Runnin’ round Frankfurt for the whole weekend. Seen a lot of weird already. Thinking about how beautiful it acc is! BUT (nh, you're not supposed to use that). AND dear joggers. If you don't know how to move, get a trainer, that will teach you how to. ’cause it hurts seeing people destroying themselves. What makes it even more dangerous is thinking you're doing good for yourself. Although I believe there is no ”right” way, there are ways to run less badly: - mid foot-toe contact with ground. Not stomping like a fuckin elephant. - arms moving to create contra rotation of the upper body to legs. This f’d up Napoleons army. - activated hips- solid-upright posture - neck in neutral position. Don't look to find money on the ground💸 - activated ankles. Don't drag your feet behind you. How is your ring muscle up? . It is still my hardest move but working on lower rings was something that definitely helped me a lot. My biggest problem was transitioning from the pull, so working that part from the floor made the difference to me. . My tip, break down the move and analyze where you need to put more work on. Make sure you practice them, I have a feeling.... _ _ ¿Cómo van esos ring muscle up? . Sin duda uno de los ejercicios que más me cuesta y que aún no tengo afianzado. A mi lo que mejor me ha funcionado es trabajar con anillas bajas las transiciones ya que era donde fallaba principalmente. .
