LMAO i literally didn't think that far ahead because it's not "canon" to reborn au; it was just me exploring a scenario. but given how i've been characterizing them, iwa would attempt to hide it. but they've lost a shit load on manpower in one go, so people will notice the sudden reduction in missions and them abruptly pulling field agents and stuff like that, and eventually they're going to connect it to the konoha team, especially given tori just straight up told the kiri team what happened to kushina. so i think the rumor mill is INSANE. everyone's reputation goes bananas

i think if tori hadn't told kiri that iwa made a move on kushina, the other nations would freak out because it would kind of look like konoha did something insane to another village for no reason. but i think the rumor mill concluding it was in retaliation to iwa doing something dumb AF would make the other villages feels safer lmao. not safe enough that konoha doesn't get blacklisted from a chunin exams for a few years, but.... meh. what are their clients going to do, NOT hire the village capable of infiltrating and knocking iwa off the map?

there might be a risk of another nation trying to overthrown iwa once it's clear they've been weakened, so ame is paying close attention because they've dubbed themselves the ninja cops. so yes iwa might suddenly find themselves asking for some favors :)

another kendall/camille parallel is their severe case of arrested development, i mean, other than them being unable to feel truly bonded with anyone other than their siblings (because they were weaned in the same poison), the fact the closest person outside immediate family for kendall is the best friend he's had since 1st grade vs. camille and her thing with young girls/boys.

If anyone heard me talk about some of my 'takes' on inclusivity/diversity headcanons, they would think of me as an asshole- but it's not because I don't want/enjoy/indulge in diversity/inclusivity headcanons, it's because you FOOLS the PERFECT candidate is right THERE!!

in the past 48 hours, I’ve finished two Tunisian dishcloths, 6in of my cotton/linen tank top and 5in of my cotton/linen tee I had in hibernation for a year (both sport or fingering), 5in of a hat brim and planned out two thank you packages to send to my new manager and my boss’ boss

#the goal is to make a stroller blanket; a mini blanket; a few dishcloths; two baby hats #(different sizes to accomade baby head growth)#and two matching hats for the adults in complimentary colors #which seems like a lot but to be fair he was working overtime to get me this role #and he just had a kid after he and his wife were trying for years #and then my boss’ boss has some health problems but she’s also being going above and beyond #so I got some cumulus from juniper moon to make a hat and cowl #a: because cotton is good for that and b: it’s so fucking soft #and also because people just deserve something a little hand made for their efforts #my goal is to get all that done in two weeks #which should be doable because I just have a few chores and I’m rewatching ER #yes I plan my knitting like I plan a battle #thoughts? thoughts
