I think if I were to put Percy in an alternate house Id actually make him a puff

like i get where people are coming from with he's ambitious = he's Slytherin like yeah makes sense

but I think i could make the same argument with He's hardworking = he's Hufflepuff

though this is more for like outside reasons

If he (or any Weasley really) was put in Slytherin i think the rest of the family would really not take it well at all

I wont say to extent of outright disownment but the way that person would be treated would be way worse especially by their siblings

Good day to asexuals specifically: it's International Asexual Day and this time I remembered!

You know, before I figured out my asexuality, I was always doubting myself when it comes to labels. I was always second-guessing my feelings, examining my memories, pondering if what I felt for people was truly real, or if it counted, or if I was just lying to myself about everything and fabricating things. I felt very non-heterosexual, but I still felt very uneasy identifying with bisexual labels, because I still felt like what I feel was... different, in a way. Different to what other people described and what they seemed to feel.

Maybe it's due to overall maturing as a person, but I never get any similar feelings when I think about myself as asexual. It's very freeing! I never second-guess myself anymore. This feels comfortable, and this feels right. I feel no need to ever prove anything to anyone; including to myself. Maybe I am other things along with asexual, but I don't care anymore. I don't feel the same need to analyse every single positive emotion I've felt about another person anymore. I just... feel. And I feel good like this.

I am asexual and I am so happy with that. :)

Over 9 years ago, I started playing ffxiv. 7 of those years Been in the same free company. (Awesome people, by the way.) Started getting a little nostalgic and realized SO MUCH has happened in that time, and tge me of 9 years ago would NEVER believe all of it or where we ended up so far.

Here's all that's happened in that time (in terms of life changing events and self discoveries)

- I have gone through several jobs

- Moved many, many times

- Came out as trans

- Made a whole webcomic series

- Made more friends through those webcomics

- Figured out I am extroverted not introverted. (That was a shock)

- Got a wonderful girlfriend

- Realized I was plural through help of friends

- Realized not only do I count as a furry, but also therian through the help of friends

- As a result of all of that, I am now a Fennec Fox Kitsune, and a shapeshifter, sharing a body with a transformation witch, a gremlin, a crystal fairy, an elf, and gentle buff woman.

It sounds crazy. It probably is. But gods it's a result I wouldn't trade for anything. And this journey of realizations started with making my character and meeting friends.

Every journey starts with a step, and that was mine.

I don't think the dork who drew this at the time would realize...

This is how it turns out in her future and is happier for it.
