*Beth's POV*
I peaked out from the corner of the stage to catch a glimpse at the source of the chanting. A mass of 500,000 faces blurred together as their chorus of "Crüe, Crüe, Crüe" shook so violently through the air, I could feel it vibrating in my chest.
Heavy Metal Sunday at the US Festival in San Bernardino had been kicked off by Quiet Riot & they had waltzed off stage after a killer set leaving the crowd hungry for more. And Mötley Crüe were next, ready to deliver.
"I think I'm gonna throw up" Tommy whimpered, leaning over my shoulder to get a look at the sea of people. "What if I fuck up & like drop my sticks or something? Or forget the songs? Or I vomit on stage?"
I laughed at his misplaced panic, turning to face him & resting my hand sympathetically on his shoulder. "T-Bone, you've got more confidence & energy than anyone I know, you've just gotta go out there & use it! You're gonna fucking kill it & you're gonna have the best time! Then you're gonna drop the next album, everyone is gonna go wild for it, you're gonna get even more famous than you already are & you're gonna move up in the world & forget all about us little people!" I joked, my sympathetic hand turning into a playful little shove, trying to distract him from his nerves. "Meanwhile I'll spend my life telling everyone about the time Mötley Crüe invited me to hang out with them backstage at the US Festival, because this is by far the coolest thing that will ever happen to me."
Tommy chuckled, his usual goofy grin returning as my distraction tactic took hold. "You can tell them about the first time you did coke in a bathroom stall with THE Tommy fuckin' Lee!"
"Exactly! Now go get ready, I've got some flirting to do with bands more famous than you," I winked, chuckling at his faux hurt expression, his hands clutching his heart with mimicked pain. "What?! I see you fuckers all the time, I'm making the most of this experience!"
"Sixx is so gonna regret inviting you!" Tommy warned, a hint of concern in his otherwise playful tone.
"That boy thinks some VIP passes are gonna make up for all the shit he's done?" I scoffed, rolling my eyes at Tommy's raised eyebrow. "Look, I'm bored of the Beth-Nikki drama, as I'm sure you all are, so let's forget it. Today is about the band, the reason I'm here is to support you all &-" My words & my focus cut off abruptly as my eyes swept across the cute brunette who'd walked past, his boyish features not too dissimilar to Tommy's. He clearly felt my gaze & his eyes flickered to meet mine, catching me off guard with a cute grin that I couldn't help but return without a thought. "... And you know, maybe to support some other band members too.." I finished slyly.
Tommy followed my eyeline, trying to deduce who'd caught my attention & he laughed when he'd figured it out.
"Eddie, really?" He howled, gesturing obviously towards at the founding member of Van Halen. "I would've though Roth would've been more up your street, yanno, given your history with blonde front men & all!"
I swiped at his arm sharply, shushing him & smiling apologetically in Eddie's direction as he gave an awkward little nod & moved on.
"Goddamn it T-Bone, your big fat mouth is gonna ruin this for me! Now will you go play your damn set, Sixx looks like he's gonna blow any second."
"Ok, ok, I'm going! Thanks for the pep talk doll, you're the best!" Tommy gave me a quick peck on the forehead before bounding back off like an excited puppy to join his band mates, all traces of nerves dissipated.
I looked over at the four of them, all doing their usual pre show routines. Mick was swigging from his hip flask, next to Vince who was flirting with a cute stage hand. Tommy was enthusiastically drumming his sticks on everything in sight, including a stern looking Nikki who was, no doubt, trying to psych them all up with one of his usual don't-fuck-it-up speeches.
I observed them for a moment & couldn't help but allow a proud feeling to warm my heart. I listened the echo of the crowd as they continued their chant, which fast turned to cheers & shouts of excitement as the four of them made their way on to the stage. It was so easy to forget how famous they'd gotten in the time I'd known them. To me, they were friends, no matter the drama that had unfolded between me, Nikki & Vince, they weren't celebrities or rockstars. But as I watched them play, listened to their music I'd once despised but had grown to enjoy, it was like watching strangers. I felt like just another fan, getting to enjoy a band. It was surreal to connect the reckless, fun, roguish boys I hung out with to these talented, serious musicians.
My gaze & attention, unintentionally but predictably, wandered to Nikki, dolled up in all his leather & studs, the smears of black paint under his eyes, beaming at the crowd as they gave him the reaction to his music that he so badly craved. Against my better judgement, I found it inordinately endearing. If I didn't already know from our little psychology session together just how meaningful music was to him & how deep his passion ran, it was evident on his face for all 500,000 fans, & me, to see.
The screaming audience in my peripheral vanished, as did Vince, Mick & Tom, as I fell captive to Nikkis performance. Studying his child like, genuine smile, I realised it felt like I was seeing the real him for the first time, the man underneath the bravado, the ego, the smug smiles & the cruel quips. He looked truly content, like he belonged.
And suddenly, I felt sad.
I finally allowed my mind to admit what I'd continued to suppress underneath all my loathing towards Nikki, the reason I kept coming back & letting him in.
I wanted him.
But not just in the way he wanted me. I wanted this version of him, the content, untroubled Nikki with the genuine smile. I wanted to experience him this way, share in his passion & celebrate it with him, be by his side as he suceeded in what he loved the most. And the sadness came simply because I knew I could never. I knew as soon as the set was over & he walked off that stage, I'd have to face the anger that still consumed me, the reality of the impossibility that Nikki Sixx could ever be someone I could allow myself to fall for.
Senseless tears stung my eyes, threatening to spill over as I observed him play the last few notes of their last song & enthusiastically part with the stage, the crowd &, ultimately, the version of him that I longed for.
I shook my head, furiously wiping my eyes to discourage any more emotional displays & ran to greet them with all the spirit & excitement they deserved.
"Reynolds! Whatcha think doll? Did we kill it or what?!" Whooped Tommy, opening his arms warmly towards me as I sprinted over. I jumped into them as he picked me up & spun me around, giggling with nothing but joy for them.
"You guys were unbelievable! Listen to them out there, they can't get enough of you!" I gushed as he put me down & I hugged Vince, then Mick.
I turned to Nikki, instinctively ready to congratulate him with a hug too, but paused awkwardly as our eyes met & we exchanged an unsure glance.
"Ahem, yeah you guys were great," I managed, smiling at him, praying the discomfort wasn't too obvious.
"Thanks Lizzy.. I'm, uh- I'm really glad to decided to come." He replied, a fraction of that genuine smile still in place of his sweaty, exhausted face.
"Yeah.. Me too, Sixx."
●●●
The next few hours were a blur of execs, press & management swamping the band as I watched the rest of the festival from the sidelines, feeling a little out of place in amongst the crew & talent backstage.
Halfway through enjoying the Prince of Darkness himself perform, I felt a light rap on my shoulder & turned to see a familiar face I would never have expected.
"Daniel?!" I spluttered, laughing a little at the surprise to see his clean cut, handsome face in the wash of metal heads & glam rock bands I'd grown acustom to throughout the day.
He laughed right back, the sound sending a little spark running through me. "How're you doing Beth?"
"I'm good! Wow, this is bizarre, what're you doing here?" I quizzed, the perplexed looking on my face amusing him all the more.
"Well med school comes with a hefty price tag unfortunately, so I'm working as one of the festival medics. I was called back to attend to a couple of the bands that apparently got into a bit of a brawl", he answered, before raising his eyebrow so subtly, I could've almost missed it. "Look at you backstage, miss VIP!" He gestured towards the lanyard dangling from my neck. "I'm presuming this means you're still firmly strapped into that rollercoaster, huh? Front row & all!"
I gave an sheepish smile, not sure how take his comment or how to respond.
"Well no, I'm not on the rollercoaster, anymore" I mused, sticking with his metaphor, "But I'm still at the theme park, I guess!" Daniel looked confused as I gestured at my surroundings & laughed at my own stupid comparison. I coughed & hurriedly explained "That's to say, I'm not here for Nikki, I'm here supporting the band yanno, they're my friends & all."
"Ahh I see!" He nodded slowly, not looking at all convinced. "Well I hope you're having fun, it was lovely to bump into you."
I mumbled a "you too", back at him as he turned to walk away, but I caught him by the arm, feeling like I had more to say.
"Daniel, I'm sorry for that night, the impression I must've given you.. The groupie image now being firmly backed up by my being here, I guess." I muttered sorely. "I'm not really sure why but I feel like I owe you more of an explanation."
"You don't owe me anything, Beth. We met, had a great time, but you're not in a place to carry that on & that's fine, I understand." He paused, clearly unsure whether to say what he was thinking, but he chose to continue, "what I don't understand is why you're here, supporting a man that would speak of you so appalling & treat you as such. The things he said that night, in front of me, a perfect stranger, were unforgiveable. I hate to imagine what else he'd said & done before that to make you dislike him so much."
"I know I- Nikki is just.." I let my sentence trail off.
"Like I said, you don't owe me an explanation. I just hope at some point you'll see that you see you deserve better."
I smiled weakly, struggling to see how he was wrong.
Daniel sensed my discomfort & kindly changed the subject. "How about we go grab a coffee or something before another fight breaks out & I have to go see to another bloody nose, huh?"
