Perks of adhd that arent just "actually if you squint you can be exploited by capitalism too!"
1. You can reduce your waste by putting off buying that thing youre running low on for so long that youre forced to use every last bit and then some to get by

PSA!! Due to several issues with my Etsy account, I am no longer able to list most of my handmade soaps/body products in my etsy shop. Etsy has a lot of restrictions and rules against claiming anything can heal, treat or cure ailments. Despite the fact that the shampoo bars, body soaps, and body butters that I make are 100% all natural ingredients that have proven healing effects on many skin conditions.
In all of my body product listings, I provide information about every single key ingredient and how they benefit skin health. I value sharing and teaching others what I have learned and know about natural healing. I started by making all of these body products for myself in order to cultivate healthier skin and to use less plastic, and I wanted to share how amazing these products work with others while offering affordable prices. I do not profit from making and selling because of all the time and money I invest in creating high quality healing products.
Until I figure out another way to list my products, I am using my instagram and can also use my tumblr to sell directly. All of my soaps are currently listed in my instagram account highlights. Everything else, including my new art prints, are still available on my etsy account.
If you are interested in a Birth Chart Reading, we can easily do that directly as well. Please just send me your birth information (time of birth, date of birth, year of birth, city/place of birth), and I will get started on your reading. Payments can be accepted via PayPal or Venmo. (Birth Chart Readings are $30)
Sorry for any inconvenience and I truly appreciate any and all support. 💚✨

CINNAMON SUGAR — CARMEN BERZATTO
Tumblr media
summary Carmen comes home to you late at night. Luckily, you manage to stay awake.
length 2k
contents absolutely zero plot, literally just a sweet n cute n sappy moment existing in a vacuum, holy shit so much fluff i might die (got the idea for this while listening to margaret & let the light in by lana del rey n it's realllll obvious), too many kisses to count, this is what he'd be like after intensive therapy i reckon, not proofread so be nice
Tumblr media
Carmen opens the door to the bedroom carefully, minding the creaky hinge in the middle of the night. Moonlight peeks through the window, caught at the right time when the city doesn’t block its path into the apartment, giving just enough glow to the room to see you fast asleep in bed. It’s late, he realizes, even later than usual. He needs to work on that.
He makes his way to the bed, stopping at your side to kneel beside you and simply adore you: the curve of your nose, the plush of your lips in that pout you wear only when you’re asleep, the eyelashes laid against your cheeks.
You stir when he presses his lips to your temple, a soft groan pulled from your lips. “…Bear?”
“Yeah, ‘s me, baby.” Even at a whisper, he thinks he’s too loud, and with his rough and tired hand he brushes over the top of your head just light enough to keep you sleepy.
A drowsy hand reaches out from under the covers to smooth over the contours of his face, tracing along shadows made hazy by a few hours’ rest. “You coming to bed soon?”
“Almost,” he murmurs, smoothing a palm up your exposed arm to hold your hand steady. He pulls ever so slightly away from your palm, only to turn to land gentle kisses against its soft skin, worshiping the pieces of you that treat him with more care than he thinks he’s worthy of. “Needa take a shower first, alright? But I’ll be right back.”
He could’ve done that much by now—could’ve cleaned himself, rid himself of a day's work before seeing you—but truthfully, waiting any longer would’ve driven him mad. He would’ve been itchy in the shower, skin aflame knowing he could’ve felt your touch by then, arms and hands jittering to have your curves beneath them. His lips trail down to your wrist before he turns over your hand to kiss the backs of your fingers.
“Okay,” you answer, muffled by the blankets and pillow and the squeak of the floorboard as Carmen stands back up.
He makes his trip quick and quiet. He brushes his teeth and swipes up a towel while the water heats up, leaving just enough time to hang it on the hook and strip before hopping in. There’s a beat where he closes his eyes and just breathes, clears his mind of the day’s stress, lets warm water saturate his hair and cascade down his back. He lathers his hair with shampoo—the one you bought for him once to free him from the chains of 3-in-1 and that he’s been purchasing ever since to keep you happy—before cleaning the rest of his body, all while thinking about how much better it’d feel, how much more relief he’d get if it were you beside him under the stream instead of just his thoughts. But with the shampoo and soap down the drain goes that idea, much like the fleeting thought of using conditioner. You’ve yet to get to him on that one, especially at a moment like this, when time is of the essence and you’re waiting on him. Maybe another night, when you take your own product and swirl it around his curls; if it gives him an excuse to stay with you just a few minutes more, he’ll do it.
He hops out of the water like it’s acid and wraps the towel around his waist after drying himself to avoid trouble in the morning (you hate when the floor gets wet, and even if it wastes time, he’ll be sure to prevent that). Out goes the light again as he walks into the hall, sneaking back into the bedroom to get dressed into briefs and nothing more—you’ll keep him warm enough under the blankets.
