guys… real talk for a second. i need advice. has anyone ever experienced a thing called “emotional shutdown”? where you just CANNOT cry, no matter how hard you try to make yourself?

i have always been an overly emotional girl. i cry at everything. literally sad, happy, angry. i cry for other people when they tell me things. i just cry, constantly.

but for days now i haven’t been able to cry. like, i’m talking: rewatching that last spn episode and nothing. i’ve read some of the most saddest, gut-punchiest, main character death fics, and nothing. even thought heavy about things from my life that were so hard, i didn’t stop crying for days. nothing.

i’d heard of shutdown before, but didn’t believe it was possible. i just wanna talk with someone who’s been through it and can help me know what i’m about to go through when i finally DO come out of it.

AHAHAHAHA TIMOTHY, but that’s kind of bias cause I suppose I also find him attractive— (I KNOW I’M NOT THE ONLY ONE)

To be honest I enjoy them all in way cause the story wouldn’t be the same if one were missing from the plot.

But for Tim specifically, I really liked Tim Sutton’s headcanon about Tim from MH having to listen to Dracula to hype himself up to punch Jay.

Now there is a version of him from my au, but I think you were just chatting about “cannon” version of the MH cast so I won’t delv into that unless you want me to 😂

trump created this problem when he introduced the tiktok ban in his first term and he’s going to take credit for “solving” it now. the tiktok ceo made a video thanking trump for “understanding the app” then the error message says we are grateful to trump for working with us on this ?? Help a fantasy writer out with ethical stuff?

I’m (re)writing my fantasy book and need some help. My main character is Indigenous, who goes from living in London in 1895 to my version of Neverland. I am not sure how to include and handle some stuff, she grew up with white people so she got little of her culture. Obviously I do want to include her culture, and I have some ideas for it, but I could use some help.