*Nikkis POV*
I leaned over one of the large music cases, discarded to the side of the stage, watching Ozzy do his thing. I marvelled at the thought that we had not long before played on the exact stage that Ozzy fucking Osbourne was now strutting around. My eyes wandered to the crowd, observing those that had screamed our names & sang along to our songs just hours before & I felt a dumb, dopey smile spread uncontrollably across my face.
My eyes locked with a beautiful, busty blonde in the front row & I regained my composure, winking at her & replacing my smile with the trademark smirk that I knew worked every time. She blushed scarlet & blew me a kiss as I chuckled to myself, wondering if there was a way to get her backstage.
My eyes carried on their journey, scanning the crowd, looking for more woman I could infatuate with a simple look, riding high on the success of the day, the attention & the recent offer of joining the Prince of Darkness on his next tour.
My gaze landed on an angel on the opposite wing to where I stood, throwing her head back in laughter so intoxicating, I was sure I could hear it over the roaring speakers, all the way across the stage. I got lost in her beauty for a moment, enjoying her smile, as he shy eyes flitted from the ground to the face of the person she was talking to, flipping her blonde hair over her shoulder in a subtle, yet flirtatious way. Beth laughed again, this time placing her hand on the chest of that asshole from the bar, the one that challenged me & told me I wasn't good enough for her. I felt my jaw tense at the sight of him resting his hand over hers, the way he rubbed his thumb across it gently as she spoke, all his attention on her face as he listened to what she had to say. Jealousy coursed through me hotly, causing me to jolt upright & turn away from them, as if it actually burned to watch.
"What the fuck is he doing here?!" I seethed to Tommy, turning back to them & pointing. "Did she invite that piece of shit?!"
Tom followed my finger & furrowed his brow, clearly not recognising the man Beth was now leaning towards in a way that made my stomach lurch & my fists ball up until my knuckles turned white.
"Who is it?!"
"It's that fucking pretty boy from the bar. She's invited him just to piss me off, to get back at me. How could she fucking do that, doesn't she know what today means for us?! And here she is, ruining it on purpose like the spoiled brat she is."
Vince shot me a sharp looking, warning me to carry on.
"Oh what, Vince?!" I spat, venomously.
"Honestly, who fucking cares, Sixx?! Let the girl enjoy herself, she's not ruining anything for anyone other than you & honestly, you fucking deserve it." He shot back.
"We invited her here, got her backstage & she thinks she can just bring some prick along with her for free?! Nah, she's not using us to impress some fucker & get her leg up, they're both fucking out of here."
I started marching off, ready to get their asses hurled out, when Micks firm palm on my chest stopped my tracks.
"Mars, get your fucking hand off me."
"Enough, Nikki." He said, quietly but unflinchingly.
"Sixx, just fucking let it go, we've all had enough," Vince jumped in. "The arguing between the two of you, its gotta stop. You fucked me over, got to screw the chick, what more do you want?! She's just a girl, move on like you always do. The constant love-hate thing is getting old, we're bored of it."
Tommy nodded slightly in agreement as Mick removed his hand. I glared harshly at them all, too stubborn to admit they were probably right, but also too petty to let it go.
"Fine, she can get her pretty boy fuck, what the fuck do I care?!" I lied, convincing no-one as I turned back to pretend to catch the last of Ozzys set.
But my eyes bore through the scene on stage & fixed on my girl across the way, her lips pressed against his, her hands in his hair. My mind flashed through all of the times I'd seen her kiss Vince & the jealousy I felt. But this was different, this felt worse. With Vince, it had an expiry date, but this..
I could really lose her to this guy, I thought.
My jaw clenched once again at the idea that someone could make her happy, that someone would get to enjoy every part of her. The simple suggestion that she might want someone so much that she would forget about me.
*Beths POV*
I hurried quickly to use the bathroom, excited to get back to talking to Daniel. As I entered the rank portable toilet, I cringed at the idea of sitting on something that god knows how many people had used that day. I went to grab a fistful of paper from the dispenser, but I cursed as my hand hit the empty cardboard tube left inside.
"C'mon..." I muttered, fumbling around in my purse for some tissues I could use to line the seat, but something else caught my eye, that made me stop dead.
My fingers rested gently on the tampon I always kept in my bag for emergencies & my brain scrambled to do the math.
Dread descending over me like a cloud threatening rain as I figured out the time it'd been since Nikkis little hit & run at my place.
"But we used protection," I whispered aloud to myself. But it didn't make sense, I was late. And I'm never late.
I practically fell out of the porta potty, my mind swimming with confusion & doubt, when strong, leather clad arms caught me.
"You ok there Lizzy? Had a bit too much to drink, have we?"
My eyes lifted to meet Nikkis, his expression amused, but with something else behind his green eyes that I couldn't quite place. He look strained, like he was perhaps forcing his usual shit eating smirk.
"Uh yeah, I'm fine Nikki, thanks." I mumbled, desperate to get away from him before he sensed something was really wrong.
But it was too late. "Beth, are you ok?" He asked again, this time concern evident in his voice.
"Nikki, I said I'm fine." I said, stronger this time, but a slight falter in my voice still gave me away. "I just need to go home, I'm sorry."
"Beth, what's happened?! Did that asshole do something to you? I swear to god, if he's laid a fucking hand on you, I'll kill him-"
"What?!" I puzzled, wondering who he was talking about. "Oh Daniel?" I didn't realise he'd seen us together, but that was another problem for another time. Nikkis jealousy was the least of my concerns right now. I had to be sure. I had to get out of here, go find a pharmacy & pray the test would be negative.
I couldn't be pregnant. Especially not by Nikki Sixx.
"Angel," He propped his fingers under my chin & lifted my face until our eyes met & I saw the silent distress on his face, "tell me what's wrong."

The Dirt (Your Version)
Tumblr media
Summary: Meeting Nikki Sixx and Tommy Lee was a coincidence. Being friends was a choice. But falling in love with them both was beyond your control.
Or
A rewrite of The Dirt with all the highs and lows of Mötley Crüe from your perspective.
Pairings: Nikki Sixx x Reader, Tommy Lee x Reader, Nikki Sixx x Tommy Lee x Reader
Word Count: 3.1k
Warnings: Past child abuse, and of course, excessive alcohol and substance abuse.
A/N: More specific warnings will be added for certain chapters when required. I also just wanted to add in a quick disclaimer and say that through my research, Vince Neil's parents sounded like nice, decent people. However, this is a fanfic and for the purpose of this story and the plot, I am changing that.
Chapter 1- My Kinda Lover
Growing up, you always knew your big brother Vince had what it took to become a rockstar.
As kids, his favourite place other than the beach was the roller-skating rink where they held lip-synching contests. Vince would drag you there with his surfer buddy John and sign up every time. He'd dress up in flared pants, loud open button polyester shirts, wigs and other accessories he thought rockstars were supposed to wear and you'd help him.
It was during those lip-synching contests where Vince discovered his love for performing. He'd jump around on stage, goofed off, played air guitar and threw the microphone around. The crowd ate it up, and he always won. Always.
It wasn't long before the lip-synching turned into actual singing and your brother had a damn good voice even as a teenager. And not long after that he joined a band. Rock Candy.
It was during one of his performances with the cover band that his path to becoming a rockstar kicked off.
Vince was in the middle of singing his cover for My Kinda Lover on the small stage with his band. You'd sing as a backup singer for Rock Candy occasionally, but this song didn't require it, so you hung by the drinks table swirling your Jack and coke around in a solo cup and listened.
The drink was an important necessity every time Rock Candy performed because you weren't sure how you'd get through watching all those girls fawn over your big brother without it. They were practically throwing themselves on him whenever he performed and although you hated it, Vince absolutely lapped up all the attention from them.
There had been a few incidences where drunk girls got too handsy with him. Pulling at his clothes or jumping on stage just to touch him. One time a woman grabbed his scarf and literally pulled him down into the crowd of crazy females. By the time he managed to get back on stage, half his clothes had been torn off and that was when you stepped in and started ordering people out or breaking noses... usually the latter.
Most women treated your brother like a piece of meat. Like he was nothing more than a toy for them to play with and admire. And Vince, although he would never admit it, he didn't enjoy it all the time.
So, even when not on stage with him, you kept an eye on everything and that was when you spotted the three men.
They stood out amongst the crowd of young people dressed in the bare minimum while they wore leather and dark pants with their jet-black hair. You clocked them the second they walked through the crowd as people who shouldn't be here.
No way guys dressed like that would be interest in listening to Vince's cover band. So, what did they want? Trouble, probably.
You hung back eyeing the men cautiously before they began to make their way over to the drinks stand where you still were. None of them paid you any attention while you leant against the side of the table sipping your drink.
It wasn't like you blended in with the crowd here either, so you couldn't judge the strangers too harshly. Your own tight jeans and leather jacket might as well be a full body suit compared to the other girls crop tops and tiny shorts.
"His voice ain't bad." One of the men suddenly said speaking up for the first time since they got to the drinks stand.
"I don't care if he can sing or not. Look what he's doing to those chicks." The other responded.
The three guys continued to watch your brother sing on stage while pointing and commenting quiet words that you couldn't quite catch.
Downing the last of your Jack and coke, you pushed yourself away from the drinks table and took a step to the side until you were blocking their view to the stage and folded your arms across your chest defensively.
"What do you guys want from Vince?"
The man in the middle holding a bottle of Jack Daniels instantly stood up straight sizing you up.
