I forgot to mention this but a few months ago I bought another one of those PPG Scholastic chapter books about one of Princess's evil schemes (will try to share more of it later, it’s cute). But of course my PPG pattern recognition kicked in to overdrive for one of the illustrations and I was like WAIT A MINUTEEEEE I know exactly what that’s copied from:

Three weeks ago a professional told me that I am 'very bad at reading people' and its three weeks later now and I'm still so angry I could puke, but since I know I shouldn't go ruin their life, I have, instead, come up with some of the most gut wrenching fic and fantasy concepts I have ever invented, specifically as spiteful proof that I read people really goddamn well, to the point I used to worry I was a sociopath for how easy it was to see how to break someone, whether they were fictional or real life people. So many of the most horrifically painful things, stuff that they fully will not recover from. And the worst part is that I am still. so. angry.

Middle aged people hate me but old people love me so much. Old people have loved me for as long as I can remember. I was always the favorite grandchild+grandniece. When I've worked customer service I've always been sent to the frontlines whenever an elderly customer is being a scourge because I can instantly charm and pacify them.

The Justice League fought hard against the anti ecto acts but unfortunately it wasn’t enough and the laws were passed anyways but not before a clause was added to them that states the JL had the right to pull a ghost out of a facility of they had potential to work for them. When they see the potential hero Phantom is caught by the GIW they of course do their best to acquire him. Unfortunately the government sees Phantom as JL property now instead of his own person. Phantom seemed content being trapped on the watchtower and explained it was better than whatever the GIW was planning. Superman thinks something weird is going on with the ghost as when he supposedly went to bed in the room he was assigned he’d temporarily gain a heartbeat again. Constantine is just glad the young prince hasn’t decided to kill anyone in the US congress yet for passing such a ridiculous law. Batman’s adoption senses are tickling.
