“I feel like this is a bad idea.” Chat stated.

Randy looked at him unimpressed. “Bit late for second thoughts, don'tchya think?”

“I mean, I could just let go? Drop you right now?” Phantom said. 

Chat immediately tightened his arms around Phantom's neck, “Don't you dare-”

Jake, flying a  few yards away and holding Randy like someone would when they were handed a child they didn't want, groaned. “Man I told you guys this was dumb. This is still dumb. It's such a dumb contest.”

Randy bristled, “This is about my pride. My dignity-”

“You have dignity?”

“You wanna go Noodle Boy?!” Randy wiggled around, “‘Cause I will fight you, right here, right now!"

Jake looked even more unimpressed, before he pretended to drop Randy. Randy shrieked and somehow twisted himself up and wrapped his arms and legs around one of Jake's arms.

“And where's your dignity now?!”

“I wasn't ready!”

Chat grinned at Phantom, “See? Superior duo right here. We do not get into petty cat fights.”

Phantom snorted, “Nah, you just bite me when we start arguing.”

Chat snickered. “What if we bite each other, and no one dies?” He quoted.

“Ha ha. Why don't you try again when your love life isn't a train wreck? I ain't getting near that mess with a ten foot pole.”

“Randyyyyy, Danny's bullying me!” Chat whined.

Randy paused into he middle of squabbling with Jake. He blinked at Chat. “Well you probably deserve it.”

Chat gasped in outrage.

“Big talk from the only one of us who cannot fly!”

“You can't fly either!!!”

“I can with the right powerup,” Chat smirked. “I give Plagg the right kind of camembert, he gives me a space suit.”

Jake squinted at him, “You trying to tell us you're a pokémon?”

“Wha-no!”

The other three snickered. “Okay Skitty,” Jake said.

“Litten.”

“Purrloin.”

“Done with this conversation! Ready Randy? 3, 2, 1 - GO!” Chat exclaimed as he threw himself out of Phantom's arms and into mid air.

Randy shrieked, diving after him, “CHEATER!”

Phantom cackled as he and Jake flew after their free-falling friends.

I think it's only natural to feel anger when somebody isn't "taking your advice" or listening to you about their mental health or what will help them. People want to help people, and the anger comes when you are perceiving somebody as not being receptive but...

It can be a selfish impulse to say that your opinion about their illness is the only thing they need. It isn't about you, even though the advice you give is given by you.

Nobody deserves to suffer, this is true. But, also, nobody deserves to be forced to do things that either won't help or won't be genuine. If somebody isn't taking your advice, there's a reason for it (maybe it's not a good enough reason for you, but this isn't the point). It's okay to be disappointed or angry, but it's not going to help to lash out at them. That is only pouring water onto a grease fire.