The older man to his right remained silent and looked over your shoulder back towards the stage seemingly bored by your presence, so you kept your attention focused on the middle guy whose gaze hadn't left yours, but he didn't seem like he was going to answer your question either.
"Don't make me repeat myself." You said bluntly.
His brows furrowed into a frown, the blankness on his expression twisting into annoyance but before he could say anything, the younger guy to his left spoke up.
"Holy fucking shit. Y/N?"
That had your head snapping away from the middle guy instantly and the second you saw that goofy smile and long hair, realisation hit you like a truck.
Tommy Lee.
Well, shit. You weren't expecting to see him here.
You didn't recognise him earlier. His hair used to be lighter, but now it was black. It suited him though.
The last time you saw him was when you and Vince were living in his van about a year ago. So much had happened since then.
A smile broke out across your face which made Tommy's smile brighten further before he held his arms out a little hesitantly like he wasn't sure if a hug would be an acceptable greeting. If it was anyone else, no, a hug wouldn't be acceptable, maybe a handshake at the most, but this wasn't anyone, this was Tommy.
"Good to see you, Tommy." You said accepting the hug.
His long lanky arms instantly wrapped around your body tightly and you hugged him back, tucking your head against his chest and closing your eyes thinking back to the last time you had seen him.
Your father was a mechanic who worked for L.A. County repairing sheriff's cars. He had so many friends within the law enforcement department, he thought he could get away with anything... and he was right.
When he wasn't at work fixing cars or buddying up to the local cops, he was at home getting high and drinking. And the combination of drugs and alcohol made him mad. It made him angry. It made him abusive.
Your stepmother, Vince's real mother, wouldn't stand for your father's crap and they'd end up in screaming matches against each other. They'd yell, scream, cry and break things from the living room nearly every night.
Vince could always tell when the fighting was about to start, and once you got older, you saw the warning signs too before World War III erupted in the house. When you were little Vince would take you to his bedroom and lock the door while blasting music through his stereo so you couldn't hear the screaming and fighting. He'd make it fun and would use his hairbrush as a makeshift microphone and the two of you would sing and dance on top of his bed trying to forget about what was happening across the house.
When you got older and the fighting would start up, you'd both slip out his bedroom window and get away for a few hours until your father calmed down or passed out from drinking. But sometimes you weren't quick enough to get away.
Those nights were the worst because his anger would turn onto you and Vince.
Vince always took the blunt of his anger. He always tried to protect you from your father's rage and violence, but sometimes he couldn't.
You were eight years old the first time your father ever hit you. He was mad about something -staying up too late, not doing homework, playing music too loud, you couldn't remember - it didn't matter anyway.
Your father was always in a terrible mood, the alcohol and drugs made him worse and at the slightest provocation he would take out his frustration on the nearest thing or person which was usually you, despite Vince trying his best to not let that happen.
Your father never outright said it, but you reminded him of the affair he had with another woman -your mother- the woman who dumped a baby at his perfect white picket fence home door with a single note.
'Your daughter, Y/N. I'm sorry'
Vince's mother had taken you in and raised you like her own without hesitation, despite your father wanting nothing to do with you.
You were 16 years old the last time he ever beat you... and the first time he nearly killed you.
"Just stay awake, okay? Keep your eyes on me." Vince practically begged while he sped down the road away from the hell you called home. "We'll be at the hospital soon. Stay awake."
You leant heavily against the passenger side door of the car while holding his scarf against the side of your head. The scarf had started off white but was now stained a bright crimson along with the collar of your shirt.
Blood was trickling down the side of your face from the deep gash on your forehead. The warm liquid sticking and matting in your hair as you struggled to keep your eyes open.
"N-no hospital. We can't afford it." You winced, tilting your head to the side to look at your brother, but even that slight movement felt like agony against your pounding head.
Vince clenched his jaw at your words, his hands tightening and untightening around the steering wheel as he drove, but he didn't argue because you were right. You had no money. And if you went to the hospital, they'd call your father, the very same man you were running from.
"We should go back." You whispered closing your eyes and leaning your head back against the seat behind you. "We have nowhere else to go."
"Hey, no, open your eyes. And we are not going back." Vince stated sternly while he reached over and shook your shoulder until you reluctantly opened your eyes despite wanting nothing more than to just sleep the pain away. "I'm not letting him anywhere near you again. Got it?"
"You can't protect me from everything, big brother."
"I can try."
Before you knew it, Vince was pulling up into the driveway in front of a decent looking house that you couldn't recognise.
"I'll be back. Don't fall asleep."
He was out the car before you could respond, and you watched through the windshield as he ran up to the house and knocked on the front door until a guy you recognised from high school answered.
"Vinnie, what up, dude?" Tommy greeted with a bright smile.
"I... we need a place to stay. Can we..." Vince trailed off while pointing towards a van parked along the side of the house.
"Who's we?"
Vince nodded over his shoulder to where you were sitting in the car holding the bloodied scarf to your forehead.
Tommy's eyes widened in a mixture of shock and panic, "holy shit. Is she okay?"
"No. Not really." Vince admitted, emotion thick in his voice. "Can we crash in your van for a few days?"
"Of course." Tommy answered without hesitation.
-
"I've missed you, dude." Tommy's voice said, snapping you out of your thoughts as the two of you pulled apart.
His eyes shifted to your forehead searching for the scar that he knew was hidden behind your hair. It seemed you weren't the only one who had been thinking back to the last time you saw each other.
"I'm in a band with these dudes." Tommy explained after a few beats of silence. "Guys, this is Y/N. She's Vince's sister. I was in the same grade as her in high school."
Both men nodded but didn't say anything. Instead, they turned their attention over your shoulder to where your brother was still performing in front of the crowd.
Seriously, what did they want from Vince?
"Yeah, Vinnie!!" Tommy cheered enthusiastically as the song came to an end.
"Thank you! We're Rock Candy!" Your brother shouted into the microphone.
"Shitty name."
You turned to glare at the older and very serious-looking man. Sure, you kind of agreed with him. Rock Candy wasn't a great name, but only you were allowed to insult your brother.
"Okay, seriously, why are you guys here and what do you want with my brother?" You questioned, the smile from seeing Tommy vanishing from your face as you got down to business.
"We're looking for a singer for the band." The one drinking Jack Daniels straight finally said.
"And who the fuck are you?"
His sea green eyes shifted back to you, looking you up and down briefly before meeting your gaze.
"Nikki Sixx."
You stared at him for a moment before nodding, "okay, Sixx. Why do you want my brother?"
Vince looked nothing like these guys. Your brother loved white. He'd wear that white t-shirt you had ripped up the sides of and sewn together with lace everywhere because it was his favourite. He had his hair dyed as white as he could get it and fluffed it until it added half a foot to his height. It was his style, and it was the opposite to these guys.
"He's fucking perfect, man." Tommy responded.
"He's pretty good. Got moves." Nikki admitted without answering your question.
Tommy suddenly darted off, pushing his way through the crowd to where Vince was now walking after finishing the last song. Nikki and the older guy didn't say anything else to you, so you didn't speak to them either while you watched Tommy and Vince embrace in a hug and chat for a few minutes before Tommy returned with his signature smile.
"He's in. I think."
You glanced back over to your brother across the crowd as he tucked the tape that Tommy had given him into his pocket without much thought because he was too focused on the blonde-haired woman chatting him up.
Nah, Vince wasn't in.
-
Later that night, you found yourself sitting in the bed of your old Ford F150 truck parked on the beach away from humanity because it was quietest spot and best place to sleep.
Between your shifts at the diner downtown and Vince working as an electrician apprentice plus his small gigs with Rock Candy, it still wasn't enough to afford a house or apartment. Vince usually crashed in the bedrooms of which ever girl he was seeing that week while you slept in a sleeping bag in the back of your truck.
It wasn't so bad, especially this time of year. During winter it was harder, and you were going to figure something else out, but that was a few months away and a problem for later. For now, you were going to enjoy the peaceful beach and sound of waves crashing against the shore like a lullaby every night.
You laid in the bed of your truck staring up at the stars shimmering in the sky above you. The cool breeze was slowly starting to kick in, but not enough for you to grab a blanket out from under the front seat.
Something suddenly slammed against the tailgate of your truck causing you to bolt upright and reach for the pocketknife stashed under your pillow only to find your brother leaning against the side of your truck trying not to laugh.
"One of these days, I'm gonna actually stab you and I'm not even gonna be sorry." You warned pointing at him with the knife.
Vince rolled his eyes, "you shouldn't keep parking in the same spot. Creeps might start to notice."
"Oh, creeps like you?" You shot back causing Vince to glare, but there was no real heat behind it.
"I'm serious though. If some pedo realises a young girl sleeps out here alone, that little knife won't do much to stop him. You need a gun or something."
"I can't afford a gun."
"I can steal you one." He suggested.
"Please don't."
Vince snorted softly before pulling down the tailgate of your truck and sitting on it while overlooking the ocean that was lit up by the full moon shining brightly in the sky above it.
"What happened to your new girl? Her daddy kick you out?" You teased, referring back to a few weeks ago when a girl's father did actually kick him out and he ended up in the back of your truck keeping you awake with his snoring.
"Nah, her dad wasn't home."
You frowned a little at his words because if he hadn't been kicked out of the girl's house then why wasn't he sleeping in her comfy bed or at the very least, her couch?
