"Fear No Mort" was constant whiplash. In fact, I struggled to evaluate this episode at first because it was one twist after another. Throughout the episode, I had flashbacks to "M. Night Shaym-Aliens!" (the rap scene might've been a direct reference) and the Rickbot reveal in "Ricktional Mortpoon's Rickmas Mortcation."
For better or worse, season seven's had a lot of callbacks and episodes that mirrored previous ones: "That's Amorte" played out like "Mortynight Run"; "Air Force Wong" brought together Dr. Wong, the president and Unity; "Rise of the Numbericons: The Movie" was a "Get Schwifty" sequel.
Seasons six and seven have also piled on the fanservice. The first four seasons stubbornly refused to give us what we want, dangling fan theories or a gentler Rick in our faces before yanking it away. Rick started to change in season five, but it's another ten episodes before you get Rick in a suit and tie, Rick announcing that Rickcest is canon, Rick regularly going to therapy, Space Beth joining the family and other content that's floated around the fandom since 2017.
And let's not forget the big one: C-137 Rick and Morty, Prime Rick and Evil Morty in one episode, fighting and teaming up after we saw Evil Morty's once-forbidden backstory.
Some call it cheap thrills, but I call it a gift to the fandom that's patiently waited for the fakeouts to end. And now that I've said that: "Fear No Mort" was one giant fakeout.
But was it, though?
Tumblr media
This is the most unpopular opinion in the world, but I'm not invested in Rick and Diane's relationship. As a gay woman, I just don't connect with opposite-gender couples. Also, I dislike the trope of the idolized dead wife that the audience only learns about through her widower. She's not her own character, just an extension of the male protagonist.
When the fake Rick and Diane reconnected, I thought "Oh boy, this is getting cheesy." They're falling for each other again: check. Rick feels guilty about her death: check. We see how similar they are: check. Rick doesn't want to leave: aaaand, check.
I'm also a little lost after the ending. Morty was the only one in the hole, so why did we see all these scenes from fake Rick's perspective? Was an NPC really that busy?
How much we learned about Diane is debatable, too, since Morty never met her. I guess his ideas came from whatever Rick's told him and maybe the ship's voice since she's based on Diane.
I did like how the episode kept reminding us that Morty's still in the Fear Hole. I mean, we didn't know that, but we knew that. No "Are they in the Fear Hole or not??" until all the twists in the third act.
Aside from that, I don't want the show to revisit the past too much because Rick needs to let go. If you're a Marvel fan, you saw the backlash to Steve Rogers traveling back in time to spend a lifetime with Peggy in "Endgame." He had a life in the present, but he refused to move on.
Nostalgia makes us yearn for earlier years, but if Rick abandoned his family to live with Diane in another reality, I wouldn't call that a sweet ending. I'd call that a disappointment and a waste of his character.
Turns out, Rick never had that option at all.
Well...in a way, he did. And when Morty told him what he saw in the Fear Hole, Rick ran back to the restroom. He looked into the hole. He thought about it. And then he did what I wanted him to do, which was walk away. In this moment, he chose the present.
Tumblr media
Admittedly, Morty's fear came true: Rick didn't jump in the hole after him, he did just sit there and watch, and he didn't want to say that Morty's irreplaceable out loud. Plus, Rick was bewildered when Morty hugged him. But for the first time, instead of standing stiffly or gently pushing him away, Rick started to hug him back.
We also saw what Morty didn't: Rick smiling to himself after hanging up the picture of Morty that he kept in his wallet. He had the chance to wallow in shadows of the past, but he didn't take it. Rick chose him.
"Fear No Mort" could've ended with Rick just saying "Let's go" and leaving, but it didn't. Seasons one and two Rick would've bitched and moaned about Morty taking so long. Season three Rick would've left him there for a while to torment him. Season four Rick would've found a way to take advantage of this.
But seasons five, six, seven? That's real character development. That's what all the Twitter users saying "Wow, Rick and Morty is actually good" have been missing out on.
And for the first time in the series, a season didn't end with Rick relapsing or getting a (well-deserved) ass kicking. Is Morty going to get the grandfather that he deserves? Or will he move on, too, now that Rick's releasing his iron grip? Speculating is fun, but for now, let's focus on today.

s3 of rnm is like crack to me it's so fucking good like you begin with an episode that completely undermines the remorse rick showed at the end of s2 and he settles in as the most powerful person in the family, with jerry gone, beth perpetually forgiving him and morty and summer at his heels for adventures, and that power lasts for all of one episode before the dysfunctionality of this new family setup begins to get too much for him. he's barely able to make robot copies of himself summer and morty that are competent enough to last while he drags the two teens back home, and then after that it's L after L till the end of the season.
he nearly dies in pickle rick over something extremely petty while a therapist sows the seeds in morty and summer's minds that rick isn't nearly as deserving of their respect and attention as they might've thought
in vindicators he makes a complete ass of himself because morty doesn't see him as his hero, and in doing so he further tarnishes his own image in morty's eyes
in the whirly dirly conspiracy rick nearly dies because of jerry, of all people, meanwhile back home it's revealed that morty is so sick of rick (because of the vindicators thing, but also, like, everything) that he faked concern for jerry just so rick would orchestrate this pity adventure and leave him alone for a bit
in rest and ricklaxation rick fucks up so badly that he takes himself and morty on a vacation, comes face to face with his worst qualities, and spends the latter half of the episode with his attachment to morty permanently on his sleeve while he vehemently denies its existence
ricklantis mixup isn't about rick c-137 but it's a citadel episode with evil morty what more do you want
in morty's mind blowers the worst memories of rick and morty's relationship leads them to try to kill each other then enter a fucking suicide pact
in the abc's of beth rick is asked by beth if he wants her in his life or if he wants her to live up to her potential, and we later find out that he was so unprepared to have any sort of emotional confrontation with her that he erased the memory of the decision he made
and in the finale he is finally knocked down from all of the pegs he hangs on while he does a dick measuring contest with the president. morty loses respect for him, beth and jerry get back together, and now everyone in the family is keenly aware of how manipulative and awful rick is. they keep him around, but nobody is letting him act the way he does unchecked anymore
this bitch tries to ascend to godhood and ends up falling further down than where he was at the beginning. it's addictive to watch. best season.

I know he doesn’t “technically” care about anything but I could see him as the type to be like “I decided you’re mine so you’re mine” kinda thing! thanks for the writing we love and appreciate you for it!
Yandere Rick Prime
Headcanons
Tumblr media
How did you know Prime Rick is one of my fave Rick and Morty characters anon 👀
Tw for yandere themes, ig?
 -          You are right to believe that Rick Prime would have no love for another person or living creature, as he sees little to no worth in others and their lives. He especially would hate other Ricks, or anyone related to Ricks.
-          But if you happen to catch his attention somehow, I wish you luck. Now, it would be difficult in the first place to catch his attention in a way that he doesn’t want to test you or want you dead.
