GIVING THEM A FRIENDSHIP BRACELET
꒰warnings꒱ not proofread…:3
⠀꒲ ` synopsis . . . how would your significant other react when you give them a friendship bracelet made by your own kind hands?
⠀꒲ ` characters . . . diluc, kazuha, kokomi, scaramouche, heizou, itto, cyno, lyney, lynette, freminet, furina, neuvillette, navia, ga ming, chiori, arlecchino
⠀꒲ ` notes . . . this reminded of primary school days of making randomly coloured loom band bracelets…sniffles, the good ol’ days of giving your crush bundled up daisies that had bugs on them from the schools yard and then immediately running away (i am a lesbian i had no such experience in just talking for the sake of poetry ☆〜(ゝ。∂)
R. DILUC — 迪卢克
“what’s this, my love?” he cautiously surveyed the tiny strings and charms with a shocked yet rather satisfied expression. so this is what you were so focused on for the last couple hours…? he can’t help but feel slightly relieved that instead of wasting away at work you were merely crafting a cutely childish gift for him.
“it’s a friendship bracelet! look, i even managed to find these cute strawberry charms for you.” you laughed and start fiddling with the short strands near his scalp, fiddling with them and folding them over to create a stem-like shape.
diluc softly exhaled in amusement, wrapping the small piece of jewellery around his already bedazzled wrist. it takes him a real good second to actually realise what you just said. awkwardly coughing into his hand, diluc catches your attention, “darling, you do realise we’re married?”
a smile possesses your face as you hook your arm with his. “of course i do! i just thought it’d be cute, you know?” he smiled in response.
diluc is no stranger to friendship bracelets. after all, him and kaeya used to make those for each other all the time. sometimes that young triplet consisting of a very dedicated jean, a shy kaeya and a mischievous diluc (sometimes a cutsey barbara who tried to eat the beads) would gather together to create and exchange such bracelets.
a tradition that diluc might’ve let go of but had never forgotten. when you go to sleep at night diluc immediately places your bracelet into a drawer where he kept all of the ones from his childhood.
K. KAZUHA — 枫原万叶
“is this a friendship bracelet? that’s very considerate of you, my love.” kazuha tilts your chin to press a feather-light kiss onto your lips, his touch so tender it was like being touched by sunlight itself. “but i thought we were passed our journey of friendship?” his hand travel down to your hips. squeezing them intently to bring you close to his flowery scent.
“or do i need to remind you that we’re lovers?” taking your hand in his, kazuha leaned his head down to press his lips against your knuckles, eyes peeking through his bangs as if to entice you. and, well, of course it did. kazuha knew just a simple glance at you paired with an affectionate grin was enough to lure you into loving his arms.
kazuha didn’t expect for a piece of handmade jewellery consisting of maple leaf charms with red string to become so sentimental to him, but it was only a matter of time till the bracelet helped become an engraved memory of you. he’d kiss it each time you were apart, hold it up against moonlight while stargazing, trying to illustrate your figure within a constellation.
wandering became more exciting. he’d get to slowly part from your lips, while still having a perpetual reminder of the love you shared with a few pieces of strings tied to his wrist alone.
kazuha, though content with this, always secretly craved to hear the sound of your voice as you called his name and reached out to him. however, within his life he’s learned one thing that has truly stood out; it’s the small things in life that mirror true beauty.
S. KOKOMI — 珊瑚宫心海
“your excellency? what is that on your wrist?” gorou tilted his head curiously, his ears twitching in tandem.
“hm? oh, this?” she shakes the coral coloured bracelet, making the beads and fish charms jingle excitedly as if they were jumping within sea waves. “haha, [name] gave it to me. it’s a friendship bracelet!” kokomi shows it off with pride, a flutter of flapping fins hit her ribcage in the form of her beating heart at the prospect of people seeing the deepness of your ocean-depth bond with just a few beads on a string.
burnout is utterly debilitating. as kokomi spends only a few minutes in her recluse corner within watatsumi, even the shimmering of pearls and the quiet sound of the shore isn’t enough to bring her fragmented energy to rest. nesting her head upon the bundled arms that laid carefully on her desk, she attempted to snooze. finding that she can just barely flutter her curled eyelashes close before an unbearable ache pinches her eyebrows into a knot.
feeling defeated, kokomi sits back up and taps her fingers absentmindedly on the wood, finding just a tiny bit of solace in the sound of clicking and clacking. wait…she quickly glanced at her wrist, noticing she completely forgot to take off her bracelet when preforming her duties. despite her fatigue, kokomi can’t help but exhale a smile. calloused fingers tweezing the bubbly fish charms in an attempt for stimuli that wasn’t so agonising.
she’s so glad she has you, even if that memory of you is withheld in something children share for an intended promise of foreverness.
SCARAMOUCHE — 斯卡拉姆齐
“are you twelve?“ scaramouche raises his eyebrows at you with a sneer, a look of either disgust or confusion on his face. “if i didn’t know any better, i’d say you were mocking me.”
“you’re short but not kid short!” you retorted to appease him, rolling your eyes at his annoying theatrics. did he really have to be so bitchy all the time? i guess when people say that short people tend to be the most angry because all that wrath is bottled into such a teeny body it’s very true…
the friendship bracelets (yes you made two!) were a representation of his journey from the malicious “balladeer” to the slightly less malicious and more so bittersweet wanderer. a contradicting colour palette yet his frosty and asshole attitude remained the same no matter what hue of the rainbow he was dipped in (should’ve been named skittle not scaramouche).
“if you don’t like it that much you don’t have to wear it, it’s not like i’m forcing you.” a pang of disappointed squeezed your chest heavily. it would’ve been fine if he just threw it away after a week or so. you would’ve been extremely hurt yes, but it’s better than having your own lover reject a handmade gift without even a thought for your feelings.
seeing your frown lines and the way your eyebrows scrunched together, scaramouche sighed and immediately snatched the bracelets back. quickly covering them over his wrist and crossing his arms over his chest defiantly. “i never said i wouldn’t wear it, stop being whiny.”
the slight embarrassment he felt was worth every stroke of blush on his cheeks if it meant he could see you smile brightly at something so childish.
S. HEIZOU — 鹿野院平藏
“it’s not our anniversary.” heizou stated simply.
“nope.”
“neither of our birthdays.”
“nope.”
“not a special achievement either.”
“nope.”
“alright, love, spill. what’s the occasion, hm? just in the mood to spoil me with your affections?” heizou threw his hands up in defeat. not being able to use his detective experience into deciphering why you decided to be so cute today and bless his otherwise uneventful day.
carefully, you wrapped the bracelet around his eager wrist. “no occasion~ just felt like giving you a friendship bracelet to show my love for you.” he raises an eyebrow. leaning to your eye level, heizou procures a look of confused distaste at your seemingly innocent admission. “friendship?” he looks away dejected, placing his hands on his hips. “and here i thought i was your very cool and sweet boyfriend.”
brushing away his dramatics and looping your arms around his neck to pull his pouty face in closer, you retaliate. “oh hush, you’re still my lovely dramatic boyfriend.” heizou smirked and leaned in impossibly close, his breath tickling your soft skin generously.
“then, could you show your love for me in another way too?” begrudgingly, you caved. moulding your lips with his while his hands gradually situated themselves on your hips. a chuckle escapes his occupied mouth, leaving a tingling feeling down your spine as you pull away, a bright smirk on his face. “thanks for the bracelet, baby~ i’ll be sure to wear it as my lucky charm during investigations!”
A. ITTO — 荒一斗
“well of course you’d want to bless the almighty arataki itto with such a gift! i humbly accept your offering~” itto sways a thumbs up, tongue rolling across his pointy teeth in an extravagant display of confident hubris. all in vain, of course. no amount of bravado could dull the charming blush on his cheeks; the way his grin hoisted into a genuine smile of gratitude or the way his eyes glistened with a familiar light; childlike wonder.
itto was never and has never been accustomed to such small things in life. honestly, he was lucky for a stranger to not throw insults, physical objects, hits, kicks, spit, and the like for his mere existence. a friendship bracelet was an event that was so far out of reach for the oni that the only thing he wanted to do right now was to kiss you stupid.
but, he couldn’t. he stood still, twiddling with the beads that nested against his wrist with a haze that was absentminded you felt like tapping him would cause a bubble to burst above his head for water to splash him awake.
the word “friend” doesn’t even register into his brain. he’s too content with the knowledge that your bond meant something to you. that he meant something to you.
you’ve never seen itto so quiet before. he’s usually this giant (literally) ball of energy that bounces around the place and shares an infectious attitude of confidence and joy with no restraint even to the most stoic, but right now, it was like he was that small vulnerable child again given a chance at redemption for simply living.
CYNO — 赛诺
cyno tilts his head to the side as he stares with pinched brows at the weaved threads of purple and yellow beads and charms that you held in front of you with a delicate hand. “what’s the bracelet for?”
“it’s a friendship bracelet!” taking the initiative, you wrap the bracelet around his relatively small wrist and watch in awe as it seems to match his palette perfectly. perhaps not his personality, but maybe if he wore this around regularly people wouldn’t be so frightened by his frozen features.
cyno went quiet for a moment, a look of confusion on his face. a look that made you shrink in shame. did he not like it? was something wrong with it? is it too childish for someone with such an esteemed status? all such baseless thoughts get immediately dispelled once cyno’s lips curl into a subtle grin, his eyes narrowing devilishly.
you’ve often seen this look when he’s about to score a rewarding win in a tcg tournament. but, he also had this look when…fuck. you sigh in defeat and simply let him say it. “why did the friendship bracelet break up with its partner?”
“…ha. why?”
“because it felt tied down.”
you know how in animes when someone says something very fucking stupid, it’s like the world echoes with silence to allow the person to truly feel the embarrassment from their words? you hoped that’s what cyno felt when you blank stared him with a thin line for your lips, hands clenching and unclenching as you fought the urge to squeeze his cheeks together.
“do you get it?” he asks, but before he can ramble about the absolutely articulate construction of his pun, you spring into action and press your lips passionately on his. of course, he replies eagerly. enjoying the clicking of the beads hitting together as his hand made it’s swift, instinctive movement to your waist.
LYNEY — 林尼
“mon ange…is this for me?” lyney smiles gently at you, sneaking the red bracelet onto his wrist. unable to take his away from the fine craftsmanship and the adorable details of hats, doves and some card charms. knowing you thought of him so directly and so in depth made his heart flutter the same way a dove’s wings expand after being liberated from a cooped cage.
“of course it is, it’s a friendship bracelet!” you clasp your hands behind your back, awaiting either his praise or his teasing — whatever he was in the mood for more. despite the happiness that surged through his heart like a bad game of throw the dart, believe me you shot him hard in the feels, lyney frowns.
“but, mon chéri…” he sighs in despair, a theatric hand over the very heart you had gripped tightly in your hand with a mere few beads of coloured wax. “i haven’t gotten a gift for you, i feel rather ashamed of myself.”
“don’t worry about that, this is just meant to be my good luck charm for you during your shows and…” your voice trailed off to him. not because he was uninterested but because he loved the buzzing sound of your melodic syllables each time your lips opened.
“ah, my dear,” lyney paused your affectionate rambles politely, “you’ve got something here…” you tilt your head to the side quizzically and await for him to point at it or take it out. he grins wildly. “well, isn’t that cute?” lyney chuckles softly and while leaning suuuper close to your ear, ‘magically’ pulls out a rainbow rose from seemingly no where.
“it seems we’re even now, hm?” he gestures, handing the rose over with a wink, leaving a cheeky kiss to your jawline in gratitude.
LYNETTE — 琳妮特
knowing lynette’s character and demeanour intricately, you’re aware that grand gestures aren’t at all her thing. she can barely handle a tea time conversation with someone if she’s forced to play an active role.
the bracelet sat enclosed within your palm as you rambled on about your day to lynette, feeling an unshakable amount of anxiety vomiting into your gut for no reason but overthinking. you’ve been avoiding giving her this bracelet for a week now in fear she’ll find very little value or use in something so minimal.
“you have something you want to give me.” a phrase intended as a question, but said more so as a statement.
“i…uh, how did you know?” you laugh and play with the strings of the bracelet cautiously as to not break it.
“your eyebrows are furrowed and you keep glancing away from me.” she analyses you like a real robot…i guess she’s really committed to that bit. either that or she just loves you too much that being unable to read your expressions would be a grievous sin on her part.
with a sigh of defeat, you slide over the bracelet to her with an awkward smile paling your usually joyous lips. “i made a friendship bracelet for you…thought it’d be cute.” lynette doesn’t understand people around her a majority of the time. truly, she doesn’t even want to, it’s not like she needs to either since she has her brother to leech on and others to fool with her robotic party trick and yet, she can’t help but wonder why it is you choose to defend yourself over something so sweet.
“thank you, it’s cute. i’ll wear it for my next show if i’m able to.” her lips curve upward in what to most would seem like a twenty degree uplift, but to you, it meant quite literally everything.
FREMINET — 菲米尼
nothing. no amount of experiences with his interactions with people could’ve prepared him for the absolute heart attack that was this gesture.
he loved it, too much. he wishes he could just dip back into the ocean depths. indulge in a meaningless conversation with the tidalga, or even express his feelings of adoration to you to pers. but currently, it was only you two sharing a humble moment together. no person he could lean in, no space he could rush the words he’d love to say to you in gratitude for the gift.
and you knew that. and that’s what he also loved about you. how willing you were to accept and love him even with him being less socially adept than a coral reef. feeling the cool and vibrant coloured bracelet tilt around his wrist and knot in place, he smiled wobbly.
between the silence, you knew that the quiet smile and nod meant more than his stammered and hushed words could ever express. leaning in to press a kiss to the side of his wrist and cheek, freminet manages to gulp a bit of courage and swallow his static and tingly anxiety, reaching to kiss your forehead. letting his lips linger momentarily before he backed away. “thank you…”
FURINA — 芙宁娜
heartbeat pounding in her ears. eyes narrowing into puffy circles. her bottom lip bitten brutally by her gnashing teeth. hands shaky, making her teacup tremble within her grip. why were you glaring at her so intensely?!
first the invitation for a tea party with only you two as the special guests. second the ominous letter claiming you two “need to talk.” and now, you were completely quiet and calmly snacking, drinking away several blends of tea without a word! it was absolutely ridiculous to think the one person she has entrusted her still mending heart with is ignoring all the clear signs of hesitance and vulnerabilities within the relationship despite them all being initiated by them!
“so, furina.” you clasp your hands together, an impish look transforming your usually peaceful face. her heartbeat stammers as her eyes meet yours in a tender glance. “uhm..yeah?” furina attempts to appear more courageous than she is, but truly, she’s shitting it (for lack of a better term).
the silence stretched on for too long before you giggled and pulled up a blue and white toned bracelet from your sleeves, shaking it with your fingertips with a kind smile. “i made you a friendship bracelet!”
a ghost wavered out of her frightened soul, the tea in her hand put down at this point so she can savour the comforting feeling of her head in her hands. being a gorgeous, shining star in the spotlight of fontaine’s grand stage, furina isn’t a secondhand stranger to gifts. whether they’ve been given to her personally, awkwardly, silently, with no words signed or a creepy letter attached expressing their reverence.
she wishes you’d sometimes go that route instead of matching her in these theatrics! begrudgingly, despite the little flutter in her heart, she slipped the bracelet onto her wrist and looked at you with a pout that you couldn’t help but lean in to kiss.
NEUVILLETTE — 那维莱特
neuvillette hums a tune along to the orchestra of the vinyl. an accompanying sound of his pen hastily itching onto the paper adding to the rhythm. his door opens and while he’d normally remain quietly focused on his piling paperwork, he recognised this particular patter of footsteps coming towards him. you.
smiling habitually and peering his head up, neuvillette greeted you lovingly. “hello, my love. what brings you here today? did you get in trouble?” he knew the reason you’d come ushering into his office was hardly with the intention of getting him to aid you with your troublesome quarrels, but rather, you just wanting his love and affection that he was more than willing to fulfil. if time allowed, of course.
“no, no. nothing like that, yet…” you grinned and neuvillette looked at you with a playful look of disappointment at the hesitance. “i made you a gift!” with a prideful aura that was less arrogance and more pure joy, you presented the bracelet to him. he wasted no time in stirring the small bundle of fabric and beads with his gloves. “look,” you pointed eagerly, “i even managed to commission some furina and melusine charms! you know how we always joke about them being like our children? i thought i’d be a cute addition!”
he exhaled a satisfactory laugh in agreement, interlocking your hand in his to press a kiss to your knuckles in thanks. “cute, indeed. thank you, mon chéri. you’re too sweet sometimes.” you sit on the edge of his desk, watching excitedly as he places the bracelet onto his wrist. “as a gift in return, after i’m done with work, how about we take a nice stroll together? i assure you, no rain will interrupt our serenity so long as you’re by my side.”
NAVIA — 娜维娅
immediately gushes at you as your palm opens to present the gold and blue hued bracelet to her, adorned with rose charms that you personally painted in gold and a greyish blue to accentuate her outfit if she decides to wear it. it was less a decision and more a necessity.
she delicately handled the bracelet onto her wrist and kissed both of your cheeks in gratitude, “thank you so much, sweetheart! this is so cute…but what’s the occasion? it’s not our anniversary or anything like that.” navia smiled at you, playing with some of the little roses and twirling them around in appreciation.
“it’s a friendship bracelet!”
her lips pucker into a pout as she starts to coddle you within her arms, occasionally swinging you around gently. “you’re so absolutely adorable!” she nips at your earlobe, kissing it as a form of apology. “but honey, you do know we aren’t just friends right?” navia captures your cheeks within her palms. “we’re lovers!” she presses several kisses across your face, ending her affectionate spillage with a press of her lips on yours.
“oops— haha, sorry i got lipstick all over you, darling.” navia chuckled and began wiping away all the lipstick smudges from your pretty face. yet her attempts bore no fruit. instead of wiping away anything, she only made it oh so much worse. “ah well, guess we both got presents from one another today?” she snickers, twirling her wrist to show off the bracelet with a wink.
GA MING — 嘉明
if you thought this man’s eyes couldn’t get any brighter, then you’re absolutely dead wrong. if you thought he could jump high while lion dancing, you’re also absolutely dead wrong!
he could outrun god right now. if you asked him to defeat a hoard of lined up mondstadt and liyue treasure hoarders, he’d do it in a heartbeat. what possessed you to be so cute?! do you seriously think he can take another heart attack like this after the one he had during lantern rite?
you aren’t able to say much or even explain your reasons for as to why you decided to make this nor what it even is or represents before ga ming smacks his lips messily all over your face. a mixture of your own gloss from kissing you earlier and his own saliva stick to your skin sloppily and you can’t help but feel both enamoured and grossly repulsed at the mixture of sticky wetness on your cheeks as well as the love that seemed to glow like fireworks.
“mmuah~! i love you so much…are you trying to make me cry?” he pouts, becoming a giggling mess as soon as you roll your eyes at his dramatics.
he keeps the bracelet on every day. sometimes he’ll be pouty all day if he’s unable to wear it in fear of it snapping and wasting away all your precious hard work due to either his negligence or the pains of manual labour…he’ll have to cope with simply glancing at the red imprints the beads had left intended onto his skin for satisfaction.
CHIORI — 千织
“what is this?” she jingles the vivid and strong orange coloured bracelet in front of her face, appreciating the tiny details of the cute sewing equipment charms and what looked to be handmade porcelain bows embedded onto some beads.
“it’s a friendship bracelet!” you gleam at her, pride evident in your face at your creation. she hums in agreement; it was certainly something alright.
“oh. cute.” that’s all the genuine feedback she could give you without mentioning how tacky it would look with her attire — it was an affectionate gesture, one which she didn’t want to undermine and therefore, with little complaint despite her own personal conflicts, she slipped the bracelet onto her wrist, extending her hand out and twirling it to admire the craftsmanship.
you won’t see her actively wearing it out in every day life, perhaps you’ll manage to sneak a glimpse of her playing with the beads while she’s going over some designs in her sketchbook but otherwise, her gloved hands contain nothing but the smell of perfume.
not that she’d admit it outright until you asked, but the real reason she refuses to wear your bracelet daily is for a simple reason; she doesn’t want it to break in order to have that constant reminder of you as she goes to bed and stares up at her ceiling with the bracelet being coddled between her fingertips.
ARLECCHINO — 阿蕾奇诺
“you’re so childish.” she muses, tracing her nails across the beads, eliciting a weird clacking sound as the charms and beads hit against each other. “but i suppose that’s also an alluring aspect to you.” she ushers the bracelet onto her wrist. despite it being completely covered, there was something even more intimate about her gift being a part of a hidden identity for her; your affection only intended for your gorgeous eyes and her narrowed ones.
tilting your head to her eye-level, you can smell her musky perfume. she leaned in for a kiss. her lips tasting like flavoured gloss consisting of all sorts of red berries, an accurate mirror to the rosey colour of her bright lips. a sneaky hand traced circles around your hips and waist as she attempted to take your breath away. a scythe is a befitting weapon for a woman who’s kiss was practically a notion for death.
she’s used to her children offering gifts and trinkets to her. rocks, random jewellery they crafted with glue, messy crayon drawings, sometimes even in the most macabre scenarios, blood itself. each of those, however, she cherished wholeheartedly. the same way she’d cherish the bond between you two that she’d never allow for anyone to break.
so long as she continuously receives silly gestures like this, she’s convinced she’ll be able to hold you within her embrace with very little effort.

