Before I go back to writing, I have to say something.
DO NOT LABEL YOUR FICS "(character)/AFAB reader"
It's fucking trans exclusionary.
No, I don't care to read your grand explanations why 'it works for you' or that 'it's good because (x-reason)'. In the youths' quest to micromanage every little thing about human existence with a fuck ton of labels (which we Gen X did not give a shit for), y'all are transforming fiction into something that can't be enjoyed for what it is (and if you had a problem enjoying it before these exclusionary labels, then that's on you). It's like all the idiots bitching that x-character must be portrayed by an actor whose identity must be part of the fiction. Identity politics of that sort has no place in fiction/entertainment...it is fiction, and it requires some imagination and suspension of disbelief for an immersive experience. Writing is writing. Acting is acting. It's all fiction.
Fiction is an escape, and here you are actually suggesting that your readers should be AFAB in order to appreciate it.
I'm AFAB. I do not give a shit about the types of fic that are labeled this way because I'm a fucking transman who's been on T for over 25 years. Yet, this type of shit would be exclusionary to my trans sisters, just as "AMAB reader" would be exclusionary to me. We have enough fuckers around this country trying to micromanage us. We do not need fic writers to do that too.
AFAB, AMAB, who the fuck cares. Don't dictate who your readers should be. Just write and let people enjoy the writing no matter what genitals they possessed at birth.
And if you're really that concerned about the sex of your readers, then you're not really not writing for entertainment, are you? I'm not saying you can't have a target audience. All fiction has a target audience. But that doesn't mean that someone outside of the target audience can't or isn't supposed to derive enjoyment from what you write, and it makes it worse that this type of labeling just piles on the shit that trans people already have to deal with.
I'm not going to directly link the fic this applies to because I don't want to be accused of starting a war, but I'm also not linking because I finally read it (I didn't want to, given that label) and the fic is bad (terrible grammar...like Enid's blog! 🤣). There is absolutely nothing in the fantasy that requires that the reader be AFAB. A trans girl or trans woman could read that story and it wouldn't matter. So not only did the author try to define who the reader should be, they sucked at writing.

terfs celebrating that the international chess federation has banned trans women from competing in women's FIDE competitions, because it's sooooooo feminist to argue that women are so biologically inferior and nowhere near as smart as men and thus can't play chess on the same level. girl that's not feminism that's literally just misogyny

everybody ganster until i say that my feminism includes only females because females are the only of the two sexes being historically oppressed. men in dresses are not and never will experience real sexism.
everybody gangster until i say that once we start letting transgender identified males into female spaces (ie: rape shelters, bathrooms, changing rooms, saunas) then soon all males will be welcome, whether they have good intentions or not.
everybody ganster until i have the most lukewarm feminist take on transgenderism that was widely accepted before men found out they could get away with hate crimes against women by pretending to be one of us.

Profanity and Misogyny
"Motherfucker", "cunt" , "bitch", "Whore" etc. are words that are so commonly used in colloquial language that one almost forgets the nuance attached to them. In almost every language there exist a myriad of swear words that refer to the degradation of the female vagina. A woman's sex is seen as her badge of shame and if she has control over her it then she has become astray from the path of the virtue.
"To insult a man, you insult his woman". I remember awkwardly shuffling in my seat, getting very uncomfortable when male peers would call each other "motherfucker" or "cunts" so casually. A woman much older than them was reduced to her sex, a tool to insult their friends. My sex- the organ that I was born with- was a sign of weakness. If you are meek or a coward you are a "pussy". In my language, I could never find the word equivalent of vagina, for it was too sexualised to use in society. Before I was even old enough to understand the workings of my body, a organ that I had been born with was left redundant to its function to please a man-villified by porn.
"Fuck" is seen as an insult because men consider sex a defiling act that takes away the dignity of the woman. Another misogynistic implication is the term "deflowering"; having sex takes away her innocence. After sex, the woman is not a human to them but a "cunt". The sexual paraphernalia of a woman is associated with purity. There is such a huge emphasis that is put on the concept of virginity, because it brings control to the patriarchal society over a woman's autonomy.
The sexual liberation of 70s was brought as a rebellion to these norms- young women were groomed into thinking that sex is empowering. Hookup culture also emerged as an aftereffect of the sexual liberation. The politics of a woman's sex is argued all day while the male penis remains as a neutral organ despite having been a tool to oppress women.
Sex is a completely neutral act of pleasure that is neither degrading nor empowering. However, this statement would only exist in a vacuum. Men use sex as a form of violence upon women-rape is a political tool. For women to take back control of their sexual autonomy, they must acknowledge the politics of sex-or lack thereof. Selectively choosing whom you are having sex with is the first step.
I implore everyone to stop using degrading profanities that have misogynistic connotations. When others around me --especially men-- use these swear words, I ask them why their insults always involve a woman to be degraded and humiliated. Not acting as an accompalice to patriarchy, not keeping quiet against the patriarchal violence and spreading word against misogyny is the best silent mutiny.

I hate it that soft porn and female nudity has become a norm on every social media platform. there's not been a single time I haven't had to see that bizarre promiscuous content surrounding teenage girls having their nips and bosoms out & don't even get me started with those comment sections which is full of those porn addicts constantly thirsting over them. though the most abominable thing is seeing those young women feel empowered in their own objectification and feeding those incels with exactly what they seek from women. what they fail to understand is that the liberal feminism itself is a hoax and reeks of internalised misogyny. i mean now look where are these young girls and women really heading to? plus these female celebs in the west infuriates me even more for promoting and glorifying the use of OF. and guys.. have you seen the trending shows on netflix recently? i mean more than half of the content is about male sexual fantasies and 365 days-ish eroticas. ofc the male audience is flourishing on such platforms. so appalling and a really high time for us to actually do something about this obnoxious filth taking over the internet.

lesbian subreddits: "yes of course we affirm anyone and everyone to call themselves a lesbian, even if they are a straight male that never even considered transitioning! That's just a ✨trans butch lesbian✨! Also saying that you don't want to suck her girlcock makes you a bigoted terf nazi and you deserve to be banned forever by our mod team which is entirely comprised of heterosexual males"

Why can't lesbian and bisexual women have what they have 😭 why is it on the women to always include men, but it's never expected of men to include women?

A woman would call the most well articulated essay you've ever read a "ramble" while a man would call his shittyreddit post an "intellectual thinkpiece"
