It's a different kind of pain when the only "real" thing you have left from your family is the movie showcasing your parents death and your sisters and your other sisters almost murder...
It's weird, those moments were mine, but I'm not there and just everybody can watch it and know about one of the worst times that existed...
Not to mention it's a fairly popular children's movie so you also feel oddly embarrassed about bringing it up to anyone...

author ask tag
thank you so much for the tag, @the-golden-comet! ooh this is gonna be fun!
i'm going to focus on my current wip, Why Should I Be Careful? I'm Going To Die Anyway! because it's still very much in the planning stages (despite how much I'm writing for it) and I have Thoughts
What is the main lesson of your story? Why did you choose it?
I'll be honest, I haven't really thought that far ahead. I suppose, if there is a lesson to take from WSIBC?IGTDA!, it might be that you should always chase your goals and desires, and screw what other people think. Maybe put a little more thought and planning into yours than Aura does hers, though. I mean, she almost dies due to her recklessness. Don't be like Aura.
What did you use as inspiration for your worldbuilding?
Well, it's a zombie book - I love zombies, in case you can't tell - so the world is an amalgamation of zombie stuff I love. The zombies are based off of the Train to Busan zombies. This is a self-insert mess, so I'm using the town and people I know in the town as location and characters. Little tropes here and there that I love in movies and books alike. It's just a big chimera of stuff that I grab from stuff I remember and shove into it. It definitely needs polish when it's done, but I'm having a blast so far, so I'm'a keep doing it :3
What is your MC trying to achieve, and what are you, the writer, trying to achieve with them? Do you want to inspire others, teach forgiveness, or help the reader grow as a person?
Uhhhhhh this is a tough question. Right now, Aura is trying to make it to Roger's Grocery Mart to save her girlfriend, but most of the time, she's just trying to have a good time in the zombie apocalypse and hopefully not die. She does eventually grow into a character that (mostly) thinks things through and takes other people's situations into account, so I suppose the lesson is "the world doesn't revolve around you - be kind and helpful to others"?
As for what I'm trying to achieve... mostly, to be honest, I just want people to pick up my book and have a good time reading it. I want to write a zombie book because it's my passion and because there aren't enough zombie books out there. I guess I'm trying to inspire others? To show them that you can survive an impossible situation if you work hard and think things through?
How many chapters is your story going to have?
The only time I've written a full-length book (sorry, the only two times, forgot about Zero: ALPHA), it had about twenty-odd chapters. Z:A had...uh...thirty? That was a long time ago and I sadly no longer have that draft. This one is going to go until it's done. Hopefully more than thirty though!
Is it fanfiction or original content? Where do you plan to post it?
Original content! I have no idea where I'm going to post it. I'm torn between Draft2Digital (originally Smashwords) or Substack. Thing is, I'm really bad at marketing and keywords and all that technical stuff that goes into publicizing, so I'm really hesitant to share it at all. I'm the type of person that gets absolutely morally devastated if my own self-inflicted goals aren't met, and I'm not sure if I can handle that kind of crushing heartbreak with this one lol
So yeah. Might publish, might not. Unsure right now.
When did you start writing?
My dad set up a Windows 95 computer for me in his office, his old one, and taught me the basics of using it. I was five, about to turn six. I immediately sat down and wrote a story about unicorns. I've been writing ever since.
I didn't start writing fanfiction until I was thirteen and had just binge-watched Lord of the Rings for the first time. We don't talk about those works. They were awful.
Do you have any words of encouragement for fellow writers of writeblr? What other writers do you follow?
Write it. Oh it's cringe? Who cares? Write it. Oh, it's a rare pair? Write it. You're worried people will hate it? Fuck the haters. Write it. Writing is about having fun. Writing is about pouring your soul onto the page. Writing is about getting those ideas out of your head so they don't drive you insane. It's about reaching that one person that finds your work and loves it. Even if no one reads it - you still accomplished something. You still wrote it. And no one can take that from you.
I have so many writers in my follow list. Uhh. I have no idea how many are still active, so I'm just going to tag who I know and hope for the best lol

So, I did this manifestation ritual at the end of 2023, and I thought I would reflect on what happened and what didn't.
Frist, a bit about the ritual. It's called the 12 Magical Nights. In a notebook, on the 20th, you write down thirteen things that you have the power to make happen in your life. You then fold up each individual wish and burn one wish a day for the 12 days following. You don't look at the wishes. They are for the universe/fate/whatever diving entity you believe in to know. Now, if you're here thinking I'm bad at math, you aren't wrong, but not about this. After you burn your twelve wishes, the thirteenth wish becomes your responsibility because you can't just leave everything to fate. I wrote all thirteen in my journal just to reflect at the end. I have a video that breaks it down more at the end of this post.
But now I want to reflect, so here are the manifestations I made:
Tumblr media
I thought I'd reflect on them since I'll do this year's ritual this Friday.
1. Publish my thesis - this one didn't happen. The process of trying to adapt this to multiple journals and their many different requirements just to be told my thesis was too unconventional and too personal was just not worth the very little time I had. I've recently been humoring the idea of just posting the whole damn thing on here or something.
2. Going to see multiple concerts in 2024! - This one happened! At the time of writing my manifestations, I only had tickets for Hozier, but not long into the year, Sleep Token announced a tour that I ended up going to! So this one came true!
3. Go on 3 dates! - This one definitely happened! I had been on 3 dates by March and met my now-ex boyfriend. We went on many dates.
4. Get a new record player! - I forgot I had manifested this one, but yeah! She just came in last week! The speakers for her come in Tuesday.
5. Going to strengthen friendships and meet new friends! - I'm very thankful. This was the wish I didn't burn, so this became my responsibility, and both happened! Thanks to my concert wish, I made some incredible new friends, some of whom are on here and who I'm very thankful for meeting (even if we're just goofy pictures of masked men to each other). I even met someone who lives just a mile down the road from me when I went to see Sleep Token in another fucking state.
6. Find a way to resolve stagnation in my career - I'm debating on if this one has happened or not because I did find a way to resolve my stagnation, but I'm not sure i want to go through with the solution I found. I've been debating on trying to teach in a new school district or quitting teaching all together (both ideas scare me.)
7. More opportunities to write - I won't go into a lot of detail here, but one of my beloved mutuals showed me a chance to write about music for a publication...and I got it. it's unpaid, but I don't give a shit about that because I ACTUALLY HAVE A CHANCE TO WRITE AGAIN, which actually feels pretty fucking great. I can't wait to tell you all about it when some of the writing happens. :)
8. Meet some online friends in real life - I actually had a plan to meet a friend over the summer, but something happened in their outside life that kept that from happening. I didn't get to see them because of it. I did however send some mail to some other friends in a little informal summer gift exchange, and I have those gifts in a place of honor. 🩷
9. Celebrate my sibling's graduation - So, this one didn't happen yet because things happened. However, they start their capstone in January, so the time is getting close at hand!
10. Get a larger bed - I made this list when I was sharing a twin bed with three cats, and I thought a larger bed would give me more space to sleep. Now, I share a full bed with three cats and still have no room to sleep.
11. Build my personal and professional confidence - I'm the department chair and have been invited to conferences. I feel pretty confident at work (at least until kids and their parents hit me with some emotionally abusive bullshit). I also took the scary leap to start dating, and I feel pretty good about that (even if my relationship ended). I have also become quite a road trip fiend even though I used to hate driving (the things I do to see live music).
12. Start therapy - This should've happened. It needs to. I just haven't.
13. Start singing lessons—I'm going to try this manifestation again. As a teacher, I could use voice lessons; teachers get significant vocal damage. Also, I used to sing all the time, and it would be fun to jump back into it with some actual training this time.
And here is the video for anyone that wants a breakdown.