-          Maybe you are rare in the multiverse, maybe other versions of you work as a great companion or lover for other Ricks. That would be enough to catch his attention in the beginning at least, so he would find a version of you that fits his palette the most and take them.
-          Prime Rick has most likely taken multiple versions of yourself before he comes across you, but when they stopped serving their purpose or grew boring, he would get rid of them, each in different disgusting and violent ways.
 -          When he stumbled across you in the multiverse though, he became hooked in the way an addict is hooked. Now, he has no romantic love for you, it’s more the love one has for their car or their pet.
-          You are different from other versions of yourself, seeing as you have no Rick or Morty. Actually, you had grown tired of your Ricks shit and told him to shove it after a few too many adventures went south and after your Rick verbally abused you too much.
-          That really had Prime interested, as most versions of you always bent over backwards for Ricks and put up with the treatment. Prime started stalking you after that, researching you and your habits like one would an insect or newly discovered animal.
-          He will go through your things with little care, not caring if you realize he’s stalking you. I mean, what could you really do against him if you ever caught him?
 -          He stays hidden in the beginning more for the fun of it, wanting to see if your dimensions Rick will notice him, or if you will ever figure it out.
-          Prime has a good laugh when you assume its your dimensions Rick that has been going through your things, stealing your clothes, or even taking your toothbrush. In reality its Prime who’s been taking all of it, adding it to an ever growing “pile of research” that in reality is more akin to a shrine.
-          His interest in you bubbles into obsession at some point, not that Prime really minds it one bit. His thoughts are consumed by you, and he has decided by himself that you are his version of (Y/N) whether you like it or not.
-          Prime starts planning on taking you with him, having seen how many Ricks take their version of you on dates or adventures, he wants that too, just to try it out he tells himself. Not because his obsession has grown to the point where he lives and breathes you.
  -          He loves how different you are, he wants to take you apart and find out just why you are so starkly the opposite of other versions of you.
-          He’s convinced you are specifically made for him, and that the reason you grew tired of your own Ricks shit was because he wasn’t good enough, and that since Prime is the true Rickest Rick, you will be perfect together.
-          Prime will lose his shit one day when your dimensions Rick shows up to your place, trying to apologize the way Ricks do. It even looked like your Rick had cut down on his drinking, cleaned himself up and tried to adjust his behavior.
-          Right as Prime is about to go in and kill the Rick, you just scoff at the other man and tell him to go die for all you care and slam the door in his face.
-          Prime is delighted because this just fits the theory in his mind even more, that the only Rick right for you is himself.
 -          One day Prime will simply wander into your life. You’re sitting on the couch in your living room, maybe trying to find a job or similar, when a green portal opens above the couch.
-          At first you think its your dimensions Rick and are ready to unleash hell upon him when he lands on the cushions, but the arm thrown over your shoulder isn’t wearing a lab coat, and looking close this Rick has completely different hair and looks younger.
-          Normally you would have yelled at the random Rick anyways for barging in on you like that, but something about the look in this Ricks eyes and the way his smile just seemed a little too sharp at the edges made something tingle in the back of your mind.
-          The tingle was fight or flight, and where among (Y/N)s you were different, because yours always told you to fight compared to other versions of yourself who always took flight. For once it didn’t just tell you to run, it screamed it so loud you tried to fling yourself off the couch.
-          But Primes arm was iron tight around your shoulder and pulled you right back down, the Rick cackling at your attempted scramble, seeming extremely amused as you tried to hit, scratch, kick and even bite.
 -          You could do nothing but struggle as Prime wrapped both his arms around you, pulling you against his chest, not even reacting as you nail him between the legs in a last attempt to free yourself.
-          When you have tired yourself out completely and finally look up at the Rick, Prime shoots you a smile that would almost be sweet, if it wasn’t for the fact that he had blood splattered all over his face.
-          That’s when you finally notice how he seemed to be slathered in the stuff, trying to flinch back when one of his hands come up to cradle your face in his palm, leaving a wet bloody handprint against your skin.
-          “Come on (Y/N), why are you trying to leave so badly?” he coos as if taunting you. Some part of your brain notices that he isn’t burping or slurring like other Ricks you’ve met, but the survival part of your brain didn’t care much for those facts.
-          “W-what do you want” you growl out, trying your best to glare at the man holding you still in his lap with just one arm. Prime laughs at your expression, the dark look on your face making his heartrate quicken. Never had a version of you looked so murderous, even when he was ripping them apart.
 -          “Well, I’m here to pick you up. As your Rick, we should always be together” Prime said with a large grin, the grip around your waist tightening as he said he was your Rick.
-          The grip on your face grew rougher as Prime pulled your face closer to his own, his eyes boring into yours. There was a light in them that made a deep pit of dread grow in your stomach, your tongue peeking out to pet your suddenly very dry lips and mouth.
-          Primes eyes immediately snapped down to the movement, his pupils dilating somewhat as he saw the pink of your tongue. Prime didn’t love you, not romantically like other Ricks loved their (Y/N), but he wanted you.
-          “I already have a Rick” you finally force out, the dread growing larger at the way his eyes snapped up again, staring at you like he could pick you apart piece by piece with just this attention.
-          Then he started laughing, so hard it made his whole body bounce and making you bounce along with it. Releasing your cheek, he wiped away a tear that had gathered from his laughing before he spoke.
-          “Oh, that guy? Where do you think I was before I came here?” he asked, seeming to take great joy in the way your eyes widened, and your pupils shrank. “Come on, you couldn’t expect me to let that fucker live after touching what’s mine, took care of that little family of his too” he purred, leaning in closer, his tight grip keeping you still even as you tried to struggle.
 -          A flare of anger and anguish spread through your body, even though you hated Rick, you didn’t want him to die, or for the Smith family to die either.
-          Seeing the way your eyes filled with fire made Prime excited, he loved seeing just how different you were, and he loved your reactions.
-          When you opened your mouth to yell at him, Prime surged forwards and grabbed your chin before forcing his tongue past your lips and into your mouth. You tried to struggle but the grip on your chin and the grasp he had on your hips kept you from getting away.
-          Prime groans in pleasure when you try and bite his tongue, blood filling your mouths and mixing with the spit and dribbling down your chins. He can’t keep his eyes from rolling back as you bite hard enough to sever his tongue, the piece of flesh going limp in your mouth.
-          When Prime finally pulls back, a string of blood and spit connecting your mouths, you gag and spit out the muscle, retching to try and get the taste and feeling to go away. Tears gather in your eyes as it finally hits you just what Prime had done, and how crazy he was.
 -          Forcing you to look at him once again, you struggle to see through the tears as he sticks out the non-severed part of his tongue, horror washing through you as you see the muscle regrow with ease.
-          Something flares up inside you, this time a deep gut turning fear and need for survival as you try to struggle once again, tears running down your cheeks as you continue to gag on the blood in your mouth and memory of biting off his tongue.