"Tommy gave me this. Said to listen to it and call him." He pulled a tape out from his pocket and held it out towards you. "It's all I've been thinking about. I couldn't even get it up when I was in bed with her."
"Eww! Too much information, Jesus Christ." You swore taking the tape before jumping out the truck and opening the driver side door turning the key to accessories before inserting the tape into the stereo cranking the volume up.
You sat on the tailgate beside Vince while you listened to the music together on the beach where nobody could see or hear for miles.
It hurt to admit, but fuck, they were pretty good.
"This shits on Rock Candy, no offence." You commented and to your own shock, Vince actually nodded in agreement. "You gonna call Tommy and his sketchy friends to join their even sketchier band?"
"What do you think?" He asked, but it wasn't a question. He was going to call.

A/N:
So, this fanfic came out of nowhere.
I recently saw Mötley Crüe during their last show of the World Tour in Melbourne (I am still pinching myself. It was the best night ever!) and seeing them in person literally kickstarted my obsession for them.
I grew up listening to my dad’s 80s music which obviously included Mötley Crüe. I still remember Girls Girls Girls blasting through the car on the way to school when I was 8. And although I’ve liked their music since I was a kid, I never really knew much about them beyond that.
But when my dad asked if I wanted to go to the Mötley Crüe concert with him, I didn’t even hesitate.
I’ll be honest, I had never watched The Dirt before until Vince said during the concert that Mötley Crüe had made a movie and I googled it as soon as I got home.
After watching the movie and seeing them live in concert, I was hooked.
I bought their book The Dirt and binged it in 2 days (that is one hell of a rollercoaster to read) and now I’m literally typing this while wearing a Mötley shirt.
I won’t try and pretend to have been a Cruehead all my life because that isn’t true, but I am so incredibly glad that I have found this love for Mötley Crüe and I hope you all enjoy this fanfic xx

"Please don't be Silent Hill. Please don't be Silent Hill." The boy kept up his mantra as they approached the sign from behind.
Sure enough, the sign declared this place was named Silent Hill. The boy, Danny, had explained Silent Hill was a survival horror game franchise and that they were "living out the game" Cass nodded. She dealt with horrors regularly in Gotham and she knew how to survive much better that the average person.
She thought this would be easy.
She was wrong.
Danny as Phantom was ridiculously useful, and his knowledge of the video games was priceless given their situation but even he could only do so much. By the end of it she was carrying her new very tired and very traumatized boyfriend bridal style through Gotham.
Let me tell you, gothamites seeing Black Bat carrying some glowy meta around like that gave many people the absolutely correct idea that BB was dating him.
The batfam are freaking out. Thier sister disappeared for weeks without a trace and then suddenly reappeared with a boyfriend? Suspicious.

“You’re staring again,” The low voice accuses from underneath the car. You watch his hand pat the concrete, searching for his toolbox, before quickly grabbing the wrench. His hands are black with dirt and oil, probably calloused from the heavy work.
“Am I not allowed to?” You hum, sitting on your garage cabinet while sipping on some water.
You watch Eijiro put a screwdriver in his mouth, now using both hands to tighten a bolt. Sweat drips down his temples and onto the floor beneath him. You sigh at the sight.
“It’s distracting” He mumbles around the tool, trying to stay focused on the task at hand.
Kirishimas sanctuary was his garage. He spent a good proportion of the house budget on simply making this area perfect for him. It has everything a guy like him needs, and tons of room for him to work on his hobby. Fixing cars.
Your hobby conveniently lines up perfectly with his. Watching hot men do manual labor, specifically watching your lover fix cars. So you also spend a great amount of time here.
He was currently under one, but the older truck is being suspended into the air (to your request) so you get a perfect view of him underneath the car dealing with all the technical stuff you cannot understand. You sit there and watch, not giving a damn about the broken car.
He lets out a groan as he tries to secure a pipe into place. You watch his biceps contract and his eyebrows furrowed in concentration.
“You know, it's got to be hot under there. Don't you think you'll be more comfortable if you take off your shirt?” You tease, crossing your legs with a grin on your face.
Though, the black wife beater he was wearing was already making you swoon. And the way it was stuck to his skin? You had to be in heaven.
He glances back at you, taking the screwdriver out of his mouth, before using his arm to wipe some sweat off his face. Black streaks coat his cheeks. “You are looking at me like you are a starved animal,” He laughs, before using his moveable stool to kick back away from under the car toward where you're sitting.
He climbs off the stool, and over to you, while you swing your legs out lazily. He places his hands on the counter on either side of you, trapping you in his hold. You meet his stare, the corner of your mouth picking up in a smile. He is grinning at you, eyes tired from the work, but still pinning you in place.
“Thirsty?” You hum, holding up your cup to his mouth.
His eyes flicker toward the glass and he nods. You tilt the glass upward, watching the way his throat moves as he swallows it down.
When he looks back at you as to say, enough you just continue pouring. The water drips down his face and onto his shirt. He pulls away with a small cough.
Your eyes widen at the sight in front of you. His shirt clinging now completely to his skin, his body glistening from sweat and now the water. This right here is why this is your favorite hobby.
“Really?” He sighs with a small grin, looking down at the black tank top.
You pout dramatically. “Aw, guess you gotta take your shirt off,” You tease, running your fingers up his shirt toward his neck.
He chuckles low, before blinking slowly at you, leaning forward, and brushing his lips against yours. “Mmm? Can you take it off for me?”
You grin, fingers running up his arm. “Gladly.”
The day ends up like it usually does. With both of you covered in sweat, dirt, and car oil, but you didn’t mind, this is exactly why this is your favorite hobby.

could i get a nikki sixx angst where reader thinks he’s cheating on her and they have a big fight but it ends up in fluff🙏🙏
Tumblr media
thank you for requesting!! i hope you like it and its what you were looking for.
Misunderstanding
Nikki sixx x reader
Glancing at the clock on the wall for probably the 20th time since 11:30 pm, when Nixxi said he'd be home. It was no almost two in the morning. For the past few weeks nikki´s been getting home later and later from the times he says, he doesn't act like the guy y/n fell in love with.
A thought crosses y/n´s mind as she sits on the couch waiting for Nikki to come home. What if he's out with another girl? What if hes fucking another girl right now? What-what if he doesn't love me anymore? y/n thought to herself. She's never let the thought of Nikki cheating cross her mind before but with how he's been acting she can't help it.
She's so deep in her thought that she didn't hear the front door open and her boyfriend stumble in. Nikki stopped when she saw someone in the corner of his eye. Looking over at his girlfriend he walks over to her “hey babe why are you still up”  he says slurring some of his words. The sudden voice behind y/n made her jump and look up at the obviously drunk man. “I was waiting for my boyfriend who said he'd be home almost three and a half hours ago.” as the words leave her mouth nikki rolls his eyes. “I was out and lost track of time no big deal” he says throwing his arms up.
“No big deal?!” y/n says rasing her voice “Nikki the past few weeks youve been acting diffrent, not coming home untill almost three in the fucking morning, probably out fucking some random bimbo, while im here waiting for you to come home so i know youre fucking safe!” she says standing  up, looking at her boyfriend who was making an extremely confused face. “Cheating? Are you serious y/n?!” he says glaring at her. “When have I ever made it so you wouldn't trust me? Huh?” nikki says getting in her face
“Oh i don't know, not telling me where you've been, being distant, not having time for me anymore because if you're not doing drugs you're out doing god knows what!” y/n yells at nikki causing him to turn around, pick up a bottle of jack that he had left laying around one day and throw it across the room making it shatter. “y/n ive never even fucking thought about cheating on you, but you know what. Maybe I will if you already think I am” he says, looking her in the eyes.
y/n´s eyes well up with tears but before she could say anything nikki starts “oh now you're crying. Typical” rolling his eyes he goes up stairs hearing her crying behind him. Once he's upstairs and in their room, he goes into his closet and shoots up. Reality of everything that happened tonight is sinking in. Nikki wasnt out with another girl, no other girl could even compare to his y/n, and to know that she thinks that low of him hurts a lot.
While nikki is upstairs, y/n is down stairs looking at the shattered glass with teary eyes. After almost ten minutes she decided to clean up the glass carefully. Once she's all done she slowly makes her way upstairs. When she entered the room she already knew nikkis in the closet, so she walked over, opened the door and saw Nikki lying on the ground, a needle laying next to him. Her eyes start tearing up again as she picks the needle up putting it into the trash before turning her attention to nikki
“Nik? Wake up” she says rubbing his face a little until his eyes open looking at her in a daze, a big frown makes its way to his face when he remembers what happened “baby?” he asks sadly “come on nikki let's get you in bed” y/n says while trying to pull him up. “I'm so sorry y/n, i-i've never cheated on you i promise” nikki says turning to face her, putting his hands on her shoulders “please believe me sweetheart” he begs the woman in front of him. y/n smiles and leads him to the bed, and pushing him to lay down “well talk about this in the morning nikki, you need to sleep right now”
As she gets into bed next to him he lays his head on her chest. “I love you y/n, more than anything in the world. When I'm out I'm just with Tommy and the guys drinking i promise” he slurs from both the drugs and tiredness. y/n kisses him forehead before whispering “i love you too nikki, now get some sleep”
The last thing she heard before he passed out was a mumbled ‘im sorry’

I thought of a cute story prompt! What if Anya has to go to do some community service and she helps kids at an orphanage. Damian comes and finds Anya surprisingly good with kids. Ge is amazed by her motherly attitude and Anya notices and Damian acts like his old self. Until a boy gets mad at Damian cause he too has a crush on Anya.
