This weeks #WriteItOutWednesday for the #BringMe2LifeChallenge was just going to be about keeping an exercise log and doing a health check in with your height, weight, and all that jazz. Which, you can totally still do if you're into that sorta thing. (I'm trying to do it at the beginning/end of each year so I can track progress. I don't try to over load it or check every week unless I'm really focused on some health things. ) HOWEVER, I decided to switch it up. This week is about MOVEMENT, and well growth, health, all those fun things and well as I've been moving my body a little extra this week to push myself for the challenge, I've been noticing some extra aches and pains. As I noticed them, I caught myself worrying about what they could be from. Almost as if they were a trigger for something bigger. Then, I realized I was throwing that out there into the universe. It's time to turn those negative thoughts into positives. Give yourself something positive when you start thinking to much during your stretches and walks. So recently, I sat down and wrote myself and the universe a letter of gratitude for health. I've been writing myself letters of reminder and manifestation for a few years now. They are a big part of my transformation process. Have you ever written yourself a letter? If you have I'm sure you know it's always a wild feeling to read it back to yourself. If you haven't I highly suggest that you make that your Write it out Wednesday task this week. As you move your body today meditate on how grateful you are to be able to do so. Then write a letter of gratitude for your health. If you are currently feeling kinda icky, like I was when I decided to try to change my perspective, write the letter as if you feel great, and then tap into that feeling to write in gratitude. When I tapped into the feeling mentally of how it would feel to be healthy, and feelin' my best shiny self, I noticed my energy field feeling more at ease as well. For inspiration I shared my letter on the BringMe2Life.com website and Facebook! You should check it out! There are so many moments of magic in a day, big and small. My magical moments are when I can lose myself in words, both my own or someone else's. #writersofinstagram #writeitoutwednesday #journaling

Almost the entire population feels misunderstood at some level. Feeling misunderstood is not a abnormal, or unique feeling. It is completely normal to feel not normal.
.
It can be a bumpy process, but understanding ourselves is critical. When we understand ourselves, we are able to convey who we are to others. Along with what we need from them, and what they need to understand about us.

What you write can be good, or bad. Beautiful or ugly. Angry or loving. Or even a mix of many thing's. The important thing is getting it out on paper, by a physical act of writing.