hi, Peyton! I see you're reading Maitreyi Devi's book and wow, I have to say I'm shocked by you posting about it, because get this: in Romania, Eliade's book is mandatory reading in high school and discussed as semi-autobiographical, but I didn't even know Maitreyi also wrote a book because that part is nicely skipped over by the curriculum. wow that's messed up. I really need to find this book and see her perspective, because the way he portrayed her was... not to my liking even as a teen, and knowing the real-life circumstances behind it makes it ten times worse. thank you so much for putting this book on my radar! if you have any commentary or opinions to share about it now, I'm all ears <3
Hiiii Estelle!! Somehow I forgot that you are romanian!! Yes in her book Maitreyi Devi mentions that European visitors to India would recognize her name and ask if she was THE Maitreyi (in addition to the original Romanian there's also a v successful french version) but she hadn't read Eliade's book herself and didn't know the exact contents until she was in her 50s and another Romanian scholar told her about it. But I wasn't sure if it was still so widely read so that's super interesting to know! The English versions of both of their books are published by the University of Chicago Press (Eliade taught at uchicago) although iirc before their edition of It Does Not Die it had either been out of print in English or not easily available outside of India, though the Bengali original won a major award.
Anyway not directly related to Mircea Eliade itself, but Maitreyi Devi's dad is such a compelling figure in her book. He's such a tyrannical figure in a very insidious way. As you probably know he was the scholar Eliade was working with, and he was v concerned with presenting himself as progressive and modern, which gave Maitreyi Devi freedoms unusual for an upper class teen girl of her era. But really the freedom he gave her was all in service of his image, not her wellbeing. Early in the book she's groped by a visiting Russian artist, and she tells her parents, and her dad completely dismisses her discomfort and says that's just how foreign men are. She's mentored by Tagore, but her dad has a whole love/hate relationship with Tagore and is jealous of his influence over her, so she feels torn between them. (Tagore comes across very well in her book—she's so comfortable with him and can be emotionally open with him, unlike with her dad.) And even though he's critical of what he sees as outmoded tradition and superstition, he won't actually take a stance against his extended family, even though they live in a faraway rural village and he's a wildly successful intellectual in Kolkata. No backbone!
And ultimately she marries a Bengali scientist who comes across as a decent, caring man, but they have no emotional connection. He isn't possessive of her, and she mentions that he and the other men in his family are much less controlling and tyrannical than her father and the men she's accustomed to. But he takes her to live in a very rural area (no telephones or telegraphs), so she's completely disconnected from the artistic and scholarly milieu of Kolkata that she grew up in and was raised to be a star in. And he doesn't understand anything about art and literature, so he doesn't get where she's coming from. The whole thing resonated with me because in the past I've stayed in relationships bc I felt grateful that the other person liked me and cared about me... but you cannot force yourself to love someone just because you think you should, and appreciating someone is not loving them. Really sad. Anyway this answer got super long and disconnected from your original ask but the book gave me so much to think about

10 characters/10 fandoms
YESSS THANK YOU @jaynesilver FINALLY MY WIDE READING OF FIC COMES IN HANDYYY
We're gonna go chronologically through my life because I think that's REALLY FUN (I legit couldn't choose a west wing character just know that if there's a secret 11th character is the ensemble cast of the west wing)
Artemis Fowl, Artemis Fowl
My first antihero, and we started YOUNG on that, I was reading these books premiddle school. I was obsessed with these books as a kid, and I'm still obsessed with them today. There's rumors of a third, more adult series when Artemis and Holly may get together and I will EAT THAT SHIT UP I LOVE THEM
2. Vexen, Kingdom Hearts
I Legit think this man primed me to enjoy Hux as a character. Like, I'm not kidding, I was obsessed with him as a kid. I'm 90% certain I wrote deviant art fan fic, but I have since abandoned that account so it's hard to know for sure if it ever got published. I was definitely roll playing at age, like, 13? way too young but god I loved him he was BATSHIT
3. Ianto Jones, Torchwood
Man, I can't really explain how much Ianto Jones as a character, he and Jack's kiss on screen, their relationship, and the events of the 456 changed me? It was DEEP though, I woke up the next day a different person, with much less trust in television writer's and their good intentions.
4. Desmond Miles, Assassin's Creed
We have to jump a few years to mid high school, because no joke I was on that Kingdom Hearts train for a WHILE. I love him, he was probably my first blorbo, before the term was invented. I tried to play the games after (MAJOR SPOILER) but I just couldn't do it. They didn't have the draw without him.
5. Stiles Stilinski, Teen Wolf
Now we've hit late high school, arguably my second blorbo. As a kid with ADHD, he was no joke valuable representation to me, even if it was sometimes played for laughs. I was also the least athletic kid on multiple sports teams who still tried really hard, so I got him, yknow?
6. Will Graham, Hannibal
It's legit tough for me to chose if I like the Will Graham of the books or the TV show better. (Don't ask me about the movies, I haven't seen them, and I probably won't. Movies and I have trouble. See: ADHD.) I'm not sure if he's a blorbo or just like, a regular character I like? My hannibal phase was my last 8 year ship, so the line is pretty blurred.
Now we've reached the part where I dived into a lot of fandoms at once, because I dropped out of college and kind of did a weird spiral? Idk, we've lost chronology is what I'm saying
7. Artemis Crock, Young Justice
god I cannot say enough good things about her and I also cannot express how much (MAJOR SPOILER) made me mad FOR HER. Like it was cruel specifically to her and we should talk more about that, honestly. She was definitely a blorbo, but we're still PRE blorbo as a word in my vocabulary.
8. Darcy Lewis, MCU
My first real fandom bicycle, I ship her with everyone from Loki to Agent Coulson to Natasha. As someone who often feels like the comic relief character in their own life, I appreciate her.
9. Kent Parson, OMG Check Please
My sweet, sweet disaster son. My emotionally constipated hockey boy. The reason captain america is my SECOND favorite character with a birthday on the Fourth of July. I love him, he was amazing, and also my first experience with like, really toxic fandom was being so mad when people tried to equate his canon mental health issues with a noncanon, imagined abuse?? It was wild, I ended up so distressed about it i did have to leave the fandom.
10. Armitage Hux, Star Wars
I mean you've been on my blog for like ten seconds i think it's obvious?? The others needed explanations but like YOURE HERE YOU KNOW
WAIT I FORGOT TO TAG PEOPLE SHIT @sariastrategos @gingersnappish @fallingdeeperintothispit

