I need some people to understand that I will absolutely ship two characters who would absolutely never get together in canon simply because I want to. No I don’t think they’re canon nor will I look for subtext that they like each other. In fact, I don’t even want them to be canon. I just like the art and fanfiction man. Like their shippers low-key got something fire going on and I wanna be a part of that. It really isn’t that deep.

I just want to remind everyone, Wednesday and Enid spent the night cuddled up after defeating Crackstone. For their own peace of mind, they snuggled and held each other so damn tightly - they were worried the other might disappear if they didn’t. They were worried, but holding each other close all night long, they protected each others from dreams that could have haunted them.

Enid, no matter what, to this day, still remains the only one Wednesday will not shrug away when she’s touched.

They hold hands, they occasionally fall asleep talking to each other, they share sweet soft kisses. They share little inside jokes that with one shared look will have Wednesday smirking and Enid breaking into giggles.

At the end of every day, they share time on the balcony, Enid enjoying the marrow-liquifying haunting pull of the bow across the cello strings before they curl up in their pushed together beds and spend their slumber wrapped around each other in a way that never looks comfortable, but for them, it’s the most relaxing way to sleep, legs tangled, arms clinging and wrapping around shoulders and waist, the occasional barely there kiss across the nearest flash of skin as they doze off for their sleep.
