Whew, what a year this has been! 😁 To celebrate the end of 2023, I thought it would be fun to go all the way back and borrow a small sample from every piece I've made since January, which I've compiled here in chronological order for a better overview! Or- well... most of them. The template is missing about a dozen of drawings or so in total, but I figured this was a good enough summary! 😅

If there are a couple ones at the bottom that you don't recognize, that's normal: those are ideas that I've finished but haven't shared yet. 🤭 (And there are three more that I couldn't add because they're too much of a spoiler 👀) But I plan on sharing at least one more before 2024. Maybe two! 😇

Thank you all for the wonderful support and lovely feedback you've given me these past 12 months!! I appreciate it more than I can say. 🥺🙏🥰

Summary of 2023 in the Ukagaka Dream Team

Hey folks! I wanted to write up a summary of all the things our community has gotten up to this year, and celebrate everything we've made and done. A lot happened in 2023!

I wrote the summary as an article for the 伺か Advent Calendar 2023, and you can read it here.

Do check it out, there's a lot to see! If you've been out of the loop for a while, this may be a good way to get caught up. Additionally, if you're not in our Discord server, then there are some things in that article that will probably be new to you.

I think the trajectory the community is on is very good right now, with more and more English resources coming out all the time, making ghost development more accessible and varied. The next few years will be an exciting time for English ukagaka!

If this article goes over well, I'd like to continue writing summaries each year. So, let us know what you think.

I look forward to seeing what 2024 brings for ghosts!

Podsumowanie 2023

Zaczęłam terapię psychodynamiczną na miejscu. Zrobiłam duży krok do przodu w terapii. Nie wszystko już jest albo czarne albo białe. Postawiłam na szczerość. Poznałam i polubiłam siebie. Zdystansowałam się do swoich przeżyć i domu rodzinnego. Od połowy roku nie mam już myśli samobójczych ani tym podobnych, a nawet bardzo polubiłam się ze swoim życiem. Zakończyłam terapię psychodynamiczną.

Do tego odważyłam się przyznać, że mam problem z lekami i trafiłam również na terapię uzależnień.

Brałam za dużo opio i rzygałam. Rzygałam w domu, w samochodzie, na uczelni… Spałam, nie ogarniałam.

Zaliczyłam mocną psychozę i trafiłam do szpitala na dwa okropne, dłużące się miechy. Zdiagnozowali mi schizofrenię. Było strasznie. Uciekałam, zapinali mnie w pasy, najdłużej w nich byłam 2 bite dni – paskudne przeżycie. Po wyjściu również przez jakiś czas było okropnie.

Oblałam też przez to drugi semestr studiów.

Uniknęłam nawrotu zaburzeń odżywiania (bo dostałam epizodu psychotycznego, ale mniejsza), lecz przeszłam na zdrową redukcję.

Zaczęłam regularnie brać leki, bo pierwszy raz w życiu mam je dobrze dobrane.

Ogólnie zadbałam o regularność i sumienność we wszystkim i o dziwo idzie jak z płatka. Trzymam się swoich planów. I zrealizowałam większość postanowień noworocznych: (1) Hello there na Tumblrze

Byłam na kursie z Pokojowego Patrolu. Bardzo mi nie podszedł.

Zrobiłam również Kurs szkolenia podstawowego ze Straży. 2 razy byłam na manewrach i 2 razy na osach.

Popracowałam troszkę jako listonosz i zaczęłam pracować sprzątając pokoje w agroturystyce.

Pożegnałam Pipi, najlepszą kurę domową.

Pożegnałam bliską mi osobę.

Spełniłam swoje dwa koncertowe marzenia – Jacka Bończyka i grandsona. Byłam również na koncercie Harrego Pottera Symfonicznie, Visual Concert, Muzyki z Gier oraz Michała Bajora.

Pare razy odwiedziłam teatr.

Byłam na Burleqsce i na Ballecie.

Z D. byliśmy trzy razy na strzelance, dwa razy na stand-upie, dwa razy w kinie i dwa razy w knajpie.

Wzięłam 3x w grzyby, żaden trip nie był przyjemny, a raz nawet miałam pierwszego bad tripa.

Uczestniczyłam w 5 biegach, w tym jednym OCR. 2 razy stanęłam na podium.

Zapisałam się na 3 różne zajęcia z jogi (vinsaya, balanse i aerial ❤ ), spróbowałam kick-boxingu i wpisałam się na roczny kurs High Heels.

Skoczyłam na szybki weekend do Zawoi.

Pojechałam na parę dni do domu, nad morze.

W końcu odwiedziłam A. i było kozacko.

Stuknął nam kolejny rok z D. i kolejny rok w nowym mieszkaniu.

Miałam świetne urodziny.

Adoptowaliśmy psa.

Otrzymałam rentę.

Cały rok (poza szpitalem) prowadziłam dzienniczki i jestem z nich megadumna. Pozwoliły rozbudować moją kreatywność, uporządkować codzienną rutynę i się jej trzymać oraz są świetnym wspomnieniem (czy chociażby ściągą do tego podsumowania ;)).

Obejrzałam 35 filmów, 8 seriali, a film roku to Dr. Strangelove, jak przestałem się martwić i pokochałem bombę

Przeczytałam 23 książki, a ta najlepsza to Zniewolone dzieciństwo.

Podsumowując, ciężki, ale w ostatecznym rozrachunku bardzo dobry, rozwojowy rok.

Well, happy new year, guys.

It's a pity that the uniqueness of the joke in this picture was lost in translation, but I couldn't help but share this shit-eating smile :> I never uploaded the art summary of last year, thanks to the deed of ş̵͠ơ̷͜m̴̕͢e̵͜͞ơ̸̧n̵̕͢e̸͢͝. And then there was no point anymore. But, i think, since i still haven’t deleted it, this would be a good opportunity to post it along with the summary of this year.

2022 year was much better in art, this year really tested my strength. I'm afraid to imagine what will happen in next one, if there going to be a fucking freeze from the first day of 2024 :>

What more i can say? Dunno. Why am i not on Twitter currently? Taking a break from it. Like, for now i already have plenty of reasons to be nervous and hysterical, and for the feeling of uselessness and worthlessness i already have Tumbrl and Pinterest, why finish myself off with Twitter too. Now let's see. This year hasn’t been able to finish me off, but it’s not over yet. And there's the next one ahead… I'm already mentally exhausted, but this shit isn't going to stop :'>
