Okay crack theory time, the second container is gonna be used to make missingno, because of the damage that Meau caused they're like take that one with the mew dna and make it like the original explaining why Noe looks different and also technically only being .5 of an Ancient mew because they're not a TRUE ancient mew but a genetically modified mew ovary gene egg stuff. BUT how can that be? Time line shenanigans that's how, Noe becomes the violent clone not Mewtwo they see Meau and they hate her for being the original and the better correct version of themselves hating that they're modelled after her and her they're wrong, they hate Mewtwo for being saved and being loved so they try to force Giratina Palkia and Dialga to change the time line make THEM the true ancient mew erase Meau and probably mew and mewtwo too out of despise for them. The world bending shenanigans stuff causing their fur to become distorted off color and it causes them to get swooped thrown around time space distortion alternative realities they get mcshaken like they've been put in a blender and end up probably thrown back in time and also bent through space and swirled through dimensions slamming hard into an alternate reality wall way back unable to interact their life destroyed only a ghost a half life of themselves gaining the ghost type (maybe thrown back to when Giratina first creates the ghost type cause can't exist before that), and are forced to watch the world through a dark veil/through darkness or mirrors unable to truly interact and as they watch they realise, oh. Meau didn't know... They see all Meau does Meaus kindness patience love and care for her child and for Mewtwo as they're probably able to transcend the time line restraints they see the growth the love the care Meaus sadness at not sensing Missingno in the past and what happened to them and so they go back in time once more, avoiding their past self obviously finally able to reach out to Meau due to connecting with her due to their character growth coming to her as a shadow and being their to keep her company to make up for what they tried to do for trying to destroy her life