Every twelve years on the year of the dragon, the people of Teyvat offer sacrifices to Celestia’s most powerful beings; the heavenly dragons. Born with the power to bestow good fortune or destruction, the people of Teyvat have started a twelve year tradition, where they must sacrifice the best riches, treasures, food and gold they can, to honor these ancient beings, in exchange for another twelve years of success.
However, on this particular year of the dragon, all the dragons residing in Teyvat have strangely rejected the people’s treasures. Worried that they might be facing a twelve years worth of bad fortune if they failed to please their dragons, the people of Teyvat asked the dragons, "Why did they reject such plentiful treasures?”
The answers that were given were simple, yet heartbreaking.
“I wish for a bride. The most beautiful maiden in your region. I want her to be mine.”
Never had the people of Teyvat sacrificed a person before to the heavenly dragons. It terrified them beyond belief to wonder what would happen to the poor maiden who was chosen to become the dragon’s bride. But, in order to ensure another twelve years of plentiful success, the villages all across Teyvat began picking out the most beautiful woman they could find in their region, and that beautiful woman just so happened to be you.
Dressed lavishly in bright red silks, gold-clad jewelry, and chains binding your wrists together, you were left at the entrance of the dragon’s lair. The veil of your bright red wedding gown had covered most of your face, but underneath the fabric, a solemn expression of defeat wore down your face, tears running down your cheeks as you never expected that your wedding day would end up being sacrificed to a dragon.
A gush of hot air emitted from the entrance, and heavy footsteps began approaching you while you stood there and sobbed. The red veil of your wedding dress obscures your vision, as you see the silhouette of a big, monstrous, hefty dragon begin moving towards you from within the lair…
Too terrified to keep your eyes open, you welded them shut, wishing for your death to be a quick and painless one. However, the moment you felt your veil be lifted up by gentle hands, your eyes flitted open and widened at the sight you saw:
A beautiful, tall, draconian-looking woman, smiling softly at you before wiping away your tears.
NINGGUANG
The moment you two had met, Ningguang had transformed into her human form in order to make you feel more comfortable. Yet despite looking more human-like, she kept traits of her true self, such as her elegant horns, a golden, shimmering tail that protruded from her tailbone, and patches of gold scales that littered her skin in some areas. The human side of Ningguang was a good two feet taller than you as well, with sharp, red eyes that bore deep into your own, yet held a sort of softness with the way she gazed longingly at you.
On the night of your wedding day Ningguang’s eyes were angered at the sight of your wrists bound in shackles underneath the sleeves of your dress. Convinced that you were probably beaten at some point and treated like a prisoner before being wed to her, Ningguang tore those chains off in a fury, kneeling down in front of you and holding your small hands within her claws… You didn’t expect such tenderness from the tall, draconian-looking woman, yet your wife had taken the liberty of looking up at you, showing the respect she had for you as she kissed your bruised wrists with her lips.
“I will not let them hurt you anymore.” She whispered under her breath, and from that day on, you lived with Ningguang as her prized bride, realizing just how much she cared for you in comparison to the people of your hometown. Accepting her warm embrace, you spent your days as her wife being spoiled beyond belief by Ningguang and all her riches. The dragon woman loved to adorn you in the softest silks imaginable, have her jewelry draped across your beautiful body as she kept you curled up against her in her nest. It was clear that Ningguang truly loved you with all her heart, and she was intent on keeping you “marked” with her, till the very end of her immortal life.
Several months had passed of this pure, domestic bliss, until one day, Ningguang began showing signs of entering a rut; a mating period for dragons that gave them the urge to mate. Having sensed when your body had become the most fertile, Ningguang gently nudged your face one night with her nose, humming for her beautiful wife to wake up as she needed to tell you her needs. You were aware that her mating period would be nearing the days of your marriage, however you didn’t expect it to occur in the middle of the night when the both of you were sleeping!
Nevertheless, not wanting Ningguang to spend the rest of the night pent up until you could please her in the morning, you managed to stir yourself awake and sleepily drag your hand down the robe on your dragon wife’s body. Seeing that she was already quite aroused judging by the sight of the two tents stirring underneath her thin clothes, you dipped your hands down to give them a stroke, gently massaging her two cocks while you looked up at her for her expressions.
Breathing heavily, Ningguang stared down at you with those sharp, yet comforting red eyes of hers. “Undress me properly, dear.” She spoke in an authoritative tone, a smirk pulling at her teeth before she flips over to tower over you with her body. Because she was so much taller than a regular human, she loomed over you like a dark shadow, eyes glowing a fiery red, as she helped you slip off her robe and reveal her slim, yet well toned body.
Agile that she was, your wife quickly made work of pulling your nightgown off, kissing your neck and letting her two cocks drip their precum down to lubricate your thighs. Just like her body, lithe and slim, her cocks were just the same; on the slimmer side, yet still quite long with the way they hit against your cunt during your intense make out session with your lover.
Using her long fingers to massage your folds and get you wet enough to take both her lengths, Ningguang leaned down to whisper into your ear, unable to contain herself as she practically purred. “Such a good wife…so wet and warm for me…” She chuckled darkly at the way you got even wetter at her praise, your wife deciding that you were ready and pulling your legs closer to her so that they could wrap around her hips. In one swift move, Ningguang pushed the first tip in, spearing open your folds as her second cock rested just above your pelvis, still dripping precum onto your skin while she got you to adjust to her first penetration.
It’s no secret that dragons were big, strong creatures, yet when it came to their dick size, they surely put humans to shame. At the feeling of being stuffed full by just one of Ningguang’s cocks, you felt as if you were being engulfed by her entire body, your wife grunting and biting your neck as she slowly thrusted her hips into you at a slower pace. Each drag of her hips left the ribbed texture of her shaft rubbing wonderfully against your walls, making you whimper softly into your wife’s ear as she eases her way deeper into you, forming a small but noticeable bulge in your stomach.
Hours would go by of Ningguang just folding you in half. Breeding you, fucking you, just claiming you as hers over and over again as she filled your womb with her seed. It seemed that your wife could go on for even days, but at one particular orgasm, something felt different. As she shot yet another hot load through your womb, you felt a sudden burning sensation on the skin above where your womb would be. At your surprised yelp for help, Ningguang stopped her movements and immediately opened her eyes, staring down at you before gasping at the mark that had appeared on your skin.
A womb tattoo had appeared, an emblem unique to Ningguang’s status as a dragon, as it showed that the rut had successfully claimed you as Ningguang’s mate. Too happy to even care about the sex at the moment, your dragon wife immediately peppered your face in kisses and wrapped her long tail around your body, still sheathed inside you whilst she trailed the mark with her fingers.
“Bounded forever by this mark, I promise you will be spoiled beyond recognition, my love.” She whispered, wanting to be as close to you as possible, as your body had long accepted being the dragon’s mate a long time ago. The matter of her sex drive was no longer on the mind of the insatiable dragon, but the thoughts of actually having a future with you, was all that Ningguang needed to think about to satisfy her needs.
YANFEI
A dragon of morals and righteous principles, Yanfei was a dragon that intimidated you with how upright and intelligent she was the first time you met her. Upon first meetings, Yanfei had chosen her human form to greet you at the front entrance of her lair, her stature standing about just one foot taller than you, and having patches of green scales that littered her smooth skin.
The moment Yanfei laid eyes on you, the dragon woman immediately tensed up when she lifted up your veil, breath caught in the fiery dragon’s throat, as she never expected her human bride to be this beautiful. Her expression was quite adorable to say the least, a blush adorning the dragon woman’s features as she wiped away your tears that were streaming down your face. “Please don’t cry, my bride. Let me get those shackles off of you. You’re my wife, not my prisoner, I can’t believe they’d hurt such a beautiful thing…”
Though Yanfei was a dragon of morals and the law, it was evident that despite the calm exterior of her expressions, Yanfei was practically bubbling with anger. If she could, she would head down to your village to burn everything to a crisp for treating you so horribly, but because that was considered “unlawful” in her eyes, she settled for just having your abusers scorched to a cinder, while you were kept protected in her lair.
Of course, she’d never tell you she’d do that outright. Instead, Yanfei just keeps you in the safety of her den, surrounded by a library of law books from every time period and region of the world. When you showed even the slightest interest in reading one of the books from her massive collection, your dragon wife’s tail began wagging with how excited she was to show you and teach you the ways of the law. Whether or not you were genuinely interested in learning about the law is up to you, but it was worth it to see such a high and mighty dragon get so giddy and seat you in her lap, reading to you all the different laws she could find while stroking your stomach affectionately.
Domestic life with your dragon wife is quite the pleasure if I do say so myself. Yanfei often spent her time with you curled up in her nest, one hand on your stomach while she spooned you from behind with her long tail wrapped around your thighs. Sometimes the two of you would get frisky with each other as Yanfei had a surprisingly high libido, but it usually only ended up with Yanfei fingering you from behind, or you giving her a small handjob while you read law books together in the safety of her nest. It never usually escalated from that, however things started changing around the springtime of your marriage…
This time, what usually was your “cuddling time” had turned into more of a “humping time” as Yanfei started to get more turned on when the seasons changed. Sensing that a rut was on the horizon, Yanfei whispered into your ear that it was time to claim you as hers once and for all, grinding her erections against your rear while breathless whimpers left her lips.
Eager to please your horny dragon wife, you turned around in her grasp and palmed her stiffie through the thin fabric of her clothes, adoring the way she growled with pleasure under her breath, suddenly pinning you down due to the draconian instinct of wanting to breed you right away. When you let out a surprised noise at her sudden string of dominance, Yanfei’s bright green eyes flickered with desire, steam leaking past her teeth with how hot her breath was, and you’d be lying if you said you weren’t the least bit turned on at how hot this all was…
Fangs protruding from her teeth, Yanfei marked your body from your neck, all the way down to your tummy. With your clothes now strewn off, you got to see the mouthwatering sight of Yanfei’s two cocks just dripping with need, eager to slot themselves inside you and breed their wife silly with their warm, hot, seed. After a bit of prep, your dragon wife slowly slid herself in, her cocks a bit smaller, but on the girthier side when it came to actually fitting herself in.
With each thrust, Yanfei grunted and practically lifted your hips off the bed to fuck deeper into your cunt, serpentine tongue lolling out of her lips, as she couldn’t help but groan at the feeling of a tight, human pussy clenching so desperately around her. She wasn’t used to this, but hell did it feel so good. Pounding her hips into your thighs and purring at the way her cocks made a bulge in your stomach from how deep she was going inside of you.
It wasn’t long before your dragon wife finally reached her high, shooting her hot, thick load into you and successfully breeding you for the very first time. You felt the burn of a womb tattoo successfully mark itself on the stomach of your body, and at the blissful sigh of pleasure, Yanfei cooed before kissing the mark with her lips and carefully nibbling on it to show her love. A lovestruck expression on the young dragon’s face, as she was extremely pleased to have her bride finally marked down for herself.
GANYU
One of the friendliest dragons that resided in Teyvat, rarely anyone is afraid of the dragon named “Ganyu.” The first time you met, Ganyu took on a very gentle and mature form that gave her the appearance of a beautiful, petite, woman. In fact, everything about her was beautiful. From her form, to her lair, to her whole personality as well. Never in your life had you encountered such a caring and gentle “beast,” as Ganyu made sure that you were very comfortable on the first night of your wedding day.
When you first entered her lair, you were astonished to see just how homely it was. Ganyu had taken up the precaution of setting up human-like furniture for you. There was a lavish bed instead of a nest, paintings that adorned the walls instead of crystals, and even a nice, luxurious bath in contrast to a dragon’s usual hot spring. It seems that your new wife was very well prepared in ensuring your utmost comfort, and just seeing how she fidgeted nervously, hoping for your approval, was enough to have your heart beating at how romantic this dragon could be.
Even Ganyu’s dragon form wasn’t terrifying to say the least. While you’ve heard of dragons who were as big as islands, capable of obliterating villages in one, foul breath, Ganyu was quite the fluffy little dragon. She took on the form of a very soft and cuddly creature, just a giant ball of fluff that oozed such warm temperatures. As her wife, you had the luxury of curling up next to her dragon form every night to sleep with, and your dragon wife made quite the wonderful pillow if you did say so yourself.
All in all, living with your dragon wife was a surprising dream come true. She was gentle, protective, soft and sweet with the way she cared for you during your marriage. Domestic life with her was like living on cloud nine itself, but things started to change when springtime rolled around, as you found your wife starting to act more…distant for some reason.
Several times throughout the night, Ganyu would get up from her slumber to go somewhere in the woods and then come back. When you finally confronted her about this, she blushed and nervously admitted that the reason she kept leaving so often in the night was to “relieve” herself of her sexual frustrations. It had struck you then and there that it was Ganyu’s mating season now, and the poor woman had been spending her ruts alone as she didn’t want to freak you out or make you feel uncomfortable!
Ohhhhh poor Ganyu. Even as you were talking, there was a small tent beneath her clothes. She was just so aroused and pent up, but even then she thought about your comforts rather than her own instincts and lust. When you told her how you would be more than willing to help her out, that was all Ganyu needed to hear before excitedly pouncing on you and pinning you down on the bed. Too excited to control her own strength.
Admittedly, Ganyu didn’t seem like the type of woman with a big size. You were wrong. The moment those robes came off, you were met with the sight of two, girthy, hemipenes. Not long at all, but very thick in circumference. You could barely wrap your fingers around them when you tried to give her a hand job, and poor Ganyu was in awe at how small human hands could be in comparison to a dragon’s size. She was terribly worried for your pussy when she realized just how small you were, but the huge difference in your size was one of the biggest factors in turning her on in the first place.
Oh, Ganyu was big. It took almost a half hour of prep but somehow she managed to squeeze both her cocks inside of you. One in your pussy and one up your ass. It was extremely uncomfortable at first, but Ganyu was (as always) super patient and understanding, almost immediately wanting to pull out the moment you showed signs of discomfort. When you wanted to carry on however, oh; she was so smitten. To see her human wife being so determined to take her two draconian cocks, wanting to make dear Ganyu feel the relief she’s been waiting for, oh it made her feel over the moon with how much she loved you…
After a few more minutes of praise and sweet kisses, Ganyu would start to move. She was so startled at how tight a human could be during the mating process, yet she wouldn’t lie and say she wasn’t the least bit turned on. In fact, as she slowly began to move, your tight holes squeezing her so blissfully, Ganyu began letting out breathless moans before thrusting a bit faster into your body. Each push of her hips felt like heaven to you the more you got used to it, and soon you found yourself cumming over her cocks several times throughout the mating process.
When Ganyu finally reached her first climax, cum gushing through your womb, the seal of your mating ritual had finally appeared on your tummy. A sign that Ganyu was your forever mate, bound by your love, and the moment Ganyu saw that you had been claimed, she practically cried tears of joy. “You’re mine…you’re actually mine…!” She couldn’t help but laugh, leaning down to kiss your new womb tattoo. “Thank you for allowing me to be your wife, my human bride…”
XIANYUN
A dragon of the sky, who lived high up in the mountains where no man lived, was a dragon that very few people have ever seen with their own two eyes. A mysterious yet elder dragon of the heavenly dragons, Xianyun was the one you were chosen to be a bride for, and waiting so high up the mountains for her arrival almost made you lightheaded with how little oxygen there was in the first place. Already stress-ridden with the thought of being a dragon’s bride on top of such low oxygen levels, you were on the verge of passing out while waiting for your wife, nearly toppling over if not for the gentle hands that cupped your face.
Upon feeling someone lift up your veil and caress your cheeks, you remember looking up and seeing a mature looking woman with piercing blue eyes. You were too weak to do anything, say anything even, but the moment you locked eyes on your dragon wife, she leaned in and placed a gentle kiss on your lips, breathing out a cold, whispery breath that brought air to your lungs. Now filled with the oxygen you needed, your wife wiped the tears from your face and let you rest against her, muttering under her breath. “Human mortals are such delicate creatures. Can’t even breathe properly when the altitude is high…”
Though it sounded condescending, Xianyun placed a kiss on your forehead and brought you into her domain. It was clear that despite her disdain for the humans of this mortal realm, she had a soft spot for the delicate beauty that was you. Her bride to be as she wanted to make sure that you were comfortable in her homeland above the mountains. She cared about you so much in fact, that even after kissing you to give you a spell that’ll allow you to breathe at high altitudes, Xianyun summoned an eternal wind current to regulate the oxygen levels of the mountain. All for you, and only you.
Your dragon wife was a cold one. She gave off a blunt, almost bitter vibe that elderly women seemed to give off. Yet you knew she loved you underneath all that cold exterior, curling up around you with her long, lithe dragon body in bed, feeding you medicinal herbs whenever you got sick, and even bringing you with her on her travels by allowing you to ride her back as she flies. Although she didn’t show it much, you were her most precious lover, and throughout her immortal life, she has never been so infatuated with a human woman like you before…
It wasn’t long before the seasons changed, and your bond with Xianyun grew deeper. Though still somewhat cold and blunt, you saw her begin expressing more shows of affection. Wrapping her arms around you and stroking your thighs with her clawed fingers, you realized that Xianyun began getting more friskier than normal, something hard and firm pressing up against your rear whenever she hugged you from behind. She was not ashamed at the slightest, whispering under her breath into your ear, “My wife, I wish for a family of our own. As I am entering the mating season of this year, please give me the honor of breeding you with my kin.”
Ah, Xianyun. Only she can make something like asking for sex, very romantic yet awkward at the same time. Though you laughed at how she phrased her request at first, you gladly obliged and let the dragon woman take you to bed, letting her maturity and experience guide you for the mating process. Xianyun was no virgin, after all she was an immortal, however; she found your inexperience absolutely adorable, as she slowly stripped off all your clothes and took in the breathtaking sight of her human wife before her.
She never found humans to be that pretty, but the sight of you was just too gorgeous to take in. Immediately once your clothes were off, Xianyun’s two lengths began to rise with need, erect and aroused with how vulnerable you looked under her gaze. You were just so…small. So small and cute under the shadow of her body, and Xianyun was eager to dig in. Breath hitching when she moved herself forward, sliding her cocks into you while groaning with pleasure.
Like her daughters, Xianyun was on the bigger side, but that didn’t stop her from wanting to take you all the way to the edge, gently massaging your hips as she slowly thrusted forward. She grumbled deeply about something like how she wanted you to bear her children, wanted to see your belly all pregnant with her hatchlings, it was just too much for you to bear and you found yourself gripping the older woman with need.
Upon feeling your hands holding onto her so desperately, it was like a switch had been flipped in your wife. She immediately pushed you down into a mating press and began thrusting at an even faster pace, dragging the rigid veins of her cocks in and out of your hole(s), and making you melt in her arms from the overwhelming bliss.
With one last growl, Xianyun slammed her hips further into you and pushed your knees up to meet with your stomach, filling your cunt with hot loads of her cum and making you bear the mark of Xianyun’s sigil. It burned in a way that felt pleasurable at your climax and the moment Xianyun spotted it, a smug smirk appeared on her face before stroking the lines of the mark with her claws. “Looks like this mortal body has accepted me as a suitable mate. I hope I have met your standards, my wife…”
KOKOMI
Chained to a rock near the beach of the seas, you were left to be the bride of the divine sea serpent; Kokomi. Though she was a very gentle and understanding dragon to the people of Watatsumi Island, she was capable of forging wars with other dragons from different regions, making the oceans shake from how brutal her battles were. You were very much scared for your life to even meet such a strong beast, and as you were left chained to the rock, waiting for your future wife, you felt your heart rate spike when you saw the waves part ways for the legendary sea serpent to take what was hers.
Shimmering pearlescent scales with fins that waded through the water, Kokomi emerged in her sea serpent form at first, coursing to a stop when the water grew too shallow. She transformed into her human form to walk the rest of the way, her clothes nearly translucent, glittering under the sun’s rays as she slowly waded towards you with a gentle look in her eyes. “Oh, you must be my bride,” she whispers softly, a curious yet amused tone taking on her voice. “What a very cute human…you’re even smaller than I imagined.”
Even when she was a dragon, her voice was soft and gentle. She patted your head gently before tilting your head up to meet her gaze, dragons were always bigger than humans after all, even in their human forms. “No need to be so scared, it’s time to go home, my bride. I hope you have a strong grip.” She quickly slashes the shackles off of you and eases you onto her back, beginning to waft back out to the waves and transform into her sea serpent form while you clung to her neck for dear life. Kokomi was a very fast swimmer after all.
After the quick introduction to your future dragon wife, you found yourself living amongst Kokomi within a huge, hidden grotto that resided behind a waterfall. Life with Kokomi was…quite intriguing to say the least. Due to being a sea serpent and living near the water, it took some time for you to adjust from living on land, to living somewhere that was almost fully surrounded with water! Your diet mostly consisted of fish and other various seafoods that Kokomi managed to hunt, though if you were unable to eat any of them, it surprised you to say the least to see that Kokomi would go out of her way to buy human foods from a nearby market, in order to satisfy your needs. If you needed anything, literally anything at all, you didn’t even need to leave the safety of her lair, as Kokomi would do it for you. Even though she was considered a “higher deity” in Teyvat.
Life was peaceful with Kokomi as your wife. She made sure to spoil you with everything you could ever ask for, and soon you found yourself falling in love with the gentle sea serpent. As the months slowly passed by and your love only blossomed even further, you began to notice signs of Kokomi getting more antsy as the seasons changed. She’s told you about this before, about how dragons (specially sea serpents) enter a rut-like process once every few months, but you didn’t expect it so soon. Nevertheless, you were fully prepared to help your wife ease up all tensions and stress, and the two of you set out to prepare for your “love making” in a special place…
Clothes stripped off before you could reach the sacred grounds, Kokomi took you to a hidden lagoon where sea serpents often took their mates to claim them for the first time. Seeing that it was not occupied at the moment, Kokomi helped ease you into the warm waters of the lagoon, guiding you to the middle before pressing her agile, lithe body against yours, causing her two cocks to rub up against your thighs.
She cooed softly at you before planting kisses along your neck, admiring the way your soft, human skin felt underneath her own. Kokomi was entranced, massaging your thighs to get them to open up, before whispering in a hushed tone into your ear. “This might hurt, but I promise I’ll go slow…” giving you one last kiss before sliding herself inside of you…
By no means was Kokomi huge, but two cocks was two cocks and you felt yourself being stuffed to the brim. As she slowly sheathed herself inside of you all the way down to her base, Kokomi let out an exasperated gasp before gripping your hips tighter from behind. She was blushing madly from how good you felt, all tight and warm wrapped around her, and she was beginning to get delirious from just how good your holes were, gripping her so needily.
Her thrusts were shallow, yet addictive. Pounding into you quietly as the water sloshed around you with her soft movements. This “dangerous” sea serpent that people had told you stories about was currently whimpering into your ears out of pure ecstasy. Trembling while she fucked you from behind, as trails of precum leaked from both her cockheads to further stimulate your senses. Thanks to being a sea serpent, her body was naturally very slippery and wet, so fucking you deeper and faster was no hard order for Kokomi to do.
So many dirty, wet squelches filled the air alongside your moans of blissful pleasure. Kokomi was getting close, whining behind you before finally ejaculating her seed into your womb. At the sudden sensation of the sea serpent’s cum filling your crevices, the mark of Kokomi bore itself onto your stomach, causing your wife to smile with pride at how you easily accepted her as her “mate.” “Well would you look at that, it seems like it only took the first try for your body to recognize me as a suitable companion,” Kokomi chuckled. “Well, who says we should just stop here, my love? Raise your legs a bit higher, I want to breed you some more…”
EI
Unlike the other dragons, Ei was a dragon that was given sacrifices every twelve years, not in exchange for good fortune or success, but so that she wouldn’t get angry and destroy the villages with her rage. The people in your region were deathly afraid of Ei for the sole reason that she could wipe out their entire population, so when she asked for a bride this year instead of the usual treasures they offered her, they basically sent you on a deathbed to meet your inevitable fate.
Knowing that you were sent to a brutal tyrant of a dragon to be her “bride,” you had accepted your death a long time ago. Waiting idly in front of the dragon’s lair, you braced yourself for a whole world of pain when you saw your “wife” begin to approach you. With tears streaming down your face from how terrified you were of dying, you nearly screamed when Ei suddenly lifted up your veil, eyes paralyzed with fear as you met the cold, dark eyes of your wife. When she raised her hand to get closer to your face, you expected a hard slap. However, what came in contact with your cheek was a soft, gentle touch that felt juxtaposing to how large and battle-stricken her hands were.
Rough calluses was the first thing you felt against your cheek, and then the feeling of Ei’s large fingers wiping away your tear-ridden face. It was the complete opposite of what you had expected the dragon woman to do to you, but you were too afraid to comment on anything when she took you inside her lair to get you away from the cold.
Life with a tyrannical dragon wife was very…unique, to say the least. She was not as sweet, or gentle as any of the other dragon women, but she showed how much she cared for you with acts of service rather than physical affection. Though quiet when expressing her love for you, Ei would always feed you the best and biggest portions of her hunt whenever you two sat down and ate together. Ei would make the thunderstorms quiet down when she saw that they were bothering you in your sleep, and she would even cease the storms entirely if that was what you wished.
Not only that, but your dragon wife was fiercely protective over you. The other dragon women would be territorial, sure. But Ei was on a whole different level. Anything that threatened you, her bride, would be faced with the full wrath of one angry, tyrannical dragon wife, and the thing (or person) that threatened you in the first place, would be blasted to smithereens by her thunderous breath alone. Though she was very violent and quite scary at times whenever you witnessed her destruction, you knew she cared deeply about you and that’s really all that mattered.
Alas, as the seasons changed, not even the stoic and tyrannical dragon was immune to the mating cycle that all dragons went through in a year. She tried to keep it to herself so you didn’t have to find out, but it was near impossible as Ei would constantly have a massive boner under her clothes, every time she woke up with you right next to her. Unable to take it anymore, she quietly requested for you to “mate” with her, in order to satisfy her instincts, and you being the sweet little wife that you were, agreed since you didn't want her to suffer on her own through such an intensive rut.
Ei was big. Like, very big when she first disrobed herself in front of you. Her tall stature was very lean, athletic, strong, and that corresponded with her dick size as well. Lean, tall, and strong. You found yourself salivating a bit when you saw just the sheer size of her, a bit intimidated, but very turned on to have her all to yourself.
Your wife wanted to be gentle. She saw humans as the most fragile thing in the world, so when she lifted you up into her arms, your naked body pressing against hers, she blushed for the very first time, realizing just how big she was in comparison to you. At the recognized size difference, her two hemipenes twitched to life, erect and swollen to stuff themselves in your cunt, while poor Ei was left gaping at how turned on she was. With her strength alone, she slowly slid you down to fuck you in middair. Your legs dangled helplessly over her thighs as you whined from the burning stretch, a small bulge forming under the skin of your tummy from how engorged Ei was when fucking inside of you.
Eyes landing on the small belly bulge, you felt Ei growl with predatory instinct, keeping you held tightly against her while she pounded into your holes. Each thrust left you bouncing helplessly in the air, clinging to Ei’s broad shoulders while her cocks dragged their ribbed lengths in and out of you like a toy. The feeling of it was just too much, leading you to orgasm multiple times in just under an hour, and the wetter you got, the easier it was for Ei to go faster, harder, deeper. It was all too much for your small human cunt to handle, and the deeper she went, the more you clenched down.
It took a while, but when Ei finally reached her first climax, boy was it a big one. Your entire lower body shivered as she spurted ropes of hot cum deep into your womb, your legs trembling as she burned her way into your body with her seed, and making a large womb tattoo engrave itself on your skin. As the mark appeared, Ei showed signs of pride and ownership, growling under her breath before biting your neck lovingly to seal the deal. “Mine…” was all she said in that dark, husky tone of hers, as she continued to pound her way into you for another round of mating.