It’s only then—when he peels back those final layers—that he realizes he’s been smiling the whole time.
Once he’s settled into the grooves of the mattress, chest to your back, you’re turning around to curl into his torso, like a magnetic field brought you there.
“Hey,” he coos, “Y’don’t have to move f’me, yeah? Just sleep, baby.” Moved by your eagerness, his arms curl around you, one along your waist as the other nicely fits comfortably into the space between your neck and shoulder.
And yet you shift a little more to cast an arm against his chest, his heart beating beneath your palm, head on his shoulder with a leg hooked onto his hip, split halfway between mattress and his body. “ ‘S more comfy this way, Carm.” You sigh and breathe deep into his skin. “You smell good, too.”
He can’t even lie well enough to convince himself his heart doesn’t run a million miles faster when you cozy up to him like this, caught in a space part fatigue and part love, with your hums ringing in his ear. “ ‘S that shampoo you got me a while ago…Sometime this week—” he yawns, and if he weren’t dying to hear your voice a few more times, he’d be a little more thankful for sleep coming so easily— “Sometime this week we can go t’the store, you can pick out another body wash f’me to try, too.”
“Mm, I’d like that.” You smooth your hand from his chest to his neck and shoulder, massaging there gently where he gets sore as a barely-there kiss lands to the skin beneath you. “How was it today?” The restaurant. His headaches. Richie’s mood lately. The flow of the kitchen. The strain in his back.
“Was alright,” he answers, as honestly as he can, soothing himself by brushing a hand up along your spine. “Real busy, so I didn’t get to leave ‘till late, ‘m sorry.”
“ ‘S alright, I stayed in and just relaxed for the night.” You snuggle into him a little deeper, and he thinks he could melt. “I was gonna ask you to bring something home, but it’s a weekend, so I didn’t wanna bother you in a rush.”
“What’d you want?”
From your lips comes a light and airy giggle, milliseconds of the best sounds he’s ever heard. “I just wanted some fries, honestly…didn’t feel like going out.”
“Heh,” he laughs, smiling while his eyes stay glued to the ceiling—as if looking at you would make the moment disappear. “I would’ve picked ‘em up for you, ‘r at least had Fak get ‘em to you.”
You yawn in tandem with the tailend of his thought, so your answer’s a bit softer. “Uh-uh, I like them better when you make ‘em.”
“Yeah? ‘ve I been pampering you too much?” He teases you, adds on a kiss to the top of your head as he squeezes you a bit tighter, but it’s all a ruse to cover up how much faster his pulse is when you say those words, like all the work he’s put in—all the love he has for you—makes its way to the table for not just anyone, but for you, the one person he’s sure matters more than the rest. More than those fucking stars, more than Chef of the Year, more than any critic’s review, more than he can wrap his head around; he feels it in his chest and that’s enough.
“Of course you have,” you agree, peeking up at him and craning your neck to plant your lips to his jaw, savoring it long enough to leave a smirk against his skin. “You’re always so sweet to me, Bear—” one more quick peck just beneath his ear— “love when you cook for me.”
He thinks he could pass out like this, with the last thing he hears being those words, but his fatigue seems to serve as an anesthetic that lets him soak it in for a bit longer, running his free hand through damp curls while a heavy, giddy sigh leaving his lips that lets you know he hears you, that he loves telling you he loves you through his art, that he lives for the smile on your face when he stays home for a few hours longer to make you breakfast. Yet with all the time spent having his shell soften for you, he can’t always find the right words, so he settles for the next best thing: “Y’know, uh…Marcus’s been playing around with recipes…”
He feels you smile against his chest, knowing what’s to come. “Yeah?”
“Mhm, an’ I’d never let ‘im serve ‘em, ‘cause, y’know…” He loses himself for a moment in the lull of your fingertips tracing mindless shapes into his chest. “They don’t fit the menu…but uh, he made these…these rolls today…”
“Mhm? ‘M listening…”
Carmen knew that, of course, from the faint kisses you peppered between breaths. He lets the fan whir through the gaps in his thoughts. “I think you’d like ‘em, he had some classic cinnamon, ‘n…a blueberry lemon goin’…”
“That sounds really good,” you whisper, the syllables lengthened from a shared lack of sleep.
“I know,” he drawls, and he’s a little too proud of himself for once when he adds, “Which is why I said I’d let ‘im fix up the lemon recipe a few more times if he made a batch for you.”
“Did you really?” The dazed smile comes through in your voice, a bubbliness to it that tells him he made the right call.
