idk i think it’s usually fair to assume that someone goes by the pronouns they present as unless they tell you otherwise? and if we declare that’s not the case then i feel like we’re back in the boat of pressuring people to tell the world their pronouns and thus out themselves when they aren’t comfortable doing do. and i kind of feel like the people who primarily harmed by NOT doing that are trans people? obviously it’s good to ask if it’s a safe and appropriate context for doing so but it often won’t be in the real world. idk, maybe others have different views.

#like for instance one of my classmates last semester was a trans woman #she didn’t actually list her pronouns in her email sig and i don’t know her outside of the classroom context #my prof goes and uses he/him pronouns for her and it’s like???#did some googling and she refers to herself everywhere on the internet as she #obviously if she had told me otherwise i would respect that #but like if someone is performing femininity in every respect i feel like it’s fair as an acquaintance to assume they use she/her pronouns #unless they tell you otherwise #and vise versa!#even pulling someone aside who is performing a specific gender in every respect other than being ‘cis’ & demanding pronouns #feels weird to me #no one does that to me as a cis woman?? it feels othering idk #but maybe people appreciate that?

Okay so I rewatched all of MD last night and I have to say. I might be going back on a previous post.

OKAY LISTEN, I AM EXTREMELY INTERESTED IN KHAN AND NORI'S PAST. So I payed a little extra attention last night and two quotes caught my eye:

Ep. 2: "Yes. On that 'kill all humans' kick like when I was younger! (...)"

Ep. 4: "After the core collapse... I didn't notice the collars. Only your mom being a catch."

So basically I had a theory for how Khan and Nori met, which was something along the lines of "he found her in a conference room while she was waiting to be interviewed post torture session probably fixing something and slowly but surely feelings were developed" but a big part of that was her telling Khan what she was doing in that room. Now I'm not saying it's impossible that she did, but if he "didn't notice the collars," did he know?? That she was experimented on??? Like again he wouldn't necessarily have to see the collar for her to tell him "hey they did some shit to me that would have made OSHA cry" but I'm just. I'm thinking about it. BECAUSE, because, I have a little theory that she must have broke one day and told him everything about what they were doing to her and THAT'S when Khan had his "kill all humans" kick. It certainly wouldn't be appropriate for him to have it AFTER the core collapse, would it? Genuinely - I know it could be said that he must have known about Earth and therefore even after the collapse he might have had Uzi's mindset of "they're still out there and they have to pay," but like,,,, what would have made him so bitter?

I'm not denying that ANY drone under JC Jenson's operating parameters probably hated them, but when we saw him Khan didn't even shoot the thing he had been fearing/hating for YEARS since Nori's death. I get the circumstances are a little different there, but I feel like it wouldn't be WRONG to assume that most of the time, he builds his way out of tough situations. So that leads me to ask again: if not for Nori telling him about all the Shit, why and when did he have a "kill all humans" phase?

Basically all this to say I'm going to choose to believe that my interpretation of them meeting is correct unless God himself (Liam Vickers) tells me otherwise and I'm also going to choose to believe that he knew she was an experiment, he just deadass never noticed her collar.

Which would be hilarious. Think about it:

Nori: Aww, look at you! Little mini me! *takes off collar* oh this is gonna look so cute on you when you have a real body-

Khan: ...What is that?

Bonemans been gone for a long time, and as nice as the fanon interpretation of him and leo's relationship is... it just doesn't apply here. Ultimately, his main priority is him and his people. Leo isn't his.

I couldn't find a natural place to allude to this in comic, i scrapped like ten different lines in part 25 and a scene in part 11 because it just wasn't flowing right. Eventually, i just kinda gave up as it isn't super important to the plot and is just background information really ahaha

Seeing all these fics were suku tries to impregnate us made me think....

What if at that time reader was like pregnant when they died? Like even after sukuna's sealment urame tries to save sukuna's s/o and unborn child but the moment he finds them its too late, both them and the baby are already to gone to save. They find their body in a cell outside the villages, already thin and dry(???) from starvation, since that was the only way for the socerers/ villagers get rid of them.

But years later reader's reincarnated and so is the unborn kid, the lil one being reader's younger sibiling now, but after they encounter sukuna the lil one's hair starts to change color by the few weeks...from its original color to a pinkish color

just a gentle reminder that THIS is how big the spines around blamore's neck are whenever he doesn't shrink them... so, it's pretty much a surefire way for it to keep other people away from him, NGL ☠️ (unless you are trying to get poked in the eye JSJSJ / j i'm kidding, i'm kidding (,: but blamore really does have several natural defenses against any 'aggressors,' i guess you could say, and it's spines REALLY add to it's uncannyness whenever they're at full - length ).
