Hi everyone! I wanted to issue a warning about a user that interacted with one of my posts today.

This user: @/waywardstarlightsuit has posted incredibly hateful and harmful material on their blog regarding others being transgender. I urge you not to look too deep into their blog as it is likely triggering to many.

If you get the chance, please block and report them if you come into contact, or before you do.

I hate making posts like this but I want tumblr, more specifically the Sonic fandom side of the platform to remain a safe space for those of all identities.

User Warning

I know this post is very out of character for me and my account, but this is a warning about the user @martinleong25(he is not currently on Tumblr, but he is on Twitter and Bluesky), a former friend of mine.  Tw for mentions of SA, revenge porn, and CP.

Two years ago, Martin, two friends of mine(who if I remember correctly were minors), and I were having some really bad issues with trust. Martin would say things behind our backs to others, then he’d attempt to guilt trip us.

As a result, they blocked him and I confronted him before also blocking him. As of today, I learned that he proceeded to make revenge porn of the three of us.

While he was not aware that I was sexually assaulted when I was 10, he WAS aware that I am Asexual.

While he wasn’t aware of what Victim A went through, he was aware that she is Asexual as a result of an abusive ex.

He had dated Victim B for a short time. 

He should have known better, and I’m certain that he did.

I recently attempted to give him a second chance, completely unaware of what he had made after we blocked him. In fact today we were playing games together in vc for several hours. I find out after that he had told Victim A about what he had done, but was scared to tell me.

I will give him this, he knows I would have verbally torn his throat out and he was scared of that. Understandably so. He instead told Victim A because he thought she would be less angry about it.

Victim A is known to be someone who is very soft. She doesn’t get angry often.

The fact that he didn’t even attempt to tell me until I confronted him in DMs has made all of his apologies to me feel so hollow. While yes, the image he made was two years ago. He has not had any attempt to reach out or apologize for his actions until *I* reached out.

I know this is a lot of hearsay, so take what I’ve said with a grain of salt. I just hope that people can know and be aware of what he has done when interacting with him in the future.

I have already told friends of mine who run public servers as a way to keep the minors in those spaces safe. I’m not saying you can’t be friends with him, I just want to make sure that he can’t hurt me or the people I care about again.

Hey while it's snowing and you're out clearing your driveways

I not ask but highly encourage you to please also clear stairways, ramps and as much sidewalk as you can get.

Yes you need to get your car out but it's even harder for us disabled folk during the winter to leave our places of residence when there's snow and ice in our path.

Wheelchair users are literally unable to go anywhere without either getting their wheels stuck in the snow or sliding uncontrollably on the ice. Disabled people in general are at a higher risk of injury or worsened conditions in weather like this.

Salt as much area as you can, clear away snow to grant safe paths PLEASE

Not all of us can acquire nor afford let alone have spikes/snowshoes for our aids or feet. Personality the "snowshoe" I have on my cane will only do so much and I can't afford myself any actual footwear that will protect me right now.

It doesn't just help your community but also protects you and your loved ones from accidents by doing more than just your driveway.

It might take some extra time but it's highly appreciated and worth it to provide the assistance to others.

Especially when it comes to sidewalks, snow plows cover those up like forgotten secrets under the rug.

If your main concern is your car sliding on ice, that exact feeling is what a lot of us have just leaving the house this winter.

Please for god sake go the extra mile and clear more than just your driveway

arthur (prince of camelot) still has to study under a tutor bc yknow uther wants him to be very intelligent before becoming king or something bc its super important idk idc anyways merlin is doing chores in his chambers while arthur is squinting at a book and merlin eventually caves and asks him what he’s reading and arthur gruffly explains that its a collection of stories from greece that make absolutely no sense so merlin asks him to read them outloud to him. arthur of course teases him and calls him an idiot and asks how he could possibly help but does as he’s asked and reads the stories to merlin as he does his chores. merlin (being crushed under the weight of destiny and tormented by the prophecies that kilgharrah spews) understands the stories almost immediately and gets all excited and starts rambling about them with arthur. arthur is glad to have someone who understands so he can give something that reflects a hint of understanding to his tutor who accepts it and moves onto the next unit of education.

the thing is, arthur finds more stories in camelot’s library and brings them up to his room to read them aloud to merlin under the guise of completing his studies but really he just wants to watch as merlin’s eyes gleam when he understands whats happening and listen to him ramble on and on about them bc he’s gay. the stories stick with merlin though and he realizes that they’re cautionary tales, that the heroes who were told too much of their future doomed themself to fulfill them - that them fighting the prophecies led to their completion. merlin takes it to heart and gives a big “fuck you” to kilgharrah before forging his own fate and helping morgana with her magic and handing out an olive branch to mordred and now everyone can live happily and peacefully in an albion teeming with magic.