He figures that’s why he’s so drawn to you—all the right calls come easy to him, the effort feels natural and unpracticed, unlike the tar that builds in his throat when it comes to so many other people. With you, being good is anything but demanding. “ ‘F course, baby…”
It turns him to a puddle, the sweetness that drips from your fingertips, so he cradles your wrist carefully in his hand and lifts it to his lips to show it the love it deserves before urging the hand to busy itself with the tufts of hair behind his hear, to which you happily oblige. You twirl a lock around your finger, performing a methodical spiral, and even though he knows by the time it dries it’ll stick out from the mess like a sore thumb, he’d stop breathing before pulling your hand away. It’s soothing, that pattern. It stokes the fire in his gut that makes him feel a little less lonely when you’re not around.
“I brought…” He yawns again, his eyelids growing heavy. “I brought you some of the cinnamon rolls…Sugar liked ‘em…they’re on the counter for you tomorrow mornin'…” He’s not sure whether it’s your doing or the hours of stress endured throughout the day, but he knows this is the most relaxed he’s ever been, laying with you and doing little else other than indulging in your tender touches and shy kisses.
“Thank you, my love,” slips away with breath, sotto voce, as Carmen leaves brief kisses to your hairline.
And he thanks God for being able to do it even with such an intense fatigue washing over him—at least part of him does, the part that’s still awake—because the movement lets you tilt your head and graze your fingertips by his jaw, bringing his lips kindly to yours for the first and last time tonight. Somewhere in that beautiful tangle there’s a mutual agreement: an unspoken Goodnight, I love you, in the mix, a finality in his offering and your gracious thanks that doesn’t warrant anything more than your head tucked neatly into his neck, left to bask in the comfort of his arms wrapped around you.
Just like any other night with you, he can sleep peacefully with the unconscious push and pull of your bodies intertwined. He knows that by morning, you’ll still be in his arms, in the bed you share, waiting on your good morning kiss from under the covers.
And he’ll still be beneath your warmth, his mind fuzzy and full of tenderness, every part of him dying to marry you.

Anti capitalistic methods of self reliance!
Everyday items:
Plastic bags can be replaced by cloth bags you can sew, without any prior knowledge of sewing, from any old shirt you were going to throw away
Toilet paper can partly or completely be replaced by 'Family cloth', which is a series of cloth napkins cut to the size you like, which are then washed after each use! There's no risk of disease if only used for number one, for number two they need to be submerged into peroxide liquid in order to be safely cleaned. Even if you only use them for number one to stay safe, being reusable and costing nothing they will save you a lot in not having to buy toilet paper
Paper towels can be replaced by little cut-out cloths you can easily wash after use, or a simple kitchen and bathroom cloth for cleaning
Paper tissues have originally been handkerchiefs, washable and reusable, zero waste option (and they can be very pretty too!)
Laundry detergent can be replaced by horse chestnuts, or conkers! If cut open and submerged in water, they will produce soapy water, which is equally good at cleaning as your laundry detergent, completely environmentally friendly and free if you foraged the chestnuts. They can be collected and dried to use for the entire year, and you can tie them up in a sock to put in your washing machine.
Cleaning products can be replaced by vinegar, and if you hate the smell you can change it by infusing citrus peels in it! It will smell like oranges and lemons after you leave them in there for a few weeks
Cleaning products can also be self-made, by fermenting food scraps, it's called 'enzyme cleaner' and it can clean most of things in a completely environmentally friendly way!
Shampoo can be self-made, or replaced with options like herbal teas, which will also ensure that your hair no longer gets greasy, as grease is the result of using shampoo
Menstrual pads can be sown from any discarded pieces of cloth, they only need to be submerged in cold water after use in order for blood to wash out. Additionally you can make washable menstrual panties, which make sure your pads don't move in there!
Simple medicine for aches like stomach cramps, headaches, anxiety, sore throat can be found in the basic knowledge of herbalism, and simply making teas from herbs that soothe these issues. They will not be able to cure a heavy disease, but are able to provide momentary relief from annoying aches!
Immunity booster syrup can be made out of elderberries, if you're careful about not getting any seeds or stems in!
if you're growing food, you can grow your own dish sponges, and washing sponges, the plant is called 'Loofah' and you can grow a whole lot in one season then use them for years
Reuse plastic items for as long as you can, to lessen the amount being thrown into landfills, and if you need new items, aim to get a not-plastic one
If you have lots of paper trash or newspapers, you can learn to make baskets from it.