the thing about ravwave antis that get me is...
they don't understand the concept of HEADCANON.
Canonically, the exact nature of the relationship between Ravage and Soundwave is rarely stated in any TF canon.
So people like H and the person who kept comparing Ravage to Salem from Sabrina (the one that was a kids' show, not the Netflix one) are imagining that I am writing a fic about the people they think these characters are and the relationship they think these characters have and then just making it sexual.
My Ravage isn't Salem the Talking Cat and she certainly isn't someone who took in a helpless little baby, raised him and then devoted her entire life to him, allowing herself to be mutilated just so she could be his emotional support cat and never having any relationships of her own, an idealised figure of a selfless maternal being without needs or desires of her own. And she's not the sexual predator whatsit from that Dreamwidth RP thought she was, either, because again, she didn't take in a helpless little baby, she took in another neurodivergent adult with complementary support needs who loved her enough to remember her name when he'd forgot his own.
I am quite certain that these antis think I am writing relationships that I myself would actually consider disgusting (but not harass people for writing). But since they're too "uncomfortable" (I hate what tumblr has done to this word) to actually read my fics, they are completely unaware that I am not writing the things that they are imagining.
Now, if I were writing those things, I would still deserve not to have to listen to their bullshit.
It is not morally wrong to write things that disgust other people, and nobody should be harassed over their fanfic or fanart.
However, it is the outside of enough that people are judging me and my work based on fics they've imagined all by themselves without ever looking at more than a word or two that I actually wrote.
And none of the other RavWave writers that I am aware of are writing those fics, either.
Kiyuo Honoo writes them in a long-established relationship in a G1-verse where the other cassettes are their children, they work long days under Megatron and sometimes have tired sex after finally getting the sparklings to bed, and then there are the rare occasions they get time alone to do BDSM till their hearts' content.
Red Dragon wrote him as initially underage, but the equivalent of a teen with desires and agency hooking up with a young adult, and they helped each other get through the meatgrinder that was Golden Age Rodion until they joined the revolution.
There's a Bayverse fic where Soundwave chooses Ravage upon coming to adulthood, which is not explicit because the nature of sex and romance in that fic is alien and elegant and very definitely more to do with wires and data than with Tab A and Slots B through D.
And there is another fic where Soundwave applies for a job working for the cassettes and their relationship begins to grow out of that--or something like that, the author never has finished it.
I have NEVER seen a fic where Soundwave is abusing his children (even if they are adults at the time) or his pets. I have NEVER seen a fic where Ravage takes Soundwave in as a child and then molests him. Again, if someone wanted to write that, they would have the right to do so and still be left unharassed.
But this is the most hilarious case of antis because usually when a ship has really angry antis, there actually are people who are writing relationships that would be frankly abusive in the real world. And I have never seen a RavWave fic like that, not once ever.
They are literally upset because of fics that don't exist. Or at least weren't written by the people who are publishing on AO3.

Anthony's Stupid Daily Blog (778): Sat 4th May 2024
My mother normally votes Tory but she forgot that it was voting day on Thursday. This morning she asked me if I voted and I told her that I did. She asked me this afternoon why I didn't remind her that it was voting day and I told her that I forgot which is true I did forget.. in the same way I forgot to spray paint my bank details on the roof of my unlocked car. The big takeaway from the election other than the Tories rightfully getting fucking mauled and Sunak actually having the balls to say that the forthcoming general election result is not a foregone conclusion but rather the fact that Boris Johnson forgot to take his ID with him to vote. This was especially noteworthy because it was Johnson who actually introduced this rule while he was Prime Minister. Someone fuckwits on Twitter were saying he did it on purpose in order to get attention with one user declaring "Unbelievable stage managed publicity stunt and the media fell for it" to which I responded "Right. Kind of like the time you “pissed” yourself during the school play and everyone laughed at you. Those idiot kids, teachers and parents had no idea you deliberately poured water on your pants to make people think you’d pissed yourself. Bunch of marks".
I started re-reading Philip K Dick’s Solar Lottery in the garden. When I decided I was going to read all Philip K Dick's books about a year ago I started with Solar Lottery because I thought that this was his first novel but I later found out it was the first published in his lifetime but not the first he ever wrote. Indeed there were half a dozen stories he wrote before Solar Lottery came out so I decided to go back to the very beginning, read those half dozen books then go over Solar Lottery again. I still think that the plot is one of the best of all PKD's novels. It's about an alternate Earth which has decided that the only way to have true justice in the world is through random chance and as such every leader of the world is chosen once every five years via a lottery. To coincide with this new president the lottery process also selects one person randomly to try and assassinate this leader and if they do they become the new leader or "Quizmaster". The current Quizmaster Verrick is coming to the end of his term and has survived his assassination attempt but does not want to give up his leadership role. The new leader Cartwright has his own personal medium that he intends to use to thwart any potential assassination attempt. In order to prevent the handover of power Verrick has built a robot that can be controlled by numerous people and has hired a group of around thirty assassins to mind control the robot and plans to switch assassins at random intervals which he thinks will confuse the medium and make it impossible for them to predict the robot's behaviour. My favourite part of the book is where the robot is walking through the offices where Cartwright is and someone is screaming over the PA system "THE ASSASIN IS IN THE BUILDING!" as pandemonium is happening all around. Some of Dick's works seem to be begging to be adapted for the cinema and I can totally see this scene being the most memorable if such a cinematic adaptation of Solar Lottery were to happen.

