Wasted summers by juju is so steddie coded. I can imagine Eddie going through a while crisis during the summer trying to figure out if he should’ve made a move on Steve or not, he thinks that Steve is straight he doesn’t want to ruin the amazing friendship they have. By the end of the summer Steve is the one to confess his feeling for Eddie and he was giving Eddie all these signs during the whole summer to do something about it. The internal screaming that Eddie does once he realizes that he could’ve been dating Steve this entire time is hilarious but they finally get together after so long.
Ok hear me out. Imagine the song Wasted Summers, but Peter and Morgan. Morgan wants to write a song (as a lot of little girls do), only she adores Peter SO MUCH that she wants him to do it with her. Peter agrees, obviously, and they write their song together. One day, as Tony walks by Morgan’s bedroom, he hears Peter and Morgan singing a song together that he doesn’t recognize and his heart MELTS. He asks them what they’re singing and Morgan tells him about their song they wrote together. Tony asks if they want to record it and release it. Morgan is ecstatic at the idea, but only if Peter does it with her. Peters hesitant at first, but he just can’t say no to Morgan, so BAM, they release their song together and no, Tony is NOT crying thank you very much. (I haven’t seen anyone do this before but if someone has please lmk!)
BONUS:
When the song is released, everyone loves it and #starksiblings is trending for weeks after. Peter gets flustered and insecure at the implication, but after a talk with his family, he finds he’s very happy with it 😊
Jimin is back in the towering apartment building with its cream colored walls and olive doors with gold lettering. Jungkook looks at him, and it’s a little angry, and a lot sad.
Jimin has his arms wrapped around himself. “Please.” It’s a whisper that tastes like desperation and tears. “Please, help me.”
Jungkook watches him for a long moment, before he sighs. He steps aside.
“Come in,” he says.

Park Jimin hasn't talked to his childhood best friend after they had an explosive falling out six years ago. He's moved on, living his own life in a different part of the country. Until one phone call from his past forces him to put his life on hold and fly halfway across the country, seeking help from the person he thought he would never talk to again.
I WASTED LIKE HALF OF MY SUMMER TRYNA HOLD ON YOUR HAND. YOU’RE THE LEECH I’M THE MAN, I GUESS YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND. HOLDING HANDS, SAY I CAN’T. YOU’RE TELLING ME, YES I CAN. YES I CAN. YES I CAN.
- Electricity - Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark - a beautiful song in its craft of instrumental, which stands out to make the song stand out. Has a type of youthful energy to it that I love and the lyrics itself has a meaning. That 80's vibe though really makes the song nostalgic, the best thing about is that it is from the 80's.
- Either Way - IVE - this was a beautifully mournful song of the youth. The cinematography in this mv was absolutely gorgeous and fitted the vibe of the song tremendously well. This is what ballads should sound like. I also love the fact that the words fit to the members in this song and the meanings behind each of the different parts of the MV. Truly a masterpiece, once again IVE did not disappoint.
- Wasted Summers - juju<3 - a song that perfectly depicts young romance or young friendships. Summers with others that you care about that just go too quickly, I feel like also making his little sister sing along gives the song more power, emotion and puts greater meaning to the song. A beautiful experience to listen to.