Instead of throwing away food scraps, you can try setting up a simple composting bin and also get some valuable free soil, that is great for growing little plants and herbs in it
If you're composting on a big scale, the heat compost produces can be used to heat a room
getting into hobbies like soap making, pottery, woodcarving, sewing, knitting  or weaving can also save you a lot of purchasing because you realize you can simply make that thing yourself, and in better quality than it would be available at the store
Saving water and energy:
Accumulating water in a big pot while you're washing dishes, then using that water to water your houseplants is safe, especially if you're not using a lot of detergent, and it saves a lot of water
To save energy when cooking in a pot in the stove, wait until your pot starts boiling, then take it off the stove, and wrap it in a cloth, then a towel, then a blanket, and leave it wrapped up. The layers of cloth are making it difficult for the heat to escape the pot, ensuring it will keep very high temperature for half an hour, cooking as if it was on the stove. If it needs to cook longer, you can just put in on the stove for a minute to get it back to boil. You can cook pasta, rice, beans, potatoes, soups, stews, risotto, pretty much anything with long cooking time like this.
If your water boiler is big, you don't need to leave it on at all times, I've reduced my electricity bills by a lot by turning it on only when I intend to use the hot water. In the summer, if you have access to a natural body of water, use that for washing!
If you own a property, watch where the water is naturally going and accumulating; you can collec t this water and set up a system to use it for gardening/any outdoor use
if you're building a structure, making sure that the sun hits the windows in the winter, and that the place is protected from the wind by growing trees as a wind shield, will save loads of energy in heating and cooling it, as well as making sure the structure is well insulated
Heat/cool only the parts of the structure/house that you're using, making it both environmentally friendly and ensuring you don't have a too big temperature difference when you go outside, making you healthier
Try an experiment were you go a day without electricity and see what you can use as alternative in this situation; it's okay if you fail, it will provide you with knowledge of how dependant you are on the energy, and the ideas of what you can possibly do when without!
Clothing:
If sewing clothing from scratch is something that appeals to you, that is ideal for self-reliance! It is likely that after just a bit of practice, you'll be able to sew more quality items than are sold, because current fashion items are made to fall apart, and you can make your clothing strong and durable.
Sharing clothing you no longer want to wear, and letting others know they can offer their unwanted pieces to you can provide you not only with practical clothing, but you can use all fabric, buttons, zippers and other materials to sew! You can, again with minimal practice and even by hand-sewing, make your own bags, tablecloths, placemats, pillows, blankets, decorations, hats and scarfs
Visible mending, embroidering, adding details or creating your own little alterations on clothing will not only provide a sense of accomplishment, but enrich your life in the way of skill development and being able to make and mend things with little resources
Learning about history of textiles and what fast fashion is doing to the environment provides appreciation and love for sewing and creating textiles, and could inspire you to try and see how it feels to do!
Any piece of clothing that is no longer fit to be remade into something new, can still be cut into pieces and used for cleaning, as a paper towel replacement, for wiping the floor or wiping your shoes, and if it's soft, for pillow filling!
For extra clothing or furniture, you can join online groups named 'buy nothing' and 'sharing is caring', where people will often gift extra clothes and furniture for free, sometime appliances and electronics too
Food:
If any outside space is available, learning to garden is an excellent investment in food security
Seeds can be harvested from plants you already have, gifted from neighbour or friend gardeners, and some can even be taken out of store-bought produce
Soil can be taken from the forest ground which has composted leaves as topsoil, dig under a tree for best results
If no outside space is availabe, dwarf plants, herbs, and greens can be grown in containers, clean your air while they also provide food
Learning to forage for wild edible plants will provide both entertainment and free food! Any wild plant you find is likely to be more rich in nutrients than a cultivated plant, making your diet well rounded and healthy
Learning to grow trees and care for them will provide free food not only for you, but for generations to come, as well as offset the damage from the climate change. Knowing how trees work and how to prune and nourish them is powerful knowledge.
Preserving food:
Ways of preserving your food long-term are curing (for onions, potatoes, garlic, pumpkins), canning (tomatoes, peppers, fruit), fermenting (cabbage, hot peppers, turnips), dehydrating and sun-drying (tomatoes, fruit, herbs, hot peppers, mushrooms)
Growing and collecting food during warm months and then saving them for winter was done by people for centuries and it provides a safe and reliable access to food all year round
Buying cheap produce when it's in-season and preserving it can save you a lot of money and bring you far in self-reliance
Making your own recipes and then getting to eat them later in the season bring a sense of accomplishment and pride, as well as providing a zero waste food option
Cooking food from scratch is made easier by having some of your food preserved, because a lot of the time you've already prepaired most of your ingredients, and only have to place them in the pot
If you already know to make your own bread, you can also try making your own yeast, by mixing flour and water, and letting it ferment while adding more flour and water every day. It can last forever.
If you're interested in knowing more about gardening, herbalism, tree care, and foraging, check the 'Homesteading Survival Knowledge' masterlist, filled with links on these specific topics!