-          Seeming to have grown tired of your struggling for now, you don’t notice Prime injecting you with something until your body goes limp. You can’t even choke out words as Prime wraps his arms around your waist and stands up, lifting you without any issue.
-          As your vision started to darken you could hear the sound of a portal being opened, your thoughts turning to mush as your head finally gave out and you fell against his shoulder.
-          A few tears ran down your cheeks as you fall into unconsciousness, wetting the shoulder of Primes jacket as he carried you through the portal. You had no idea what he was saying, his words blurring together as you fall unconscious, but you were sure whatever he had to say was bad news for you.

I decided to make some character profiles for these guys to explain some characteristics and backstory. I've also decided to tag all of this as #rickcest poly au The text version of their profiles are under the Keep Reading
Miami Rick
Miami Rick became Morty's primary caretaker after a car accident killed the rest of the family. Morty was 2 years old when it happened.
Before he took care of Morty he was in contact with Beth, but he didn't live with the Smiths. Morty moved in with him in Miami after the accident.
Is extremely rich. Probably because of mafia-like activities. He also owns a lot of nightclubs, because he likes to party.
Officially Miami Rick is part of the Citadel, but he doesn't actually abide to their rules and doesn't live there either. He puts a lot funds in the city and he can pull that away for leverage, so the Council basically gives him free reign.
Comes and goes as he pleases in the Citadel cause Miami is a well-known Rick-fucker. He flirts with every Rick he meets and sleeps with them if he has their consent. They are always one night stands.
That is until he meets Cop Rick and he catches feelings.
Has a drug addiction instead of an alcohol addiction. He can smoke stuff that would kill a regular person.
Because of his knowledge of all kinds of drugs, he often uses them in battle.
Tuft Rick
Has Trauma™ (the anxiety has to come from somewhere)
He didn't marry his Diane, so he doesn't have an original Morty.
Got kidnapped in his twenties by a powerful alien after accidentally making contact while he was figuring out portal travel.
He was stuck in an abusive relationship with that alien, until he was rescued many decades later by Ricks from the Citadel.
Has been on the Citadel for about a decade as a guard and gets along well with his squad mates and Captain.
His squad mates are very protective of him, and vice versa. He's done a lot of physical training to protect himself and his friends. His favorite weapon is a pole arm, but he's skilled with many kinds of weaponry.
Got more trauma and fear as one of his squad mates and Captain got killed by Doofus Jerry. (Comic issues 22 & 23)
After that incident Tuft and his leftover squad mates planned to leave the Citadel. However they were found out and Tuft stayed behind to let his friends escape.
As punishment he isn't part of a squad anymore and is forced to take on jobs that other Ricks don't like or find too dangerous.
Cop Rick
Cop lost his original Morty in a past adventure. He doesn't like to talk about it.
The guilt made him flee to the Citadel. He never contacted his family about what happened.
Over there he wanted to become a cop so he could deliver justice to the Citadel, especially for Mortys.
Cop started to focus a lot on cold cases after killing his Morty partner. (s3 e7) A lot of Ricks are not interested in solving Morty murders or are blackmailed to ignore them.
After solving many of those cold cases Cop got put on a new investigation involving Morty murders. He met Miami during this case, cause one of the victims were found in one of his nightclubs. They ended up solving the investigation together.
During that case Cop started to get some feelings for Miami, but the guilt makes it hard to accept them, especially since Miami gets along with his Morty very well.
Can't get up in the morning without a cup of coffee.
He's made fun of by his colleagues for being kind and naive. But they are also jealous of his dedication and ability in solving the cold cases.

The primarchs having dinner together
Lion: He is a cat. He only eats the meat. Not even touching his veggies. He doesn‘t really get why they are having this dinner, but Luther thought him some decent table manners and he is happy to eat the meat of everyone who doesn‘t want theirs. He is eyeing the pidgeons sitting outside the window. They are gone by the end of teh evening. Fulgrim: He has some really bad allergies. Like one small bite can easely turn into a medical emergency. He really hoped to eat the same food as the others, but it‘s not safe. He takes his own food with him and feels pretty bad about it. Ferrus needs to comfort him. Perty: Grumbeling the whole time. Magnus dragged him here, saying it would be fun. Maybe it kind of is. But Calliphone still cooks better. Jagh: He is very excited to try some new food, very adventurous taste. He‘s having a great time, very supportive of his brothers who are a bit more picky than he is. Offers to buy everyone drinks. Leman: He has a lot of fun too, needs to be stopped from drinking too much. He is a bit sceptical of everything more complicated than bread and meat. A chocolate dessert needs to be ripped from his hands to avoid a medical emergency. Rogal: He has ARFID, so eating in general and especially going out to eat is difficult. Brought his own food with him and when told he eats like a toddler, goes on a extended rant/presentation about ARFID. Brought some extra dino-nuggets to share with his brothers. Ends up distracted and builds a fortress for the dino-nuggets to live in. Konrad: So much food! He has no idea where to look first. Eats very fast and has no table manners. Despite this, he won‘t touch his veggies, because cat. Heroically liberates Morty from both his meat and dessert. Somehow catches the rat which he nibbles on between courses.
Sang: He has perfect manners. Tries everything on the table, does a extensive food criticism. Definetly asks for the recipies of some things, the cook is crying in joy. At some point goes on a long tangent about food on Baal and how good snakes taste. Everyone is shocked that Sang would be a fan of raw snakemeat. He isn‘t very picky. Also eyeing Konrads rat and Lions pidgeons. Ferrus: Not enough stones for his taste. Attempts to also eat the plate. Very worried about Fulgrim and kind of hoovering around him. Lactoseintolerant and is carefull not to end up having a horrible stomach ache, Angron: The nails make tablemanners difficult, he has decided that everything is fingerfood. Surprisingly calm, ripping apart food probally helps. Rob: He got the menu weeks in advance to mentally prepare. Still, it is difficult to eat so much new food. He is kind of regretting that he didn‘t bring his own food like Rogal. Someone notices how stressed out he is and asks the cook if they can send him some spaghetti. This helps a lot. Morty: Meat just gives him the ick. Can‘t eat it, very glad to give his to Konrad. Very happy to eat Konrads and Lions veggies. Kind of intimidated by eating with so many people and very quiet. Looks like he thinks someone will take his food away any moment. Ends up hiding some food in his pockets to eat later, Magnus: He has brought his books with him, just in case. Not all that interested in the food, but keeps three conversations going at the same time. Later drinks two glasses of wine and is passed out, transforming into a blob of warp-goo. Horus: Loudly commenting on everyone else and what they are eating. Then Rogal lectures him and he is humbled for approximatly three minutes. Lactoseintolerant, which he fully ignores. Later loudly complains about his tummyache. Lorgar: His religion has pretty strict rules about what you can eat, so he is very angsty. But he also doesn‘t want to cause problems and it looks and smells so good and Angron keeps handing him squished things and that‘s weirdly cute… Vulkan: He is just so happy that they are all here. Buys everyone some icecream for dessert. He has brought his mothers extra spicy BBQ-sauce with him and puts it on everything. It is classified as a weapon of mass destruction by everyone not from Nocturne. Corvus: Has some food-related trauma (specifically the hadn‘t had emough as a kid) and so keeps eating pretty much everything handed to them. Evem tries Vulkans BBQ-Sauce, which does not end well. Vulkan buys them birdseed in exchange, which makes them very happy. Alpharius Omegon: Somehow got their hands on a McDonalds Happy Meal. Very happy to witness all the chaos

"I choose Summer"
Tumblr media
But why?
