As someone who has struggled in recent history with an ed, I am anxious about this new healthy lifestyle thing I'm doing
But also curious to see how this will be different
My end goals are completely different. With my Ed, my eating habits were centered around forcing my body to be a shape it didn't naturally want to be
Now, I genuinely am only focusing on my health, how I feel. That's it. I just want to feel good and for my body to work better, for my (hopefully) pregnancy next year.
I genuinely no longer have a desire to lose weight, which has been so freeing. Now, it is time to love myself from the inside as well as the outside.

Im so removed from diet culture/ anti diet culture that I feel totally weirded out when people say the most regular things.
theyll be like "yeah I could lose a few pounds!" and Im like. wtf man.
or someone will say "I love making this meal! its yummy, easy, and only has 300 cals per serving" and Im baffled that they listed low calorie as a plus. not even offended Im like
bitch youre gonna be hungry again in 30 minutes ???
anyway I love nutrient dense foods. I love "unhealthy" foods that are packed with filling fat and protein. carbs are not my enemy, but are energy. etc, etc
the best meals have a complex carb, a filling fat and good protein! this will keep you nice and full! any diet that tells you to cut out a whole macro without doctor supervision is INSANE babes
Some of yall are killing your energy and metabolism for what? so you can feel a little more fuckable? you deserve better than that.
youre so sexy and even if you arent/dont feel like you are your body deserves to be fueled and cared for. I love you. please eat 💕

my dad and i have started taking walks in the park and at the grocery store. i’ve been really careful with my eating and going in a great direction of fresh food and smaller meals more often. there’s still a fuckton of cheese in my diet but portions are better and i’m making all around better choices.

Do you have any good websites or cookbooks that you use for recipes? I was vegan for a long time but poor mental health ended up making me switch to pescatarian just for ease of access about six months or so ago, but I think I’m going to switch back again now that I’m doing a little better mental health wise. I used minimalist baker a lot and bad manners cookbooks but just curious if there are other good ones out there that I’ve missed.

i honestly don't really have a go-to resource for recipes or anything. if there's something i'm not confident i could figure out how to make on my own I usually just do a quick google and look through the first few results to see how other people are preparing it!! i really don't cook much on the day to day bc it's such a chore so i am not rly someone who seeks out new recipes or anything like that
i apologize that i am not more useful (i have made quiet a few minimalist baker things though!! their blog was a HUGGEEEE help when i first went vegan <3)

Hoje na escola teve uma brincadeira de "quem é o mais chato?" Que era basicamente colocar um papelzinho no envelope escrito o nome da pessoa mais chata,tudo ok,né? Até porque todos concordaram e ninguém ia dedurar o jogo. Fizeram,eu coloquei o nome de uma menina q implica comigo desde sempre,falam que ela é pick me,mas não curto rivalidade feminina,só votei porque ela realmente me colocou na lista negra dela. Enfim,foram fazer a contagem e meu Deus,10 de 28 pessoas votaram em mim.
Tipo,ok,eu não tenho tantas amizades,mas eu não falo mal de ninguém e nem importuno ninguém,eu sou mais gorda das meninas e consequentemente sou mais estabanada,então eu não consigo tirar da cabeça que todos esses votaram em mim por terem uma visão de gorda estúpida estampada na minha cara,ah sei lá,fiquei meio mal mas isso também tá me motivando,estou fazendo dieta com um limite de kcal 700 diários,tô perdendo um kg ou outro,aos poucos estou conseguindo. Espero chegar na minha mf até agosto,quero só ver a cara deles depois das férias🎀

You’re not actually hungry! It’s just your body in starvation mode and your brain trying to convince you to eat so you don’t starve but starving is what you want! So don’t listen to your head just drink some water and enjoy the feeling of being empty. <3