Genshin Gorls waking up the night after with S/O!
(Obvious NSFT Implications)
(Genshin Impact) The morning after with Amber, Ayaka, Arlecchino, Beidou, Candace, Chiori, Furina, Kokomi, Lisa, Lumine, Navia, Rosaria, Shenhe, Xianyun and Yae
Very mild NSF-W Implications
Not too big of a NSF-W warning this time around, gonna be 99% fluff for this one because SWEET LIBERTY do we need more fluff for the girls on this site! Also, I don't normally include THIS many gals in a single ask but this shall be a very rare exception!
Amber yawns loudly as she stretches out her arm, accidentally squishing her hand against S/O's face.
(Amber) "O-Oh! Sorry!"
She can't help but laugh at their expression, before giving a playful kiss on their nose.
(Amber) "At least you're up now!"
(S/O) "Amber...It's six in the morning..."
If anything, it looked like Amber was eager to get out of bed.
Even after last night, she was still bustling with energy.
The sun had yet to rise, but Amber still adored S/O in this lighting, giving them one last kiss on the lips before getting up and dressed.
(Amber) "See you at breakfast, S/O!"
She puts a Baron Bunny in their arms and a blanket over S/O, finally departing.
When S/O's eyes flutter open, the first thing they see besides the light coming into the room is Ayaka gently smiling at them, with a similarly tired expression.
Her hand gently cups S/O's face, making them relax into her hold.
(Ayaka) "Good morning, my love."
(S/O) "Sleep well?"
Ayaka giggles and moves closer, her forehead resting on theirs as her eyes close.
(Ayaka) "Very."
Her cheeks begin to flush when their bare skin touch, but it doesn't stop the love she feels growing in her chest.
(Ayaka) "...If only I could stay like this forever with you. But, would one more hour suffice for now?"
(S/O) "For now..."
Ayaka smiles before feeling S/O's arms wrap around her, not saying anything else and simply enjoying the mutual silence.
S/O is woken up by Arlecchino already moving out of bed and dressed. Her eyes glance over to them and finishes putting her gloves on.
(Arlecchino) "Good morning."
(S/O) "Already going?"
Arlecchino hums in reply, one hand going over S/O's and giving it a gentle squeeze before finally rising from the bed.
(Arlecchino) "There is always much to be done. The same applies for you."
S/O couldn't argue with that point, as much as they would like to lay in bed with her for the next few hours doing nothing.
Many people assumed Arlecchino was stone-hearted, especially since she didn't look that affectionate during mornings like these.
But S/O knew better. With just the grip of her hand, and the way she turned back a final time to look at S/O before departing:
Arlecchino cared.
Beidou feels a heavy weight on her chest when she opens her eyes, seeing S/O's head gently resting near her shoulders.
With a smile, she ruffles their hair just gently enough to wake them up.
(Beidou) "Mornin' sleepyhead. I see you made yourself comfortable."
(S/O) "Heh, who wouldn't be? Better than any pillow I've ever used."
Beidou gently pushes S/O off so she can sit up, the blanket resting on her lap as it fell off their shoulders.
She didn't mind the cold air on her skin, since the only thing she was focusing on was S/O.
(Beidou) "Come on, let's go grab something to eat."
(S/O) "Can't admire you like this for a little longer?"
(Beidou) "Psh, there's always tonight."
She gives them a light kiss before finally getting up to get dressed with S/O following behind.
Candace's arms still have S/O locked in a tight embrace, just as she had them last night.
Feeling her hands gently raise up and down made Candace feel at ease.
Though it was still quite early, she did have to begin her usual rounds soon.
Very slowly and carefully, Candace gently lets go of S/O, giving them a kiss on their forehead before putting her gear on.
(Candace) I will see you later today, S/O.
Candace makes sure not to wake them up as she says goodbye in her head.
With a final smile, she covers them with a blanket and leaves.
Chiori's eyes reluctantly open, with a yawn and foreign warmth enveloping her.
She's about ready to shove it off before realizing what it was.
...Oh, right. S/O.
(S/O) "Mmnn...Mornin', Chiori."
(Chiori) "Morning. Do you plan on moving your hands anytime soon?"
Laughing at her response, S/O just gently squeezes her.
(S/O) "I dunno. Plan to move out of it?"
Directly after that, she rolls her eyes and moves closer.
(Chiori) "Maybe in a little bit. If you get coffee for me when I open up."
(S/O) "Deal."
Furina is slightly drooling with her arms and hair sprawled out wildly, her hand on S/O's face.
S/O moves her hand off, slightly irritated at being woken up by being slapped.
Meanwhile, Furina is quietly snoring, all the while hogging the blanket.
Annoyed as S/O was, they couldn't deny that Furina was a little cute.
...Even in such a unflattering state.
(S/O) "You're lucky you're so cute..."
(Furina) "...mneh..." snore
(S/O) "...Most of the time."
Kokomi stifles a yawn as she stretches in bed, feeling S/O's arms around her.
She giggles as tries her best to move without waking them up, getting to stare at their sleeping expression.
Just being this close enough to them was enough to power Kokomi for the entire day.
Especially since they'd be back by her side like this during the morning and nights.
(Kokomi) "S/O~!"
She gently taps their nose with a single finger, and sees their eyes slowly open.
Their eyes staring at her with such love made her heart race.
(S/O) "What a beautiful sight in the morning..."
(Kokomi) "Hm, I could say the same thing...!"
She knows that she has to get up eventually, but she would spend every second she can with them.
Lisa does not want to move at all.
She holds onto S/O tighter before attempting to go back to sleep, but she felt them stir awake.
(S/O) "Lisa...?"
(Lisa) "Ssshhh...Too early still."
One eye glanced over to the wall.
Ten-o-clock? WAY too early for her.
With one hand, Lisa idly traces their shoulder before hugging them.
(Lisa) "We'll get up in an hour. We don't have to be anywhere today..."
(S/O) "Hah, will you be awake when an hour passes?"
(Lisa) yawn "I guess we'll see..."
Lumine breathes a sigh of relief, seeing S/O still by her side.
She didn't have any nightmares, at least not when she knew they were sleeping next to her.
One of her hand gently brushes the hair out of their eyes, seeing their face move from her touch.
(Lumine) "Oh, sorry! Didn't mean to wake you."
(S/O) "Hm...It's okay..."
Both of their hands reach for hers, gently holding them.
(S/O) "I always wanna wake up from you, anyway."
She can't contain the embarassed laugh that escapes her lips, embracing them with her strength.
(Lumine) "...Same here."
Lumine sits up in the bed, not really caring that either of them were wearing anything.
(Lumine) "I can cook us up something, what do you want?"
Navia's hair is tickling S/O's nose, making their face slightly shake it off as they see her beautiful smile in the sunlight.
Even when she looked a bit unkempt in the morning, Navia still looked absolutely gorgeous.
Doubly so when she wakes up with that infectious smile of hers.
She lays on her stomach as she gives S/O a wink.
(Navia) "Heya, S/O.~"
(S/O) "Morning, Navia..."
She immediately begins to pepper their face with kisses, making the both of them giggle.
(Navia) "Now, what shall we do for breakfast? Should we get it in bed?"
(S/O) "Hah, if I don't get up, then I'll want to be with you here forever."
(Navia) "And that's a bad thing how, exactly?"
She asks them with a toothy grin.
Rosaria knows its about the afternoon when she finally wakes up, but notices the bed isn't empty.
(S/O) "Finally awake?"
(Rosaria) "Ugh, unfortunately."
She freezes up when S/O's hands ruffles her hair, but she doesn't move to shove it off.
Instead, she sits there and sees that S/O was reading a book in bed.
Notably, they have yet to put on a shirt.
(Rosaria) "Were you waiting for me to wake up this entire time?"
(S/O) "Yeah, but don't worry, I don't mind!"
Rosaria hums a little before she sits up with them, a small smile growing.
(Rosaria) "You didn't have to but...it's nice to wake up with you."
Shenhe has already been awake for quite some time, but she did not want to wake up S/O.
Instead, she waits for them to do so before greeting them in her usual cool voice.
(Shenhe) "Good morning."
(S/O) "Hey, Shnehe-"
As they try to move, they notice that her arm's iron grip has not budged a single inch.
S/O shivered from Shenhe's cooler temperature due to her Cryo vision, but that didn't stop them from quickly heating up.
(S/O) "How long were you waiting?"
(Shenhe) "An hour or so, but it doesn't matter. I just wanted to be here when you woke up."
She feels their arms wrap around her waist, making her embrace them tighter.
It was almost to the point S/O's back was beginning to get sore, but that was a small price to pay.
Xianyun finally feels S/O stir awake, her meditation finally coming to an end.
(Xianyun) "Ah, finally awake. One has noted that mortals tend to sleep in quite an extraordinary amount."
(S/O) "Well, when you did as much as we did last night...!"
Xianyun reaches for her glasses before turning to S/O with a smile.
(Xianyun) "One should develop something to help with your energy...Perhaps a cuisine of some kind?"
S/O couldn't help but feel curious.
(S/O) "What would even help with that?"
(Xianyun) "Dress yourself and come along now, we shall find the answer together."
Yae's usual smug expression is more subdued this early in the morning, especially next to someone she loved.
Much to the surprise of S/O.
(Yae) "My, you can sleep for quite a while. Were you truly that tired?"
S/O yawned before turning to see Yae at them staring with a mischievous smile.
(S/O) "I wonder why..."
Their tone sounded a bit dry, making Yae laugh.
(Yae) "I suppose you'll just have to get better stamina."
Her finger traced down their waist before quickly bopping them on the nose, her ears slightly going up as she did so.
(Yae) "Do you plan on getting up, or keep staring at my beautiful face all day? Not that I would mind being lavished with praise."