This'll be a very brief post for a scene we get very little context for
Beth does admit that Summer is, in some way, a burden that BY PROXY stagnated her potential. It didn't help that her explanation was delivered with little care and with bad wording
Tumblr media
This goes over headcanon territory. I think Beth understands Summer in the same way that Rick understands Summer. They see Diane in her. It seems more obvious that a mother would gravitate towards a daughter, especially one that carries over traits from their own mother. It's even crazier when you think of it THIS way
If Diane was an anchor for Rick and Beth seemed to forget that Rick was the anchor for Beth's sociopathy, then she would also be the one keeping the family together. THE ONE THING I KEEP SAYING SUMMER DOES!!
Tumblr media
Beth is not an idiot. With a mindset like Rick's, she'd understand the importance of Summer
...now, she should also understand that Morty matters too?? I may be a big fan of Summer and this blog is about her, but the entire shocking part is she went for Summer instantly
I think there's a few reasons to this that further show this
Tumblr media
She manages fine with Summer and not having Morty in the picture, discarding them and seeking the support from Jerry and Summer instead. These are people she can also fall back on
Tumblr media
There's also scenes of Beth trying to reach an understanding with Summer more as a mother to a daughter rather than any specific given situation (A Rickconvenient Mort shows that she DOES do this with Morty tho). This ties back to the Diane connection and mothers with daughters
Beth chose Summer because she was aware of her importance. It's also likely because she knows this is HER Summer and she's living with another Morty, which is a theory I saw that's a LITTLE plausible. Beth went with a daughter she can understand, not to mention it's a daughter she projects onto (unhealthily at times). The Whirly Dirly Conspiracy shows she doesn't know how to address Summer's issues but still wants to try and eventually DOES, which means even at her shitty moments, she admits there's just no way to get around it. But when she can, she'll love her daughter to an INDEFINITE amount or just not care, treating it as a rough situation or thinking Summer will let it pass over at times because of her being an anchor to the family that reminds her of her own mother.
Yeah I didn't say this was an exactly healthy or cute outlook, it's still the scene where Beth instantly chooses Summer over Morty 💀 but this is a pretty decent breakdown of it with some relevant examples

Sith Ahsoka AU where Ezra doesn't come get Ahsoka in the World Between Worlds (or misses her maybe) and so Ahsoka and Anakin fall through the Sith Battlestation. Ahsoka's connection with Mortis and the Daughter combined with the exploding power of the Sith Battlestation end up glitching and backfiring on Anakin when he tries to kill Ahsoka and he dies instead, while Ahsoka lives but only just.
Palpatine arrives on Malachor to pick up Anakin's pieces and put him back together again only to discover he's too late this time. But Ahsoka is lying there on her last breath, broken enough both physically and mentally to succumb to Palpatine's torture and manipulations and powerful enough to be worth the effort. Yes, she'd make a workable replacement for this loss. And of course everyone who knew her thinks she's dead, so they're not going to come looking for her or try to save her until Palpatine's work is done and he's prepared to present his new and improved apprentice, Darth Malis, to the galaxy.
Ahsoka doesn't re-appear until shortly after the Rebels finale, after Kanan's died and Ezra's disappeared, but still before the events of Rogue One. The plans still make it to Leia and everyone on Scarif dies, but this time it's Ahsoka on the Death Star, capturing Leia and waiting when Obi-Wan arrives with Luke and Han.
And Obi-Wan isn't expecting her at all. He'd been able to feel that Anakin died, but certainly had no way of knowing that Ahsoka had even survived Order 66 let alone that she'd been captured by Palpatine and tortured into becoming his new Sith Apprentice in Anakin's place. He wasn't expecting Anakin to be waiting anymore, but the last thing he could've expected was Ahsoka. He's so glad she's alive, but this is the worst way to discover that fact, and it's a little difficult to be calm in the face of this revelation.
Thankfully, Ahsoka's not expecting Obi-Wan, either. Palpatine, knowing how Anakin had obsessed over hunting Obi-Wan down and banking on Ahsoka thinking no one would ever come to save her or care for her again as a way to break her, had kept that tidbit of information from her. So Ahsoka is just as surprised to see Obi-Wan alive as he is to see her, and she's incapable of doing anything to keep her emotions from controlling her anymore. She's still powerful, and faster than Anakin was, but she's still living on life support of some kind and Obi-Wan's got more practice at handling this kind of grief and pain, giving him the upper hand in the battle. So when Luke and Leia show up, Obi-Wan doesn't need to sacrifice himself to keep them safe, he can overpower Ahsoka and run back to the Falcon with the others.
Most everything stays the same, because the Emperor figures out who Luke is and still wants him as an apprentice instead because Ahsoka is broken and Luke is more powerful. Obi-Wan is able to bring Luke and Leia to Yoda years earlier, so they both get trained up together (and they know that they're siblings the whole time). A few more Jedi survivors show up to help the Rebellion while Obi-Wan, Luke, and Leia are on Dagobah: Reva, Quinlan, Cal, Kata Akuna, Ezra (who is miraculously found prior to ROTJ because I want him there, maybe my man was resourceful and got himself back sans Thrawn all on his own).
When they finally make it to Endor, Obi-Wan and Leia stay on the ground to help the Rebellion while the others all go to confront the Sith with Luke. Luke strikes the final blow against the Emperor and the Rebellion takes out the shield around the Death Star, throwing everything up there into chaos. Ahsoka flees and they all have to give chase. Luke and Reva try to offer her a chance to change, to come back with them, to heal. Ahsoka doesn't take it, and the next time the Death Star is hit, she lets herself fall deep into the Death Star's mass.
Quinlan offers to be the one to tell Obi-Wan that Ahsoka didn't make it. Obi-Wan mourns, but he's also already mourned her. He could tell that there was very little of the girl he'd known left in the monster Palpatine had made of her. She'd rejoined the Force now and she was at peace. He wished she could have found healing and known how much she was loved before she died, but he can't begrudge her this choice, especially since the choice to kill Darth Malis brought the reign of the Sith to its end and restored balance in the Force.