These are not ideas that anyone should quickly or immediately integrate in their life; instead, trying whatever seems interesting and appealing, slowly learning about it and trying one thing at the time is more encouraging and sustainable! I myself have spent years learning and integrating these, enabling me to feel happy and confident doing any and all of this. If this is overwhelming, pick whatever feels appealing and do only that! Forget the rest until it feels easy and fun thing to try out.

Hi! I'd like to request a heacanon for Sasuke, Gaara and Neji if that's alright? I'd love to see you write them react to their s/o walk in on them taking a shower naked and just casually invite themselves taking a shower with the boys?
You got it babe! Let’s replace Neji with Shikamaru💗
Warnings: 18+, NSFW AND SFW, darcyphillia
Sasuke
Tumblr media
SFW
Sasuke is well aware of the madness that goes on in that little head of yours, so he prepares himself for anything at all times. Walking in on him in the shower might not bother him too much, but randomly deciding to join in and shower too? He might be slightly annoyed, but that annoyance doesn’t last too long as soon as you splash water on his face as you proceed to reach for your soap.
He has accustomed himself to having zero personal space in the time that he’s known you, the beginning being a little unusual to him, maybe extremely unusual, but overtime he’s grown to depend on your presence. Sasuke always takes advantage of his situations, especially if it involves you being in personal space, so before you even get to scrubbing yourself down, the bottle of his favorite shampoo magically appears right in front of your face. Mind you, this is your shampoo. And yes he has his own, but he “only feels special and clean with your products”. Gasping, you shift your head to take a look at him, eyeing him up and down, “How dare you”, you say, “Well, you’re here, so do me the favour, or what’s the point?, he questions. “What the fuck Sasuke, how about a “Oh babe you know I really enjoy having you wash my hair, please help me out, I’ll wash yours too””, you say, Sasuke unable to hold in a chuckle at your weak imitation of his voice. But you remain serious, and when he notices that he gets serious too, the two of you simply staring at each other. Sasuke finally speaks, “Baby, you know I love having you wash my hair, please be a good girl?”, he says as though he’s bored, making you gasp once again. “Please?”, he pouts. “Fuck you”, you say, grabbing the shampoo from his hand, “That’s my girl”, he says before turning around, to allow you to work your magic.
NSFW
If you want to shower with him, then baby, you’re going to shower with him. There’s just something about the feel of your fingers gently scratching his scalp that sends signals to his peepee, so as soon as you’re done he’s definitely in the mood to “wash” you, immediately reaching for your loofah and body wash, lathering it up faster than you can question him.
You’re also a blushy mess because he’s incredibly sexy under all that steam and water, his dark eyes droopy from how relaxing the hair wash was, licking his lips while holding eye contact, making you look elsewhere, trying not to melt under his stare. Lifting your chin up with his fingers, you seriously can no longer hide your blush, making him lick those pretty lips of his once again, forcing you to gulp unconsciously. “Turn around”, he says, his voice deep, low and you know he’s about to rock your world, quickly obeying him to face the fogged up glass. He wastes no time, immediately wrapping his arms around you, pulling you close to him, your naked, wet body pressed right against his, the feel of his erection pressing against your lower back arousing you all the more. “Let’s get you all cleaned up yeah”, he whispers in your ear, goosebumps now decorating your skin from how sinister those words sound with that voice of his. “Okay”, you squeak, mentally slapping yourself for giving in so easy. You’re supposed to be a bit of tease, but here you are, submitting for no reason at all. Cupping your breasts, Sasuke begins tweaking one of your nipples, nibbling your neck as he gently scrubs your torso, pulling back at the sound of a gasp. Gently, he lifts your arm up, washing your armpit and gently placing it down before doing the same on the other side. He so gentle with his touches you slowly grow tired, but the occasional nibble and random dirty talk keep you wide awake.
Forcing his knee between your thighs, you part your legs for him like the obedient little girl you’ve been up until now. “Tch, dirty, dirty girl”, he whispers in your ear at the fell of how goey you already were from your arousal. “Sasuke…”, you gasp as he slowly rubs your clit in circles with the pads of his middle and ring finger, licking a trail up your neck to your ear only to lightly bite your earlobe. “Sasuke!”, you softly moan, surprised with how overwhelmed you already are. Moving his hand away he reaches for the shower head, pulling it off the wall to bring it down between your legs. “Thank you for washing my hair babe, I’ll make sure to leave you extra clean”, he whispers again, spreading your lips apart with one hand to expose your clit to the high pressure, warm water shooting out the shower head.
He will decide when you’re clean enough to relieve you from this torture.