He was being SO NORMAL watching Anya work with the little kids. He was SO CALM when she laughed at their antics, with her smile full of sunshine and her laughter the sound of paradise. Her songs and praise were the sun to these little kids who were the flowers soaking up her light.
Damian was going to have a goddamn heart attack here in the middle of the playground- his girlfriend was just TOO CUTE.
And then she turned that smile on him, with a toddler on her hip and her hair messed up in the best possible way and it was like looking into a vision of the future.
He couldn’t handle it.
“What are you looking at Shorty?!” He yelped, overheating by the second.
Anya’s smile dropped a fraction, but the boy Damian was helping tie a shoe for saw it anyway.
The kid wrenched his foot away from Damian’s limp hands and marched his way over to Anya, holding his arms up to be held.
Anya, the strongest woman the Desmond had ever known (except Mrs. Forger of course) picked him up, oblivious to the stink face the child was sending his way.
“You be nice to Miss. Anya!”
“What do you know kid?”
The sneer the kid had given way to adoration as he wrapped his chubby arms around Anya’s neck. “She’s too good for you.”
Anya chuckled and Damian knew the kid was right.
She really was too good for him.

It wasn’t the first time I had found Nikki in the midst of one of his highs. In fact, it was becoming such a regular occurrence that I usually expected Nikki to be high as a kite whenever I went to see him.
What I didn’t expect this time around was to find him almost dead. Or...I guess completely dead.
I had gotten a call from one of his junkie friends - also nothing new. He sounded frantic and scared as he tried to tell me there was something wrong with Nikki. I thought at first that maybe he was just too high and was freaking out because Nikki was also high, so I wasn’t too alarmed at first. I drove to the address that the guy had given me, convinced that I was going to have to carry Nikki back home yet again and nurse him through his heroin hangover.
When I showed up to the house and found it completely abandoned, a feeling of dread started to grow in me. I walked into the house to find Nikki on his own, passed out, with ghostly pale skin and dried vomit on his mouth and chest. My heart stopped as I fell next to Nikki and checked his pulse. When I couldn’t find one, I immediately called 911.
The ride to the hospital was mostly a blur. The paramedics let me ride with Nikki, but I was basically curled up in an anxiety filled ball as I watched them trying to operate on Nikki. Just when I had lost all hope of him being helped, one of the paramedics injected him with something and he gasped back to life.
Nikki was put in a hospital room to make sure the drugs fully left his system before he was discharged. They allowed me to stay with him since he had no other immediate family to call. I slept in the chair by his bedside while he went through his detox, which was probably the most uncomfortable I had ever been. But I didn’t want to leave until I knew Nikki was okay. I wanted him to wake up so I could tell him that I couldn’t keep doing this.
I was eating a bland hospital food meal when Nikki woke up. I watched him slowly come to life before taking in his surroundings. He turned his head and focused his attention on me.
“(Y/N)? Where am I?” he asked.
“The hospital,” I responded. “Do you remember much about last night?”
He shook his head. “I don’t remember anything.”
“You...um...well, you overdosed, Nik. Your heart stopped and everything. One of the paramedics managed to re-start it in the ambulance.”
“Oh.” I couldn’t read his facial expression, but I assumed he was shocked by this news. Or at least I hoped he was.
I sat at the edge of my chair, looking down at my hands. I couldn’t look at him. The words bubbling in my throat were hard to get out.”
“Nik, I can’t do this anymore.”
“What do you mean?”
I started picking at my hands. My vision was becoming blurry, but I refused to let Nikki see. I had to remain strong so I didn’t back down from this decision.
“I can’t keep watching you nearly kill yourself with drugs. I can’t keep finding you high out of your mind and having to take care of you until you’re well enough to shoot up again.”
“What are you saying, (Y/N)?”
I took a deep breath and forced out, “I can’t be friends with you while you’re like this, Nikki. I can’t keep doing this to myself.”
Silence filled the room. I was picking at a hangnail on my thumb until I accidentally made it bleed. I stuck my thumb in my mouth to try and combat the bleeding, which resulted in me finally looking up at Nikki. He was looking at me with sad eyes. I was a little caught off guard by the reaction and felt guilt building inside of me.
“You...you don’t want to be friends anymore?” he asked. “(Y/N), we’ve been friends since we were in diapers. You really want to end all that?”
I nodded. “I have to, Nikki. I can’t do this anymore. This isn’t good for me, and I can’t come to your rescue and worry that I’m going to find you dead permanently.”
“That’s not gonna happen.”
“I didn’t think so either, until I walked into a crack house to find you unresponsive and alone.”
“That’s because those idiots left me. That won’t happen again.”
I shook my head. My guilt was quickly being replaced with anger. He wasn’t understanding what I was saying. He wasn’t understanding the severity of the situation I had found him in the night before. He wasn’t going to get clean, he was just thinking about when he could get his next high.
I had to get out of there. I was no longer worried that I would go back on my decision, but rather I was worried of what I might say while angry. I got up from my chair, my body aching from being there for so long, and collected my things to leave.
“So this is it?” Nikki questioned as I headed for the door. “A lifetime of friendship and you’re throwing it away while I’m recovering from a near death experience?”
“Don’t give me that shit, Nikki!” I snapped. “It wouldn’t have been a near experience if it weren’t for me! In fact, there has probably been a number of times I’ve saved your ass. And do I get so much as a ‘thank you, (Y/N)’, ‘I appreciate you, (Y/N)’, ‘I’ll stop taking drugs and nearly killing myself, (Y/N)’?”
“I never asked you to do any of that.”
“No, you didn’t, but I still did. Because I love you. And I can’t watch the man I love killing himself anymore!”
The silence that hung between us was thicker now. I felt a wetness on my cheek as I realized I had finally let the tears start falling. This was exactly what I hadn’t wanted to say, but now it was out there and I couldn’t take it back.
I quickly threw myself out of Nikki’s hospital room. I made a beeline for the elevator, trying to put as much distance between me and that room as I could.
At least admitting my feelings made it easier for him to let me go, I thought to myself.
The sudden sound of hospital machines beeping followed by voices yelling drew my attention back to Nikki’s room. The brunette rock star was trying to shove past the number of hospital staff that was trying to coax him back into his room.
“Sir, you’re still detoxing, you have to go back to your room until the doctor discharges you,” a nurse was saying as she tried to push Nikki back into his room.
“I’ll go back in if she comes with me,” Nikki said, pointing towards me.
I felt my face heat up with embarrassment as the staff looked at me. “Nikki, you have to finish your treatment. Go back in and I’ll come see you when you’re better.”
“I don’t believe you,” he said. “I think if you walk out now that I’ll never see you again, and you can’t leave me after what you just told me.”
It felt like my throat was closing over from trying to hold back the fresh tears welling in my eyes. I managed to choke out, “I can’t.”
Nikki finally managed to break away from the staff trying to restrain him and rushed over to me. Before I could realize what he was doing, his hands were grabbing my face and his lips were on mine. It was far from being the picture perfect kiss you see in romantic comedies. It was rough and almost felt desperate. But it was a kiss, and I couldn’t help but get lost in it because it was something I had been dreaming of for years.
It was broken up when two hospital guards appeared and grabbed Nikki, forcing him away from me and back to his room. He tried to fight against them, but when he saw that I was following them now he stopped and allowed them to put him back in his bed and hook him back up to the machines he had been attached to.
I sat back down in the uncomfortable chair and we were right back to where we had been moments before, as if the last ten minutes hadn’t happened at all.
“So,” I started, “was that...real?”
He gave me a funny look. “How could it not be real?”
“I don’t know, it could’ve just been a tactic to get me to come back into the room.”
Nikki chuckled a little. “You don’t think there’s even the smallest possibility that I did that because I also have feelings for you and I didn’t want you to walk away without me telling you that?”
I shrugged my shoulder, which caused him to laugh again. “You’re so cute.”
It was hard not to smile when he said that, but I quickly wiped the smile from my face. “I still mean what I said, though. This admitting that we have feelings for one another isn’t going to change my mind. If anything, I’m much more firm on my decision that I’m not going to sit around and watch you kill yourself.”
Nikki sighed and nodded his head. “I know. I have a problem, (Y/N). I didn’t want to admit it, but I always knew that I did. I crashed Tommy’s wedding because I was high, I’ve ruined friendships, I almost died. I almost lost you. It’s just not worth it anymore. I can’t keep living like this.”
I moved closer to his bed and took his hand in mine. When his eyes met with mine I felt like my breath was taken away. He was always so handsome, even now when he was being his most vulnerable with me. Especially now that he was being his most vulnerable with me.
“We’ll get you help, Nik,” I told him. “There’s plenty of good rehab facilities you can go to, or you can try and do it on your own without the help of professionals. Either way, I’m going to be by your side every step of your recovery.”
“And when I’m clean, I’m going to do what I should’ve done a very long time ago and I’m going to take you out on a proper date.”
I smiled again at him and said, “It sounds like a deal.”

"William’s eyes barely flicker with fear when Mike slips his hands away from his shoulders. He hitches his breath, but his body floats, and his eyes light up with victory. Mike demonstrates a basic stroke and gestures for William to replicate it. It takes him a couple of tries, but soon, he manages a semi-rhythmic beat, and William Afton is swimming."