Evil Morty's ending
The main reason I wanted the Freaky Mortys Theory to be true is that it could be the start of Evil Morty's healing. Like, if he thought that it is, after all, possible for a Morty to be loved and cared for, and it's just a matter of circumstance if THIS or THAT version of Morty who gets to live in a loving family, and all Mortys are the same, and why should it not be Evil Morty the one who gets to have a happy family life...
...well, then that could have kickstarted his own healing process (after a lot of ups and downs) and led him to find true peace eventually, to be trully understood and appreciated at some point in the future. By surrounding himself with people who loved "him", he could begin getting the help he needs.
Now, that it is apparent that Evil Morty is still all alone in the edges of the universe, doing nothing but adding shield after shield separating himself from everyone else...
there's... there's no one who can help him.
Rick C-137 would be promptly attacked if he approached, because Evil Morty would immediately assume (not unreasonably) he does not have good intentions. Not to mention he is unable to take care not only of his own mental health, but of Morty Prime's. The best things he can offer Evil Morty are respect, understanding and pity, but Evil Morty could NEVER be adequately loved by Rick C-137. Morty Prime would always be the priority. If Rick C-137 ever caught whiff that Evil Morty had been abducted and needed help, would he REALLY attempt a rescue or would he seize the chance to kill Evil Morty to remove the Omega Device threat (like the SEAL Ricks team did)? And if he DID attempt a rescue, it would be out of pity or desire for them to be "even" since Evil Morty allowed him to kill his nemesis. Is this really enough?
Morty Prime might NOT get promptly attacked if HE approached (and if the Freaky Mortys - Unmorticken Edition Theory is true he might have some residual buried memory of Evil Morty's base and therefore theoretically able to teleport himself there). I also think that Evil Morty's offer for him to join him in escaping the Curve was genuine... but Morty Prime can barely take care of HIMSELF. He shouldn't be RICK'S morality pet, nor responsible for Rick's mental well-being, let alone another, even more traumatized Morty's well-being!!! I mean, even if genuine, Evil Morty's offer at escaping together was little better than pointing a gun at Morty Prime's head and saying "you can join me if you like". Evil Morty's best, most genuine attempt at vulnerability was basically coersion under threat of death (and it STILL backfired, OUCH. Talk about unwanted) although Evil Morty might not have done this deliberately. Imagine if Morty Prime had joined him; that would NOT have been a healthy relationship for Morty Prime. No, Evil Morty needs an emotionally mature ADULT. Someone who knows AND understands what he's been through and is willing to stand by his side AND who is able to put up the necessary boundaries that Evil Morty might otherwise consciously or unconsiously trample.
Beths... I do not think they have the neccessary emotional maturity. The domestic one does love her family, but would definitely put her "real" son's health and safety first. The space one seems unwilling to parent anymore and even if she took him with her in her rebel base, I think Evil Morty would believe that she wants him for his tech and intellect and not out of any genuine appreciation.
Jerry is really nice and I think he would be a positive influence, but... I'm not sure he could keep up with Evil Morty. I mean sure, he can, like, cook for him, take him for ice-cream, play videogames with him, listen to him rant, give hugs freely... but would he really be able to understand what was going on in the Citadel, or not be nervous about the fact that this version of his son is capable of killing him at a whim? If they got attacked, Evil Morty would be the one to protect Jerry and not the other way round. Not to mention Jerry already has his own life and family.
Summer is only a teenager, NOPE.
Then... who remains? Doofus Rick? Birdperson? Dr. Wong? These are all capable, mature adults who also all have a life of their own and little connection to everything that goes on. Letting one of them take upon this burden honestly feels cheap.
This is Rick's mess really, Rick should be the one to clean it up. Rick is the only one who could keep up with Evil Morty without needing anything from him, the only one who could both protect and respect him... But Rick fails to do all that with the version of his grandson that he loves. How could he possibly do this with Evil Morty?
And this all becomes more relevant now that we know for sure that Morty's maxed intelligence and charisma stats that we saw in the atribute slider (that would definitely fit Evil Morty) are Morty Prime's default stats. This means (among many things) that there's nothing special about Evil Morty. He's not more intelligent. He's not more capable. He is not, as Rick Prime put it, "an evil Morty; a clever one". He's a regular Morty.
Our Morty could be the one building forcefield shields to protect himself from getting shot, our Morty could be the one torturing other Mortys, our Morty could be the one exploding the Citadel in his way out in a desperate bid to escape.
Likewise at some point in the past Evil Morty would also have cried had he been abandoned all alone in the cronenberged remains of his home. He has the exact same emotional needs as Morty Prime does...
...only his remained extremely unfullfilled.
I can't see a way out.

Yet More SaMariLevi Headcanons
It's been a while since I shared some headcanons about these three and I'm feeling in a bit of both a goofy and angsty mood, so here's some more about these three who I want to see live relatively normal lives:
Levi sounds almost exactly like Harry Belden. (Morty from Rick and Morty)
Marina always wanted to own a pet when she was little, preferably a rabbit.
Samarie has immunodeficiency because of the rites of the Ninth Circle and blurry vision in her left eye because Ending A happened right before she was about to moonscorch into Dysmorphia.
Levi's day job is assembling crates at a factory. He puts up with it because it pays well and it's not war.
Marina's noticed that the most popular item at her occult store are candles.
Samarie's the one that most enjoys the daily newspaper puzzles.
Because of what she's done, Samarie doesn't feel as though she deserves to be loved, so is rather surprised when Levi and/or Marina do something nice to her.
When they're feeling bored, they all make a few pinecone pigs together.
They all like different genres of literature: Levi horror, Marina fantasy and Samarie romance.

Some intriguing quotes from this interview:
Harmon adds: “What we’re assuming with this story is this concept that we’ve fallen back on many times where Rick considers Morty replaceable. So, this is kind of a final step in turning them into a partnership. It’s certainly not an equal partnership in every way, but they’re friends, they’re roommates — they’re kind of like Ernie and Bert.” As Marder put it, Rick went to that Smith house because he was “squatting just to try to get Rick Prime.” With that already done, he doesn’t have a lot of excuses for being there anymore, so now “he’s choosing to be there with his family.”
[...]
“You’ve had this agenda, this vendetta, your whole life, and it normally ends in your own death as well. But like Rick’s living past that thing that’s been this singular focus his whole life and now it’s all about exploring who he is without that,” Marder says.
[...]
“Eight will have a lot of similar flow and vibes to six and seven, which is like a cool balance of silly and one-up canonical stuff,” Marder says. “That’s the stuff I want as a fan. And that’s the stuff that Harmon and I work on all jammed together. I’m really proud of these last couple of seasons; they’re sort of the perfect blend of what I look for as a fan.” As for Evil Morty specifically, Marder confirms that we have not seen the last of him: “We can expect to see him in the future. We certainly have plans and grand designs with him, for sure.”