Gaara
Tumblr media
SFW
I mean its no surprise to Gaara. He loves you so much and can’t handle being away from you for too long. He also walks in on your showers regularly to join you, and actually prefers taking his showers with you. He never intends to get sexual with you, he just loves being near you, conversing about his plans, or how his day went…not that he wont get sexual hehehe…
Gaara is way too clingy for his own good, not that you mind though, because it does somewhat benefit you. Barging in his shower time might actually make his day, immediately wrapping his arms around you, softly laughing at your sudden intrusion. Never letting go of you, he wants to help you wash your body, he ALWAYS helps you wash and you must say, he does a great job at keeping you clean. He’s so adorable and excited to have you in his company that you can’t help but assist him yourself, although he does have a bit of a routine, which you can handle of course. It really makes him feel extra special when you take care of him just how he prefers it.
He will really talk your ears off in there, so be prepared if you want to invite yourself in. Wrapping his arms around you and snuggling into your neck, occasionally planting kisses there is what’s happening for the remainder if the shower, until the water gets cold, so hopefully you don’t have low iron issues. Sometimes you’ll join him late in the night after a long day just so he can wash you and hold you in his arms like this. He’s happy to have you fall asleep in his arms while you’re standing, since you’re so sweet and calm when he helps you out and into your clothes. Not that he can’t handle the hyper version of his princess who loves jumping on him and playfully wacking him with towels as he hets himself ready. The difference is just nice sometimes.
NSFW
He’s not much a fan of shower sex, if anything, he finds it quite overrated and has already expressed his disdain towards it. He just finds it really unsexy. The shower is for showering…or maybe its being wet while at it that kind of pisses him off. He certainly wont be able to enjoy his nut covered in water. Sometimes the water gets cold too and it throws the whole mood off, but meet him outside the shower hehehehe, that’s something he can work out. He’s quite sensual about how he moisturizes you and loves it when you moisturize him too. Rub your body against his while you’re at it please…and a little oral never hurts anyone right.
Your hands on him put him in such a trans, he can’t help the erection he gets at the feel of your soft hands rubbing him down, the warmth of the cream against his skin adding towards the sensation of it all. Closing his eyes and using his hands to lean against the counter, you tend to use this opportunity to have a little fun yourself, licking your lips and swallowing to the thought of tasting him, softly whispering his name out to ask for permission, “Gaaraaa….”, his eyes opening ever so slowly, a split second of confusion on his face making you softly giggle before he finds you on your knees. “Hmm”, he says, clearing his throat, “Yeah?”, he speaks, intoxicated with the spell of relaxation you have him under. Rubbing his hard tummy to silently communicate your desire he licks his bottom lip, pulling your shower cap off to start playing with your hair, gathering it all in one hand before leaning back again, eager for whatever it was you were trying to do to him and without wasting another second, you impatiently wrap your lips around the tip of him, circling your tongue around him to taste the precum you’d been eyeing for the past minute. “Woah”, he softly chuckles at your eagerness, tugging your hair to pull you off of him, making you pout disappointedly. “Slowly baby, don’t be greedy”, he teases, leaning back again.
Letting the greedy little demon inside of you take over, you give his balls a kiss, darting your tongue out flat, to lick a trail up from the base of his cock to the tip, collecting all the precum around his tip and licking his urethra, you were already drooling over how he tasted, withdrawing your tongue to savor as much of it as you could before diving in once again, lapping his urethra to make sure you got it all, swirling your tongue over the tip before wrapping your lips around him, sucking him to your hearts content. You had even forgotten what he had said a minute ago, moaning ever so sweetly as you swallowed more of him, greedily taking more until you felt him touch your uvula, keeping him there for as long as you could, quickly jerking your head back to harshly suck in a breath of air. Your clit throbbed, your knees slightly rising as you squeezed your thighs together,a soft moan escaping your lips before you wrapped them around him again, taking him as deep as you could again, just like he taught you. Taking note of your constant shifting he knew you were enjoying this a little too much, biting his lip to stifle his own noises, wondering if he should take over.
Carefully, he separated you from him, his desire to relieve you of your arousal greater than this. “Gaara?”, you softly whimper, looking up at him in frustration, but he before you could complainhe quickly lifts you up, placing you on the counter and spreading your legs. “Gaaraaa, I wasn’t finished!”, you moan as he immediately gets to stroking your vuvlva with his tongue, softly sucking your clitoris and letting go with a pop, never breaking eye contact. “I promise you’ll have your turn right after me okay babe?”