F/N's Boyfriend Had a Wedding with His First Love, So She Reconciled with Her First Love
Warning: Anti-Gorou, Anti-Kokomi, Angst, Modern AU
Trigger warning: Cheating
The day F/N's boyfriend's first love was discharged from the hospital, he drove dozens of kilometres to see her and held a small wedding ceremony with her.
Gorou explained, “Kokomi will never be able to walk again. This is her only wish. I couldn't refuse to help her fulfil it.”
“And what about me?” F/N retorted. “What am I supposed to be?”
On stage, F/N's current boyfriend was deeply affectionate with someone else.
Off stage, F/N's ex-boyfriend sneered at her, “F/N, I thought you would be doing so much better after leaving me.”
Kinich, F/N's ex-boyfriend, was standing beside her at that moment, his voice dripping in sarcasm. “So, this is all it comes to.”
F/N was momentarily stunned, pressing her lips together without saying a word. She just stared at the two people in the centre of the hospital lobby.
Gorou knelt on one knee, placing a wedding ring on the bride sitting in the wheelchair.
At that moment, the room erupted in applause. The atmosphere was vibrant and Gorou lifted her veil.
F/N finally saw the star of his show; Gorou's first love, Kokomi.
The crowd began to chant, “Kiss, kiss.”
Kokomi, unable to stand on tiptoe, lifted her head and pouted her lips, looking at Gorou with eyes full of affection.
Perhaps because he remembered her, his girlfriend of just over two years, Gorou hesitated for a few seconds, then finally kissed the side of her face. At that moment, he looked up and saw F/N standing on the outskirts of the crowd, with Kinich hovered by her side.
Gorou was immediately stunned, his expression flustered as he released Kokomi's hand and made to move to chase after F/N. “F/N, I...”
Kokomi quickly grabbed his arm, her eyes tearing as she pleaded, “Gorou, you can't just leave me like this.”
The guests, unaware of their situation, turned their gaze towards F/N and frowned, disapprovingly. “Who's this woman? What's she doing here? She's ruining a perfectly good wedding.”
F/N didn't bother responding, instead she took out a phone and made a call, her eyes fixing on Gorou.
The brown-haired man shook off Kokomi's hand and in front of everyone, took a few steps to stand before F/N. “F/N...” he then glanced at Kinich, his hand clenched in a fist. “Koko had a car accident and she might never walk again. She just wanted someone to help her experience what it's like to be a bride.”
Kinich chuckled lowly and causing Gorou's face to darkened instantly. His arms tensed, vein popping as he looked at F/N with restrained emotion. “F/N, I'm sorry. I messed up. Can you...”
“Madam?” F/N's called went through and her secretary's voice sounded on the other end.
“Anisa, schedule a meeting with the CEO of the Orobashi Group.” F/N put the call on speaker. “I'm quite sure Ms. Sangonomiya will be very interested in hearing about her shameless boyfriend-stealing daughter.”
“At once, Madam.” Anisa ended the call.
“Gorou,” F/N turned to her now ex-boyfriend. “She just wanted someone to help, but why did that someone have to be you?”
Gorou understood F/N's meaning and instinctively took a step forward, wanting to grab her. But as soon as he lifted a leg, Kinich stepped forward, blocking him with his body.
Behind Kinich, F/N made a second phone call, this time to her company's HR Director, “Imatani, have Gorou transferred from Planning to Warehouse.”
“Understood, Madam.” the middle-aged HR Director responded.
Gorou, having heard the conversation, paled. “F/N...”
F/N interrupted him, her tone now indifferent. “Gorou, did you think you could do this and not expect any repercussions? Let's break up.”
Before the words had fully settled, Kinich turned back to look at F/N and grabbed her wrist, pulling her away.
As the pair stepped into the setting sun, they remained silent for a while.
“Kinich....” F/N was the first to break the silence. “It's been a long time.”
Kinich chuckled, his tone indifferent. “You know it's been a long time since we last saw each other?”
“Kinich, it's been six years and you still...” F/N sighed.
Kinich took a few steps closer, standing firmly in front of F/N with an undeniable presence. “F/N.” he raised his hand to touch her face, his thumb pressing gently at the corner of her eye. “You like him that much? You couldn't let him go, so you had to go to his wedding to finally give up. Who knew the CEO of the Hakushin Conglomerate would be so sentimental?”
F/N broke away from Kinich's grasp. “Of course I liked him and we were a good match. Otherwise, I wouldn't be with him. But you, you wouldn't still be hung up on me, would you?”
Upon hearing that, Kinich scoffed, “What makes you think I'd still like you? F/N, don't forget you were the one who asked for the breakup. I haven't forgotten.”
“By the way, why were you at the hospital?” F/N thought to ask.
“My stomach was acting up.” Kinich answered.
F/N clicked her tongue. “Kinich, you really are a spoilt brat. Whatever happened to your fiancée?”
As soon as F/N said that, Kinich pressed his lips together, his expression darkening. “She found someone else and eloped.”
Kinich and F/N were college classmates and also each other's first love. In their early twenties, they loved each other with fiery passion. He came from a good family, had good looks and was capable. Such a person was always the centre of attention. It was like that since college; there were always people pursuing him, getting close to him.
But Kinich rejected them all thoroughly. He never gave anyone a chance to get close to him.
That was the security he gave F/N; he was the one who pushed her forward, holding her hand, standing side by side with her.
At that time, F/N had his clear and unwavering love.
But reality was cruel: it first gave F/N a sweet taste only to slap her hard afterward. For the most cliché of reasons, Kinich's family arranged a fiancée for him. At first, he was against it; arguing fiercely, even running away from home. It seemed that F/N was his entire world. Then, his family came one after another: his mother, his uncle, and others, along with that excellent fiancée they always talked about but F/N never saw. Finally, F/N was threatened by Kinich's mother, the Malipo family matriarch; if she didn't break up with him, it wouldn't just be F/N who was in trouble, but also the people around her.
F/N simply told Kinich that she was tired; that love should be happy and joyful and not a lone fight against the world.
Kinich looked at her in disbelief, saying he wouldn't agree.
F/N reminded him that breaking up didn't need mutual consent.
Kinich begged F/N again and again, asking her to wait a little longer, saying he would sort everything out.
But F/N still left decisively; she still remembered his final words, his gaze cold and harsh, “F/N, I'll make you regret this. I swear.”
Shortly after graduating from college, F/N was brought back into the Hakushin Family main house and formally named as the Hakushin successor.
The sudden ring of F/N's phone broke the silence. She glanced at the screen – it was a call from Gorou.
Kinich's expression darkened further as he coldly mocked. “He still has the nerve to call you?”
Ignoring him, F/N answered the call and Gorou's anxious voice came through, sharp and almost grating. “F/N, where did you go? Please listen to me. I didn't know she asked me to help her with this. I was just confused for a moment. That's why I agreed...”
“Gorou,” F/N interrupted him, glancing at Kinich. “I was very clear when we agreed to try this relationship. We cannot betray each other, even if it's just once, even if it was a moment of confusion. It's irreparable. Let's break up, Gorou.
“F/N, I don't agree.” Gorou insisted.
“Breaking up doesn't need mutual consent.” F/N smiled slightly, repeating the words she once told Kinich. With that, she hung up and blocked Gorou's number.
“It's irreparable?” Kinich echoed. “I didn't sense anything unusual.”
“When someone makes a mistake, they have to face the consequences.” F/N stated matter-of-factly. “Isn't that normal?” as if sensing something was off, she turned to look at Kinich,
His greenish-yellow eyes were locked onto F/N, intense and unwavering and his voice was cold. “But I didn't make a mistake back then. It was some coward who decided to leave me. It was she who let go of me, saying she was tired, that she didn't love me anymore.” as he spoke, Kinich leaned closer, his gaze fixed on F/N. “F/N, tell me, who was really at fault?”
“Let's head over to my place.” F/N offered. “I'll reveal everything there.”
No sooner had she spoken, Kinich's phone rang. As soon as he saw the caller ID, the coldness around him dissipated, his expression softening. “Okay, wait for me there.” he responded. “I'll be right over.” and then he hung up.
When F/N saw Kinich in the conference room several months later, her first thought was 'Fate's mood today is hard to assess.'
As soon as F/N took her seat at the head of the meeting table, the conference room door was violently flung open and F/N looked up to see Gorou.
He didn't look well; his face was pale, his shirt was wrinkled, his chin was shadowed with stubble and dark circles under his eyes indicated he hadn't rested well in a long time. Gorou stared at F/N, his eyes reflecting a light she couldn't quite decipher, causing a sense of foreboding to settle in her chest.
F/N made a gesture to her assistant, but it was too late. Gorou walked briskly towards her, his voice filled with sorrow. “F/N, what did I do wrong that you had to break up with me? We've known each other for almost two years. Don't you know what kind of person I am? What happened that day was just a misunderstanding.”
Facing with Gorou's complete disregard for the situation, F/N suddenly realized she had no idea what kind of person he really was; she had only agreed to date him after six months of him courting her. But she hadn't forgotten how he knelt on one knee to put a ring on his first love's finger.
Suddenly, there was a burst of laughter followed by few sparse claps echoing in the conference room.
F/N turned to face Kinich, his face all of mockery and Gorou's face visibly darkened.
Before he could react, Kinich spoke first. “Your words are quite interesting. I was there that day and saw you kneeling on one knee to propose to someone else. And now you say it was just a moment of confusion?” he smiled coldly. “You must be very confused to say something so shameless.”
“What did you say...” Gorou snarled.
“Gorou!” F/N cut him off sharply. “We're all adults. We could've handled this with dignity, but you insisted on making it ugly. You want to know why I had to break up with you? I can tell you clearly: because I find it disgusting. My boyfriend proposing to his first love in front of me; that scene makes me sick every time I think of it. I'll say this once: I have no regrets about being with you. But I'm breaking up with you because you made a fundamental mistake. I can't pretend nothing happened.” then, she waved her hand, signalling her assistant to escort Gorou out.
After the meeting, F/N returned to her office and was startled to see Kinich sitting on the visitor's couch.
Without a word, she opened the top drawer of the side table and took out a pack of half-used quadruplet floral tea. Dropping two scoops of mixed dried flowers into the glass teapot, she then proceeded to make the tea for her unexpected guest.
As the scent of lemon verbena emitted through the room, Kinich's phone started ringing urgently. Pulling out his phone, he looked at the caller ID, kept a hand locked on F/N's wrist and took the call. “Say what you need to say.” he put the call on speaker. “If it's nothing important, don't bother me.”
“Why are you snapping at me, pipsqueak?” Xilonen's irritated voice barked. “I was just calling to tell you that the thing you asked me to take care of a few days ago has been resolved...”
Before the person on the other end could finish speaking, Kinich interrupted, “Did you hear that? This is one of my cousins.”
“Your family is really big.” F/N noted, pulling away her hand to pour out the floral tea. “Besides, what does that have to do with me?”
“How could it not be related?” Kinich ended the call. “I have other siblings. If you want to know, I'll tell you everything.”
Dragging her exhausted body, F/N made her way home. But as soon as she stepped out of the elevator, she saw Gorou who was squatting by her door.
When he noticed F/N, he quickly stood up and rushed over, catching her off guard as he wrapped his arms tightly around her. “F/N... I was wrong. Please don't break up with me. I really know I was wrong. I've already sorted out things with her. I promise it won't happen again. It was all my fault before. I didn't know what came over me.”
“Gorou,” F/N pushed him off. “I'm sorry, but I never loved you from the beginning.”
“Stop...” Gorou sniffled. “F/N, please stop...”
Just then, Kinich arrived and he swung a fist at Gorou before he pulled F/N to his side, a deadly gaze staring at the other man.
As if realizing something, the defeated Gorou let out a self-deprecating laugh. “I get it now. It always has been him.” then he turned and stumbled towards the elevator.
Kinich's attention finally turned to F/N. Reaching into her bag, he took out her keys, unlocked the door and pulled her inside. “You promised you'll tell me everything.” he reminded.
F/N just sighed and walked into her kitchen to bring out a tea set and a pack of half-used sextuplet floral tea.
As the reunited pair sipped the fusion tea, F/N revealed everything; about how Kinichi's mother had laid out her ultimatum.
That night, with the aid of the blood orange infused tea, F/N had a good night's sleep. When she opened her eyes again, Kinich was sitting by the window, gazing at her with a gentle expression.
“Come here.” Kinich reached out a hand and pulled F/N into his arms, before engulfing her lips in an intense kiss.
When they broke apart, F/N felt a cool sensation spread across her fingers. Looking down, she realized Kinich had slipped a silver ring onto her finger.
“F/N,” Kinich whispered, nuzzling her ear. “I want to hold onto you.”
After that day, Kinich and F/N got back together.
When the Hakushin family matriarch, F/N's grandmother found out, her eyes turned red, happy tears streaming down her cheeks.
Kinich's mother came to see F/N in a rush after she got off work. She was usually a poised, composed and impeccably dressed woman. But now, her hair was dishevelled and she was visibly agitated.
“Why didn't you tell me you are the Hakushin heiress?” the Malipo family matriarch demanded. “If I had known six years ago, I would've...”
“You would've what?” F/N curled her lips in a small smile. “Broken off Kinich's martial contract because the Hakushin family is among the top elite and therefore more influential?”
“Mom, have you ever thought that maybe the reason I was with F/N was not because of her family?” at some point, Kinich had appeared beside F/N.
“Fine.” the elder Malipo woman relented. “My son has grown up.”
A/N: My first Kinich post. Hopefully, he won't dodge me after this.

Dark Chocolate - p. 4
smut ahead!!
Your phone buzzes several times upon your nightstand before you finally awake. It’s a Saturday, what could possibly be happening? Your notification center is filled with messages from your friends’ group chat.
Did you hear? Kokomi is back!
You were never fond of Kokomi, so her absence was relaxing. However, now that she is back from a film set with her brother, everyone is going to be all over her again. It is difficult to not be jealous of someone so perfect. You and her are friends, just—you prefer to keep your distance. You usually do not mind hanging out with her in a group though.
However, she is also awfully clingy with a certain someone. It didn’t bother you before. Maybe it was even the reason you and Saiki had never become close; you were fearful of what she might do, especially considering she always gets her way.
You are about to get out of bed, swinging your feet over to touch the floor when you are instead greeted by flesh. “Holy shit-“ you are about to scream in surprise, looking down to see Saiki’s exhausted expression. His arm is held over his forehead, forearm rubbing his eyes. His pink hair is a crazed mess, sprawling around his head. “Good morning?”
He pushes your leg off of his chest, grumpily turning on his side away from you. Bitch.
His eye pokes out, neck twisting to face you. ‘Yeah?’
Oh crap.
”So—it wasn’t a dream?” You are breathless, question more rhetorical than anything.
’Unfortunately not.’
You sit like that, toes dragging across your carpet before you plant them completely to stand. “I’ll go make breakfast, then.” You need time to process. Properly. Before exiting, you turn back. “Would you like anything in particular?”
Saiki sits up. He is awfully cute, rubbing the tiredness from his eyes, raking his fingers through his hair to push it down. ‘No, thank you. I’ll have whatever you make.’ He blushes in embarrassment from your observations.
You notice, cringing at your own train of thought and forcing yourself to think about your food options instead. “Right. I’ll be downstairs.” You head downstairs, searching for ingredients for breakfast.
Saiki stands, looking around your room as he had not had much of a chance last night. You are still concerningly calm. Realizing you are not dreaming, and the truth about his powers, he expected you to blow up in his face. Instead, your attitude is rather neutral. He likes that about you. Things you cannot change, you do not make a big deal over. In such a dramatic world, you are a breath of fresh air. Saiki sighs, face dropping into his palms. Every new thing added to the list of “reasons you aren’t insufferable” just digs his hole of despair even deeper. He can’t seem to understand you, and your thoughts of him are never clear enough. Even if they were, he is too nervous to ever make a move.
The smell of bacon lures him down the stairs, taking a seat at your island. You serve him a glass of water without so much as a word. “Do you prefer crispy or chewy?” You hover over the skillet, using your chopsticks to flip each piece individually. “My mother always preferred crispy. She also likes things super spicy—I hate overly spicy things, which is why I eventually learned to cook for myself. She would make dinner, claiming it not to be spicy, and then our mouths would be burning off. Not her’s, of course. ‘I barely added any!’” You mock her, laughing while reminiscing. On another pan, you crack an egg over fried peppers, letting it spread to the edges of the pan. You wait a moment, then use your chopsticks to swirl the egg around aggressively. You begin to plate leftover rice from another solo dinner you had made. “I like when you’re here, Saiki. It is always quiet. I am so used to a busy house with my parents and siblings, so now that I live alone, I can’t help but feel…” your words trail off when you refocus on the eggs.
’Lonely.’ He finishes for you.
”Exactly.” You begin to pick each strip of bacon up, laying it onto paper towels to pick up the overwhelming amounts of grease. “I’m never lonely with you around.” I wish you could stay forever. You look at your hand, noticing his ring missing.
’It must’ve fallen off in your sleep.’
Oh. You stare at your empty hand.
’The eggs.’
”Crap.” You turn back to the stove, picking up the pan and shaking it so the egg fries evenly on each side and rounds out whilst the inside stays soft. Skillfully, you lay it over top of the rice. “One omurice, and some bacon to go with that. Sorry, all I really had.”
’It smells delicious.’ He smiles, watching while you cut open the egg in front of him. The inner contents spill over the rice, dripping down the edges and pooling on the plate.
”Years of mastery!” You flex your arm jokingly, waving your chopsticks around like a conductor.
Saiki takes his first bite, face morphing into that adorable content expression.
”So, Teruhashi is back.” You place your hand on your hip, beginning the second egg for yourself.
’Don’t remind me.’
”Really? I thought you and her got along.” A wave of jealousy washes over you, but you are quick to shake it off. “She attaches to your hip whenever you are around.”
Saiki sighs. ‘Exactly why I don’t like her. And she isn’t as pure as she portrays herself to be.’
Hearing him speak negatively about someone, especially Teruhashi, is so foreign. You are curious to see what else he has to say. “Yeah, I get that feeling from her. Like she fakes every sentence.”
He nods. ‘Because she is.’ He takes another bite, eyes closing to savor it.
”That’s reassuring.” The sizzling of the pan fills in the silence during your pause. “Because I can tell she has a crush on you, and it makes me want to break her neck.” You speak without thinking. Anger had taken over, and you misspoke.
Saiki coughs, surprised by your audacity. Hearing you be so possessive aloud is new. ‘You what?’
”It’s just—seeing the way she acts around you, trying so hard to get your attention, it's infuriating. I want to punch her face in.” A violent image, but it gets your point across. “I just don’t think she understands you whatsoever. She is just frustrated that you don’t give her the time of day like every living person does. She uses what she was born with to get her way, not lifting a finger.” Your fists clench around the pan while you slip the egg on your plate. “Sorry. I don’t think she is actually a bad person, I don’t even dislike her. How could I?” You place your plate down beside Saiki, pulling out the chair and sitting next to him. “I’m just jealous.”
Your honesty is admirable, along with your ability to admit something that most people would be ashamed to say about themselves. ‘I’m glad you can say that. Girls who have a run in with her usually end up on a revenge arc.’
You laugh. “Remember that cute blonde girl two years back? Imu, I believe.” He nods in consideration. “The same thing happened to her. And just like every other, morphed into a follower of The Great Teruhashi. Angel, beloved by all.”
‘It’s quite impressive, the lengths that she goes to portray herself as the perfect girl.’ He pauses, nibbling at the egg. ‘She says so herself, well, thinks so.’
Smiling, you slide the prong of your fork through the goo. It falls apart from the top, spreading evenly over the rice. “I am going to have to get used to that.” Curiosity boils, and before you can ask, Saiki answers.
‘Yes, of course.’ He confirms that his parents are aware of his superhumanness. ‘And only my grandparents, brother, and two students know. And now you, I suppose.’
“I guess that makes sense… but what two students know?” Saiki never seemed especially close with anyone. There is an odd character in the neighboring class who you see bothering him every now and then, but no one Saiki would possibly want to share such a secret with.
’Actually, you are right. Toritsuka,’ he refers to who you depicted as “odd”, ‘is a psychic medium. He is conscious of my abilities.’ You nod slowly, carefully lifting your fork to your mouth. A dot of yellow drips down into your palm. ‘And Aiura. She is also aware.’
Your heart stops. “Aiura?” Your best friend knew before you? Why?
’She is a psychic of sorts, too. There was an…’ his face cringes, ‘awkward situation when she first moved here two years ago. And I’m sure you are aware of her accurate abilities as a soothsayer.’
”I never quite believed it. But I can see what you’re saying.” There are other psychics? “So why haven’t any of them said anything about you?” Your half eaten plate is forgotten, interest more piqued by the conversation.
He shrugs. ’I threaten them.’ Oh. Okay.
”That… doesn’t surprise me, actually.” You cover your mouth, laughing. “Well I’m full.” You push your chair out. “I’m going to get ready, Chiyo mentioned meeting up with Teruhashi today. Unfortunately, I don’t think I can avoid it.” You take the plates to the sink, Saiki’s clean enough that you would think he licked all the remnants.
’I should go back home for a little bit, I haven’t changed.’ His chair is pushed in gently. ‘I can come back afterwards and wait for you, if you’d like.’
”Sure. Whatever works. I’ll go shower, and I’ll see you in about an hour or so?” You hold the railing, looking at him for a response before returning to your room.
He nods, teleporting away briefly after. Absolutely incredible.
~
Music comes from your room, the door cracked open, and the light from a lamp illuminating it. Saiki knocks on your bedroom door once, twice, yet is answered by no one. He cannot hear your thoughts, either. Perhaps you put the ring back on? “Hello?” He does not look in through the opening, but pushes it open more. There is a quiet humming along with the tune of your music. He walks through the door, seeing you sitting at your vanity. Your hair is wet, dripping along your back and into the towel which covers you.
You look up for a moment before looking back at the mirror. ”Oh, hi, Kusuo.” You continue to apply your mascara, carefully moving the wand along your lashes.
His gaze shifts, trying to find something other than your figure to focus on. “It has already been an hour, aren't you ready?”
You pout, capping the mascara tube and standing up. You hold the towel around your chest, striding to your dresser to find something to wear. “I had to wash my hair. Do you not have any women in your family? This is normal.” You are shameless about your appearance. Not caring that your state is obviously affecting him. “Would this look good?” You hold a simple sundress. “It’s warm out today, and I wanted to look cute. I want your opinion.” You hold it up against your body, raising your chin so the hanger can press against your neck.
”Yes.” He only takes a quick glance, averting his line of sight once more. It does not matter either way, as you would look good in anything your closet has to offer.
”Alright. Turn around.” You swirl your finger at him, ordering him to face away.
“What? I can just leave.”
”It’ll only take a second. Just turn around, I don’t mind.” Really shameless. He spins to face the opposing wall, making sure you are free from his view. The towel drops to the floor with a thunk, and it takes every cell of will he has to not turn back around. Such an intimate thing, knowing you are undressed right behind him while he has to suffer and look away. What is worse is that he knows you do not mean to be such a flirt.
”I can’t get the zipper.” The sounds of your struggling halt. Saiki doesn’t move. “Kusuo,” you drag out, shuffling towards him. You grab both of his shoulders, rotating him to face you again. He looks down, the dress hanging loosely off you. An arm holds the front against you, preventing it from falling. “It’s in the back, do you mind?” You pinch his wrist so that he looks at you rather than the swell of your breasts, compressed by your forearm. A quick shake of the head signals his agreement. You pivot, facing away. The back is open, the zipper stopped all the way at the bottom where he can see your underwear begin. His cheeks flush. It isn’t sexual, so stop making it sexual. Is the mantra he repeats again and again. It doesn’t help his case, however, when his fingers cascade down your soft skin, feather light on the small of your back before grasping the zipper and slowly pulling it closed. But god, does he wish he could just strip you from the dress completely. His free hand pushes your hair away from the back of your neck so that he can close it completely without getting caught. His hands linger, even after the fact. Your collarbones and neck, the fresh smell from your shower routine. He cannot bear to take his hands off. Not while his fingers trail up your neck, behind your ear to retuck a strand of hair, then back down to the base. He presses lightly on your shoulders before his touch disappears entirely.
You sigh, missing the warmth. He is so gentle. You never knew how much you longed for the touch of another person until now. “Ku…” his hands fall to your waist, curving with your frame.
”I’m getting deja vu,” he doesn’t whisper, but his words are quiet. “I had a dream similar to this.” He speaks openly, trying to keep his body from colliding with yours.
”Did you?” You, however, do not keep the same stability in your voice. You end with a small voice crack, your own breath tickling your shoulder from the way your head is turned.
”Maybe it was a premonition.” His hands suddenly pull away, stepping back.
The slam of a door downstairs stops you from complaining. A girl downstairs calls your name. “Where are you?” She yells.
”Shit- it’s Chiyo.” You spin around quickly. “You uhm-“ you bite your lip nervously, eyes darting from the open door back to him. Footsteps approach. “You should hide.” You whisper. “I don’t want her to get the wrong idea.” You gently close the door. When you turn back to him, he is gone. “Coming!”
”You haven’t been responding to our messages!” Aiura is on the couch, Chiyo backing down from the stairs. “And gosh, you look cute. Oh, we brought Teruhashi, if you don’t mind. We’re going to meet up with the boys soon.” You spot Teruhashi, still standing in the entryway.
”Oh, hello!” She waves, smiling and shining in her radiance.
”Wow, you look great, Teruhashi. Even better than I last saw you!” It is true. She somehow looks even more beautiful the more she ages.
She clasps her hands together. ”Oh, you flatter me. It has only been so many months since I attended school.”
“Anyways, when are you all meeting them rest?” You turn to Chiyo.
Chiyo taps the screen of her phone. “We were going to start walking in about fifteen minutes. Just to grab lunch.” How is it already noon?
”Right. I’ll be right back, let me finish getting ready.” Running back up the stairs, your soul jumps inside of you to find Saiki sitting on your bed. “Crap. I thought you left?”
”I was invisible.” He looks up at you, hands in his lap.
You close the door slowly behind you. “Okay…” He just sits. Not saying anything. “Why?”
He flinches a little. “My brother is home. I didn’t want to go back.”
”Brother… right. I’m assuming you do not like him, then?” You come and sit beside him, thigh an inch apart.
"No." His stark expression turns sour.
You take his hand, holding it and resting them clasped on your thigh. "You can stay here or come by whenever you want."
The words drip from your tongue like caramel. So sugary sweet, appeasing and soothing Saiki's sweet tooth. Your tongue rests between your lips, the tip poking out. "Why do you do that?" He looks from your lips to your eyes.
"Do what?"
"That." He points at your mouth.
"Oh." You touch your bottom lip, pulling it down slightly. "I used to bite my cheeks and lips, so whenever I want to, I stick my tongue out so I don't."
Your lips are beautiful. Complimentary to your skin tone, lush and soft. The urge to kiss you ever since that night where he was so close.
"Hey, Kusuo?"
"Hm?"
"Since you can read my mind, that means you know how I feel about you, right?" You tilt your head.
Usually, it would be easy for him to understand. But with such conflicting opinions, part of him is in denial. "Yes."
"And, well I know you can't read my mind right now, but I'm sure you know what I want." Your smile is vexing.
"No."
You lean forward more, palms on either side of his legs. "I like you Kusuo. A lot. And I have the feeling you like me, too."
The chatter downstairs is forgotten. He likes you. And he had not realized it. He has not just been doing silly favors in fear of being hated, he has been appealing to you in order to be liked.
You continue "I like how quiet you are, and how honest you are. I like how you try to hide your interesting life, and how humble you can be. You hide the fact that you care for people. And I can't help but want to be one of those people. I want you to like me back, Kusuo." Never has he been so stumped. Someone is able to like him so honestly, without ulterior motives. Someone he would be willing to spend time with.
"Words were never my thing." He understands everything easily, but right now, it has become difficult to express anything verbally. He looks down at his hand still in yours, his thumb running over your knuckle.
"I understand." You whisper. "We can be quiet." You follow his line of sight, also looking at your intertwined hands. "I feel that at times, there is a fine line between you and I."
He picks his head up again, finding his eyes in yours. He feels every inhale and exhale, every beat of his heart in sync with yours. The raw emotion which shines through his pretense cannot be hidden. A plea that you would initiate what he cannot. His free hand climbs to your hair, thumb framing your cheek. His warmth pulls you in, heads pulling closer. You stop, waiting for him to object. When his eyes stay locked with yours, no clear signs of protestation or disgust, you sigh and collide your lips against his. His hand in your hair tightens, keeping you against him while your heads tilt comfortably.
The hand in yours disconnects, snaking around to firmly hold the small of your back. You reach around his shoulders, connecting your hands behind his neck. Your lips begin a synchronized movement with each other, creamy and delicious and perfect. He pulls you up, into his lap. Your mouths break apart, airy breaths surrounding each of you.
You pant for a second, catching your breath and basking in his presence. "You smell like vanilla," is the first thing you decide to say, "and sugar." He mimics your smile. "Of course you would smell like sugar."
That brief smile falls, eyes flying from the door and back to you. "Tell them to leave without you." His words are a shock, especially when he follows up with a small "please". You nod, pushing on his shoulders to stand.
"Hey, I'm gonna be here for a bit. I forgot I- had to do laundry, and uhm," you hold securely onto the railing, speaking to the three girls from the top of your stairs. "I just have a lot of stuff I need to get done. I can catch up with the rest of you later."
"What? It's Saturday!" Aiura looks up at you from the couch. Then, something flashes in her face. "Oh, okay." She hurries up, pushing Chiyo and Teruhashi out the door. Once they are gone, she runs to stand at the bottom of the stairs. "Is Saiki here?" She whisper yells.
"W-what? No!" What?
"He is, isn't he! I was wondering why I can't see anyone's auras." She points at you accusingly.
"No! He isn't. He just lives close, right?" You wave your hands in your face defensively. "Plus, auras? What are you talking about?"
She begins to walk away, waving you off. "Whatever. Just come see us later." She turns back to you just before closing the door, winking then slamming it. You shake your head, forgetting it. You are quickly reminded of Saiki's presence in your room. Hurrying back, you find him where you left him. He quickly stands, facing you.
Neither of you say anything. His strides towards you are quick and purposeful. Quickly, both hands are on your waist, pushing you up against your wall. His lips smash into yours once more, aggressively and without restraint like prior. You grip his hair as if loosening your hold would lose him altogether. "Kusuo," you gasp between kisses, "please, I want you."
Your clear consent breaks him. Any concept of prudence is lost. His hands grip the underside of your thighs, pulling you around his waist without struggle. The door slams behind you when he makes it to your bed, pushing you down into the mattress almost angrily. His face presses into your neck. He kisses and sucks up and down the area of your neck and collarbones, making sure to leave at least a few visible marks. The tickle of his hair on your cheeks makes you squirm. "Wish I could've done this earlier." He mumbles into your skin. Your eyes close, head leaning back against your pillow. His hands wander. You feel his fingers at the base of your dress, threatening to sneak underneath. He looks up at you, tapping your cheek so you look at him. When you see him silently asking, you bite your lip and nod. Seeing him in such a state drives you feral. His hair is messed up, eyes glossed over with lust, lips red from abusing yours. his hands slip under your dress, lifting it while his palms slither up the skin of your torso. He reaches the base of your bra, looking at you once more.
"Yes, Kusuo, fuck. You can do whatever you'd like." Your hand cups his cheek while you smile teasingly at him. "Don't get too excited."
He sighs, hiding his smirk by kissing along your ribcage. You raise your arms when he pushes your dressup more to expose your clothed breasts. He takes it off entirely, leaving it to pool on the floor. He hovers over you for too many moments. Admiring you, memorizing each inch of your clear skin. His violet eyes look to yours. He contemplates for a moment before leaning in to kiss you. Your mouths open, tongues intertwining in a frenzy of need. The need to be close, to finally feel each other. His forearms rest flat against the bed so that he can reach for the clasps of your bra behind you. One hand holds your back, pushing your chests together so that his other can successfully unbuckle the back and slide the straps from your shoulders. He lays you down again, completely removing the garment to pull away and observe again. Silently and secretly, your hand reaches between you to palm at his pants. "You–fuck." He groans. You continue to rub your hand over his bulge, smiling at him innocently all while breaking him down. He grabs your wrist and pins it to the bed above your head. "No." He states sternly.
There is little room for disappointment when he quickly dives down, lips smothering a breast and tongue swirling around your nipple. You moan unexpectedly, back arching up into him. His hand splits your thighs, thumb pressing firmly against your damp panties. The rest of his fingers splay over your lower abdomen, thumb keeping a constant pressure rocking back and forth over your clit. You sigh, relieved to finally get some amount of friction. His mouth switches to suck at your other breast, making sure to pay attention to the supple skin where it is even easier to mark. He bites ever so gently, teeth leaving little marks before more kisses lead down to your stomach. His hand replaces his mouth on your breast. He kneads it, squeezing in his palm all while his other hand sneaks below your underwear. He pulls them down swiftly. Leaving your breast alone, both hands work to push your thighs apart.
You swear you can hear a groan emit from his lips. It is forgotten when his tongue laves against your cunt without warning, sliding up in one motion to collect whatever he can. "God–fucking…" you trail off, his lips wrapping around your clit and sucking furiously before pulling away and gently swirling his tongue around it. Your moans fuel him, letting him know that everything he is doing is working.
He pulls away completely, looking up at you. Your eyes flutter open, meeting his gaze with confusion. He takes your hand, holding it up. Swiftly, he takes the ring off your finger.
Oh my god. Your face burns, blood rising to it at the realization.
He resumes his ministrations, head burying between your thighs. Every movement of his tongue is coordinated, working to the purpose of making you feel good. Knowing he can hear every bit of what you are thinking only amplifies the arousal you are feeling. Your thighs clench around his head, abdomen tightening while he gets you closer to finishing. Every moan and whimper which falls from your lips spurs him on. Closer, closer you approach, with every flick of his tongue and suck on your clit. Just before orgasming, he pulls away so you lose the sensation. When all lucidity returns to you, you are about to complain. He silences you, pushing his hand against your mouth.
"Not yet." Is all he says. You bite his finger, watching him reel back. You snicker, smirking up at him. You can tell that behind the grim expression he displays, he finds it just as amusing. He retaliates by pinching your nipple, watching your body jolt.
"You jerk!" You giggle, sitting up quickly and pushing him down into the bed instead. You straddle him, hands on his chest. Your hair falls over your shoulders, his forearms limp on either side of his head. "You're still fully clothed." You pout.
"Yes, and?" His eyebrow quirks up.
You reach under his shirt, "Not fair." You pull it up, forcing him to sit up so you can yank it over his head. His skin, free of blemishes. His chest and abdomen are surprisingly toned.
"I'm super human. It's no surprise that I am." He holds your hips, watching you closely.
"I guess that makes sense." You lean down, kissing his cheek. "So you have super strength, too?"
Saiki tucks your hair behind your ear so it doesn't fall in his face. "Do you want me to write a list?"
"Maybe at a later date." You untuck his belt, still in his uniform from the day prior. Unclasping it and pulling it off, his pants and boxers come next.
His cock springs free, hitting his stomach. He watches you subconsciously lick your lips, admiring how pretty it is. You wrap your hand around it, taking note of the size (which is bigger than you expected) and biting your lip at the thought of it inside of you. What would it feel like? Would it hurt? He says your name, "We don't have to."
You shake your head. "I want this if you want this. Not with anyone else." You are aware that both of you are virgins, but you find it hard to imagine spending your first time with anyone else. Saiki understands, and doesn't make you feel insecure.
"Ok." He says quietly. "But let me do it." He flips you onto your back once more, positioned between your legs so he can prod the tip of his dick at your entrance. Your arms are secured around his neck, both of you watching him hold and run his cock through your folds a few times. You wince a little when he starts to push in, slowly stretching you over every inch. Watching the way you swallow him up so devastatingly slow begins to drive you insane.
"Kusuo," you whine.
"I know." Before you can say something snappy, he pushes in the rest of the way quickly.
You moan, nails digging into his back, feeling his tip prod deep inside of you. He groans, hot forehead pressed into your neck with his eyes squeezed shut. He kisses you, sharing breaths when he begins to thrust slowly. The rock of his hips sways the two of you, panting into each others' mouths while you grip to him tightly. Saiki only gets faster and more tenacious, listening to every moan and whine you have to offer. He kisses your neck, your sternum, your face, watching while it contorts in pleasure. He listens to your thoughts as you get closer, feels the way you clench around him. He grips your ankles, forcing your legs up so your calves rest on each of his shoulders. He bends forward, folding you with him and adjusting his pace brutally so each thrust reaches that spot inside of you.
"Fuck!" You yelp out, ankles crossing behind his head. His teeth dig into his lip, one hand grips the sheets. The other holds yours, pressing it against the mattress and squeezing every now and then. He groans your name more and more the sloppier his thrusts get. His persistence does not waver, though, the strength levels keeping steady. "Kusuo, I'm so close you feel so good." Your head tilts back in pleasure.
"I know, I know. Gonna let you cum this time." He kisses you, free hand which grips the sheets moving down between your bodies. His thumb presses down on your clit before circling it at the perfect pace to speed up your approaching orgasm. The temperature of the room has increased to the point where sweat drips from both your foreheads. "I'm close too." He clenches your hand.
"I–I–fuck." You cannot form the words, mind numb from the sensations, melted from the heat. Your limbs turn jelly in his care. You gasp out, gritting your teeth, eyes rolling back while you orgasm. One moan in particular comes out as a squeak, feeling him cum with you and fill you.
"Holy crap." He watches your face through lidded eyes while you orgasm, elongated by his thumb still stimulating your clit. He stills inside you. Your chests rise and fall, panting in order to breathe through the thick hot air of your bedroom. He pulls out, watching his semen drip from your fluttering pussy before collapsing beside you.
Your head turns to him, smiling weakly. "Never knew lying still and taking it could be so exhausting."
You both laugh breathily before he cringes at the lewdness. "...ew."