(𝗦𝘄𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣.𝗢.𝗩)
"And then she goes: 'You never know when to quit do you?!'." You said mimicking the girl's voice from earlier. Vance almost choked on his Dr.Pepper right then and there. The two of you had left the school mid way through 6th period and had made it to the go-go mart by the start of 7th. He did show you how to play pinball. Did you beat his high score? Absolutely not. You made it not even a quarter of the way before you lost. Your eye sight really wasn't that good. It didn't help that you forgot to put in your contacts either. Or the fact your glasses were somewhere in Finney's room since last week when the two of you and Donna built a new lego set.
You watched Vance vigorously play the pinball machine. As much as it hurt your ego to admit, he was a lot better than you. But you didn't mind it. You liked the fact that the two of you were equally balanced in skills. And the fact that the two of you had the perfect friendship dynamic going. He was practically the male version of you, and you the female version of him. That may be why he had a crush on you. He'd liked you for a while, but he knew you had a thing for Robin since about 8th grade. When the two of you got together, he decided to sit back and not interfere. But now that you were done for?
He took this as his chance.
Vance liked you because you didn't look at him like he was some monster how everyone else did. You didn't treat him like a delinquent or someone who deserves to be put behind bars. You would check up on him every now and then and wrap his hands. You would hang out with him and spend quality time with him. He liked everything about you. Looks, personality, anything. The one thing he didn't like though? The way you looked at him.
He could tell in your eyes you wished he was Robin.
He could tell you missed him. How you would bring up old memories of the two of you. The way your entire mood changed when you told him a story or just saw Robin walk down the hallway. Or the way you looked like your heart shattered into millions of pieces every time you saw Robin and Paige together. He knew you wished that you were her. You even called him Robin's name a couple of times. You never seemed to notice, but Vance would never say anything to prevent you from being upset.
he often thought about how he had comforted you in the music room when he saw you crying. You had been playing a song you wrote for Robin a while back. You told him that you never got to play it for Him and that made you look like you would start to tear up all over again. Instead, he took your guitar and attempted to play something. God forbid, because he was terrible. He was glad that it made you cheer up and stop crying. The two of you talked in the music room before he offered to walk you home. You gladly excepted as you picked up your satchel. As the two of you walked out, he looked across the hall to see that Robin had been watching from English class the entire time. Vance soon held your hand and turned back to smirk at Robin. It gave him a bit of satisfaction that Robin looked like he wanted to crucify him, but he couldn't because he was in class.
He knew that if Robin apologized, you'd run back to him in a heartbeat. Who's to say that'll happen though? Vance truly just wanted you to be happy. And he knew that would only happen if you were with Robin again. He was satisfied enough with the fact that you weren't bawling your eyes out every-night anymore. Or so he thought.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
"(Y/n)!" You looked up from your chip bag to see Vance staring at you. "Hm?" He rolled his eyes slightly. "I asked if you were doing anything tonight for the 4th time." You felt a bit bad considering you zoned out again with him. You couldn't help it. He reminded you of Robin. Sometimes it was a bit too much for you to handle. So you would unintentionally compare him to Robin in your head and think about everything the two of you did together.
"Oh shit. Yeah, I am." You looked around and saw it was getting a bit darker. "I'm supposed to pick Finney and Donna up to take them to that new roller rink downtown." As you talked, you began to gather your trash and stuff it all into your chip bag. "Do you wanna come with?" You asked. Vance didn't say anything. "C'mon! It'll be fun. That way I don't have to drop them off and spend the night alone in my car. It'll be like-"
"A double date?"
Vance stood up and offered you his hand. You Took it and smiled at him. "Yeah." He chuckled and took your trash to throw away. You felt a bit more excited than earlier. A date? Maybe you were moving on quicker than you thought you would. It made you smile a bit too wide. "I'll meet you there if that's alright." Vance walked back over and was fixing his mullet. "You don't need a ride?" He shook his head. "I live on the opposite side of town. That's too far for you to go from Finney's house to mine, then the rink." "Wow look at you. Vance Hopper being a gentlemen? Who would've thought." You saw him blush before he began to walk ahead of you. As the two of you met at the crosswalk, he waved goodbye before the two of you parted ways.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
When you made it home. You were surprised to see that your mother wasn't home. Her car was here, so where was she? In the kitchen there was a small note on the fridge. It explained that she went on a date with her boyfriend and that the two of you would 'talk about school later'. Bleh. You despised her boyfriend. He was the reason she was never home anymore. They were always out together and doing stuff. And if she was home, they were on the couch watching movies or some shit. You never liked to look him in the face. He reminded you too much of your dad. He looked too much like him too.
You had blown up on him one night. Yelling and screaming about how he was trying to replace him. How he stole your mom and that he was all she cared about anymore. He never said anything. He just sat there while your mom yelled back at you. Asking why you couldn't be happy for her. You saw her cry for the first time in years and it made you feel like shit. You tried to apologize but she just made you go to your room. You hadn't seen her boyfriend since. And the two of you didn't speak about what happened for a month. You still haven't.
