I didn't get him (and I need to save my keys for Silver's birthday, sob) so I looked up his groovy, and I'm not over how incredibly dramatic and epic and cool it looks in direct contrast to the absolutely ridiculous context. just look at that dynamic action and his majestic sparkling tears and keep in mind that this is pretty much right after a bunch of characters have been dance battling for his soul.

and then even the actual moment of the groovy is just like

this is NOT a negative in the slightest, I love it all, this truly was an incredible update in so many ways

I wonder if anyone in the audience at Bullets era shows genuinely saw something in them. Like, I wonder if anyone in that small audience really thought “They’re gonna be huge. I have not listened to a single full episode of Magnus both new and old season besides the three where they are in the tunnels in season five, the one where Tim blows himself up and the first of tmagp. And the coma one. I engage mostly through fandom. When someone dies I read the transcript to that episode. And when I'm bored or anxious I just put any episode on shuffle. I somehow know obscure details and half of the lore. I will not stop.

(The real explanation for this I'm nd and have no attention span but I also love this media and the characters bring me great comfort so I'm choosing to engage in ways that accommodate my needs and telling y'all in case someone feels bad for doing the same so they know that they ain't alone. The good explanation for this is that I Am God and I shall not be stopped)