A Not-So-Disastrous Romance Pride Special 2024
Saiki Kusuo x Reader
Pride Special 2024
“Saiki, (L/N), come and help us put up decorations!” said Hairo, pushing boxes into their hands.
Saiki looked down at his box and found it filled with tiny LGBTQ+ flags representing different identities, all hanging from the same string. (Y/N)’s box contained flyers for a “PK Academy Pride Celebration.”
“I didn’t know we had one of these,” said (Y/N), smiling.
“We started it this year,” said Hairo. “Teruhashi was talking about how she wished more people were accepted for their different identities, and so, the school decided to put on a party.”
“The city is having a parade, too,” said Saiki.
(Y/N) laughed. “Leave it to Kokomi’s influence to rid our society of homophobia and transphobia.”
Saiki had to admit, it was probably the best aspect of her influence she had ever considered using. “Her fan club will put these up.” He put his box down.
“You don’t want to help?” said (Y/N).
Saiki looked at (Y/N). They were always so helpful and kind. It was one of the many reasons he liked them. However, Saiki was selfish. “We planned to go to Café Mami.”
(Y/N) snapped their fingers. “Right!” They looked at Hairo. “Sorry, Hairo, we’ll come to the event, but we can’t help you set up.” They bowed. “Sorry!”
Hairo smiled. “Hey, it’s no problem! You already made plans, and you help out in class enough. Have fun.” He easily picked up all the boxes again and ran off to find other people to help him.
“We’re actually going?” said Saiki.
“I know you don’t like crowds, but this is to support us and our friends,” said (Y/N).
“I am comfortable in my identity, and anyone who tries to say anything about mine or anyone else’s will face the consequences,” said Saiki.
(Y/N) pouted and looked at him. “Please, Kusuo?”
Saiki avoided their gaze, and (Y/N) moved in front of him with the brightest puppy-dog eyes they could muster.
“Please?”
Saiki was pretty sure (Y/N) might have powers of persuasion.
“I’ll make cupcakes for the party.”
“…Alright. I’ll go for you.”
(Y/N) grinned. “Thank you, Kusuo.” They leaned up and kissed his cheek.
Saiki averted his gaze as he blushed.
l
Saiki and (Y/N) walked up to the schoolyard of PK Academy that had been decorated with the flags from earlier and had a large “Happy Pride” banner hanging from the building’s second floor windows. Music played, and food had been set up. (Y/N) and Saiki themselves held containers of cupcakes (one or two or three or four had already been eaten by a certain pink-haired sweets lover).
“Let’s put these down and say hi to everyone,” said (Y/N). Saiki’s expression didn’t change, but (Y/N) had been around him long enough to chuckle. “Don’t give me that look, the aster we say hi to people, the faster we could leave.”
“Can I have another cupcake?” said Saiki.
“Of course,” said (Y/N), smiling.
Saiki picked up another cupcake with rainbow icing and followed (Y/N) to say hi to his bothers (their friends).
“(L/N), Saiki, you made it,” said Hairo. “Good!” He wore a rainbow pin on his shirt. “I like your pins.”
“Thanks,” said (Y/N). They had on an ace spectrum and pansexuality pin.
“You, too, Saiki,” said Hairo.
Saiki had on an asexuality pin ((Y/N)’s puppy-dog eyes and sweets were very persuasive, scarily so). He nodded in response.
“Hey, buddy, happy pride!” Nendou grinned at Saiki. “You, too, pinky! Don’t forget to be proud of your favorite colors.”
“Uh, Nendou, that’s not what this all means,” said Kaidou, groaning.
“It isn’t?” said Nendou, confused.
(Y/N) laughed. “It’s about people of different identities and sexualities.”
“Ohhhhh. Do people normally get weirded out over that?” said Nendou.
Apparently, his stupidity meant he was the least bigoted person in the world.
(Y/N) shook their head with a smile, and Saiki looked at them. He may be stuck at a party, but at least (Y/N) was there. He’d always support them, just as much as they supported him. They deserved it.
l
“Don’t try to tell me you were miserable the whole time,” said (Y/N). “I saw you at the snack table making a pile of cookies on your plate.”
“People were loud and annoying. But the food was good,” said Saiki.
“Uhuh, keep saying that was all,” said (Y/N). They linked their pinky finger around his. “But, seriously, I’m glad you came. I know it’s not your thing, but I’m happy you went with me.”
“I went for you,” said Saiki. “You’re my partner. I support you.”
(Y/N) beamed, and their cheeks warmed. “Thank you, Kusuo.” As they walked, (Y/N) leaned their head on his shoulder. “And you know I support you. In every aspect of who you are.”
Saiki smiled softly and held their hand securely. “I know.”

give me an inch ( and i’ll demand a mile )
feat. genshin women
𝐈𝐍 𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐇 she reacts to your plea for another kiss, just after she has already given you one ( drabbles )
notes. reader’s gender unspecified, no other warnings.
There is a tantalizing smirk that plays on her lips. It’s a kind of amusement you absolutely anticipated from her, and yet, it still made you pout so childishly.
Her ego is totally getting off on it, too. It’s like a trophy win that she got you to even ask for another one—or, perhaps she didn’t want to admit how good it felt that you liked her enough to want another kiss. She couldn’t help but smile, really, when you placed one finger right at the corner of your lips. The sight itself was so adorable to her, and it’s a gamble or not whether she will take the opportunity to tease about it. But nevertheless, now it was up to her to decide: should she give in to your request, or have a little fun and leave you be?
MIKO, Lisa, Yelan, Beidou, NINGGUANG, La Signora, Rosaria, Arlecchino, Dehya, Hu Tao
The look on her eyes will soften immediately; and if not, then it’s quite telling in the way some tenseness is relieved in her shoulders. Perhaps it’s because a request for another kiss just shows that you truly love her, but right now, she can’t quite tell you how much of a deeper meaning this brings to her heart.
So for now, she’ll simply smile. She’ll give you the kindest of expressions she only gives to you, and she’ll give in. Her kisses beforehand were all short and sweet, but she gave you this last one with the most passion and innocent intimacy she could ever pass on to you through solely her lips. Whether you felt such a devotion through her kiss alone was beyond her, but she gave you all of her love, nevertheless.
AYAKA, La Signora, Lisa, COLUMBINA, Jean, Clorinde, Amber, Keqing, Sara, Kokomi, CANDACE, Nilou, Navia
Oh, she’s already caved. She internally cursed you a bit—you probably knew this was going to happen. The effect you gave ok her makes her practically hopeless, and not before long she is already dashing to the front of your body, holding the sides of your face and kissing you everywhere.
It’s like she’s drunk on your lips, or perhaps on your love. But either way, she has the biggest smile on her face that she isn’t even aware of as she plasters multiple kisses on your cheeks and nose and lips and practically anywhere she could reach. It’s a certain kind of adoration where she can’t get enough of you… not like either of you were complaining, really.

♫ 00; ↠ TEAR DROPS ON MY GUITAR-(prologue)
↳ my heart beats for you-a scaramouche smau

The door of the CRUX swung open, the familiar jingle of the door chime sounded as you entered the building. You were greeted by some familiar faces frantically running around the room.
Some employees were rushing around, frantically trying to salvage what they could from the flood waters that had recently devastated the CRUX. Guitars lay broken and waterlogged on the floor, while sheet music and CDs floated in the murky puddles.
Kokomi and Furina were holding rusty buckets, and they placed them underneath leaky spots from the ceiling. Yoimiya was helping Mona move a busted keyboard outside, and Lumine was holding a box full of old records and CDs.
"Oi!"
You turned around to the source of the voice, it was another one of the employees. She had dark hair and deep blue eyes, she would've been awfully pretty if she wasn't too busy scowling at you.
"Hey Furong..."
"Don't "hey Furong" me!"
She shoved a heavy box in your arms, and another smaller (but still very heavy!) box on top of the one you were already carrying. "And get out of the door frame! Being Beidou's favorite won't earn you any special treatment from me."
"Speaking of which, do you know where-"
Furong stormed off to scold more of her fellow co-workers before you could finish your question.
"-she is..."
Lumine passed by you, her hands also full.
"Don't mind her, she's just jealous."
"Well who wouldn't be?"
Lumine chuckled before gesturing to the back of the store. "We're supposed to move the CD and record boxes to the studio, Beidou wants us to sort through all of them."
You nodded and let Lumine lead the way, your vision was obscured due to the boxes in your arms, so you had to rely on Lumine's directions to make your way into the CRUX's music studios.
"Archons, I don't know how much longer I can hold these things. Why the fuck are these boxes so heavy? They're CDs!"
You complained as you almost slammed yourself into a shelf for the hundredth time.
"Tell me about it." you heard Lumine groan. "I should've forced Aether to come, could've unloaded all this work on him."
"Like he'd actually do all that for you."
"Never said I had to be the one he was working for⁓"
You could hear the smirk in her voice, even though you couldn't see her expression. Your face started heating up, you were suddenly grateful for the boxes hiding your head. Lumine adored poking fun at her brother's crush on you, she'd lessened up with the jokes after your break-up, but alas, there was no escape from her wrath.
"Shut up..." you muttered, your face growing redder by the second.
"What? It's true ya know." she continued, she must've noticed your silence, which she mistook for discomfort rather than embarrassment.
"Okay, I'll stop."
You heard a door creak, which must have been Lumine opening the door to one of the studios in the building. You set down the boxes, feeling relief from the absence of the heavy objects in your arms.
You looked around the room, the studio wasn't a professional recording studio, not by any means. It was a simple room with a few power outlets and speakers, but it was more than enough for you and the rest of C✧LESTIA.
You and Lumine sat down on the floor, taking out some of the contents of the boxes and laid them out in front of you. Lumine sorted the piles by genre, while you sorted them by colour.
"You know, maybe this isn't so bad, there are only a few boxes, so it won't take as much time as I thought-"
Lumine's hopeful thoughts were cut short as Furong and her co-worker Xinyan, along with several other employees dropped ten more boxes in the room (and big ones at that!).
"Thanks you guys, you're the best!" Xinyan gave you a big thumbs up as she exited the studio with the rest of her co-workers.
"-I take that back" Lumine sighed, at the pile of brown cardboard cubes. "I really should've forced Aether to come here..."
The two of you heard the studio door creak open again.
"You girls need help?"
It was Furina! Along with all the other C✧LESTIA members too! The others joined you and Lumine on the floor and helped sort the records and CD's. You and the girls chatted for a bit, brief small-talk about school work and a few rumours that have been going around about your classmates.
You heard Yoimiya groan as she was rummaging through a box for a certain CD. "Lumineee! Why didn't you just ask your brother to come! He would've done all this for us!"
"Believe me, I wish I did." she sighed, and glanced over to you.
"Okay, what's with you guys and using Aether for free labour?" you joked. You had lost count of all the times Lumine had baited the poor boy into doing favours for her under the pretext that "(Y/N) would be so grateful if you did this for her!"
"He's my brother, and he still has a crush on you, who happens to be my best friend, who wouldn't take advantage of that?"
"He doesn't have feelings for me Lumine-"
"Ooo, who doesn't have feelings for (Y/N)?"
You whipped your head around after hearing a familiar voice come from behind you.
"Beidou!"
You stood up and tackled the older woman into a hug, she returned the gesture, ruffling your hair while doing so.
"Hey kid!" she pulled away from the hug to squish your cheeks together, which made your lips pout. "I missed you, ya know."
She looked towards the rest of C✧LESTIA, who were still on the floor, sorting CD's and records. "Thanks for doing this for me you guys., I appreciate it."
Suddenly, you could hear Mona clear her throat from her side of the room. "We're getting paid right?"
"Mona!" Kokomi exclaimed scolding her friend.
"What?"
"Nah it's fine, but I don't think I can afford to pay you guys properly, sorry 'bout that."
Mona sulked, clearly disappointed in the lack of rewards, though her expression quickly changed after Kokomi swatted her shoulder, clearly ashamed by the astrologist's behaviour.
"No Miss Beidou, it's fine really, you've already done so much for us." Furina said, expressing her gratefulness, making up for Mona's lack thereof.
"You letting us practice here is more than enough!" she continued. Furina glanced around the room, just realizing the terrible condition the room was in. "We'll still be able to practice here, right...?" she asked.
Beidou's expression darkened slightly, as she looked up at the ceiling, observing the leaks, and cracks, even without the flood affecting it, the studio was always in terrible shape.
She took a breath, "Sorry girls, but you'll probably need to find a new place to practice, and to perform."
Suddenly, you and your fellow bandmates let out a chorus of "What? Why?"s and several other expressions of disappointment and grief.
"This whole room looks like it's going to collapse any second, the last thing I need is a lawsuit because one of you guys got hurt." she sighed again. "I'm sorry girls."
"But hey! I'm sure Furina can use her actress connections to find you guys a new venue."
"I don't think the Opera Epiclese is looking for amateur rock bands, Beidou." Yoimiya said as she sighed, still sorting through the contents of the boxes.
You, and the others heard a faint voice in the distance calling for Beidou, it was probably Xinyan or Furong asking her for help.
"I'm coming!" she shouted back, before she left the room, she gave you another hug, this one longer and more tender.
"Don't worry, I'm sure you'll figure something out, you always do."
She opened the creaky studio door once more and waved goodbye to you and the rest of C✧LESTIA.
You decided to not tell Beidou how lost you were, and how there was no way you guys could afford to rent another studio, much less find a new place for gigs.
"I'm sure you'll figure something out!"
You hoped that she was right.