You hadn't asked her about using her car, since she left too early. Hopefully she wouldn't mind. Maybe you'd refill her tank just for good measure.
As you got ready to pick Finney and Donna up, you stopped In the mirror to look at yourself. Your nose was a bit bruised from Paige. You had wiped the blood off earlier so that wasn't a problem. But there was the matter of your fists. They were still a bit cut up and bloody, so you took a few minuets to clean them up. You used the rest of your gauze on Vance earlier to wrap his own wounds from his fight. As a last resort you took one of Robin's bandannas that he had given you and cut it in half. You tied them around each fist and tried to push the memory out of your head.
Looking at the living room clock, you decided it would be better to pick up the two of them a bit earlier so you wouldn't hit downtown traffic right away. Grabbing your satchel and skates, you threw set them down in the passengers seat before opening the garage door. You Skateboarded, but also roller skated too. It was something Gwen showed you when you first met her. You eventually bought your own skates because you felt bad asking to borrow hers 24/7.
You didn't exactly love to drive. Sure, you had your License and were a decent driver. But that doesn't mean you were one for it. Robin typically drove you everywhere. Or if you went anywhere with Finney, it would be him. That was until Bruce Yamada's baseball got thrown into his window-shield. Mr. Blake and Mr. Yamada were furious. They made Bruce pay to fix it, but it was still in the shop. The car ride to pick your friends up was silent other than the quiet static of the radio.
Finney didn't live too far from you. So when you pulled up to his driveway it wasn't a surprise that he was already ready. As he and Donna walked out, Gwen followed behind. You rolled down your window and called out to her, asking where she was going. She said she was walking to her friend's house. You asked if she wanted a ride but she declined. After the 3 of you pestered Gwen, telling her it was too dark to walk, she got in the car.
Donna and Finney sat in the back while Gwen sat in the passengers seat. She mentioned your skates and the two of you began to chat. Her friend's house was on the way downtown so it wasn't like it was a detour. "Soooo (Y/n)…I heard that you and Vance ditched the last 2 periods and went to the go-go mart." Gwen said as she turned to you.
"Who-"
"Donna told me." You turned back to Donna. She rose her hands up ind defense. "Don't blame me. Finney told me and Gwen happened to overhear!" You turned back to face the road and adjusted your mirror to look at Finney. "You were in class when we left though? I saw y'all leave to go to 6th." You questioned. "Robin told me in History. He said that he saw you and Vance talking in the office before you both ditched."
You kind of forgot that Robin and Finney were still friends. You didn't have a problem with it. Sure, it was a bit awkward considering it wasn't double dates or hangouts with the 3 of you and Donna anymore. It was now either the three of you without him, or the 3 of them without you.
After you dropped Gwen off, the three of you continued your conversation. "I had no idea you were into Vance." Donna said. You laughed. "Yeah, me neither." The pre-silent car ride turned into laughing and giggling up until you turned not the parking lot of the roller rink. It was packed. It was a Friday night after all. As Donna and Finney got out they asked if you were going to come with them. "Yeah, I'll meet you inside. Im just waiting on-"
"Vance?" They asked in unison.
You nodded. They said they would save you a spot by the benches and walked inside. You sat in the car for a bit before someone knocked on your window. You jumped and turned to see Vance leaning down. You cussed at him and he laughed. He couldn't hear you, but he thought your reaction was funny. You grabbed your things and got out of the car after you locked it. "That wasn't funny." You groan. "It was." You stuck your foot out to trip him as the two of you made your way up the steps.
When you got inside you were a bit overwhelmed with how many people were there. It was more than the car's parked outside. Vance paid for the both of you and you thanked him. You struggled to see even more with the flashing lights all around you. You couldn't find your other friends to save your life. After wondering around for what seemed like forever, you felt a hand on your shoulder. You turned, ready to punch them only to see Donna. She put her hand over your fist and lowered it while she showed you where they were sitting. Vance said he would be there after he got his skates.
You followed her over to the left corner next to the arcade section. There you saw Finney sitting down next to Bruce and Billy. You weren't best friends with them, but you knew them well enough to be acquaintances with them. You set your things down and put your skates on. Finney and Donna had left after you got there, so it was just Bruce and Billy with you. Billy began to talk to you about the upcoming test in math since you shared the period with him.
Vance came over shortly after and Billy got up the second he did. He was most definitely scared of him. Bruce followed him to leave you two alone. After the next 5 minuets of Vance struggling to put on his skates, he took your hand and you helped him onto the floor. Vance was ungodly bad at skating. You could tell from the way he had no sense of balance and was practically fighting for his life as he gripped your hand.
"Vance c'monnnnn. I'll be right here. I'm not even 6 inches from you. You can let go now." You laughed. He just gripped your hand harder. You spent a few minuets showing him how to balance and try to move. It wasn't the best. He fell a total of 4 times so far. The last one, he ended up on top of you. A few centimeters from your face too.
As the two of you lay there for a moment, you could feel someone watching you. You turned and saw Robin staring at you as he sat with Paige's friends at the bench a few feet away. The eye contact didn't last long before he got up and walked away. But you could tell he looked a bit mad. Or was he hurt?