Since Dan Harmon prefers episodic writing over serialization, I'm always a little worried that Rick's development won't continue across seasons, so I'm glad that he's moving forward in season eight.

Let's explore the multiverse together :)
i'd prefer to use pm/dms since it's all in one spot and easier to keep track of. Can rp on here or Discord.
Know that I'm working part time so answer times will vary but I have the next two days off so I'm very avaliable rn!
Feel free to just dm/pm if you're interested!
Morty Oc details below:
Tumblr media
~Marty
~ Pronouns: He/ They Xe/Xem
Sexuality: Pansexual demiboy with more of an attraction to men
~Age: 20(present)
Family: Rick(dead) Summer(dead) Beth, Space Beth, Jerry, Uncle BirdPerson
Dimension: RK-977
Backstory: A normal Morty all things considered. Has a space grandpa that drives him nuts, goes on adventures, and ends up in a big stand off with the Intergalactic Feds. Things go wrong and people get hurt leaving him and the survivors of his family running throughout multiverse as wanted fugitives.
Family relationships:
Rick: There were ups and downs, bad nights because of alcohol and drugs, and some fucked up things here and there but Rick always put Marty first and has "died" numerous times for his sake. They didn't always see eye to eye on things but his love for Marty was never in doubt. Believes there's no one that can replace his Grandpa Rick.
Summer: A bitch of a sister but one hell of a partner. Marty and Summer were often tasked with taking care of one another on adventures as well as tag teaming. They fought on and off and generally kept a distance at school, Summer did her best to raise Marty despite the circumstances.
Jerry: He and Marty are talking and seeing one another occasionally. He got a divorce with Beth and has been living on his own sense. Stays in that shitty apartment taking odd jobs here and there while trying to make time for his kids. He still has some feelings for Beth but doesn't do anything about it since Beth seems to have moved on. He hopes that he can be a better father to his kids, and maybe even a friend to Beth.
Beth: Divorced Jerry awhile back and went to work taking care of the kids herself, Beth has been doing the best she can do. Jerry can't usually pay the child support so she's stuck working full time at the horse hospital. Tired, hurt, starting to get a drinking habit, and in fear of losing her kids love, she spends as much time with them as she can and leaves Rick to care for them when she can't. She's still processing the divorce and trying to figure out what she wants amidst the war.
Space Beth: A Beth that has been with the Resistance for years before meeting Marty, she ends up on the Smith families doorstep while laying low. despite being there for a short time, she quickly takes a liking to Beth and her family. She is the reason that they end up being pulled into the Feds line of sight in the first place. She's spent most of her life fighting and she continues you to with the addition of the Smiths.
Uncle BirdPerson/BP: Another Resistance member and one of the first to join in the efforts, Marty met BP through Space Beth. They started out on uneasy terms since they just crashed on some strangers couch for awhile to hide from the FEDs. Come to find out, he knew Marty's grandfather and was friends with him when they were younger. Deciding he's trustworthy, he adopts BP as an Uncle figure and frequents his house. BP ends up telling Marty everything he went through with his grandfather and grows close to him.

U know rusted knight jaune remind me of original Jerry Smith. Considering the relationship your Jaune has with rwby over the original can u do something similar to when OG Jerry snapped at Morty, when he said that him and Rick abandoning him, his original family and dimension "improved" him to which he responded "oh, am I cool enough for you now? Well that was easy it only cost me F*cking everything."
(Don't get me wrong I know what you mean. However, with volume 9, I don't feel he would talk to team RWBY like that. But his own team is a different story. I have said this and made it clear, Jaune is the Raven of his team. But unlike Raven, who may not have had valid reasons to leave. Jaune does.)
Jaune packed and was ready to go walked out of the house. Nora trying to reason with him chases after him and manages to get in front of Jaune. Jaune not pleased tries to me past her but Nora refuses.
Nora: Jaune let’s talk about this.
Jaune: There’s nothing to talk about Nora. It’s time to move on.
Nora: So, you abandon us and come back like nothing happened. And you abandon us again.
Jaune: I mean why are you complaining, you already replace me. Just like Pyrrha.
Nora: What?
Jaune: Team NERO. Good name. Two new teammates without the incompetence.
Nora: I don’t think that little of you.
Jaune: Only because I showed you and your team up. I showed you what I could do now. But then again I forget how little friends we were.
Nora: Excuse me. I am-
Jaune: No you’re not. You insulted me every chance you got Nora. When it comes down to it, you’re not a good friend.
Nora: Jaune I love you. Just like I-
Jaune: Oh shut up. Before Oscar, the only people you cared about was Pyrrha and Ren. Ren above all else.
Nora; Not true. I-
Jaune: You and Ren do everything together. Where Ren goes you go. When Ren’s mad your mad. Everything keeps coming back to Ren. In fact Ren is still you top priority. It’s never was Pyrrha or at least me at some point.
Nora: Jaune I’m-
Jaune: Sorry?! Sorry won’t cut it. And you said I abandoned you?! Like I had a choice. I FELL! To a land I didn’t know. Travel back in time by accident. Almost died multiple times by either getting killed or poison. Waiting for Ruby! Trying to find a way home!
Nora: I mean you turned out fine in the end.
Jaune: Oh really. That’s great you think that. It only took me the equivalence of thirty years.
Nora: Jaune-
Jaune: I was alone for years Nora. I had no one. *sigh* And I still have no one. Not even my team.
Nora: Jaune we’re still you teammates. It just-
Jaune: Teammates don’t insult each other. They don’t use each other a test subjects. And they damn well don’t- they don’t-….
Nora: Jaune I-
Jaune: It’s time to face reality Nora. You and Ren- I least tried to be there for one of you when the other isn’t there. But when I needed you most… … …. Neither of you were there. So go back to your Renny poo and your cute boy Oz. Because so far you proven me where your priorities are.
Nora: Then why did you come back?
Jaune: Simple. I want to stop Salem. I have a family. A nephew. Plus I fulfilled my role. At least my past self did. I inherited his memories. His experiences. And his wisdom. Now he’s dead. And now, I owe it to him to live my life. And if it means I have to cut off this one sided friendship then fine by me. Goodbye Nora.
Nora: Wait. Jaune. Jaune?! Please!
Nora reaches out her hand for him. However instead a memory resurfaces as she watch and scream
Nora: Momma? Momma!
Nora eyes begin to tear as she fell to her knees
Jaune I’M SORRY! PLEASE!! Please don’t leave me.
Jaune: *walks away but doesn’t let his tears show*
Nora: *cries* Please. Don’t abandon me too!

((Rambling season 7 episode 4))
((Note I'm not putting pictures because shitty internet for now and doing it watching only one time.))
((As always, I tagged things so if you don't want spoilers you can hide with tags.))
((TW: s*icide themed, death, somehow *ddiction themed?))