Shikamaru
Tumblr media
SFW
Shikamaru simply does not have the energy to react to these kind of surprises. He’s most comfortable around you than anyone else, so this is the most vulnerable he can be period. “Y/n?”, he nonchalantly acknowledges your presence, dramatically covering his chest with his arms, watching you stand right in front of him to get some of that warm water on you. “Please, babe I’ve already seen those pretty nips Shika! The waters too hot!”, you whine. “Excuse me ma’am?”, he finally speaks, lifting an eyebrow. “Yes my love”, you say, trying to remain casual in hopes that Shika wouldn’t kick you out. You’ve always wanted to shower with him, turning around to look at him, his long, black hair clinging to his face and shoulders. “Babe… what exactly do you think you’re doing?”, “Well what else would I be doing in the shower Shika? Pass me my loofah over there hun”.
Eventually he accepts your presence, simply standing there, observing the way you begin scrubbing yourself. “So babe, what about me then?”, he asks, his first time ever showing with you filled with lots of expectations. “Come here”, you giggle, pulling him closer, your bodies pressing against each other as you begin scrubbing him too. The feeling of your soapy, bare tits rubbing his abdomen is a sensation he’s new to, slightly blushing as you begin rinsing him. He might actually like this…or maybe not, he’s undecided, waiting to see where this goes. Spreading his butt-cheeks apart, you begin washing in between them, trying to hide the smile spreading across your face from how he couldn’t stop blushing. This is intimate. Very intimate. But he kind of likes it, you love him this much? Now he wants to return the favor, to prove that he loves you just as much of course.
He actually doesn’t like being wet for too long, so as soon as the two of you are all cleaned up, he’s turning the water off and reaching for the towels. He’s a little meticulous about how he handles his business during shower time so you follow his lead as you’ve always done to avoid any judgmental stares.
NSFW
After a nice hot shower though, he’s so relaxed, he wants nothing but to lay down with you, reaching his hand up your dress/shirt, cupping your boob in his hand as he casually nibbles on you neck. “Shika! Omg”, you whine, irritated as you try to put on a movie, his large hands groping and grabbing you everywhere, forcing you onto the inside of the couch while lifting up your shirt, too strong for you to stop with merely your hands. “You interrupted my shower…so now I’m gonna interrupt your movie”, and he’s on you, relieved to finally have your nipple in his mouth as he starts sucking, and you just have to lay there, staring at the ceiling, completely annoyed as Shika softly sucks and bites, grazing your nipple with his teeth and sucking. Two minutes into it, you were so sensitive, barely able to control your needy whimpers and moans. You couldn’t handle it any longer, an orgasm not far from happening, but it hurt so much you weren’t sure if you could hold out any longer. And his body squishing yours against the couch meant you couldn’t move much, so you began tugging on his thick hair, Shika getting the message, moving on to terrorize your untouched nipple, that orgasm quickly gaining on you. A minute or so passes and Shika can feel you slightly shiver beneath him, the continuous, uncontrolled moans and whimpers he heard telling him you were really feeling good. Wondering how long you could handle this, he didn’t stop when you started tugging on his hair again, your pussy aching with how good you felt. Every time he nibbled on your poor nip you softly screamed, your hand now pulling on his shirt, the other pushing his forehead back.
“Shika! Oh my god”, you breathlessly whimper, struggling to gain any control as his hand now slipped down your undies, quickly finding you clit, removing his hand and spitting on his fingers to place them right back between your legs, massaging your clit in sloppy circles. “Shika pleaseee! Fuck!’, you whine, the pain on your nipple now unbearable as tears stung your eyes. “Shika Shikaaaa!”, you scream, your lover finally letting go of your poor nipple, bringing up to quickly cup your breast. “Tch baby, you’re ruining my fun”, he says softly, his warm breath against your face as his fingers continue his work. “Wait, you’re crying, aww baby, I’m sorry don’t cry, hey look at me”, he says, your teary eyes sparkling with the cutest pout on your face. “Shika that really hurt”, you sniff, burying your face in his neck, absolutely refusing to look at him. “Ahhhh!”, you moan aloud, Shika slowly shoving his middle finger inside of you, removing the hand you had on your boob to grab his muscles bicep. Nudging your face with his, he tries to get your attention, “Yeah, maybe I was being a little too mean…please forgive me?”, he asks ever so sweetly, the tone of his voice convincing, and the pleasure of his finger stroking your walls didn’t help the grudge you meant to hold against him for making you cry.

How to Practice Sustainable Living on a Budget
Living sustainably doesn’t have to break the bank. In fact, many eco-friendly practices can save you money in the long run! Here are some practical tips for practicing sustainable living while sticking to a budget:
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Reduce: Buy only what you need to minimize waste. Avoid single-use items and opt for products with minimal packaging.
Reuse: Repurpose old containers, jars, and bags. Get creative with DIY projects to give new life to items you already own.