That's ridiculous lol. Go take your meds."
c!sam is fucking terrified and trying to reassure himself that maybe this isn't real. I wouldn't exactly call it gaslighting (can we not water down the term gaslighting is actively malicious-)

HE PULLED A SKEPPY REFRENCE WTF
OK that ending. I DID NOT SUSPECT THAT ENDING
So many questions. Is Sam bucket good? did he trick c!bad? Did he somehow escape after destroying the egg? did he kill c!bad after this or get him posessed? This doesn't end until cc!sam gets raided so I guess we have to find out....
Oh god back to the scary part no more whismical music
THE EGG IS FROM THE FUCKING NETHER?
Ok this left more questions then answers why did sam bucket show up outside after he blocked himself off. The implication of the Egg being from the nether. If this is the end I'll be confused.
oh wow this is late i forgot to publish it woops

What is one weird thing that you're proud of? And what is the story around it?
I once harassed the shit out of Starz Entertainment on facebook for publishing a highly misleading ad that preys on dark patterns and sending glorified cyberbullies to try to abuse me off of facebook.
I got 3 of their social media goons to ragequit. I won't post a screenshot of the first ad, primarily because I don't have one. Suffice it to say that it was very obviously a screengrab from the show "Outlander" and had a 10 minute "timer" (read: gif) that warned that, at the end of the "timer" a special deal for 6 months of a huge discount on their streaming site would expire.
I decided to test this by sitting and watching the timer to see it expire. As was totally unsurprising, it was definitely just a gif meant to get reaction-clicks, more traffic to their site and algorithm, and potentially prey on someone with a gambling addiction (like my grandmother) or other compulsion-causing condition to unwittingly throw their money at the ad to make it stop counting down. This is a real anxiety many gamblers and neurodivergent people have, and I have seen quite a few people with autism and/or ADHD and/or a slew of other conditions reveal that those kinds of malicious ads have indeed gotten them to part with some of their money just so they would make the timer go away.
Now, I decided to make this known to Starz by commenting under the ad itself where thousands of other people had also commented. To wit, I simply explained the sheer number of manipulative tactics they were using with this particular banner ad and how, upon reading their subscription TOS and the real terms for the discount (which wasn't fake), I also elaborated that the special discount lasted for several more MONTHS. Not just 10 minutes on facebook.
So I got mouthy. I didn't say anything directly defamatory or even intentionally insulting; I just wrote a small thesis paper on how their ad was the perfect example of Corporate Manipulative Tactics That Are Bad. The comment was 100% intended for anyone who really wasn't sure if the 10 minute timer ad was legit or not, and I would've rather had people know than remain ignorant before signing on with Starz since they're willing to lie 6 months down to 10 minutes.
I mean, I understand haggling, but come on.
Anyway, I post my response, and immediately I get a funny feeling. Mostly because within minutes, I receive a reply under what I wrote from a very generic (but real) person on facebook who forgot to lock their FB account and I could see in their "about me" section that they worked for Starz. This person called me stupid, that I was full of shit, that I was pathetic, that nobody cared what I had to say etc. etc. I only replied by using their replies and facebook's own algorithm and to continue my little TED talk about dark patterns using this person's attempts at cyberbullying as my soapbox. I stayed at the top of the comments section for a few days thanks to that.
Finally, someone shows up in my DMs. Calling me all manner of things, but pretty much the most boilerplate "I'm A Middle Aged Ad Exec And This Sounds Mean To Me So It Should Work On You" insults and harassment.
For the record, do not attempt to do this unless you have a lot of energy and a very open schedule, because I come from the era where 4chan was tricking kids into mixing bleach and ammonia to make "crystals", but really getting them hospitalized or buried for phosphene/mustard gas poisoning. "Goncharov" is a cute troll, but it's just that. Cute.
So Ad Troll #1 has to close down their FB account after I doxxed them when they told me to literally kill myself.
Less than 24 hours later, in comes some other person who totally isn't Starz affiliated ( /s ) to continue the same line of attempted verbal abuse. I mean, I find cold reading at a magic show boring, but they weren't even trying that. It was just schoolyard insults, again. I replied by mentioning she had the countenance about her that reminded me of a weather balloon full of Botox and tanning lotion had crash-landed on a topographical map of the Rocky Mountains. She stopped harassing me, closed her FB account, and disappeared after her nephew started pissing himself in the comments and saying "This is why nobody talks to you at Thanksgiving, Carol."
Third one? It gets fun. That's when I just started posting screengrabs of what these advertisers/social media whatevers were saying to me in FB chat, and I just began posting every screenshot directly as a reply to the very Starz ad they decided to behead me over. Tagging Starz's real company and corporate offices very. single. time. Probably well over 50 times, while continuing to give a long explanation about target manipulation and the tricks they use in Las Vegas casinos. I lived in Vegas for about 10 years or so and both my mom and dad worked within the contract and legal departments of MGM.
Suddenly, Troll #3 just disappears. Mid-insult. Curious that my wireless might've been acting up, I refreshed my facebook page just to make sure the game was still on.
The manipulative ad with the fake countdown timer had disappeared, and was replaced by this:
Tumblr media
What a coincidence.

Can you please tell the moment when you realized that hinny is endgame? AND when did you fall in love with them individually and as couple?
I wish so much I could tell you! Unfortunately, I saw the movies before reading the books but I'll tell you my history with these two characters and this ship.
I'm part of the old side of GenZ so during my years of elementary school the movies were still coming out, a lot of my friends watched them but for various reasons I never did. When I was fourteen I decided to remedy to that, mainly because it felt like I was missing out on a too fundamental piece of pop culture. I think this is relevant because I was older than a lot of people were when first introduced to HP so I had a better understanding of story structures and characters. Also by that age, I had already published a couple of short stories and I was writing a book, so you know, I knew my way around creative writing (I'd like to specify that English is not my first language so do not judge my writing on what I post here XD).
When I first saw the movies, the couple I got into was Ron and Hermione, they were pretty obvious from the very first movie, and their dynamic was fun.
For Harry and Ginny, I had an inkling with CoS because otherwise there wouldn't have been any reason structurally-wise for Ginny to have a crush on Harry, though the movie is way less obvious about it. In the books, only an idiot after reading CoS wouldn't have at least a strong suspicion that they eventually get together.
But then Ginny kind of disappeared and I confess I forgot about her. By the time I watched HBP (I watched all the movies in like two weeks), I just assumed Harry wouldn't get with anyone which honestly was fine. That Cho wasn't going to be an endgame love interest was quite obvious. Imagine my surprise when hinny came out. I think I said something along the lines of "why is this happening?". In the movies, it really came out of nowhere. It's not like I hated it, or I wanted to create a hate blog for the ship, it just didn't make sense. I would have been perfectly fine with Harry being alone. Obviously, Harry not ending the story by finding the love of his life, married with children, in the books would make no sense and completely go against both the structure and the themes of the story, but movie!Harry is a different character. Also, I didn't like Ginny at all, which is quite ironic now obviously.
So, I had watched the movies. I liked the story and it was an interesting world, but there were a lot of things that didn't make sense even plot-wise. This brought me to start watching a series of videos by an Italian YouTuber who explained pretty well the differences between the movies and the books. The funny part is that I considered him like an HP genius for a couple of years but now I know a lot more than him, anyway... That was when I discovered how much cooler the books were and especially the HarryxGinny pairing, I was completely fascinated, they were one of the main reasons why I dived into the books.
Reading the books was not only what sealed for me the ship HarryxGinny but also their individual characters. A lot of people who have only watched the movies love Harry but I don't understand why. He was reduced to an average main character without an actual personality, basically a shell for self-inserts. If he were a girl I can assure you he would be a lot less popular.
Maybe because I'm a writer myself, but one of the reasons why I always loved this pairing, besides the fact that they are perfect for each other and I love their individual personalities, is the writing technique used to write them into the story. JKR true passion is not fantasy literature, it's crime literature. And she wrote Harry and Ginny like a crime story. The clues are everywhere in the books and yet so easy to overlook for the average reader, you think you got it but then there's the whole Cho thing that diverts your attention, and then boom! The masterpiece, the criminal is captured, Harry realises, it was Ginny all along.
Again, if you are someone familiar with story structures or simply an attentive reader it was obvious from the start, the simple fact that the main family of the story has seven children, and only one is a girl and she's just a year younger than Harry should tip you off. But still, a very interesting technique for a love story.
In terms of fanfictions, I always loved the Potters. Let them be Harry and Ginny or James and Lily. The AUs where there are all four of them are my happy place on earth. For a lot of years, I read more jily simply because it was an interesting intellectual exercise trying to imagine their story from the details left in the books, I already knew Harry and Ginny's one. But the marauders' fandom really disappointed me in the last few years so I shifted full hinny which has the very relevant advantage of making me analyze the actual books and not work on mainly just speculation.