(( From my view I would resume the episode as "No ethical consuption under capitalism but it is difficult to get out of capitalism consuption"))
((The episode begin with the family first with a dinner ritual every Thursday with spaghetti. A ritual which makes everyone happy and happy to reunite as a family. You see how super excited they all are, like Morty prepared a napkin in advance to eat spaghetti))
((But then, Morty discovers the spaghetti are made of people's suffering. Here people's s*icide. Which first let Morty to tell the family.))
((But here comes a dilemna which causes Morty to be wrongly punished for it: if this was one of the rare rituals reuniting and making the family together, what to do? The family now knows and is conflicted. They scream at Morty because they know they are wrong but that spaghetti ritual was bringing them together and they don't want to stop this.))
((You know, the same way you can be punished for not being on social media? Not eating meat? Not using your phone? Not buying some kind of clothes? We sometimes consume not for our own pleasure but because we want to be together or don't want to be excluded. ))
(( Morty then goes to try to stop this but then comes another dilemna: some exploited people want this, and fighting against it is also fighting their death wish.))
((So comes an adventure where Morty is trying to give a better way of consuming spaghetti for his family without hurting too. But it is turning worse because under the name of "ethical" consuming, capitalism/society whatever you name is engineering, using this twisted moral to push people to suicide so people "chose it" so it looks morally more acceptable. You could point thought if there wasn't this advertising direct or indirect everywhere you probably wouldn't choose to die to become a product but it is hard to tell when you are living with it.))
((Not everyone care about people's suffering, but seeing but seeing the suffering for real can stop some people at least... but then you probably want to compensate consuming something else which might be as bad as the other product.))
((I would say the moral isn't about you shouldn't care, but with how complexe just one fight can be, it is easier for some people not to check how bad something is. Morty chose to fight for the spaghetti and won kinda but will probably not fight for the next meal))
((Fighting can be endless and it is not easy.))
((My poikt of view thought it is better fighting than do nothing if you can))

The Force does not belong to one side or the other
Force rant below lol
And I think the Jedi are stupid for thinking it.
There is no 'light side' or 'dark side'. There is just 'The Force'.
Like any superpower, you can use it for good, or you can use it for evil. It doesn't change what it is.
You can use water to both hydrate and drown. That doesn't mean you have 'good water' and 'bad water'.
The Jedi, like all types of religious orders, are about control.
No attachments, no love, no wanting, no possessions, bar what they give you. Complete and utter devotion to the Order, practically from birth.
And they assume that the 'Light Side' of the Force is theirs, forgetting that the Force has its own will. The Force doesn't corrupt, breaking free of control does.
That's what the Sith thrive on.
A simple taste of power, of freedom, of love, and the fear of losing what they have gained when they've been denied it for their entire lives up to that point.
There is not a line the Force draws where you go from using the 'light side' or the 'dark side'. It is cast as such due to intention.
The Force can be used to heal people, to help people, but it can also be used to harm, to kill, to torture.
The concept of the 'dark side' is so utterly bizarre to me, because like, it's THE FORCE, it's what makes the world and holds it together.
In the Mortis arc, the only reason that the Son finally succumbs to the dark side is because of Anakin's presence.
If there are prophecies, The Force will have planned out his arc from beginning to end the moment he was conceived. We see him have visions of his future as Darth Vader, how many people he hurts, and he is horrified and wants to change it.
The Father (the Force) does not allow this. He wipes his memory.
Why, if Anakin is aligned to the 'Light Side', does he do this?
I believe the Son and the Daughter are representations of Anakin's internal struggle, not the Force itself. They are like Luke and Leia, balance.
Luke begins to use the Force much later than most Jedi. Hence, according to the ways of the Order, he should immediately fall to the Dark Side because he has lost so much.
Leia begins even later, after watching her entire planet be destroyed.
Neither fall to the 'Dark Side'. They are balance.
I think the concept of 'The Force' in itself is poorly understood and poorly explored, but I just needed to get some of my thoughts down to hash them out.
Within every person, there is the ability to be good and ability to be evil. It's the will that decides which way to go, and when people talk about 'The Will of The Force', it only ever seems to be in line with what the Jedi believe.
Dooku turning on them was not considered the 'Will of the Force', but people dying needlessly throughout the films/comics etc is...
I dunno where I'm going with this but it seems like a lot of it is just a bunch of old dudes in robes not knowing the answer and just going, 'yeah, uh, the Force told me, so it's fine.'

My theory about Bella Goth's disappearance
Tumblr media
Oh hell no, I can't see my wife while my eyes are closed…
Recently, I thought about numerous theories about why Bella Goth disappeared of Strangetown, and I actually have my own, let me tell ya.
First, i found 2 pretty famous theories:
- Bella Goth was abducted by aliens, under the order of the Caliente sisters and Don Lothario, was released in Strangetown, ran away to Lunar Lakes (Sims 3), had a girl there and died of old age.
- @alexplayssimsnstuff's post, here's the link
According to me, there are truths and wrongs in both theories. Let me start to explain.
Tumblr media
About Morty and Bella
APS said that things were not going well between Mortimer and Bella because she was unfaithful (romance asp), because they can't belong together if we try to get Bella back, and because he quickly started to date Dina Caliente. Another thing, in the PSP game, Bella tells us that she married Morty only for his money and she stayed for free television (i don't know how to traduce that, in french we say "câble gratuit", she can watch premium channels on TV, for free).
I don't think so.
First, if she was unfaithful, Morty would have memories about it. If they were separated, Cassandra would remember this. I think Bella's romance aspiration should be interpreted as she is not interested in seduction but she loves her husband (look, she refused Don Lothario !)
About the whole "fighting" thing between them, I could have an explanation. I was inspired by the Deathly Hallows in HP, and particularly by the resurrection stone. The story says that when the sorcerer used the stone to bring back his loved one, she was there but distant, cold, because even if she was materially there, she wasn't belonging to the living ones' world. I think this could be the same for Bella. She is there, but her relationship with Morty is not anymore, and she can't rebound because she is not totally alive. The tombstone of L&D isn't a conventional way to resurrect sims. As you could read, I mean that Bella is dead.
Tumblr media
Rare picture of Bella enjoying her "câble gratuit".
What about the "I married Morty for money and TV" thing ? Well, I can't believe that it's true. Remember that they were really friends since they were kiddos, they had so much in common like being paranormal lovers or their Hot Topic vibes. Let's look at the context of the revelation, she is horrified, she wants desperately to leave the city. She is even ready to give you a whole house for a few bucks ! Guys, she's not in her right mind, and I think we all would be like this if we were abducted by aliens, released in an unknown place where there are ghosts, monsters, zombies, a neighbour who kills her husband without being bothered and this freaking cop who eats trashy donuts.
So what about Nina, Dina and Don ?
Tumblr media
Ding dong, here come the taxes !