Trying to do a series of illustrations for my favorite fanfic of all time, His Empire of Dirt by @peariandpine, starting with this scene from chapter 16:
Hoping to make a full set to print and bind along with the fic itself!

"It wasn't a bomb, Jes, it was a minor contact explosion. I think you're being a bit dramatic."
"Me?" said Jesper, clearly affronted. "Me?" he repeated, waving his arms at Wylan, who could do little more than lean slightly away from him in the narrow space. "I'm being dramatic?" He scoffed, then shifted a step back to gesture at the shattered porcelain, cracked tiles, and scorched wall in the tight corner at his right. "You blew up our toilet over a spider..."
Wylan crossed his arms and turned away, cheeks red. "It was self-defence," he mumbled. "It bit me in the—" He stopped abruptly, cheeks impossibly redder as his eyes dropped to the floor. "Never mind. I just needed to make sure it was..."
Jesper raised an eyebrow. "Dead?" he suggested, but Wylan didn't answer. He was staring at something in the rubble, breathing starting to quicken. Jesper followed his gaze and saw it just as Wylan all but tackled him into the wall in a bid to reach the door: there was a large brown spider emerging, seemingly unscathed, from between a pile of broken floor tiles.
"Saints, all that and you didn't even manage to kill it?" Jesper called after Wylan, who'd gone scrambling down the hallway. He rolled his eyes to the ceiling, then regarded the spider with a tilt of his head. "Doesn't seem fair that I'd kill you now after what you've survived, so come on, hurry up..." Jesper got down on his knees and reached a hand out for the spider to climb on. "Let's get you outside before my dearly beloved can get his hands on more explosives..."

So Caught up in You
Tumblr media
It was the nerves that surprised you. When had you ever been nervous around Nikki or anyone in the band? Never. You had just waltzed in one day, laying around on a dirty couch and smoking someone else's cigarettes. They had just accepted your presence because Tommy wasn’t ever going to tell you to leave and the boys all had adopted you as theirs. Tommy had known you the longest, you had played together as kids and his mother and yours swapped recipes.
You didn’t know when it started but one day you had climbed in the window of the hell house and saw Nikki writing music on the couch. There was something about the way he looked, his black hair down and unstyled, roots leaking through, black jeans and sneakers, just a sweatshirt on and no makeup. He was just Nikki at that moment and not Nikki Sixx the bassist. But it tightened your belly and you realized that you had a crush on him. So you had done the only thing you could think to do and flounced over, sitting on his knee, fingers brushing his bass as he looked up at you, surprise in his eyes as you didn’t look away.
“What are you doing, kid?” you shrugged a shoulder and he shook his head, “I knew that I smelled trouble.” he looked concerned, like he wasn’t exactly sure what he should be doing or if he should be doing anything but you didn’t get up. Instead you raised his head, tucking a strand of hair behind his ear. It was gentle and sweet, so unlike what he was going through lately that he just watched, letting you take the lead.
Part of you wanted to tell him that you thought he looked good but you were afraid the compliment would go right to his head and you would have to deal with him being too cocky and that just wouldn’t do. So instead you pushed his hand from his bass and moved it to your hip, watching his eyes look down, take in your country club tennis outfit, white skirt, white keds, white soft sweater. When Nikki looked back up, ready to question what you were doing you kissed him.
That was the real trouble; you didn’t know Nikki had been trying to not kiss you for months now. He was keeping himself in line because you were Tommy’s childhood friend and everyone knew the drummer looked at you like a baby sister. Nikki had been spending his time on his best behavior and now you were climbing through windows and kissing him, taking away all the self control he had.
You pushed his bass aside, letting him grab your thighs, pull you on his lap as you smiled against his lips, letting Nikki take over now as he let his tongue drag across your bottom lip, pushing between them as you whimpered into his mouth. He shook his head, pulling back to look at you as you cocked your head to the side.
“Why’d ya stop?” you were aware of your muttered words, how you felt a little warm from kissing him. So different from the boys and girls you had kissed before. But Nikki had a serious look on his face, looking at you with his green eyes. He was making sure this was real and not some sort of game you were playing. The last thing he wanted was to be stuck in some laugh you were having at his expense.
“What are you doing, kid?” He sighed out because he knew you didn’t understand what he wanted but you shrugged your shoulders at him in the same nonchalant way you went about everything,, “We can’t do this.” He was firmer with you now, but his fingers still tugged at the bottom of your sweater, not quite ready to let you up yet.
You had men who had wanted you and knew that sometimes people needed just a nudge in the right direction and you had no problem giving Nikki some nudges.
“You just looked pretty and I wanted to kiss you.” And your honesty made him have to shake his head, trying to hide the smile that was peeking through. You were well aware that you were being vulnerable but you wanted to kiss him again, “Let's go into your room. No one is here.” you were moving to stand up, reaching for his hand to tug him with you but Nikki stood, shaking his head at you.
“No, kid. Why don’t you head home?” he was pulling away from you, not giving you your way and infuriating you as your eyes narrowed and your pout settled on the sweet features of your face. Nikki saw the look and knew at that point you had him hook, line, and sinker.
“Nikki.” His name was a whine, the soft thump of your foot making him look at you, green eyes smiling as he ruffled your head and pushed you towards the window. He needed you to leave before this got to far but as you climbed out the window you swore to yourself you were going to get your revenge on him for making you wait.
Which leads you to now, standing in front of your bedroom mirror, looking at the lace bustier you were wearing as a shirt, thigh high stockings clipped to a garter belt peeking out from under the black leather skirt you were wearing that was short enough that when you walked your ass started to peak out and you had to constantly play the step and tug game.. You had gone right to the store after Nikki had told you No, having a bit of a Sandra D moment as you shed your white keds for black lace and bad decisions.
The boys had a show tonight and you were going to show up, look at Nikki in your new getup and give him a minute to regret saying no to you earlier.
And for calling you kid.
It wasn’t that he had just said no to you, it was how he had dismissed you so easily, like it didn’t matter that you had wanted to kiss him. He was acting like you couldn’t make up your mind and that infuriated you. You knew you had a crush on him and he should have taken your feelings more seriously.
Nikki was getting off stage when he saw you, bumping into Vince who had caught sight of you first and nearly making both of them fall to the sticky back stage floor. Your eyes, lined in black with long black eyelashes looked at Nikki, the lingerie you were wearing as an outfit giving him more than he could handle seeing. Your red lips wrapped around a lollipop, popped off with a sticky wet sound that had the boys all very interested in having your attention.
“Jesus, Y/N. You’re going to catch pneumonia.” Tommy was pushing his way over, grabbing the towel Nikki had been wiping his face with in an attempt to cover you. But you twirled away, heads leaning to the side to watch the way your high heels made a clicking sound against the ground and your hips swayed, you tossed your hair over your shoulder, eyes on Nikki who looked like a starved animal.
“Good show today, kid.” At that moment they all realized you had dressed up for the bassist and jealousy filled up the boys. Except for Tommy who was shaking head with a firm ‘no’ coming out of his mouth, looking at Nikki who was smiling again.
Maybe he had underestimated you but he watched you, the way you tossed your hair over your shoulder looking at him.
“I have a date tonight but I’ll see you boys around.” you walked without doing the tug making sure Nikki could see the way your ass was bouncing free.
The door hadn’t even shut yet when you were pinned against a wall, Nikki’s body planted against you as he breathed you in. The hot heat of desire so strong as you looked up at him, seeing the torment that was on his face. Poor Nikki was trying to be a good boy but you wanted him so bad.
“You’re trying to kill me, Ya know? Kill me.” he hissed it out, Leather clad thigh slipping between your legs as you gasped out. Perfect little red’ ‘o’ of a mouth forming as he pushed his thigh into the heat of your pussy, “I’m trying to do right by you, ya know that kid? Tryin’ to be good enough but you are not making it easy.” You blinked at him.
“I just wanted you to kiss me Nikki. Kiss me from my head to my toes. If you’re good at that, that’s all I care about.” his hand formed a fist as you spoke and he had to close his eyes, head going back as he tried not to get mad at how easy you were toying with him. “But I have a date so I should-”
“Like hell you do.” your eyes were on him now, watching the green of his eyes thicken with jealousy, pulling away from you and grabbing your wrist as you tilted your head, “You’re coming home with me. None of these other guys are any good.” And just like that you were getting exactly what you-
“You can sleep in my bed and I can sleep on the floor.” your pout was on your face again and you tried to tug away but Nikki wasn’t letting you go. He wanted you. He really wanted you but if you just wanted lust he wasn’t going to give in. “Kid, I’ll toss you over my shoulder. Don’t put up a fight.” You thought about kicking his ankle but decided against it. Letting Nikki drag you along.
If he hadn’t looked so damn good earlier this wouldn’t have happened. This stupid crush you were trying to get over but Nikki was just digging you deeper into. Would it ever end?

A week later, you and Nikki were pulling up in front of Tommy's double story mansion across town.
"What are you going to say to him?" You asked, climbing out the car.
Nikki shrugged, "first an apology."
You simply nodded before you walked up the tall stairs to his front door taking two at a time before Nikki knocked. A moment later, Tommy pulled the door open with a cigarette between his lips and a look of surprise on his face.
"Hey, guys." He greeted hesitantly, glancing between you and Nikki unsure what was happening.