Sorry for being late! :)
So, I would really like to do more with my little plot bunny concerning John André being rescued from certain death by a coalition of American and British officers, which teters on the edge of the comedic.
That, or continue with the other little scene (which you've had the dubious pleasure of reading) which establishes Simcoe and André as being not entirely straight and sort of accidentally ending up in a relationship over some stolen wine and a round of surprising confessions.
While I don't buy the argument that André was in a relationship with Clinton which you come across in fiction every now and then, an idea largely based on Clinton owning a risqué poem André wrote,* there is a poem indicating Simcoe was, prior to evidently having found what he was looking for in terms of personal happiness with his wife, not un-interested in men in his younger years.
A comrade-in-arms and former school friend of his wrote Simcoe a very long poem that reads rather as if the young man may have been in love with Simcoe, and Simcoe later even had it published because he liked it so much.
Another hint at the fact that Simcoe was rather open-minded when it came to letting people choose who they love is that he never batted an eye at his wife's friendship with her best friend, who openly resisted her family's desire of getting married as soon as possible (and was sort-of aided in that by Simcoe's godfather) and professed that she had no interest in men while leaving some subtle hints between the lines of her letters that point to her potentially being romantically inclined towards women. In fact, Mary Anne Burges was even trusted with helping raise the four Simcoe-daughters left behind in England when their parents travelled to Upper Canada.
I've never before truly written m/m fiction, but maybe I'll try and expand on this one!
*Clinton had 11 children with three women and was ain a devoted relationship with one of them at the time of André's execution which, according to his own writings, was monogamous. André might simply have placed the poem with some work-related papers on accident back in New York and didn't have the time to remove it when he was captured and subsequently executed. To me, a far likelier explanation is that Clinton, a father who had previously dealt with the death of a son (albeit not executed as a spy), may have decided to remove the naughty poem from André's effects out of a sense of propriety and keeping this 'secret' from Mrs. André to allow her remember her son as she would like to, rather than having to read evidence of his sexual interests. Edit: I forgot to mention that my theory why he kept it is sentimentality; the poem was written in André's hand, after all, and Clinton and André had been close prior to the latter's death.

I don’t know if you’re gonna answer this, but I have a few questions in regards of writing.
I always read a lot but I never had the ambition of writing anything. However, before I even knew it I already had a plot figured out (I won’t say I have planned every detail but 90% of the storyline is ready) and it’s been YEARS since I realized I had a whole universe sitting in a corner of my brain but I just can’t write. I’ve tried multiple times, either the characters feelings are not shown in a proper way or the description of the scene is horrible. I wonder if I’m being too perfectionist, it’s just that it doesn’t happen fluidly as I feel it should. I even have a Pinterest for inspiration, did not help (I still add a lot of pins though hahaha). And on top of everything, I’m in university now and working a part time job so time is everything I don’t have.
I know you’re also a very busy person, and I cannot imagine how you still manage to write cause as you can see I could never lol. And I know that every writer has their own method as well, but do you think I should figure every single detail out, decide what will happen in each chapter and then try to write? Or try again with less self criticism idk haha. Also, how do you balance the description of things like places, clothes, characters and their feelings? Do you think (as a reader and a writer) that the place should always be descripted or there are times that are not important?
(I forgot half of the questions I had while I made this rant and will not wait until I remember cause I'm anxious but I just want to let you know that Eunoia is a masterpiece and I love every single line that you wrote)
Okay, I remembered to mention that it revolves around a lot of grief and other intense feelings that I swear I can feel myself but have no idea how to even begin to put in words without being repetitive, incredibly boring and unconvincing.
The second part of this question wasn't sent on anon but I'm pretty sure that it's from the same person. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Now, to answer your questions. What I think you're suffering from is a bad case of perfectionism and I can tell because I suffer from it too. Daily. It significantly slows down my progress and I haven't figured out how to combat it yet. I would suggest writing a very rough draft at first just telling the story to yourself. Write all the scenes you want to write, everything you have pictured, and not get too critical about it. Just get the story out. When you finish it you can see what worked and what didn't. Rereading it you might find that some parts are actually really good and don't need much editing. Personally, I write one chapter at a time because it would take ages to finish the story but that also depends on if you're writing fanfiction or a book you want to publish.
And I don't think it's necessary have every detail figured out when writing, some things just come naturally when writing. But again, that depends on you and what works best for you. For me, I have a general outline and before I write each chapter, I list the scenes that I want to include. An example from Chapter 21 of Eunoia is:
Mc and Namjoon discuss what they mean to each other and what they want from each other. Also the boy her mother wants to set her up with. She turns down the invitation.
Taylor shows up to congratulate her with cake and the mc panics a little. She talks to Taylor and she is understanding
Jimin makes a flower crown and places it on Taehyung's head.
etc
This is taken directly from my notes and that's usually the level of detail I include when I'm outlining each chapter. And often I add new scenes when I'm writing or change the plan for some of them or move them around.
Balancing descriptions is hard and I don't think it's something I've mastered. Each writer is unique in how much description they add. There are best seller books that the descriptions are minimal and then there is J.R.R. Tolkien who could write ten pages about a rock.
Describing the place isn't always necessary in the sense that you don't need to dedicate a whole paragraph to it. Sometimes just referencing where they are is enough, like the park or a clothing store. The reader can imagine what that looks like. Also, if you have described that place before you don't need to describe it again. But describing places can set the atmosphere and the tone of the scene. You can sprinkle in single lines of description throughout the scene.
Again, just write the words as they come and you can edit them later. You don't have to write long paragraphs about the characters' feelings. And it's okay to repeat some things a couple of times. Just take a look at how repetitive some things in Eunoia are.

