i completely believe in the “lucerys is good at arts and crafts” headcanon, be it modern or not. and i think he would love to hand-make stuff for his family members so much. nice paintings for his mother to decorate their home, toys for his little siblings, clothes for all of them, etc. he would also gladly help grandpa viserys with his miniature city and grandpa viserys would proudly display lucerys’ works in his setting. lucerys would learn how to carve wood from grandpa corlys, and they would spend so many hours together, crafting figurines for the kids. he would also spend whole afternoons with helaena, following her steps until he has embroidered all kinds of animals to ever exist. and he would ace all of that.

but also… think about this. lucerys wasn’t always this good, his skills come from his talent and loads of hard work through the years. so imagine the first time that little luke tried drawing a horse and ended up with a monstrous dog. or the first time he tried to carve wood and all that came out of it was a super thin stick. his first artsy creations would be terrible. but you know what? it never mattered to aemond. little aemond kept all the amateur drawings and deformed carvings and unpolished embroidery that little lucerys has made for him for his name day. older aemond still keeps it all, safely guarded in the privacy of his room, where he can look at all of them whenever he pleases and reminiscent of their childhood together.