The story of Dina and Nina calling their alien mates to get rid of Bella so Dina can seduce Morty and take all his money is extremely known by Sims 2 players. Buuut, there's something wrong in this theory. Yes, Dina and Nina are 25% aliens since their dad is born from an alien abduction. But the dad is actually more human than alien, and since he never met aliens again, how the girls are supposed to contact aliens ? Moreover, why would aliens keep contact with like ALL OF THEIR HYBRID BABIES ? Of course Dina is a fortune asp girlie but I don't think she could plot a way to get rid of Bella. Nah, I think it's just a matter of life in which Dina saw a good opportunity to earn more money (I don't think also that she killed Michael Bachelor, even if she cheated on him with Don, she was in love with him). My theory about that is that she was stucked with a lot of debts, and right after she heard about Bella's disappearance (according to me, this would not take long, even if Bella's brother is dead, she still is the only relative alive for the Goth family), she moved in Pleasantview, like a nasty parasite attracted by the smell of fresh flesh… 😈
Tumblr media
POV : You're Don Lothario and you kinda miss your maid's work
What about Donnie, uh ? Well, let's take a look at his situation. Don work in medecine career as an intern (pray for every poor girl this gross man was "treating"…), so he makes almost 600§ a day. He is NOT poor at all. And since he doesn't aspire to money but romance, why would he marry a rich girl just for the money and make more difficult for himself to hook up around ? Being engaged to Cassie is literally a bad memory !! So why did he proposed ? Well, you can see that dear Donnie and Cassie haven't ever "played doctors", surely because Cassie wants to wait for after marriage, and Don is bitchy enough to marry Sandra, or just engage, just to put her in his hunting table.
Soo, what i'm tryna say is that Dina and Don (yep, because Nina has nothing to gain from this so i don't think she's involved), at the beginning, didn't have any intention of hurting Bella. But, now that they are into their own plans, Bella reappearing would be catastrophic for them. Not only because she would return to her place in her household and in Morty's heart, but also because she could ruin Don's relationship with Cassie with these few words : "He tried to F me first". In conclusion, if Bella returned to Pleasantview, Donnie and Dina would seriously have to get rid of her immediately.
If the guilty isn't Morty, Don or Dina, who abducted Bella ??
Easy question, I'll give an answer very quickly : Aliens
Tumblr media
Aah, the sweet taste of deception, but wait, the tea is boiling.
But let's take things as they are. Bella was fascinated by paranormal since her childhood. And fun fact, with Sims 3 Generation, if we try to ask her to go to prom with her, she can refuse, saying that aliens may abduct her.
Bella is a very gorgeous, smart and charismatic woman, it's totally understandable that aliens would want to abduct her and mix their genes with her perfect ones. If I was an alien I would totally want to abduct her (yep, she was one of my first lesbian character crush, who else ??). So, that night Bella disappeared, she was just looking at the stars with Don's telescope and *BAMF* alien abduction, babe ✨
If she was simply abducted by aliens, why she can't go back? Why she is in Strangetown? Why the hell did you say that she's dead ?
Well, you know that there are actually two Bella Goth. One from Pleasantview that is missing. AND one in Strangetown, as a townie, and quite different than the first one.
Indeed, this one has no memories, a different face AND a mess around her name.
If in the original version and a lot of traductions, Pleasantview Bella and Strangetown Bella both share the same name, there are 3 versions where her identity is changed.
- In French, where Pleasantview Bella Goth is "Sonia Gothik", Strangetown Bella Goth is named "Kathy Lalouche" (French version of Kitty Curious, the mother of Pascal, Vidcund and Lazlo). Same thing in Thaï.
- In simplified Chinese, they kept Pleasantview Bella's first name for Strangetown Bella's but changed her last name for the Curious equivalent. Lot of simmers say that it's a mistake made by traducers. But with the same Curious family? And when we are checking ST Bella's datas, we can see that she recognises Vidcund as her sibling, and Jill and John Smith (Jenny Curious/Smith's kids) as her nephews. Vidcund and Jenny also consider her as a sibling. So now you can understand that this name thing is not a random fact. And this plus physical differences, we can conclude that these women are not the same.
What happened to Bella?
Since we can meet real Bella in Strangetown on PSP, we can assume that she ACTUALLY WAS in Strangetown. But what we forgot is that she is alone, no Curious family around her, and more important : she wants to leave the town.
I think that's the last time we have news about her.
Yep, in Sims 3 Ambitions' time travel machine, we can learn that Bella Goth became an alien queen in the future. But sorry not sorry, that's not our Bella. Why would she become a queen of people that traumatized her?
We also learn in Sims 3 world Lunar Lakes that she died there of old age. But it doesn't make sense for two reasons:
- I think that Lunar Lakes is like a very far future. Yep, she could have drank youth serum AGAIN, but where would she find this in freaking Strangetown desert, far from her scientist husband ?
- Why THE HELL would she travel to the FREAKING MOON, when she could just go back to her family and live a kind of normal life far from paranormal and alien things. Little reminder, Strangetown is on Earth, since as a player, we can go into and out of this city, Bella could totally take a bus, or ask tourists to transport her back to "civilization".
SO, FINALLY, HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED TO BELLA AFTER HER ABDUCTION.
Two Bella were released in Strangetown. One is our Bella. She immediately left the Curious' spaceship area, found an abandoned house where to live and lived on the money she had in her pockets (I refuse to assume that a rich lady like her doesn't go out of her house without cash or credit card, idk) and maybe work. But quickly, she found out about Strangetown's weird things and ran away. She met our character at Mambo Loa's Market, sold us her house for all of our money and left, using the money to buy a ticket bus or just ask gently to kind tourists. After a loooong journey, she finally came back to Pleasantview, all happy with the idea of seeing her husband and her children back aaand met Dina and Don, who got rid of her immediately. That's how she died. And since she died in secret, Grim Reaper can't resurrect her, and when we try to invoke her by Tombstone of L&D, she acts so weirdly. Here is the tragic end of Bella Goth.
And what about "Bella Curious" ? Well, she is a clone of Bella Goth, made by aliens and released in Curious' house/spaceship area. Because they are kinda friends with aliens. They "raised" her and treated her like family, in a alien lover's environment.
But why would aliens do that ?
There is this theory that I love very much from Gonz, I'm sharing his Tik Tok down this paragraph. But it basically says that Sims games take place at different periods of time, on a same timeline (Sims 4 doesn't count, EA ruined everything 🤢), and this timeline lands on a tragic end : a doomed future, where aliens have invaded Earth.
But with this theory on mind, don't you wonder how they took power on Earth?
And don't you wonder how "Bella Goth" became Queen of Aliens ?
What if "Bella Curious" had a task on earth, being a kind of a spy for aliens. And since she is beautiful, charismatic and very intelligent, people would just bend the knee in front of her (Actually I, would bend the knee for her…) She filled her mission successfully, and since alien people owe this extraordinary human clone everything, they made her their queen.