₊˚ fluffy shit, food mentions, friends to lovers for kokomi, technically unrequited love

as the bitter cold winter melts into a pleasant spring, the head of the kamisato clan found himself falling for you. the sakura bloomed once more as they always did as the days got a little warmer, but the dreamlike weather only seemed to remind him of you nowadays. ayato always considered himself to be somewhat of a loner behind closed doors, never truly able to confide much in any one person. yet, you just turned his whole world upside down the second you became a part of it.
on his lips was the pleasant taste of milk tea, a drink that preparing seems to remind ayato of you as well. the recipe you had given him that added a few ingredients was much better anyway, or maybe it was just because it was your recipe. it’s such a simple matter, but it’s one that meant the whole world. everything from your smile to your eyes set his heart on fire. it’s certainly a sight to see the trusted head of the kamisato clan hiding his blushing face when you’re around, becoming clumsy and nervous.
rumors spread like wildfire among socialites, that much is obvious. ayato just couldn’t help but wish the things whispered about you and him were true, it’s all the same meaningless gossip anyway. the world just wouldn’t have it that way, dooming his feelings to be left unexpressed unless he got the courage to confess for himself.
you were her best friend, someone who helped shoulder the burden of the stress of running a society. the divine priestess was a mess behind closed doors, but it adds up in the best way. holding your hand until hers falls off, kokomi wished she could just tell you that she loved you. yet, she didn’t want to ruin your relationship. the poor girl is already stressed enough without the worry of tarnishing the bond you had with her.
those three words she dreaded so much were such a waste of time when said time could be spent on much more important matters. you knew the hints she had been dropping, pretending not to believe the things she said. it’s only in that way she’s feeling so down lately, but nothing seems to change.
maybe she’d confess during a quiet nighttime walk on the beach. the sound of the crashing waves gave her strength to say the dreaded three words she wished she’d never have to say to someone who might not feel the same.
she nearly froze when she saw you in the crowd during one of her performances. beneath the colorful lights and melodic tune she moved her body to, she was just a girl helplessly in love. the world just fell away when she saw you standing there, watching intently. it’s a rule for performers to not make eye contact with anyone in the crowd so as to not break immersion, but she couldn’t help but look you in the eye as her smile grew.
nilou’s heart was pounding so fast it was as if it were barely beating at all. such beautiful colors swirling around her as she danced, the performer was so infatuated with the idea of you watching her that it felt as if you were the only person in the crowd. at least to her, you were the only one who mattered.
every breath she had taken, every second of her life had led to this moment. time had brought her heart to you, and nilou wouldn’t trade it for the world. just the way you looked at her had her mesmerized, something inescapable. not that she would mind even one bit.
furina de fontaine isn’t exactly one to hide her feelings. tea parties with the former god have always been fun, but more so now that she’s free to express herself. the bittersweet taste of tea in her mouth is familiar, reminiscent of the bittersweet love she feels for you. the sun’s rays beamed through the open window, letting in a refreshingly cool breeze that cut through the warm spring air.
just like sunshine, you were always there to brighten up her day. like the desserts she found herself enjoying, you were so sweet! you reminded furina of all her favorite things, so it would be absurd for her not to love you with her entire being. the only thing that didn’t make her think of you was the bitterness of the tea she drank. sometimes she enjoyed it without anything to sweeten it, the bitterness balancing out the sweet of her desserts.
her love for you wasn’t all sweet. sometimes she finds herself wishing she could tell you how she felt, but her low self esteem prevented it. what if you didn’t feel the same? what if you only thought of her as a friend?

Septem (iii) ⊱⊰ Genshin!Various
✤ she/her - ✤ words: 3.8k
[ PART ONE ] [ PART TWO ]
✤ An Academy built to hone and prepare gods-to-be and blessed mortals for the world beyond — isn't it a dream come true, when a blank Vision greets you in invitation? ✤ News of your enrollment in Septem Academy reaches students who were dispatched for on-field training and expeditions. They are more than eager to return.
✤ neuvilette, wriothesley, freminet, lyney, gaming
a/n: for this part, mc is a part of hearth 'null'
It wasn't unheard of that there were students on official leave from the Academy, a handful of them coming from on-field training and expeditions [according to news/gossip central Kaveh and Childe].
It was the women that returned first, their new faces expressing surprise at the arrival of another 'Null' in their academy. They were all well acquainted compared to most, which relieved you. The rivalry in the Academy was no joke, so having more 'I-don't-have-time-for-competitions' ladies was a breath of fresh air.
You also wondered just how many students there were at Septem, it appeared like there were more than fifty or so—but then again, there really only was Septem that catered to people with elemental affinities.
You're still learning the ropes of being attuned to all seven elements by the time your first official semester met its curtain fall, right when the later group of men arrived. They were friendly, the whole lot of them, and compared to most of the men you've come to know who thrive in Hearth rivalries and competitions, everything was just a passing source of amusement to them.
It was rather disconcerting—but hey, so long as they were friendly, right?
— Neuvilette
Lo and behold, Hydro's Hearthleader in the very flesh.
A long, long time ago, according to accounts of the Hearthleaders, Hydro's authority had complications that led to the title being passed on to one after the other. Rumors even mentioned fraudulence and 'false' titles, who knew it had such a controversy?
Nevertheless, the past was the past, and all had been settled now. Kokomi mentioned that the issue was resolved a term before you arrived at the Academy, what are the odds!
Now, being the newest face around Septem meant being polite, so after your Potioneering class and after scrubbing away the residue of Lampgrass dew from your vest, you made a beeline to welcome the returning students along with Lumine and Aether.
Hydro's Hearthleader wasn't there, however, having reported to the Headmaster as soon as he arrived. Far from being chagrined, you make formal introductions with everyone else after an embarrassing trip down the stairs.
Your first official meeting with the one and only was during the Hearthleader's Assembly, a time of discussion over the next events, competitions, charity programs, festivals, and the whole shebang that takes place at the start of each semester.
Since there's no Hearthleader for the Nulls, Aether and Lumine take turns in attending; and since your enrollment, this happened to be your first Assembly.
Familiar faces you've gotten to know calmed your nerves, being in good standing with everyone else but that man who stared you down with inquisitive eyes.
“A pleasure to meet you, Miss [Name]. I am Neuvilette, Hearthleader of Hydro, I've heard wonders about you, and I look forward to your presence in the Academy. Should you be in need of any assistance, or have been wronged by anyone, I implore you to seek me.”
Long silver hair with streaks of aqua, a passive expression on his features, a walking cane that screamed luxury, and a cloak that billowed like the current—if you thought Ayato had an imposing aura as Hearthmaster, then you were terribly wrong.
Hearthleader Neuvilette appeared to be a man of a few words, his gaze oft inexplicable as he firmly shook your hand after giving it a thoughtful look. You thought you were a moment away from interrogation, but he only turned your hand over and kissed its back. Wha-?
You could manifest a question/exclamation mark out of your head at the gesture, Hearth Hydro's chivalry flying off the charts and rendering you speechless. Ayato, he did it with some sort of 'gentleman cunning' if that was even a word pair, Xingqiu did it out of sincerity, Childe was more playful with it, and Dottore—well, that man was peculiar. [He was misplaced and transferred to a different Hearth.]
You didn't expect this tall, handsome, intimidating Hearthleader to do the same. But then again, with a position like his, he was meant to embody what his Hearth represented, right? You shouldn't have been so shocked.
Throughout the Assembly, however, the awe remained. He even his tea, saying it was only right to extend good tidings to the newest student in Septem. He barely smiled, but his eyes were—well, they were softer than you realized.
He even apologized on behalf of his Hearthmates 'in case they did anything to offend you', which got you shaking your head wildly and responding that they were most courteous. Childe was more of a playful menace, but you omitted that part. And ooooh boy, with the subtly proud look he wore on his face brought about by your answer, you didn't dare say anything about Childe's flirtations.
Huh! Perhaps the man wasn't so bad after all. In fact, he was mellow. You realized that the air around him and Zhongli was a little tense though, and not in the good sense. Thankfully, they were composed and tolerant of one another—but you couldn't shake off the feeling that they had issues running deeply that they didn't want to address. At least not of late. Oh well.
The long-standing tradition of Hearth Hydro's invitation for tea parties ensued. With their Hearthleader back in their ranks alongside other returning students, the long winding table in their great hall was finally complete. Insert a couple of chairs for you—and Aether and Lumine whenever they join in—and everything was solid.
Hearthleader Neuvilette's return also had a significant impact on the rest of the Hearths, mainly Hearth Dendro's residents... and particularly Kaveh, who showed a bit more restraint when contending with Childe. Their rivalries didn't disperse into thin air, no, but it became a tad 'quieter'. That alone was quite alarming, but the ladies in Hearth Hydro said that it was frankly normal; with Neuvilette back in the picture, the Student Council's Iudex was basically in his seat again.
No wonder everyone's rowdiness suddenly got tamer.
Being a Hearthleader and the Iudex—practically accounting for as the Head of the Student Council—commanded authority. You heard that it was previously Zhongli, but he has long since stepped down. While Zhongli managed with more order along with lax but well-managed funding for events and programs, Neuvilette was more of an adjudicator, valuing justice and equality.
Reading the records of his just governance made you gulp. Really? That same guy who personally pulled your chair for you to sit? Who permits you to have the first sip of tea during his tea party even when his Hearthmades say that he's never done that before?
It was common courtesy! Common courtesy, yes!
“Since Hearthleader came back, those Dendro know-it-alls can barely do anything during our debates during Incantations class, hah!” “Are you implying that you've both gone overboard with your Incantations when I was absent, Childe?” “Wha- hey now, I didn't mean it like that... Hearthmaster was with me the whole time.” “You don't want to tempt our Hearthleader, Ajax. Do you recall the last time you provoked them? We had to disturb Sigewinne from her shift in the infirmary.” “You speak as if you weren't a part of it, Hearthmaster.” “Now, where'd you get that idea, lady Mona?” “Well, the past is the past. Whatever happened, I'm certain you were all responsible enough to handle the consequences. Let us begin the tea party—.. where is lady Furina?” “I believe lady Barbara was last with her.” “Oh! I, um- I have slipped up; I accidentally told her that since she wasn't here for the Theater Program that was being planned for the public, Hearth Pyro had to take the spot. I think she's contending for the main role...” Ding! “Was that yours, lady Kokomi?” “Yes, I just received a message from Furina.. she says to come and help her because the casting director put her on a list, and the temporary manager for the Theater is Madame Arlecchino...” “... This tea party is paused.”
— Wriothesley, Freminet
You did not want to admit it nor did you want to condemn the sweet guy, but perhaps lounging about Hearth Pyro's dorm had Bennett's catastrophic bad luck rubbing off on you.
Recently, you had a bout of stumbling into unfavorable circumstances that inevitably led to tons of false accusations. Of course, your innocence was easily proven given you had alibis and witnesses. But this time- ohoho, no.
It had been a relatively nice afterlunch and you were just about to head into the library for an arranged study group with Candace and the rest of Hearth Hydro's ladies when you chanced upon a waddling mechanical.. penguin? It had cute tiny gears for eyes and a winding key attached to its back.
You would coo—but that was if it didn't have a sword and buckler on and was terrorizing a frantic Itto and Gorou out of Ingenuity class. Thinking quickly on your feet, you cast a minor Cryo spell that froze the penguin's mechanical feet so it couldn't continue chasing after its victims. Then, you moved to pry the sword and buckler—but it was at this exact time that a cough came from the back.
Heizou and another student who looked far gruffer than expected looked on with equal parts amusement and disbelief. You only saw the latter in passing since he was a part of the last returning batch of students, but he had sped away to some office before you could get to him that day.
You did not think this would be how you'd officially meet him!
“Um.. good afternoon.” great, what a way to imply that you were not the perpetrator of chaos nor the inventor of a killing machine.
“Good afternoon, indeed.” Heizou mused, and the man beside him clicked his tongue with a shake of his head.
“I know you, miss [Name]. I need you to come with me though,”
There was a sound of metallic clinking and—hold on, were those handcuffs?!
“We can discuss this situation in a civilized manner in my office, yeah?”
Although Heizou promised that he'd do his best to investigate the situation with Cyno since you weren't the kind of person to have an incentive to end someone's life, you were far too restless sitting in what you could only assume was some kind of interrogation room.
What on Teyvat—the fact that such a place even existed was beyond you! What were the odds that this location was underneath the Academy? It felt like descending into a completely different environment; what with all the machines and metal that gave off a steampunk feel.
The man in front of you was fixing his cufflinks, unbothered by your presence. Wriothesley was his name, part of Hearth Cryo, and the Warden of the Student Council. Specifically the head of SC's Discipline Committee.
Septem's higher-ups loved designating lots of managerial roles to their students, huh? But well, you understood why; Vision-holders were preconceived to take on a majority of roles in their nations' government once they graduate, so this was some kind of field training for them!
.. Why did he have to go the extra mile and carry some handcuffs, though? And can a man look so stern and give off such a relaxed vibe? Somehow, he reminded you of a Hearthleader you met just recently.
Surprisingly, when the talk began, Wriothesley reassured that he wouldn't harm you—the handcuffs were just there to make sure you wouldn't be doing the harming. It was funny, you don't think you could even make a dent in his muscular—yeah...
He was also very accommodating?? Serving you tea and biscuits as if you weren't bound and were the primary suspect of a potential campus homicide. It wasn't true, of course, but still; if there were actual bad people that found themselves underneath the Academy, was he always this cordial?
Ah, well, he did say he liked things civilized. When Heizou and Cyno—who joined in on the investigation—entered the room and clarified that you were, in fact, innocent, Wriothesley was quick to offer his apologies... even sliding a few coupons he whispered gave a huge discount in Fontaine's restaurants.
“I certainly do apologize. I had to take precautionary measures. It eases me that Neuvilette's insight was true, though; you do come off as a good woman that likes to behave.”
ASDFGHJKL?? Boy, why was he smiling?
“I'm so sorry I dragged you into my mess... I shouldn't have left Thelxie alone when he was already malfunctioning. I ran off to get the tools I needed, but.. huh? You forgive me?”
A shy and downcasted student distracted you from Wriothesley's statement, and your attention was thrown off. The creator of the dangerous penguin machine was a guy who didn't even look to have any malicious intent. It was a misunderstanding with a dash of improper management and impairment.
He was carrying the recently tinkered penguin in his arms, which was free from its weapon and shield, and now that it was harmless, it looked cute.
The student shyly introduced himself as Freminet, and you recognized him as one of the boys that stood at the far back of the group when they returned a few weeks ago, willing himself to be invisible. He was Lyney's younger brother if you weren't mistaken. It was so amazing how siblings could be so vastly different in personalities.
Freminet was kind enough—or perhaps he did it because he was kicking himself over his blunder—to escort you out of the 'Fortress', leading the way back to the upper levels and to the ground floor of the Academy. He didn't say a word the entire while.
When all was over, he bowed his head and sped off. Feeling sorry for him, you didn't give chase. The guy felt so bad, you couldn't even be mad for today's fortune.
But since that day, little trinkets would appear on your desk during Ingenuity class. You never got to see who left them there, but judging by the waddling mechanical penguin you spotted trying to escape the door one day... you had a feeling you knew who it came from.
Wriothesley had a knack for 'apprehending' misfits, and you only later learned that there was an apparent reason for his calculated 'hunts'. Hearth Cryo, in their weekly gatherings bundled around the fireplace, liked to chat about a lot of things going on in the Academy.
They didn't mean anything bad, really, but the Hearthmembers were keen on observing, opting out of any outward actions unless the situation required their intervention. So of course, the only outlet for such a bundle of news—read: 'innocent' gossip—was during their get-togethers.
It was a den of information—and daresay, you wouldn't forget the time you were invited for a sleep-over and got a firsthand experience of Hearth Cryo's scary number of observations.
You reminded yourself not to look stupid whenever any of them were nearby.
“The windows are broken in Elementals Class again, and it had just been repaired last week... it gets tiresome to look out for the perpetrator... I often fall asleep..” “Elementals... supernatural entities can harm physical entities, so perhaps-?” “I don't think ghosts are the issue, Chongyun. But I do have an idea... hm, do you recall that bottle we saw underneath the table, Charlotte?” “Yes, yes, sir Kaeya! I took a photo of the room for documentation to send to the Student Council. It was a wine bottle!” “Oh.. I also saw a wine bottle tucked in one of the drawers in Ingenuity Class.” “Ingenuity Class? Duly noted, Freminet.” “Alcohol consumption is forbidden on school grounds so that clearly violates one of the terms in the student handbook.” “Such irresponsibility.. not to mention the lack of accountability. Vengeance will come upon them, surely. Tsk. Are rules not being reinforced enough?” “Precisely, miss Ganyu, Eula. That is why it is only right to search for said students and have them come in for a little questioning, perhaps also give them a due punishment. It's only right that we stand by the given order.” “.. That wouldn't be easy, right? There are so many s-students in Septem, and this has already been going on for so long..” “Yes, but it isn't impossible, Mika, after all..” “Wait, hold on, has anyone seen Rosaria?” “Oh, miss Ayaka, worry not. She's scoping out the potential rulebreakers as we speak.”
— Lyney, Gaming
You remembered the day you rushed out of Potioneering class to greet the returning students—and now that you're actually going down memory lane, your attempt at decorum was met half-heartedly midway. By the time you arrive at the front gates, most of them have already gone off to their own agendas.
The only ones there were a pair of boys that goofed around with one another, and another shy-looking one with a quiet girl. It was such an embarrassing introduction, really. In your delight, you may have hurried down the steps a little too fast... and ended up tripping and stumbling on your way down.
Your shriek took their attention, and the guy nearest to the stairs was quick enough to catch you.
Safe to say, you went back to your dorm that day unable to talk to Aether and Lumine, opting to flop onto your bed, red face first.
Since then, meeting those boys would always trigger that moment in your head and you'd scramble or shy away against your better judgment. It took a long while before you were able to talk to them without feeling like you wanted to throw yourself out the window.
Before that instance, they took it upon themselves to approach—sometimes corner—you for a stroll outside the Academy. They expended such a ridiculous amount of energy that you thought you spent a decade's worth of magic reserve.
Students in Hearth Pyro were no joke.
“Woah there! Glad I caught ya, you're fine, right? Better in my arms than the ground. Trust me... it sucks.”
Gaming was the one that caught you that day, a relieved laugh escaping his lips as he held you in such a way that looked as if he dipped you in a dance, it was humiliating. He didn't tease you or anything, though, bless his good heart.
Very extroverted much like his hearthmates, he blatantly called you over to sit with him in the cafeteria one afternoon. It wouldn't be a problem if he hadn't called from across the place and every head had turned to look at the two of you. Quick steps led you to the table he shared with Xiangling, Hu Tao, Xingiu, and Chongyun, with the Cryo student looking empathetic.
Now, being with Gaming didn't spell tons of embarrassing moments, of course. If there was a student popularity ranking in the Academy—you heard there was one a long time ago, but that got scrapped because certain people got competitive..—Gaming probably would've gotten the lead, or he would've tied with either Lumine or Aether.
Everyone knew the guy! Apparently, it was because he acted as the bridge to the Academy and Teyvat, escorting civilians in and out of Septem for respective visits. Sometimes, he worked alongside Kirara from Hearth Dendro, who handled the delivery of tiny parcels and souvenirs to and fro.
Boy, the energy he had was endless! Students coming from Hearth Pyro had this uncanny ability to mingle with other Hearths and not get tired; Gaming was the same, but he was taking it up a notch when even the professors adored him.
One time, he was showing you the ropes of Wushu Dancing when he tripped over a prop and ended up stumbling over you to the floor with his huge dragon head prop and all. Needless to say, Charlotte and Childe chanced upon you at the wrong time, and.. well, it was a hassle to dispel whatever rumor and gossip sprung then.
“What a stroke of luck that was, wasn't it, miss [Name]? Oh dear, you must've been frightened, here you are, a little magic to distract you~ Tada! A rose!”
This Academy wasn't so strict with its uniform policy, you realized. So long as they wore the standard fit with either the vest or the blazer, they could add whatever flair they wanted. And Lyney, well, he wore a top hat, selling the point of a charming magician quite well with his twin sister Lynette.
You never forgot the way he mischievously leaned over when Gaming had caught you in your first meeting, rubbing his chin and musing about 'a maiden having fallen from the steps of heaven'. It was flustering because he wasn't entirely off; the corridor you went from previously led to the Mirror Court, where the entire environment was the very sky.
Some days, you wondered if Lyney was misplaced like Dottore was. With how he was acting, it felt like he belonged in Hearth Hydro. He wasn't a student who actively exhibited an interest in rivalries, but you learned that his smile served well in magic shows as it did with passive-aggressive goading. He liked playing innocent.
This guy also loved leaving roses on your desk. The first time it happened, you mistook it as something that came from Ayato or anyone from Hearth Hydro [the men there had a tradition of giving flowers to women]. They didn't really give red roses, but still.
Long story short, Lyney bounded up to you after class with Lynette and Freminet in tow looking so excited, only to have his eye twitch when you spoke about your due thanks to someone from Hearth Hydro.
He got so melodramatic over it that he reasoned the only way to make up for punching his heart was to—surprise surprise! Go see a movie with him on the weekend. You didn't have any problems with it—but you didn't know he meant it as going outside the Academy, to a mall. When certain people heard of it, well... suddenly there were other invites to the movies, too.
There was never a lonely day in Hearth Pyro, and the arrival of the rest of its members seemed as though everyone got twice as exuberant in their day-to-day activities. Alternatively, it also meant a lot more managing from Dehya and Diluc.
Lyney and Gaming offered another layer of elation and intensity in the Hearth's hosted events for Septem, and both had audiences even outside Septem Academy. They have tons of followers on their social media that they could almost pose as celebrity students, especially Lyney, Yoimiya, Xinyan, and Diluc. Hu Tao was also famous but.. for a completely different reason.
Anyway, Hearth Pyro was hosting a Theater Program that keyed on Romeo and Juliet, with musical scores and scenes held in collaboration with Yunjin from Hearth Geo. Anything theatrical was often hosted by Hearth Hydro, but given that Furina wasn't present in the making, the duty fell upon the hyperactive, exuberant group in the Academy. Amber invited you to sit in on their casting discussion, but never thought you'd actually get roped in the production process...
“Where's Amber? Oh, and Yanfei?” “Amber's fetching [Name]. Yanfei is passing on the documents for estimated expenses and all the jazz for this Program we're hosting.. say, lemme help ya with that, Diluc.” “No need, Dehya. It's fine—where's Bennett?” CRASH! “I'm here!” “Oooh, [Name]'s coming, is she? Are Aether and Lumine coming with?” “I don't think they're going to come knowing how you pulled them into one of your advertisements for your funeral service business, Hu Tao...” “Teehee!” “Chevruse, do you have prospects for our lead roles? Miss Arlecchino waits for the list. She appears quite fond of this play.” “Ah, Thoma. Lyney here was very vocal about wanting to try something new outside his magical shows, but he'll still have to audition for the role along with Venti, Xingqiu, Kaeya, and Ayato.” “Sir Kaeya and the Hearthmaster Ayato? How- well, the compensation for the lead roles is pretty big.” “I'm just as confused and weirdly excited, Xiangling.” “Hey.. sir Kaeya's trying out. Diluc, don't cha want to try and audition for Romeo, too-” “M'afraid not, Xinyan.” “Lyney's only choosing to audition because he made a bet with Lynette and lost. It wouldn't hurt if [Name] gets to be Juliet, though, right?” “Gaming, my friend, what's got you assuming? Ahaha...” “Hold on, why are there so many prospects, anyway? The last time a Theater Program was held, no one was this interested in acting. What gives?” “Huh? I thought Yoimiya and Hu Tao said that they got [Name]'s consent to be Juliet. Wasn't that why Amber was getting her?” “WHAT?” “Thoma, you ratted us out! D:” “I- I didn't know that they didn't know!”

