Panic and run away back to the bathroom. Splash water on your face a few times before you go back out to your friends. Avoid walking under the mistletoe this time.

Jeremy,  I have not yet received confirmation regarding your attendance of the Carpathians Trip. This is very disappointing behaviour.   Please respond to this memo with an answer by the end of the day.  I would like you to consider the fact that if you do not attend this trip, your request to be transferred to London may well be put on hold. Arthur Jones will have to travel in your stead, and we will need someone of similar standing to take his place while I am also away.  You are not the head of this company. You do not simply get to decide what you do and do not wish to do.  I await your reply.  JH.

Regrettably I will be unable to attend the Carpathians trip, something I believe I have already made exceptionally clear to both yourself and the Amsterdam branch, with the fullness of time to find my replacement. I will be staying here. You cannot–....you cannot make me go.  I shall be transferring to London in July, as intended. i was thinking of calling her The Point, but The Seamstress was pretty close up there too.

may or may not be based off of my joke about dams ch.3 making her into a seamstress because of what narrys says when you question him a bunch.

if you had shown pretty much Any doubt to her (approaching her slowly, asking questions that don't assume she's innocent) she would have noticed that you really arent trying to kill her again. (as opposed to what did happen: she thought you were still being controlled but pretending to be nice and just trying to get close enough to try to kill her)

you would have explained that something tried to kill her and she'd be like "I noticed." (and youd have the option to ask her why she was so angry killing you, and she'd be like "someone taking over the body of my rescuer? what else would i do?")

and then . i think. if you tried to escape. he would take her over instead. And she would stab you. (Narrator: You're not letting her out. Prince: and what are you going to do about it? Narrator: kill you. you'll do better next time.) this probably gets you skeptic or cheated, depending on how you go about questioning her. (lean into the "this sucks. whyd you do that" – cheated. towards "you could tell? we should get out." – skeptic)

this would turn her into something unwillingly dangerous. too scared to hurt you, trying to get her out in the chapter three would be nothing but pain for you as she becomes more and more deadly and perhaps made of needles (yes like the other mother from coraline) but it's all for the sake of love.

not to see patterns in everything but i found a shirt last week that i lost when i moved last fall and when i wore it out last week a barista gave me a free drink in addition to the one i ordered bc he thought i would like it based on my order and was like "now u can compare". today i wore it again today and a few items i ordered ahead at the bakery weren't available so the girl gave me 3 extra pastries for free and was offering more (literally said i could have whatever i wanted she was so sweet) so anyway, the shirt is not blessed but people have been exceptionally kind in the past few weeks and the shirt has witnessed it with me
