Don't let King Phantom get bored or he will do meaningless things
Danny got bored and decided to have a tennis competition, even though he had no idea how to play Tennis and had never held a racket in his life. He thought it would be fun.
He joined Dan because incredibly he knew how to play tennis (he was also quite fed up with Danny's presence, but he didn't have many options since the halfa had promised him his freedom if he won), and his opponents were Jazz and Dani.
In a very short time Danny got tired of losing. Clockwork suggested him to get new players to practice, and he took it seriously. Maybe he would have to look for superheroes to practice with.
He abused his Ghost King powers and transported the Justice League to the Realms to, you guessed it, play tennis. He explained that he and Dan would be their opponents in the final round, and if they didn't win, Dan would be free.
Dan was quick to explain that he was a prisoner of war after destroying a universe, but the King promised his freedom if he won (which wasn't entirely a lie), and wished them luck, commenting that perhaps he would visit their universe next.
Jazz and Dani sighed at their brothers' behavior; Dan would visit to annoy someone, though he surely wouldn't do anything, and Danny didn't even know how to play tennis but somehow made all the heroes panic. It was pretty obvious that they were both playing.
After this interaction John Constantine wondered what the fuck was wrong with the universe. Was the balance of his world really tied to a hyperactive teenager and his weird family?
Those who have watched the 1995 film Ghost in the Shell as often as I have will remember the scene where Major Kusanagi goes online and maps out the routes of sanitation services, in an effort to track the possible location of a suspicious garbage collection truck. This emblematic green tinted interface was painstakingly reproduced in pre-mission briefing sequences of the 1997 Playstation game of the same name, designed in smoothly animated, sharply detailed real-time 3D graphics. Albeit far from a direct adaptation of the seminal anime, the developers at Exact studio considered this somewhat tertiary visual element of the movie to be of sufficient importance as to justify featuring it prominently in their game.
On a sunny summer day Ghost, from the hit series Call of Duty, is a thirsty little bad boy. "I'm so thirsty and shirtless," said Ghost. "I should rob the liquor store."
At the target location, the minimum wage clerks protecting the store are no match for Ghost. He then chugs and chugs alcohol until every bottle lies empty on the floor. "Oh god, we have war scheduled for tomorrow, but I'm still so thirsty."
It is then that Ghost realizes something is missing in his life.
"Maybe this thirst is more primal, Maybe what I need more than anything is the cute person reading this piece of art"
It's settled. Ghost decides that his next raid will occur at night by your bed side.
Ghost is a meticulous man. He wants everything to go as planned. At your house he finds three beds, which he immediately tries.
"This one’s too hard," he says as his back cramps up.
"This one’s too soft," he grumbles as he sinks into the mattress.
"Ooh, this one’s just right," he proclaims as he snuggles into the warm sheets. "Here we will consume our carnal lov-" But by then the sweet embrace of the snuggly bed had overcome the lusty drunk.