hihi!!! first ask ever so sorry if this comes off as nonsense ahhh 😭😭😭 but i was wondering if you could do like a saiki k x male reader? where male reader transfers into pk academy and is like teruhashi in terms of looks but in terms of personality, he's a more socially awkward quiet and introverted person? so whenever a whole group of students swarm around him, he just freezes in place like he doesnt know what to do and waits for someone to save him like a teacher 🧍♂️🧍♂️

awkward..?
a/n: hi pookie bear 😘 totally understand you and hope you request more! I was kind of in the writing mood 2day anyway so 😌
warnings:
summary: you find yourself in an awkward situation in the new school you transferred to? is it gonna get better? worse?
okay, this wasn’t as bad as you thought it would be? just a couple stares and gasps as you walked around the school, completely lost.
sure you could have asked a student, but the way they just stared at you in shock when you asked them creeped you out. was there something on your face?
oh! what about that girl with blue hair talking to somebody? it’s rude to interupt a conversation, but it’s just a quick question, it won’t hurt anybody.
you walked up to her and tapped her shoulder. you squinted your eyes slightly from the light she gave off, is this normal? “excuse me, do you know where class-“ you paused. your eyes bulged out of your head. she was gorgeous! you weren’t really looking, expecting that she wouldn’t say anything too but when you met eyes with her you didn’t realise that she was that pretty!
“hm?” she smiled at you gently, waiting for you to say what you were gonna say. come on y/n, she probably dosent have all day and that girl next to her with short brown hair looks.. sad? it’s fine. “do you know where.. year two class three is?”
“oh yeah, I’m in that class!” the girl grinned at you. “my name is kokomi teruhashi, by the way,” teruhashi introduced herself. “come on, I’ll show you where you have to be,” she grabbed your hand and lead you to your class. is she an angel?
after awkwardly introducing yourself in front of the class, sitting in front of a pink haired weirdo and having a few people stare at you, class was over! you were having a good day so far.
as you stepped out of the class, people started to quickly surround you, asking a lot of questions or admiring you way too close.. is this what it was going to be like everyday? girls giggling and squealing over you? you felt trapped and a bit flustered.
“what’s your name?” “let’s hang out some time!” “can I do your homework?” most of the girls questioned you. you should have known this would have happened, now your a frozen, awkward person in the hallway, currently getting harassed 😢
you also saw a guy with purple hair with a furious expression. he was looking at you too, is he jealous of the attention? what is wrong with this school..?
you blinked for a second, and pop! your on the rooftop! what the hell just happened, first you got actually got some girls, now there’s witches in this school? oh, there’s that pink haired weirdo that you were sitting in front of, STANDING. RIGHT. IN. FRONT. OF. YOU.
is this a dream? it totally is a dream because it’s not normal for a pink haired to kidnap you on a roof top. saiki, who was so offended after being rudely insulted as a ‘pink haired weirdo’ two times already, was already getting tired of your thoughts. just for one day, he wanted to do something nice for someone and he gets this.
“u-uh, thanks for getting me out of there,” you said, scratching the back of your head. “atleast he actually has some decency to thank me for that,” saiki thought. he nodded, turned around and started walking away.
“wait!” you called out to him. “not this again,” saiki thought as he turned around. “what’s your name?” you asked him with a gentle smile. “saiki kusuo,” he replied with a blank expression, before walking away. wow, he really didn’t want anything do to with you. but at least you gained a new friend! we’ll see..

pearl jewelry.

₊˚ ᗢ mermaid! kazuha x gn!reader.
⤷ when his attempts at a marriage proposal flies over your head.
⤷notes; based on this thread.

Mermaid! Kazuha, who thinks that it’s been more than enough time to pop the question for you.
He has consulted his other friends about the process. This was his first marriage proposal, and he certainly wasn’t going to want something similar to everyone else. Yoimiya suggests that he offer you a pearl necklace, so that you may never lose it. He pouts at the idea, saying that it was tradition for humans to give each other rings and that perhaps you would want a more normal proposal. The bubble quickly popped when Gorou clarifies the notion by saying: “If they wore a ring, what if they go off to fight? What if they lose it? It’s better to give them a necklace so it stays on longer!”
And so he makes it his absolute mission to get you the best of the best. He searches the bottom of the sea for weeks while you were traveling Mondstadt. He even made sure that it was approved by Kokomi to have the roundest shape. He wasn’t going to give you just any pearl! It would be an insult to his culture if he were to give you something so half-baked.
It’s been nearly a year since the two of you met. And your routine hasn’t changed much for the most part. You still come to the shores to see your favorite platinum-haired boy, and he would come back to you with the same smiling face you’ve grown to adore. Although you’ve long traveled the seas, visiting places like Liyue and Sumeru, you end up coming back to visit Watatsumi Island to see him. No matter how far you may be, or how dry the lands are, his memory remains fresh like salt water.
You’ve been teased on many occasions by Beidou. She comments that you’ve been staring off into the sea a lot more than usual, perhaps too much with that lovesick look in your eyes. You try to brush it off by saying you were merely friends, tied and bound together by your love for travel. Though she begs to differ. That expression was much like her own, and she too has been infatuated by the strange, mystical creature of the sea. At last, she leaves you alone when you wish to depart the Alcor.
Stepping onto Watatsumi Island, you make your way to your favorite spot. Tucked in hand was another book that you bought from a bookstore in Mondstadt. It was about the history of grilled fish, and you thought Kazuha might like it. It was rather simple, but you figured that he might appreciate it a little more if it was something that reminded you of him. He was sort of one big fish after all. One that liked to jump into your arms more often than not, leading to the two of you being covered in sand.
To your surprise, Kazuha was sitting on a rock, already waiting for your arrival. He fiddled with something in his hands, his face looking quite nervous and shy. You smiled as you approached the man, sitting down next to him as you stared off into the horizon. You both share a conversation about your recent travels and how beautiful the nation of Mondstadt was, from their windmills to the sound of birds singing, it was nothing short of lovely. Though you would let slip that instead of listening to the drunken bard at Angel’s Share, you loved to listen to Kazuha’s singing.
At this comment, he blushed profusely. He shakes his head in denial but you know him too well to see that he was rather flattered. Finally gaining enough courage to show you what was hidden in his hand for the longest time. He opens a clam, revealing to you a neatly tied pearl on strings. It shined underneath the sun and you found yourself rather captivated. Smiling, you allowed him to wrap it around your neck, the pearl settling neatly on your collarbone. Pressing your fingers against it, you feel those same butterflies jitter in your stomach.
“This is the nicest gift you’ve given me so far,” You giggle, bringing your knees close to your chest, “What’s the occasion?”
“It’s a lot more than that,” He whispers, leaning his head against your shoulder as he lets out a deep breath.
He’s been planning this moment for months and everything seemed to go by so quickly. You accepted it so easily that it made him wonder if you even knew the implications behind this gift. While he has given you more pearls in the past, there was nothing more special than how perfect this specific one was. It takes a lot of dedication and time. You would only give something like this to someone you wish to marry, so for you to accept it so easily…
He snaps his head up at you, looking at you with a confused expression.
“Kazuha?”
“Do you… know what this means?”
You raise your eyebrow. Were you missing something? The gift was lovely, especially when he offered it to you in such a romantic way. It sort of makes your gift for him a lot more lame. You blink several times, unsure of what to say at the moment. So silence fills the air.
It takes a few moments for everything to click in your head. This necklace must be extremely special. Was it something regarding mermaid culture? You were certainly unfamiliar with the ways of life for him, and the only time you’ve learned much was from Beidou. "That woman I was talking to you about," She started, looking out at the grand ocean, "She used to gift me a lot of pearl necklaces. I didn't understand the sentiment until she told me that it was her way of asking me to be hers," The captain grinned, "Do you think Kazuha would give you something like that?"
Was it a proposal? You stare back at him with a surprised look. He suddenly raises his hand, covering the lower half of his face with his webbed fingers. His cheeks are as bright as apples, and his ears were red. He was embarrassed that he had to spell it out for you in your human language.
“Do you think I’d give something like this to just anyone?” He murmurs, shyly peeking at your eyes. You tighten your hold on the book in your hands, your breath hitching at the sight.
“You wound me, Starling. This is… our equivalent of marriage. So please treat my heart kindly.”

trying out a new format for writing small ideas that sort of feel like fics but aren't super long! i just had to write this one and post it because it's gonna be stuck in my mind if i dont!!
thanks to @maehemthemisfit for the idea ♡♡

Suki Da Kara
Kamisato siblings x Younger sibling! Reader

(Oneshots)
After they met the traveler, they offered to help with their plan to take down the shogun you wanted to help too.
Yeah, no way they were letting that happen.
They're both really protective of you
Especially after your parents passed
And not in the way where you never allowed to leave the house
You're allowed to leave with Thoma.
"But why!" You frowned, crossing your arms as you protested
Ayato sighed, reaching up a hand to rub his temple. Reminding himself to be patient with you. Ayaka noticed him getting upset, resting a hand on his shoulder.
"(Name), please.. we only want what's best for you.." Ayaka frowned, her gaze softening as they met your own.
You looked at Ayato, noticing how frustrated he looked. Then you looked at Ayaka, and the worry in her eyes. You felt.. bad. You knew they were just trying to protect you. And they have so much on their plate, especially with all the added problems with the shogun. You were just stressing them out more. You sighed, looking at the two of them.
"Sorry.. I know how busy you guys are— I just wanna help.." You sighed, letting your crossed arms fall back down to your sides.
Ayato looked up at you, his gaze softening as he rested a hand on your shoulder before pulling you in. His arms wrapped around you as he held you close to his chest.
"I know, you are helping by staying safe, (name)."
☆°`———
Ayaka liked to take you out so you arent cooped in the house all the time.
Due to her connections, she was good friends with most people.
People like Kokomi and Gorou
Sometimes, when she has to go see them for business, you tag along.
You loved Kokomi and Gorou, they were basically your second pair of siblings.
"Kokomi!" You smiled as you saw the Divine Priestess. Walking side by side with Ayaka, who also had a smile on her face. Though it was more so because of your reaction.
Kokomi, who was talking to a group of soldiers, turned around. A small smile on her face as she saw you two.
"(Name), Ayaka? What brings you two here?"
Ayaka smiled at the Priestess, shaking her head.
"Im here on official business, but name wanted to tag along." Ayaka explained, her hand moving to rest on your shoulder.
Kokomi nodded, her expression turning a bit more serious as she explained it was for official business.
"Come on then, let's talk somewhere else." Kokomi said, leading you two to her private quarters, though official business was the last thing on your mind. Happy to be hanging out with some of your favorite people.

I tried something different over the last day, which is to take a leaf from @dandelion-wings's book and write something self-indulgent as a "warm-up" — no intention of actually finishing let alone having a plan, just writing for the sake of having fun writing.
It was nice! Would probably do again!

(CW: modern AU)
The oversight committee meeting ran on agenda and on time, an unlikelihood bordering on miraculous. At one-forty in the afternoon Sara found herself with a clear schedule for the rest of the week, modulo a couple of videocalls she didn't need to be in the office for anyway. She wasn't the only one: the queue for the lift was so long, walking twelve flights down the stairwell actually saved her time.
She took a minute at ground level to stretch out her arms, then headed for the station, grabbing some onigiri on her way in. On the train she pulled up the grocery list app she shared with her housemates and committed the urgent bits to memory. She had a route planned by the time she got to the supermarket, and was in and out with satisfying efficiency.
Arriving outside the apartment, Sara fished her keys out of her bag. She was just putting key to lock when the door opened on its own, just a few centimetres.
Kokomi was there, peering through the gap. She was in one of her usual outfits, a wine red cardigan tossed over a button-up blouse and knee-length skirt.
"Sara," she said. She blinked rapidly. "You're home."
Kokomi sounded a little out of breath. Sara looked her up and down: her face was pale, and she was swaying on her feet a little. Dizzy spell, no doubt.
"Did you just run all the way to the door?" Sara asked.
Kokomi grimaced sheepishly. "Um. Maybe?" She gripped the door frame and used it to lower herself to her knees. Sara nudged at the door, but Kokomi put her shoulder in the way. "We have a guest," she continued, looking frantic.
"Alright?" said Sara. Not the sort of thing worth rushing to the door for. "And...?"
"Please don't freak out."
Sara's heart sank. "My folks?"
"No, no, nothing like that." Kokomi waved her hand. The motion left her swaying a little. "Sara, she's me."
"Who's you?"
"Inside. Um... she looks like me, at least?"
"Who does?"
"Me. Not me. A doppelganger, kind of? It's... I haven't had time..."
She looked to be at a loss for words. Sara didn't think she'd ever seen Kokomi at a loss for words. Half-fainting, struggling to spare the oxygen for another sentence? Sure. Drunk, communicating only in polysyllabic nounifications, interspersed with emphatic gestures? Definitely. Trying to hum at whales in the aquarium? Even that. But lost for words? Never. The Sangonomiya Kokomi that Sara knew had an answer for anything: more frustratingly still, she had a reasonable answer for anything. She could make a calculation that took her a month and twenty spreadsheets sound so obvious you should have thought of it yourself. She could give a half hour tactical breakdown on an split second impulse purchase of Cinnamoroll pajamas instead of the Hello Kitty ones she'd walked into the store meaning to buy. Her apologies were a balance of contrite, firm, and empathetic that must have been formulated in a military lab somewhere; her sorry-not-sorry excuses were the kind of legally-minefield-dodging emotionally-expressive bullshit that PR executives salivated over.
Kokomi was still rambling. "Like... it's me from another timeline? I haven't had time to make sure, I've been buried in meetings all morning."
Sara hefted the ten kilos of groceries pointedly. "Kokomi, can I come in or not?"
"Fuck." Kokomi bit her lip, then shuffled to the side. "Don't freak out, please?" she said as Sara nudged the door open.
Honestly. As if anyone had ever freaked out less from hearing that.
There was a woman sitting on the couch, in a mermaid costume for some reason, hands clasped timidly in her lap. Her eyes widened upon seeing Sara.
She looked a lot like— no, she looked exactly like Kokomi. She had the same wispy peach hair, the same wide, fog-blue eyes, the same button nose, the same curve of the jaw. Her skin was a little more sunkissed; the hollows of her cheeks, a touch gaunt... but that was Kokomi in cosplay sitting on the couch. Or it would be, if Sara wasn't still manoeuvring past the real Kokomi, who in her POTS'd state had arranged herself in a lump on the floor with her feet up on the wall, the final boss of apartment door tripping hazards.
The words that came out of Sara's mouth were: "Well, that's surreal."
Across the apartment, on the couch, the lookalike's lips moved soundlessly. A moment later, next to Sara's ankle, the real Kokomi murmured, "It really is," which probably wasn't meant as a lipread but worked pretty well as one.
"Hi," Sara said, addressing the lookalike. "I am Sara, Kokomi's housemate." Miraculously, she'd made it over Kokomi without the grocery bags hitting her. She set them down in front of the fridge and began transferring.
"Hi," said the lookalike, "I am Sangonomiya Kokomi... um, but just Kokomi is fine."
Fucking hell, she sounded just the same, too.
"So what's the deal? Are you here from the future to warn us about the AI wars?"
"No," the lookalike replied. She pursed her lips the same way Kokomi always did when she felt the need to be precise, and added: "I suppose I could be from the future? But I strongly suspect I'm from a different world altogether."
There wasn't enough room in the front door to fit both the kewpie and the fish sauce, no matter how much she moved the smaller bottles around. Sara eyed the three nearly-finished carafes of iced tea with displeasure. Would Ayaka notice if she just mixed the two green teas together?
"It's the worst," Kokomi complained. She'd risen to a kneeling position. "She's not future me, she's not past me. My time traveller protocols are wasted here! She's not even a teleporter clone, we have no common history..."
"Back up," said Sara. "Time traveller protocols?" And while she was at it: "Why is there an empty soba sauce in here?"
"Technically there's a few drops left," said Kokomi. "And, come on, time traveller protocols! Surely you've heard of those. In case some old lady turns up saying she's you from the future. I have a secret code phrase that only the real me would know. Something similar for if I meet my past self: a secret they've never told anybody. I have one for four year old me, and one for seven year old me."
Sara snorted. "You realise how ridiculous that sounds, right?"
"It seems reasonable to me," said the Kokomi lookalike on the couch.
"It's a contingency plan, Sara," said the real Kokomi with fond exasperation. "I don't go around expecting time travellers. I came up with my time traveller protocols during recess when I was ten, it took me a few minutes. It doesn't cost me anything to have the protocol. Same goes for the Paycheck and Severance protocols—"
"What's that?" interrupted the lookalike.
"For if I have an alter I don't share any memories with, just the body. There's two protocols, for one-way and two-way communication. With variations for whether either side is under duress."
"Makes sense."
"That is such a you thing to think about," said Sara.
"I'll take that as a compliment," said Kokomi, who was slowly getting to her feet. "Contingency plans! They're cheap to have, and you never know when you might get kidnapped by mind-reading aliens. Or maybe you get hit with amnesia gas and need to leave yourself a message, fast. Or you get trapped in a time loop. I mean, come on, everyone has a plan for a time loop."
"Mm," said the lookalike. "Or maybe you have to prove you haven't been replaced by a doppelganger."
"Exactly!"
"I actually got to use my doppelganger protocol once. I whispered the code phrase and everything."
"Seriously?" said Kokomi, with a hitch in her voice Sara recognised as seething jealousy.
The lookalike preened a little. "Seriously."

