I’m sorry, but why do we keep continuing to act as if Jason was out on the streets jacking tires because he felt like it?

Why frame this as Jason just being an angry kid doing angry kid things because he’s parentless (or powerless and lashing out or whatever) when he was stealing the tires off the batmobile so he could feed himself because he was disadvantaged - ie: homeless. He was fucking homeless - ?

I’m probably nitpicking, but I don’t give a shit. Also, the narrative that Bruce is who “made” Jason a good person “against all the odds” is such bullshit.

Averting his gaze downward for a moment in a touch of embarrassment, Leon gave a soft hum, "I'm just a greenthumb with too much time on his hands." He admonished with a chaste laugh. If there was one thing he wasn't used to being complimented on, it was his knowledge of flowers. That usually garnered him the typical "fruity" comment here and there, but never praise.

Leon looked back up at Nandor when he spoke again, smiling as he was given another challenge. Though, this one caused him to pause in thought. "Is that the scientific name? I don't think I've heard that one." He admitted quietly before pulling out his phone, calling on siri and then repeating the name Nandor had spoken to him.

When the results came up, he brightened, "Oh! Queens of the Night! They're like super rare. Easy to keep, but hard to get your hands on. I bid on one like two summers ago and lost. Iwas going to try to propagate it so I could sell them." The florist thought out loud to himself, "I only remember this one's symbolism because it's kind of sad, but it's a commentary on how good things don't last because the flowers don't keep very long, even if they're really pretty."

Sliding his phone back into his pocket, "All this begs the question; what's your favorite flower, Nandor?"

"Like those people you see on the news that are the oldest people alive, right? Usually, they look like a sneeze would put them out of commission." Leon agreed with a tilt of his head.

Leon's enthusiasm seemed to return when the other complimented his knowledge of flowers. He liked to think it was his passion and that he was good at it. It would make sense, since he owned a flower shop, right?

"Really? It's not too common to meet another guy who's big into flowers. There should be more people like us, though. Everyone loves getting flowers." He beamed, though he blinked when Nandor seemingly wished to test his knowledge.

"Oh, uhh, let me think." Leon folded his arms across his chest and pursed his lips. "Well, the chrysanthemum is kind of a toss-up between devotion and loyalty, so I guess the contexts of the relationship with the person really matters."

A breath, "Sedums are another peace flower, but the brighter colors can sometimes have a...spicy connotation." A soft laugh escaped him as he reached up to tuck his hair behind his ears, "Peonies are sort of generalized fortune, whether it be monetary or in happiness. A good life, kind of vibe."

Leon nodded then, "If you bundled them all together, you'd sort of be saying you were a loyal friend who wished him peace and happiness in the afterlife. Which, I think is a really good message to send someone off with."

Yesterday at the high school I was in for this art teacher and they all had like projects they were gonna present to work on in Google classroom, so like many days as a substitute teacher it was quiet and I mostly just sat at the desk and read. But then this one kid in my peripheral vision was looking at me and when I glanced over her laughed a little. And I looked away cuz I was like whatever maybe he was whispering smth w his friends.

But then he says "I have a question"

"Yeah?"

"What two colors make purple?"

"Oh. Red and blue"

FINALLY WRITING THE DREAM TEAM UZUMAKI-UCHIHA FAM…...,,,,, URUEUEUEUEU IM SO WEEPING….. they, my beloved <3

“Oh,” Hinata gasps softly as she walks into the living room.

That’s her mystery figured out.

On the floor of the living room are her missing husband and kids along with the Uchiha. They are fast asleep, Naruto-kun in the middle of his teammates — technically former teammates, now, but even if its been years since all of Konoha rookies have not been a part of their original three-people teams it never feels right to say that. Sakura is on his left, with Sasuke on his right and Hinata notices endearingly the Uchiha couple have their hands loosely intertwined on top of Naruto-kun.

Hima is squeezed right in between her uncle Sasuke and Naruto, with her papa’s arm wrapped around her securely. Meanwhile Boruto is laying half across his aunt Sakura and Hinata wonders fondly how he even sleeps comfortably like this as he snores on. On the opposite side, Sarada sleeps beside her father gripping the back of his shirt tightly.

Oh no, oh no. The picture they make is so deathly cute Hinata thinks might die from this.
