marceline and peebs raise morrigan together as their moms. it.. wasn't planned that way, but that's just how things evolved. marcy and pb said fuck it, ig we're parents now.

morrigan knows ABOUT their parents, not WHO they are. when they asked, pb just told them they were crazy wizards, and morrigan was like oh. ok. and didn't care much more beyond that.

marceline kinda felt bad for taking morrigan, but like... magic betty and ice king are NOT fit to be parents. sure, they could have been worse, but they're both.. not sane and who knows what would've happened. a little fun fact is magic morrigan's middle name is simon!

Han Solo walked out into the landing pad. “Hey! Buddy! You can’t park here! You listening?” He called out before recognizing the ship.

“Klark…”

Chewbacca growled in agreement.

“You said it buddy.” Han agreed walking over to the ship as the landing stared stairs folded out. As the metal door opened. “Hello In-laws.” Han greeted the couple.

“Solo…” Anakin greeted, age had mellowed out the once wild child of the force. He had aged like everyone did but his age seemed to match his once master, Obi-wan was holding Anakin’s arm as they made it down the steps.

They moved as a unit now.

“Hello there..” Obi-wan greeted, age had treated Obi-wan well it seemed. Still as handsome as could be along with Anakin.

“Hey, didn’t Leia ask you both not to be plotting? We would have sent you tickets for a space cruser.” Han pointed as he spoke.

“Oh…did she?” Obi-wan asked in fake surprise.

“Keep pointing at him smuggler, I’ll cut that finger off.” Anakin growled before rolling his eyes. “I don’t like being crowed.” Anakin hated Han Solo.

“Merchant.” Han corrected

Leia could have done so much better. Yet she went for the scruffy loudmouth man with a wookie best friend. Shame really, Anakin had liked that singer that leia dated with his twin brother. (Blues brothers joke!)

Least those men were driven and proud of their work and treated Leia like an empress. Like she deserved.

“Now, where is Ben? I’m sure he’s exited to see us and Lukes new family.” Obi-wan asked “he had a new baby, Rey is her name. Then adopted his husbands son Grogu. It’s so nice to have everyone together.” Obi-wan asked

I've made some pregress in my post 8x15 mpreg fic so here's a good long scene bc I need some love:

P.s. Not Eddie friendly. Buck pretty much understands that he was attacked in his house and blamed for nothing. Domestic violence implied. Don't agree with me, don't read, please: (p.s. Eddie might have redemption in the future, but not in this snippet)

Buck can’t sleep. Eddie’s words and actions are still on his mind. He’s scared to even breathe and he wishes to toss and turn in his bed, in his house. But he’s scared. About how much Eddie would push him if he started crying now. He’s afraid it’s not gonna be just pushing this time. And he can’t risk Eddie’s anger strike the wrong part of him.

The cramp in his stomach goes unbearable. It's a new reaction. He knows his body. And it’s not his normal stress reaction.

But nothing about his life is normal now. Maybe grief just found a new way to torture his body.

Buck feels the need to pee. Carefully moving so as not to step on the wrong place of the floor, Buck comes to the bathroom. He doesn't even take his sweat all the way when he sees these wet drops.

Red drops. Blood drops.

Hyperventilating he gets outside, hiding in his truck, calling 911. Josh’s voice sounds like a real lifeline.

Buck starts with an address and important information, “I’m p-pregnant and having slight cramps and some dots of b-blood in my boxers.”

“Ambulance already on the way, sir. Can you tell me your name and how far you are?” Josh sounds kind and professional.

“Evan Buckley, 8 weeks.”

Silence. Then less professional and more ‘I know the victim’ voice comes through, “Buck?” 

“Yeah, it’s me.”

“Ok, stay on the line with me, paramedics are just 2 minutes away from you.”

“Yeah,” Buck nods, feeling the tears appear. “I see the lights.”

“In my truck yeah. I…” Buck wants to say ‘I wasn’t feeling safe in my house’, but what he says is, “Thought I might drive myself first, but then decided not to risk.”

“You’re outside?”

He can understand now how Maddie was so easily lying for decades. Lying to herself mostly, of course.   

Turns out Buckley’s are damn good liars when they try to be as good as possible so people could at least tolerate them. Even if it’s people you could try and kill yourself to saving them. 

The knock on the window gets him back to reality. To reality where he loses his baby. Because his best friend made him feel unsafe. Because the man he saw as his ride to die says he’s the selfiest prick to exist. Because he can’t trust Eddie Diaz near him or his precious bun in the oven.

Lena helps him out of the car. “Let’s go make sure you and the baby are fine.”

I’m wondering if you ever found that abandoned cabin at clawson’s rest in red dead 2, it’s kinda gruesome but I’d love to know how your Arthur would react to finding it. Especially if he and Charles have little ones.