A Not-So-Disastrous Romance (Book 1) Chapter Twenty-Three
Kusuo Saiki x Reader
Chapter Twenty-Three: Rich Transfer Trouble
Summary: Metori Saiko arrives at PK Academy and immediately messes up the entire ecosystem of students.
“We’re getting a new transfer student,” said (Y/N), sitting down next to Saiki. “But I’m guessing you already know that.”
Saiki nodded. He’d heard it in everyone’s thoughts and conversations all morning.
“What do you know about him?” asked (Y/N).
Despite everything that had gone through their mind (and all the pacing and journaling and screaming into a pillow) after the strange exchange with Saiki the previous night, (Y/N) was determined to act natural. After all, they had no idea what he was going to say or what they were going to say or even what had been happening. It had just been a movie night. That was all. (Y/N) needed to ignore how quickly their heart beat sitting next to him.
“He’s the son of the Saiko Group,” said Saiki.
He, too, was trying to act normal. This was achievable since he was non-expressive, but he, too, was confused about last night. Saiki wasn’t entirely sure what he was going to say when he was looking at (Y/N) and holding their hand. But something important had been in the air. If they had been left to continue…Saiki wasn’t sure what was going to happen. However, Saiki refused to let that hold him back from being around (Y/N). Even if the pressure in his chest—like words unspoken—still rested there, Saiki would act normal. That meant being their friend. And Saiki wouldn’t give that up for anything.
“Is that why everyone’s excited? He’s rich?” said (Y/N).
“Yes,” said Saiki.
“I wonder why he’s coming here,” said (Y/N).
“Everyone, sit down,” said their teacher, walking in. “I will introduce the transfer student. This is Metori Saiko.
Behind her, a man walked up and rolled out a red carpet. A boy with silver hair, green eyes, and a gold earring walked in. In one hand, he held a wad of cash.
“I am Metori Saiko,” he announced. He stood at the front of the class. “Let me warn you. I have no intention of mingling with you peons. Do not speak to me.”
Instantly, everyone’s excitement to meet him went out the window.
“Take a seat there,” said the teacher, gesturing to an open seat.
“No,” said Saiko. “You, peon with the weird lips—” he pointed at Takahashi. “—sit somewhere else.”
Poor Takahashi, thought (Y/N). They frowned. And what a demanding guy.
“ ‘Peon with weird lips?’ ” Takahashi glared. “Do you think you’re better than me because you’re rich?!”
“I don’t think I’m better. I’m actually better,” said Saiko matter-of-factly.
“Yikes,” said (Y/N), making a face. “He has terrible people-skills.”
Saiki nodded in agreement, and that was saying something since he actively tried to avoid people.
“Quit mocking me!” said Takahashi, rushing up.
Saiko tucked a wad of cash into Takahashi’s pocket.
“Teacher, I’ll switch seats!” said Takahashi happily.
“He got bought off,” said (Y/N), shaking their head in disappointment. “I have a feeling he’s going to be trouble.”
“As long as he leaves me alone, I don’t care,” said Saiki.
“That’s a lie,” said (Y/N). “And besides, if he causes trouble for the class, he’ll cause problems for you.”
“Out of the way, peon with a middle part,” said Saiko, kicking Kuboyasu’s backpack out of the way of his walk.
Kuboyasu glared at Saiko. “Why did you transfer to our school?!”
“I usually wouldn’t step foot in a filthy school like this one without any good reason,” said Saiko. He turned to face another student. “You are the reason, Kokomi Teruhashi.” He took her hands. “I saw you on the street before and did some research. I like you. Be my girl.”
“What?!” cried Teruhashi.
“What?!” a general cry went up through the class.
“Please don’t grab someone you stalked,” said (Y/N), smiling and pulling Teruhashi away from Saiko.
The rich boy narrowed his eyes as (Y/N) separated them and Teruhashi looked at them in relief. Teruhashi was (Y/N)’s friend, and they refused to leave her to fend for herself against a random guy.
“Thank you,” said Teruhashi.
“Of course, Kokomi.” (Y/N) squeezed her shoulder. “If you need any help with, just let me know.” They smiled brightly. “I have a mean right hook.”
Kaidou shivered as he remembered seeing in, and Saiki nodded.
“I didn’t know you were a delinquent, (L/N),” said Kuboyasu. I thought they were the ultimate goody-goody.
“They’re not,” assured Saiki.
l
“There’re already rumors,” huffed Kuboyasu as he sat down for lunch with Kaidou, Saiki, and (Y/N).
“They think Teruhashi’s really going to say yes,” said (Y/N). “The girls do. The boys are scared of her answer.” They frowned. “I hope she’s okay.”
“I can’t stand guys like him,” said Kuboyasu. “Pushing people around and thinking they can get whatever they want just because they have some power.”
(Y/N) nodded firmly. They hated injustice.
“Calm down, Aren,” said Kaidou worriedly. “He lives in a different world from us. He even has a butler and bodyguards with a full buffet. Just leave him alone.”
“He may live in a different world, but he’s here now. I’ll beat him up,” said Kuboyasu.
“But he has bodyguards,” said Kaidou.
“I’ll beat up the bodyguards, too,” said Kuboyasu.
“But what if his parents appear?”
“I’ll have to beat them up, too.”
“That’s too much beating people up.”
“What are you peons talking about?” Saiko appeared next to them.
“Saiko,” exclaimed Kuboyasu, Kaidou, and (Y/N).
“I have no interest in your poor stories,” said Saiko. He looked at (Y/N). “You. Have you seen Kokomi?”
“Nope, and I’m not facilitating your stalking,” said (Y/N) brightly. “I’m sure if you stop being a creep and work on yourself, though, she’d be your friend.”
“Why are you calling her ‘Kokomi?’ ” snapped Kuboyasu. “Let me tell you something, Teruhashi has a huge fan base. They will kill you.”
“Excuse me, Mr. Saiko,” said the leader of the “Kokomins” (a terrible name for a weird club). “We could not find Teruhashi. She may be hiding in the girl’s room.”
“Is everyone going along with this?” exclaimed (Y/N).
“What’s wrong with you!? Did everyone sell their souls?” said Kuboyasu, grabbing one boy’s collar.
“Yes,” said Saiko. “I easily bought them off. I can control anyone in this world using my money. Soon enough, Kokomi will fall for me and be mine.”
“How dare you!” Kuboyasu stood up and curled his hand into a fist. The former delinquent had had enough.
(Y/N) stood up from the table before the argument escalated and slipped away. Saiki watched them go, nearly frowning. They were obviously going to check on Teruhashi, their friend. Saiki sighed. He hoped this craziness didn’t spiral out of control (which it already was by most people’s standards).
“Kokomi?” said (Y/N), walking into the restroom.
“Oh, (Y/N),” said Teruhashi, sighing as she put away her phone. “Is he still looking for me?”
“Yes,” said (Y/N). “And I think he knows that you’re in here.”
Teruhashi groaned. “I just want time to think.”
“Are you considering his offer?” asked (Y/N), blinking in surprise. They hadn’t expected that.
“Well, I mean, he’s rich, and I want to be with someone successful,” said Teruhashi. “But I’m not really…interested in him.”
Right, you like Kusuo like I do, thought (Y/N). However, they weren’t going to hold that against Teruhashi. Saiki was a likable boy. “Then say no. You shouldn’t feel any pressure to be with anyone you don’t want to be with.”
“…Is it really so simple?” said Teruhashi. “I don’t want to upset people. After all, I’m Kokomi Teruhashi.” I’m the prefect pretty girl.
(Y/N) shrugged. “You are, but you’re a person. You should treat yourself with the same respect you give others.”
Teruhashi stared at (Y/N). “I can just say no? Even if it makes him upset?”
“Uh, yeah, you don’t need to be nice to him after he’s been this annoying,” said (Y/N). They chuckled. “He kinda forfeit civility if you don’t want to give it, but you can act as you want. If you want to give him a chance to back out respectfully, then you can. Or you can be blunt. It’s up to you, Kokomi.” They smiled.
The pure encouragement and honesty from Teruhashi made her straighten. She was always the perfect pretty girl, she knew that, but to hear that she could also take care of herself as such was a nice reminder. (Y/N)’s a good friend. “Then I think I’ll—”
“There you are.” Saiko stepped into the bathroom.
“Okay, okay, woah, this is the girl’s restroom, you shouldn’t be in here,” said (Y/N), waving their hands.
“I’ll just make it the boy’s restroom,” said Saiko. He snapped his fingers, and construction workers came in. “Get to work.”
“Yes, sir,” said the workers, beginning to put up symbols for the men’s room and changing the toilets.
This feels like a bit much, thought (Y/N).
“So, what were you going to say, Kokomi?” said Saiko. “You’ve always wanted this to happen, right? I will save you from your life of poverty. There is no proper man or woman at this school. Come to me. Become the wife of Metori Saiko—”
We’re already at marriage?! thought (Y/N), eyes widening.
“—the heir to the Saiko Group,” finished Saiko.
Teruhashi shook her head. “I refuse.”
“What?” Saiko was legitimately confused. “Why?”
Up until recently, I would’ve taken the offer without hesitation. But now I cannot forgive anyone who mocks my friends, thought Teruhashi. And (Y/N) is right. I don’t like him in that way. And I should.
“Because I’m not in love with you,” said Teruhashi. “I’m already in love with someone else.” She couldn’t speak the name, not in front of Saiko and (Y/N), but she could say that much. She knew it was true.
(Y/N) was proud of Teruhashi for speaking plainly, even if it was admitting that she loved Saiki like (Y/N) did.
“What? With who?” demanded Saiko. “Surely no one in this school is worthy of you.”
“I, uh, it’s, uh,” Teruhashi panicked.
“It doesn’t matter who it is,” said (Y/N). “It’s not you, so she doesn’t want to be with you.” They stepped up next to Teruhashi, giving her their full support and encouragement.
Teruhashi nodded, keeping her strong façade up. “That’s right. I can’t date you. I’m sorry, but I just don’t feel the same.”
“I see.” Saiko spoke coldly. “So you’re choosing your peon friends over me?” He pointed accusatorily at (Y/N), who crossed their arms.
“Yes. Friendship matters to me,” said Teruhashi, smiling at (Y/N).
“So your brain is still that of a farm girl,” said Saiko. He turned away. “Whatever. There are plenty of other women.” Still, he wore an angry expression as he walked out.
Teruhashi breathed a sigh of relief. “At least he took it well enough.”
(Y/N) nodded, but they weren’t as convinced. They had a feeling a lot of money was about to be thrown around and cause trouble for them and their friends.
l
Sure enough, when the next day arrived at school, the group of students that consisted of Saiki and (Y/N) and the rest of his bothers was left in a cloud of worry and stress.
“Kuboyasu got arrested?” said Yumehara, frowning in concern.
“Yeah, he was charged with assaulting Saiko’s bodyguard,” said Kaidou, nodding. He put his hands on his hips. “Even if the bodyguard threw the first punch.”
“That’s awful,” said Teruhashi.
“Saiko is putting the pressure on us, too,” said Kaidou. “My father was suddenly transferred. I may need to move to Siberia.”
“We might end up in the same class again,” said Saiki sarcastically since his own father had received a similar notice.
Mera sighed. “Yesterday, the electricity and water in my house were suddenly shut off.”
“In the Shonen Jump I bought yesterday, there was snot on three pages,” said Nendou.
“That has nothing to do with this,” said Saiki. He glanced at (Y/N), who had been unnaturally quiet. “(Y/N), what about you?”
“My parents might be transferred,” they said quietly. “But they’re going to Madagascar and Siberia. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do if that happens.”
Their eyes remained trained on the floor, and Saiki’s heart constricted at the sad expression he didn’t ever want to see on their face.
“I heard that the peon with the middle part was arrested.” A red carpet rolled out, and Saiko stepped into the classroom. He smirked smugly.
“Saiko!” exclaimed Kaidou.
“I heard Sullen Peon and Little Peon and Interfering Peon—”
Saiki assumed the last one was (Y/N).
“—have parents moving to Siberia,” said Saiko.
“Saiki, (L/N), you’re going to Siberia High, too?!” said Kaidou.
“My parents are arguing over which country I should go to,” said (Y/N), shrugging tiredly.
“…” Saiki shifted at the unnaturally sad expression on their face. It didn’t belong on the face of someone who deserved to smile.
“You, peon with the funny chin, did you enjoy your comic yesterday?” said Saiko, smirking at Nendou. “Super poor girl, did you enjoy the laxative bread left in front of your house?” He grinned at the group. “You are no match for me.” He looked directly at Teruhashi. “If you continue to rebel, the people around you will continue to suffer. You’d better think twice.” He turned and left the room, satisfied at the intimidating presence he’d established.
“Don’t worry, Teruhashi,” said Kaidou, his bravery coming out naturally in the right moment. For all his cowardice, he cared about his friends and wouldn’t let them be pushed around. “We can take it.”
“Right! We can live with a little snot and or moving to Siberia,” said Nendou.
“I agree,” said Kaidou.
“We’re with you, Kokomi,” said Yumehara.
“Right!” said Mera.
“Don’t let him push you around,” said (Y/N), putting on a smile.
“Thank you, guys,” said Teruhashi, smiling. “If there’s anything I can do to help you all, tell me. You’re going through so much trouble for me.”
The others clamored to assure her it was alright, but (Y/N) just nodded, and Saiki looked at them.
“(Y/N), are you alright?” said Saiki.
“I’m fine.” (Y/N) looked at the floor. “I just don’t want to leave you all and be lonely in a new country.” They looked up at Saiki. “I like it here. I’d miss you.”
Tears collected in their eyes, but (Y/N) hastily wiped them away.
The sight of the tears snapped something in Saiki. He narrowed his eyes. Saiko had crossed the line.
It’s time to show him who he is no match for.
Saiki refused to let someone make (Y/N) cry.
l
Saiko lounged on a throne of cash, smirking. Everything was unfolding as he planned it. “Kokomi has been backed into a corner.”
“Master, you have guests,” said his butler, opening the door to his room.
“Are the peons here to apologize?” said Saiko.
“Not exactly,” said the butler. He gestured to the window, and Saiko looked out.
Below, a crowd of Kokomins stood with wooden swords at the ready. For all the money they’d been given, seeing Teruhashi upset had broken the spell over them. They were ready to punish Saiko for hurting Teruhashi, so they were there to break down the gates.
“What is this?” cried Saiko. He turned to his bodyguards. “Drive them away!”
“Yes, sir,” said his men, running out to take on the students of PK Academy.
“How dare they,” said Saiko, reaching for his room’s phone. “I’ll care for backup.”
A hand closed the communication. It was a boy in a blue cloak, similar to that of the Kokomins but not declaring his love of Teruhashi, and wearing a helmet like that of Cyborg Cider-man No. 2. Pink hair peaked out beneath it.
“What?! Who are you?!” cried Saiko in fear as the stranger appeared in his room and approached.
“You caused me a lot of trouble,” said Saiki, approaching and swinging his arm around. “And you made someone I care about cry. I will make you pay for it.”
“Wait! Calm down!” said Saiko. He gestured to the throne of cash. “I will give you that money. You can even give each one of the people below one million yen!”
“Money?” Saiki picked up a stack.
“Yes!” said Saiko, nodding.
Saiko replied by opening the windows and letting a gust of wind (psychically created) blow the bills out the window. They rained down over the boys below as they fought the guards.
“Whoops. My hand slipped,” said Saiki, monotone.
“What are you doing?!” cried Saiko.
“If you can control them with money as you insisted, this will stop them,” said Saiki.
“What?” Saiko peered down.
“Don’t get distracted!” cried the Kokomins, still battling. The enticement of money was nothing compared to their anger at seeing Teruhashi hurt.
“W-What is going on?” said Saiko, taking a step back in shock as money failed him for the first time in his life.
The Kokomin’s anger was nothing to Saiki’s fury at seeing (Y/N)’s tears. “There are some things money cannot buy.” Saiki let cash knock Saiko to the ground. He turned and faced Saiko with a smirk. “Not even a mountain of coffee jelly could have bought me off.” Nothing would stop me from making (Y/N) smile again. He walked away, leaving Saiko buried under his cash.
l
The next day, the students of PK Academy were much happier. Teruhashi was smiling once more, and all of her friends were staying in Japan and not getting unnecessary trouble. Peace had been restored.
Saiki sighed and sat back in his chair. Yare yare. As usual, he’d had to get involved. At least everything was cleared up now.
“Kusuo.” (Y/N) leaned in, and he turned to them. They smiled. “Thank you for fixing things.” Everyone at school thought the Kokomins had saved the day, but (Y/N) knew who had really interceded to help them.
Saiki smiled ever-so-slightly. “You’re welcome.” All the trouble was worth it for that smile to come out again. Saiki would do anything for (Y/N)’s smile.

Hi, I came across your account when it, for some reason, popped up on my dashboard and I noticed that you write angst but there's no Gorou posts.
So, I give you a Gorou angst piece. When Kokomi's parents come to his parents with a marriage contract in hand, Gorou is torn between bowing to his parents' wishes to marry Kokomi or remain faithful to you. He eventually gives into the pressure and breaks off his relationship with you to marry Kokomi. On the day before his wedding, you leave Inazuma for Sumeru, where you take up the post as the Matra's medical examiner; a position Cyno has specifically reserved for you.
I'm so sorry I had many casualties being hospitalized again but I'm discharged now and I can hopefully work on some more requests. I am once again sincerely apologizing.
Fading affections

Did it really matter? Did your whole relationship even matter? Three years of trust, love, communication, saftey was all pouring down the drain the moment the general told you that he wanted to separate ways. But You knew everything. You knew that since this horrible war started that he didn't love just You anymore. You did not know who his mistress was, or what you and your family would do. How would the child that You protected with your life. Said child watching their world shatter around them as they listened to their fathers voice.
"Listen, I'll keep this short. We must part ways, I wish to be with Her Excellency, Kokomi. Her parents came to me with their blessings and a mirrage contract."
"Or was it just your affair? Did you ever really want to be with me? Gorou we have a family why do you do this now." You lashed out at him angrily as he looked away, submissive expression on his face. His beautiful bright teal eyes looking anywhere else with visible pain. He didn't love only you, but deep down you both knew you still loved each other. He just didn't want you anymore. All he muttered is small apologies with the heaviest guilt and pressure ever seen on him.
"Get out of my sight please." Is all you can say, signing off the divorce papers and pushing them onto him before walking to your now dull and empty what was once shared room. The room you had so many memories in, joy, sadness, anger, pleasure. And you all overcame them with him. But he was no longer there to share with any longer. No warmth was left in your home with just you and your child. Your family was not whole, would not be whole like it was.
Replaced. You and your child. Gorou used to visit, he was a good dad.. for a short while. Not long after their wedding kokomi fell pregnant. Your kid was already traumatized of the divorce. And now your kid refuses to even go near it's father. What a shame. And yet Gorou can't even see what's wrong. When he's friendly with You, when he tries to bond with his kid. It's so obvious, how much Gorou favors his and kokomi's kid. Good riddance.
It was that moment he realized that you're gone only did he regret everything. Even after watching countless of his friends fall, watching the explosions, the blood, his team mates getting stabbed, the screams, the weapons, the innocent civilians dying at his hands for the war. The people around him begging and fighting for their life and families. Every drink he took, every new wound he endured and yet this wound was permanent. Maybe he didn't love just you, but he loved you. He knew he loved you.
His life dull, his heart begging for you to come back. He tried so hard to find you and yet he couldn't. The last he heard was from one of the Kaedehara clan who said that he has traveled with You and Your child to sumeru. His heart shattered at the words. His last hope of ever speaking to you again falling into a void. He visibly regretted everything. Not wanting to take care of his new family. Violently disgusted in every passionate heated moment with her.
But it truly did not matter any longer. Now that you and your kid where elsewhere, you both would be okay. Your new life travelling as the care taker of the Matra, you eventually became close with him. Your child and Cynos mutual adoration for eachother being so sweet that even you can't help but smile. Them treating each other like family. Not in the way Gorou 'cared' but in their own special way.
You didn't need Gorou, no matter what as long as you had your kid and Cyno you'd be okay. All three of You knew that without anything being said, the care us truly mutual. You can only thank Cyno for ever offering the job to you as his medical examiner. Because of him your kid and you will always be happy and strong now, no matter what all three of you would have eachother and every night, sleeping with that comfort was easy.
"Hey do you want to hear another joke?"
"NO."