"What I did at your wedding..." Nikki began to say causing the confusion on the drummer to double. "I didn't... know... how to do that. How to be there."
"What's up, Nikki?" Tommy asked stopping the bassist struggling with his apology.
"I was really fucking selfish, and I shit on something that was important to you, and I am really sorry."
Tommy glanced over at you briefly before focusing back on Nikki. "I know you pretty well, Sixx, so... I kinda get it. And it's okay. But can you say that last part one more time for me?"
"Don't fucking push it, T-bone." Nikki shook his head with a smirk.
You and Tommy began to laugh before the drummer stepped to the side allowing you both to walk through the front door.
"I heard you and Heather broke up."
Tommy nodded, "yeah."
"I'm sorry, man." Nikki grabbed his shoulder with a small squeeze.
"Knew I'd get you to say it again." Tommy grinned with a laugh.
"Fuck you." Nikki removed his hand while trying not to smile.
Your eyes widened in shock not having realised that him and Heather had broken up. But of course, they would have. Heather would've seen the magazine with the photo of her husband kissing another girl on the front page. And not just any girl. It was you. It was the girl that Tommy would hang around with backstage. The girl he'd lean against during shows. The girl he asked to be his groomsman. The girl he ditched their honeymoon for. No wonder Heather was gone.
"Fuck, Tommy, I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have-" You began to apologise before he cut you off.
"It's okay."
"It's not okay. Heather broke up with you because of me. I mean, fuck, you were married for seven years and-"
"Y/N, look at me." Tommy instructed, stepping in front of you and pinching your chin gently between his thumb and index finger before tilting your head up until you met his eyes. "It's okay." He repeated.
"How is that okay?"
Tommy sighed, glancing over your shoulder at Nikki. The two of them had a silent conversation you weren't privy to before his warm hazel eyes met yours once again.
"Because I've been in love with you since high school."
Out of everything you thought Tommy might have said, that was not on the list. That wasn't even on the draft of the fucking list.
Holy shit.
You opened your mouth to respond but no words came out.
"Kiss her, man." Nikki said from behind you, giving the drummer the permission he needed before Tommy tilted your chin up higher and he leant down capturing your lips with his.
You melted against his mouth and cupped his face with your hands deepening the kiss before pulling away and glancing over at Nikki who was smiling.
"Alright. We're going on a mission." He declared holding his hand out towards you.
You grabbed Nikkis hand before taking Tommys in your other and the three of you walked out the house towards Nikki's car.
It was time to go get Mick Mars.
Apparently, Mick just had hip replacement surgery, so you drove out to the hospital to pick him up.
You leant against the side of the car between Nikki and Tommy, and the look on Micks face when he saw the three of you together was priceless.
"About time you three got your shit together." Was his form of greeting as a nurse wheeled him out the front doors on a wheelchair.
You smirked pushing yourself away from the car and walked towards him.
"It's good to see you, Mick."
The older man smiled, "you too, kid."
"How's that new hip, dude? Feel like The Terminator now or some shit?" Tommy asked heading straight for the handles of the wheelchair.
"Touch the chair and I'll terminate you, Drummer." Mick threatened pointing at him.
Tommy quickly raised his hands and stepped back before Mick thanked the nurse behind him and slowly stood up out the wheelchair.
You took a step forward with your hand out, Nikki doing the same unsure how steady he would be on his feet, but the older man simply waved you both off and began walking to the car.
"Stop looking at me like that. Let's go get our fucking singer back already."
-
Locating Vince Neil was harder than you anticipated.
He wasn't at his house and after using the spare key to get inside, it was clear that he hadn't been home for a while.
"Where the hell is he?" Tommy asked, looking around and you had a sinking feeling you knew where your brother had ended up.
Moonshadow's bar downtown.
When Skylar was sick, that was where he went every single night and when she passed, he practically lived there. That place was like a second home to him at that point.
You thought rehab had helped him. He sounded fine when you spoke to him on the phone not long ago, but your brother was still suffering.
"Shit." You sighed, rubbing your face with your hands causing the guys to all look over at you. "I think I know where he is."
The four of you climbed back into Nikki's car and before you knew it, you were heading towards the front door of the small quiet bar. But before you pushed it open, you paused and turned to face the guys.
"Look... just let me talk to Vince first, okay? I-I don't know how he'll react."
They all nodded in agreement before you turned and entered the building.
There were a few people seated at various booths and tables, but there was one man sitting at the bar and there was no mistaking that long blonde hair anywhere. The guys remained by the door, for once actually listening to you, while you walked straight across the room towards your brother.
"You got company." The bartender warned, eyeing you and the guys by the door cautiously.
Vince glanced over his shoulder in confusion before his eyes met yours and he sighed, turning back around staring down at his glass of Jack and coke.
"I-I'm not drinking like I was. Don't worry. This is my only drink even ask him." Vince said defensively motioning up at the bartender.
"It's true. He refuses to let me serve him more than one drink."
You nodded, a little relieved to hear that because for a moment you feared your brother had really fallen off the wagon again.
"I'm proud of you." You admitted, sitting down on the stool beside him before leaning over and resting your head on his shoulder. "And I love you."
Vince didn't say anything to that but tilted his head until it was resting against the top of yours.
"How's your hand?" You asked after a moment, looking down at his scarred knuckles wrapped around his glass.
"Healed." He answered letting go of the glass and squeezing his hand in and out of a fist. "I should have never let dad touch you again. I should have seen it coming and-"
"Vin, it's not your fault."
"It kinda feels like my fault."
You lifted your head from his shoulder and turned in your seat to face him properly.
"It's not your fault." You insisted, reaching over and grabbing his arm. "I'm a grown woman. I can take care of myself."
"Yeah? Well, I'm your big brother. It's my job to protect you and I failed, again."
"You can't protect me from everything, big brother." You whispered, mimicking your words from the day you both ran away from home.
Vince smiled sadly catching on before repeating his own words too, "I can try."
Neither of you said anything for a few minutes while Vince sipped at his drink savouring his one alcoholic beverage before you glanced over your shoulder at the others and nodded them over.
"Vin, the guys are here. They wanna talk to you."
That had your brothers head snapping around so fast, "what? No. Y/N, I don't think-"
"We just wanna talk, Vinnie. That's it." Nikki explained calmly reaching the bar, but your brother just stared down at his glass refusing to look at him. "Come on, Vinnie."
Mick suddenly reached out and placed a firm but gentle hand on your brother's shoulder causing him to flinch.
"Let's talk." Mick said.
Vince glanced over at you hesitantly and you gave him a small reassuring nod causing your brother to let out a deep sigh.
"Okay."
The group of you moved over to a table at the far side of the bar away from everyone else. You sat down between Nikki and Tommy while Mick grabbed some soda for you all and placed it on the table while Nikki spoke.
"I was scared." Nikki admitted, looking at Vince beside him. "After what happened with Razzle, I was scared that I was losing the only thing that ever mattered to me."
"Yeah, your band." Vince muttered.
"No. No. This." Nikki explained motioning to all of you around the table. "Look, we went to war together. Shit changes, people change, but I don't fucking care if Mötley Crüe never plays another note. All I want is my fucking brother back. Because this is the only family that I've ever known."
"We love you, Vin. Okay, fuck, I love ya." Tommy added.
"And I am sorry about Skylar, man." Nikki said gently.
Vince lowered his head avoiding everyone's eyes as his body started to shake and you knew your brother was trying not to cry at the mention of his daughter.
"It's against the laws, man." Vince sobbed, shaking his head. "It's against the fucking rules of the universe."
Your own eyes began to fill with tears as you stared at your brother struggling to hold it together before Mick wrapped his arm around him and that was all it took before Vince started to cry.
"Hey." Nikki soothed, resting his hand on Vince's shoulder.
"We got you, brother." Mick whispered, holding him. "We got you, brother."
Tommy suddenly pulled you into his side while you silently cried, his thumb rubbing soothing circles against your back. Tears trickled down your face in a heavy stream despite how hard you tried to stop them, and Nikki reached over with his free hand and grabbed yours on the table giving it a small squeeze for comfort.
Eventually, the tears came to an end. Vince managed to get a hold of himself while you sniffed quietly. Your brother glanced over at you noticing your tear-streaked face before he looked at Tommys arm around you and Nikki's hand holding yours.
"Look, Vince-" Nikki quickly began to say, but your brother cut him off.
"You three together?"
Mick stiffened from across the table fearful that this might be the breaking point for Mötley Crüe. If Vince couldn't accept it, that was it. There was no coming back for Mötley Crüe and the older man knew it. You all knew it.
"I love them, Vince." You began to say before either of them had a chance to open their mouths and say something stupid.
A look of shock washed over your brothers face at those words. He knew that the three of you used to hook up and you eventually told him about the miscarriage. But Vince probably just assumed that it was a casual thing between the three of you. He didn't know that you were in love, and you hoped like hell that piece of new information wouldn't make him any madder than he already was.
You loved Nikki and Tommy.
You loved them both so fucking much, and you were done trying to hide it.
"Yeah, I love them." You continued to say. "And I know you don't approve of that. And we shouldn't have snuck around behind your back way back when, and for that, I'm sorry. But I can't change how I feel."
Vince remained worriedly silent for quite some time while he looked between the three of you carefully.