Meghan's moment of truth - CAROLE MALONE
SO, AFTER a string of emphatic denials that she had nothing whatsoever to do with the sycophantic biography, Finding Freedom, it turns out Meghan Markle DID brief the book's authors via her then PR, Jason Knauf.
Knauf has now produced a tranche of texts and emails to prove the book was discussed directly with the Duchess multiple times in person and by email. And having been caught bang to rights and faced with indisputable proof, Meghan now says: "Oh, yes, I forgot about that."
What? She "forgot" multiple emails she sent over many months to help with an explosive book that made her look like a saint and the Royal Family look like a cruel, nasty bunch who sabotaged her and Harry's efforts to save the world?
That's kinda like forgetting your own name, and the fact that night follows day. How can you forget instructing someone to trash your in-laws, to slate a family that welcomed you with open arms? How can you forget feeding damaging stories to the book's lickspittle authors knowing it was going to make global headlines and damage the Royal Family?
The Duchess has now had to apologise to the Court of Appeal for her catastrophic loss of memory. But actually, if her memory's so bad maybe she needs help. Because what else might she have forgotten? That she didn't, as she told Oprah, get married three days before the Windsor ceremony (oh hang on, she's already had to admit she didn't).
What about all those snide stories about Kate upsetting her? Did she forget the truth about those? And that hellishly damaging accusation that the Royal Family are racists and that one member questioned what colour Archie's skin might be? Could she have forgotten what happened there, too?
It also turns out that a letter she wrote to "Daddy" which she says devastated her when he made it public, was written by her knowing itWAS likely to be published, which totally disproves her claims she never suspected it would.
Texts from her to Knauf were submitted to the Appeal Court where a newspaper is seeking to overturn a legal ruling that it breached Meghan's privacy by publishing a "deeply personal" letter to her father Thomas.
In those texts she said she'd chosen words that would "pull at people's heartstrings" if it was published. "Everything I have drafted is with the understanding it could be leaked. I have been meticulous in my choice of words. Please let me know if anything stands out as a liability, " she told Knauf in an email. How damning and manipulative is that?
How can we ever again trust a word this woman says? Her credibility is shot. Yet still her supporters rally to her defence, claiming it's a media witch-hunt, it's racist, it's lies, we're all out to get her. But the truth is Ms Markle appears to have damned herself with her own words in these emails and texts.
These are her words - not the media's - and they undermine much of what she has claimed about the lies that have been told about her and the pain that's been inflicted on her.
But with manipulators like Meghan the truth will eventually out, as it has this week. And it's by her own hand.
I'm wondering if any more of her aggrieved Palace staff (remember the bullying allegations?) will now come forward, emboldened by Knauf's testimony. If I were Meghan I'd be worried. But then maybe she isn't - because she's forgotten everything!

Self insert oc: Alexander Vodka
AKA: Eis Cay'zar
Author of fate
A writer from Schneznaya who was driven from his home for his anti-Tsaritsa paper.
_____________________
Physical description:
A chubby fellow in a 1950's style noir trenchcoat and hat, some would even say he looks like he jumped right out of a noir comic book and into reality. He has brown hair and green eyes, a cowboy mustache, and a pointed beard like some kind of comic book supervillain genius.
He often acts confidently and even a bit egotistical when in places he's recognized and famous in, however in newer places he often seems distant and shys away from almost all contact.
Noone knows where his vision is, but they know he has one because of the cold aura that surrounds him.
At night he'll often trade his outfit for one more reminiscent of demons or vampires.

Elemental ability-ice wall: creates an aura of sheer cold around himself that will damage enemies the more they stay in it, and apply the normal sheer cold to them. Does not affect party.

Elemental burst-a story to be told: Alexander takes out his book and opens to a random page, then randomly summons ice sculptures of one of 8 beings:

Story
Abandoning a dream
As a kid, Alexander was always put down when he said he wanted to write fiction, "there's no money in it" they all said.
He couldn't get into any art schools without support so he focused his mind elsewhere, a place he could hopefully use his writing to do just as much good: the first newspaper in Schneznaya.
Horrible truth
He didn't start as a trouble maker, but the more he sought out the truth the more he couldn't stand back and watch. He published numerous papers about the Tsarista's wrongdoings and the crimes of the fatui, how they would harass merchants in other nations, the unfair taxes many shipping businesses had to keep quiet about, all the way up to the war crimes the Tsarista had done in direct contradiction to her own laws.
Sadly, not many believed him even with evidence, but some got his message.
Those who fight
One day Alexander was approached by a man who claimed to have formed a resistance against the fatui. Alexander had inspired many people to disrupt the organization, and have even begun working with those outside Schneznaya.
With their help he didn't just publish some crimes, he published them all, he even got information that turned the general public against the fatui even if just a little.
In a way h had achieved his dream of helping others with his writing, even if it wasn't how he wanted.
Stop the presses
When the Tsarista started her big move of taking gnosis, she brought the hammer down on dissent like a boulder on a ten year old's wrist. One day a squad of thirty fatui stormed Alexander's home and business to silence him, and while they shut down his business they couldn't catch him.
Alexander fled into the wastelands of ice and snow and wasn't seen for several weeks.
Deus ex Vodka
One day Alexander showed up in Inazuma, a nation that had been oppressed for some time now and had recently reached it's height, yet no resistance had formed.
That was until Alexander came along.
Alexander published numerous books, spreading them throughout Inazuma. All of them spoke of freedom, of bravery, of rising up to achieve your ambitions.
And with those stories he inspired countless to take up arms, and in turn inspired countless to join the resistance.
And with mere fiction he had brought about hope,
And with mere fiction he shall do it again, in every form, and in every nation.
Vision: cold hearted
While wondering the waste Alexander fell down and looked to the skies.
He did not ask celestia why, he did not grieve or blame that he did not do more, instead Alexander did something he hadn't done in a long time:
He imagined.
And after he imagined he took out his notebook and wrote. In the freezing cold for seventeen days he wrote stories of hope and freedom.
For seventeen days the cold did not so much as cause him to flinch as he wrote tales of bravery.
For seventeen days Alexander Vodka lived how he wanted to live.
And at the end, he lied down to die.
Then a light shown, and when he opened his eyes to look he saw that the storm parted around him, and in his hand was an ice blue gem.
But Alexander was too paranoid from years of abuse from his peers as a child to wear it loosely, and far to extra to just get a lock. So instead Alexander shouted to celestia "if I shall have this Vision for my art, then it shall not kill me no matter what I do!"
He then shoved the vision into his heart and fell down.
Before he could bleed out however, a woman appeared.
"Hey Tsari, how ya doin." Alexander said as blood poured out his mouth.
"You dramatic fool," the Tsarista sighed as she put a hand on his chest, "you have my element, do you know how bad it'll look for me if you die by shoving your vision into your heart?"
"Why do you care? We hate eachother, in case you forgot."
The archon sighed, "you're just rebelling against what you see as unjust, just as I am. To be honest I feel a sort of rivalry with you, so it'd be a shame if you just died. Also," she painfully shoved the vision all the way in, painfully, "if your going to die it better be because of me, got it?"
Then Alexander sat up, and the god was gone. Along with the hole in his chest.
"Rival of a god eh?" He sat up, putting his gat back on his head, "I like the sound of that."

How is this an insert?
Well his story can't be the exact same as mine, so I took my life and goals and made predictions, then fictionalized those predictions and expanded.
His appearance is pretty close to how I'll likely look based on my current appearance, and his dramatic attitude is exactly how I wanna act.
Him being shy in new places with strangers is me exactly as I am now really, however I do believe I'd act confidently if I were famous so he does as well.
Him being Catalyst is because I'm not athletic at all, and I figured a dps Catalyst would be cool. His main ability and resistance/immunity to sheer cold is based on how I wrap up in warm blankets when it's cold, and his ultimate is made up of characters I've made.