Oh god the skunk cabin, where the mama never came back and the kids hungry drank the snake oil and died. It tugs at my own heart strings. Was the money worth it? Did the mom abandon the cabin? Was she bucked by a horse and died?

Just needed a place to stay for the night, the rain was coming down stronger, horses were tired and then the clap of thunder fallowed with a bright light for a second as lighting struck close by. “Charles you with me?!” Arthur called back checking on his husband. With storms or snow, Arthur tended to call out to his group. Just to know that they were alive and behind him.

“Always!” Charles called back. “You okay with the Papooses*?” He asked urging Tamia up to Arthur.

“For now! Both are on my chest under my vest.” Arthur looked down at the fuzzy heads of his babies. His babies where quite, just how nature made them. But they were awake, scared and warm. Under their Ina’s heavy leather coat. “There’s a cabin, to the right on that hill coming up! Been abandoned for years! Has an overhead for horses too!”

“Let’s go then.” Charles held his shotgun on his hand while Arthur held the lantern for them. “Wolves are deadly in this area!” He spotted the cabin first. “Arthur is that it? With the skunk pelts?”

“Thank Christ, yeah that’s it! come on. Yah!” Arthur encouraged Rosie to the cabin.

Rosie being a smart mare, saw a barn and knew what she wanted. She trotted happily down to the barn, it had a goat skull over the doors.

The two men dismounted their horses and worked the barn open. Charles wouldn’t let Arthur in. He checked the barn before allowing his family inside, Charles lit the hanging lantern and Arthur took care of the horses. Horses tended to and fed, both parents went up to the cabin.

Arthur kicked the door in and Charles went inside checking for life.

Arthur came behind him shaking off the rain, it was dark and Charles was starting up the fire. “Hurry daddy hurry, it’s cold.” Arthur talked for the twins, taking the dry tent canvas out of his saddle bags and laying it out before the fire. Finally undoing the wrap around his chest and undoing his vest he laid the twins down on their rabbit hide blanket.

“Imma tryin’” Charles finally got the dry wood to light and stared at the back of the house, a strange look on his face. “Arthur….” He said softly catching the outlaws attention now.

Arthur fallowed Charles gaze and saw it.

“Christ…I….i hadn’t any idea…I wouldn’t have-“ Arthur mumbled to himself as he took in the sight. His hands starting shaking.

In the back of the cabin on the bunk beds were two dead children. Arthur had seen a lot of death, it came for them all…but these children tugged at his heart. No smell of decomposition, no warning…particularly mummified. One was on the bed, curled into a ball. The other beside the bed on the floor.

Arthur walked over feeling tears prick at his eyes. “…..they was starvin…drank the medicine…” he pointed out the empty bottle allowing himself to cry quietly. He looked around and opened the nightstand drawer and found a note.

“Arthur?”

“Mama went after their stolen money, was gonna be gone for two days. Boys were good and stayed in the cabin-“ he wiped his tears away. “Charles, ya watch the Babies for me? I need ta…” he gestured to the corpse hat hiding his eyes.

“Let me dig the holes, you stay inside.” Charles rested a hand on Arthur’s shoulder. He kissed the man’s forehead.

Arthur slowly nodded “alright, illa clean up the cabin a bit..take care of them boys.” He mumbled “least we can do for’em.” He hugged Charles for a long while, trying to support Charles too. Both men were bad at emotions but felt them all the same.

Charles moved back after a moment, grabbed the shovel from the saddle bags went outside.

“I swear, I amma do right by ya two.” Arthur mumbled to his twins. Changing them into new gowns and cloth nappies. “I ain’t gonna abandon ya, yall and ya daddy are stuck with me.” Arthur looked to the bodies and stood up.

Taking the old bedsheets, he wrapped the corpse in them. With careful hands and mumbling a half remembered prayer to the boys.

“Tell’em Arthur morgan sent ya.” Arthur softly laughed at his own joke, walking outside to Charles in the rain and laying the children to rest.

He hoped they found their mama in the afterlife.

Exhaustion taking over the men, they went back into the cabin. Changing clothes and drying off best they could. Laying by the fire for some sleep, the twins tucked between the two men.

OKAY this is a follow-up to the anomaly!reader ask, but I was hit by the sudden realization of how perfect of a situation it is for a little somno 🤭 the first time you had to be unconscious for a test was def legitimate.. and he just really couldn't help his curiosity. Besides, no harm done, right? you wouldn't even remember him doing it and he was very polite about it, only touching you. and of course recording every detail about it in his journal. You're perhaps getting a little suspicious when it's the fourth time over the course of a month or so that a test requires you to be unconscious... But hey, Ford is trustworthy... Right?

ABSOLTELY!!! like ford convinces you that it's just a small check-up (since you're not allowed to go to the doctor anymore) and you end up falling asleep (he drugged you) and when you wake up, you feel weird and different. this happens constantly until you wake up nauseous and sore. this time ford keeps you awake to show you that you should NOT have trusted him to keep his hands off you