Tommy and Nikki seemed too frightened to speak which was probably a good thing and Mick was sitting there holding his breath, waiting to see what would happen.
"You guys love each other?" Vince eventually asked, his tone forcefully neutral as he glanced between you all.
"We do, man." Tommy answered without hesitation. "I know your sister is off limits, but we love her, dude. This isn't just some fling or something. We love her."
"He's right." Nikki backed up, Vince's eyes shooting over to the bassist. "Look, man. I've never felt the way I feel about your sister with anyone. I love her, and I'm not going to apologise for it. If you want to walk away, we aren't going to stop you."
"Or you can come back and Mötley Crüe can start playing again." Mick spoke up, resting his hand on Vince's shoulder.
Your brother glanced over at the older man briefly before shifting his focus back to the guys beside you taking in Tommys arm around your back and Nikki's hand still holding yours against the table.
Your heart felt like it was beating out of its chest in anticipation until your brother eventually nodded.
"Let's make some fucking music."
-
After announcing Mötley Crüe were back with Vince Neil as their lead singer, the first show sold out within an hour of tickets going on sale.
"Tommy, sit still or I'm gonna ruin your makeup." You warned from where you were literally sitting in his lap trying to apply his eyeliner, but he kept tapping his foot. "God, I forgot how fidgety you used to be before a show."
"I can't help it. I get nervous." He said defensively but managed to stop moving his foot so you could finish.
You lowered the eyeliner and stared at his beautiful hazel eyes making sure they were both perfectly even before you nodded at your handy work in approval.
"Can I move now, baby?"
"Yes, but be careful not to smudge-"
His lips crashed against yours before you could finish that sentence. It was rushed and needy, but perfect all at once.
You tossed the eyeliner in the general direction of the desk before resting your hand over his bare chest. Your fingers traced over the new tattoos that weren't there the last time you were on tour together. His hand shifted down to your waist, sliding up under your jacket until his warm fingers found your skin and he kept his hand there while you kissed him back needily.
The door to your dressing room suddenly opened causing the two of you to pull apart. You looked over your shoulder to find Nikki walking inside now dressed in his leather pants and new black jacket. His signature warpaint stripes were on his face along with a bandana around his forehead.
"Looking good, Sixx." You whistled as he closed the door behind himself, his cheeks blushing a little at your compliment.
You glanced back over at Tommy who was still holding you in his lap and now had red lipstick smeared over his lips.
"I need to wipe this off." You said reaching up to his mouth, but he grabbed your hand before you could do it.
"Leave it. It'll remind me of you."
Your heart swelled at that small gesture before Nikki walked over to the two of you and spun the chair you were both occupying around until you were facing him.
"Your look is missing something." Nikki observed looking your new outfit up and down.
It was just a simple pair of leather pants with chains hanging from the belt loops and a sleeveless red lacy top that probably showed too much skin and cleavage, but neither of the guys commented on it not wanting to control what you wore which you appreciated.
"Close your eyes for me." Nikki instructed.
You raised your eyebrows, "um, why?"
"Do you trust me?"
"With my life." You answered without hesitation.
"Close your eyes."
You nodded and closed your eyes before Nikki's hand cupped the side of your face gently and then you felt him drawing a small line along your left cheek bone.
There was no mistaking what that mark was.
"T-bone. What do you think?" Nikki asked tilting your head to the side so Tommy could see.
"She's fucking beautiful, man."
"Yeah, she is." Nikki agreed before he lowered his hand from your face, and you felt the chair start to turn again. "Open your eyes, princess."
Slowly, you blinked your eyes open to find yourself now facing the mirror on the desk. Your eyes shifted down to the singular black stripe of warpaint on your cheek that was identical to what you used to have all those years ago.
You smiled at the mirror, "like old times."
Nikki and Tommy both met your gaze through the mirror with bright smiles.
The faded scars on your face and upper arm from the car crash back in 1984 were traced with glitter like you used to do on tour. However, the healed scars on your wrist were covered with bracelets.
You fiddled with the bracelets for a moment before catching sight of the clock on the wall behind.
"It's show time." You announced, climbing off Tommy's lap before shrugging off your leather jacket and throwing it onto the desk. "You boys ready?"
Tommy nodded, "hell yeah."
"Let's do it." Nikki grinned.
You followed the guys out the dressing room and down the long narrow corridor towards the stage before you knocked on Mick's dressing room door as you passed.
"Mick, it's time!" You shouted before walking over to your brother's door and knocking. "Vin, let's roll!"
Nikki then threw his arm around your shoulders while he walked, Tommy off to his other side fiddling with his drumsticks. Mick came out his room joining you down the corridor wearing his long black coat and top hat and then Vince stepped out in his leather pants and black muscle shirt.
The five of you walked down the corridor in sync together.
Vince wrapped his arms around you and Nikki with a bright smile spreading across his face. Tommy sprung himself in the air with one hand on Micks shoulder and another on Nikki's as he jumped up excitingly causing you all to laugh as you made your way towards the stage.
You slipped free from Vince and Nikki as you rounded the corner towards the backstage stairs and paused at the base of them watching the guys all walk up towards the stage.
A swell of love and pride washed over you.
Whenever Tommy sat down behind his drums and Nikki picked up his bass, and Mick plugged in his guitar, something always happened. It was like the air thickened with excitement. You couldn't put your finger on it, but it was like a weird kind of electrical humidity. You didn't just hear it, you felt it. Then Vince would scream the first few words of a song and all you could think was, 'we're home.'
You were a lot older now but some days you still felt eighteen with these guys.
This band had outlived wives and girlfriends, managers, record companies, agents- everything but itself.
From living in the Mötley House along the Sunset Strip and playing at the Whiskey to this moment... Mötley Crüe had fucking made it.
Nikki suddenly stopped halfway up the stairs noticing you were missing and turned in confusion. His smoky eyes locked with yours and he held his hand out towards you. You jogged up the steps and took his hand with a small squeeze.
"You did it. Mötley Crüe are back." You smiled proudly at him. "This is our life."
"If life was a song, then meeting you was the best verse." Nikki whispered in your ear before he placed a tender kiss to your lips.
You closed your eyes savouring the moment before Nikki pulled away with a bright smile on his face. His hand squeezed yours gently before he led you up the stairs catching up with the others just as you reached the stage and the crowd erupted.
Vince threw his hands up in the air enthusiastically. Tommy and Mick holding up devil horns while you stared out at the stadium full of people in front of you. The crowd was screaming and cheering louder than you had ever heard it as Nikki held your joined hands up to the sky.
After everything the band had been through together. All the years of fights, drugs, alcohol, criticism, heartbreak... after everything, they were still here.
That's fate.
That's family.
And that's Mötley fuckin' Crüe.
-
...THE END
-
A/N: I'm actually crying...
I didn't think I'd get emotional about this. It's just a fanfic, it's a fake story... but it's also real. It's based on true events from the band we all know and love, but to me, writing this story has been like a lifeline. And now it's over and I have no idea what to do.
From listening to Girls Girls Girls in my dad's car on the way to school when I was a kid... to 15 years later and I'm blasting Kickstart My Heart in my own car driving to work... then fast forward a couple years to the 14th of November 2023, I'm standing at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne over 1,5000km away from home with my dad watching Mötley Crüe live in concert.
Seeing Mötley Crüe in person... seeing Nikki Sixx on stage playing his bass... seeing Tommy Lee unleash on the drums... hearing Vince Neil scream the songs I grew up listening to and hearing John 5 tearing it up on his guitar carrying on Mick Mars' legacy... words cannot do justice to how fucking amazing those couple of hours were.
In 2022, I moved to a small country town for my career. I live alone. I have no friends or family in this town, they all live over 8 hours away. I'm introvert with bad social anxiety and I like being alone. I like my own space and having my own house, but it hurts sometimes being this lonely, but Mötley Crüe have helped me. From their music to their books, to their movie; The Dirt, to all their YouTube interviews and documentaries to their social media presence. Mötley Crüe have made me feel less lonely. They have helped me in so many ways and I owe everything to them.
I know I'm rambling, but Mötley Crüe, Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee, Vince Neil, Mick Mars and John 5 have saved my life. Sure, to some that might seem stupid and pathetic. Mötley Crüe don't know me. They never will. But they have impacted my life so much and I would not be here typing these words if it wasn't for them.
So, from the bottom of my heart, I want to thank them.
I don't know what the future holds.
Mötley Crüe are doing some shows in America this year and releasing new music soon (I am so fucking excited to hear it) and according to Nikki on Twitter/X, the band will be back to touring in 2025.
Now, I don't know if that means they will come back to Australia or not, but just the thought... just the mere chance and possibility that Mötley Crüe might be back in my country that is enough to keep going. It is enough to get me out of bed in the mornings and go to work. It is enough for me to keep fighting and I know I will get judged for it but fuck anyone who hates on me for saying that because this band means more to me than you will ever know.
ANYWAY...
When I first started writing this, I never imaged anyone would even read it. I was purely writing this for myself, but I am so so happy that many of you have loved and resonated with this story and Y/N Neil.
Out all the fanfics I've ever written this one means the most to me. Thank you for coming along on this journey. I have had a blast writing this and at the moment, this story is finished, but who knows what the future holds ❤️
This is Sourwolf_sterek32 signing off. Until next time, stay safe everyone. I'm going to go cry and rewatch The Dirt for the hundredth time to make myself feel better xx
