Sunday core work. The BOSU shouldn't just be used just for planking or standing. Try exercises that incorporates seated core challenges. The first is a overhead Russian twist ball slams and the second L-sitting with med ball. The second is very tough if you have tight hamstrings (yours truly!) We just started incorporating these ourselves and with clients because stabilization isn't only important in standing or lying down. We started with just holding balance statically then progress to dynamic moves. Welcome to the first video in a short series of tips for self release! Poor posture? Lower back pain? More likely than not, the source of either or both of these conditions can probably be #tighthamstrings. If you have an issue with this you can easily address it with the help of a #foamroller, performing #selfmyofascialrelease. You can perform this by sitting back with the foam roller under the bend of the knee of whichever leg you choose to work on first, with the opposing leg crossed over to add weight.