Recycle: Follow your local recycling guidelines. Make sure to clean and sort recyclables to reduce contamination.
Shop Second-Hand
Thrift Stores: Shop for clothing, furniture, and household items at thrift stores, garage sales, or online marketplaces. Not only do you save money, but you also give pre-loved items a new home.
Clothing Swaps: Organize clothing swaps with friends or community members to refresh your wardrobe without spending a dime.
Cook at Home
Buy in Bulk: Purchase staple foods like rice, beans, and pasta in bulk to reduce packaging waste and save money.
Meal Prep: Plan your meals to avoid food waste. Use leftovers creatively, like turning roasted veggies into soups or stir-fries.
Use Energy Efficiently
LED Bulbs: Replace incandescent bulbs with LED ones to save on electricity bills.
Unplug Devices: Turn off and unplug electronics when not in use to reduce energy consumption.
Use Natural Light: Maximize natural light during the day to reduce the need for artificial lighting.
Grow Your Own Food
Start a Garden: Even a small herb or vegetable garden can reduce your grocery bill and your carbon footprint.
Container Gardening: If you don’t have outdoor space, grow herbs and small vegetables in containers on a windowsill or balcony.
Make Your Own Cleaning Products
DIY Cleaners: Use simple ingredients like vinegar, baking soda, and lemon to make effective and eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
Reusable Cloths: Replace paper towels with washable cloths to reduce waste and save money.
Conserve Water
Fix Leaks: A dripping faucet can waste a significant amount of water over time. Fix leaks promptly to conserve water and lower your water bill.
Shorter Showers: Cut down on shower time to save water. Consider using a water-saving showerhead.
Opt for Public Transport or Carpooling
Public Transport: Use public transportation to reduce fuel costs and decrease your carbon footprint.
Carpool: Share rides with friends or coworkers to save money on gas and reduce emissions.
Use Reusable Items
Reusable Bags: Bring your own bags when shopping to reduce plastic waste.
Reusable Bottles and Containers: Invest in a reusable water bottle and food containers to minimize single-use plastics.
DIY Personal Care Products
Natural Ingredients: Make your own personal care products like shampoo, conditioner, and deodorant using natural ingredients.
Zero-Waste: Look for zero-waste options, such as bar soap, shampoo bars, and bamboo toothbrushes, which are often more economical in the long run.
Practicing sustainable living doesn’t have to be expensive. By making small, mindful changes in your daily habits, you can contribute to a healthier planet and save money at the same time. Remember, every little step counts, and collectively, these efforts can make a big impact! Start with one or two changes, and gradually incorporate more sustainable practices into your lifestyle. You’ll not only be helping the environment but also creating a more cost-effective and conscious way of living.

What are ways you try to save the earth by reducing use of plastics...? I like using shampoo bars instead of buying them in plastic bottles. ✨✨✨✨
This is a wild ask out of nowhere and I thank you for it! I actually have things I do to reduce plastic waste.
I get my milk and yogurt from Modern Milkman, a UK-based company that delivers milk, yogurts, juices, and more all in glass bottles. They deliver to your doorstep before 7:30am and you leave out your empties for pickup. They also sell Miniml cleaning products, and again you leave your empties for them to collect. The bottles are then washed and reused tens of times. The app also tells you how many bottles you've saved. We started using MM in October and as of now (23 November) we've saved 57 plastic bottles from being used.
We shop at local zero-waste shops. If you're in the Reading area, there is a place called ArborFill that does closed-loop refills and sells cleaning, hygiene, and gift products that are all eco. We use their 5-litre jugs of laundry detergent and hand soap and will be expanding to more of their products after using what we already have on hand.
FourState just opened a shop in our area. It offers refill stations too, and also has sustainable ceramics, kitchenware, and textiles. I need to run in soon to refill our fabric conditioner and ours also has a dogployee who is compensated with pats.
I need to look into using shampoo bars! If they work well I will continue to use them, but I might have to compromise to bulk bottles of my usual shampoo/conditioner (which to be fair take me at least 18-months to use so it isn't frequent plastic waste production at least). I do like Body Shop's refill stations but the product I use most frequently (lemon body wash and shampoo) isn't offered, so it does kinda deter me from buying more because that's more plastic at a higher rate than I'd like. I've also tried to reduce plastic cling film waste by buying Joie silicon seals but I have not yet successfully used them - they don't seem very functional. I might not be stretching them enough, but am also gonna save up for some beeswax wrap.
I hope my links may be of help, and thanks for the unexpected ask!

I had nightmares again, this time they were especially bad mainly because I had ran out of milk and couldn’t enjoy coffee.
I hugged my pillow and noticed how soft it was; I thought that when I die, I won’t be able to hug pillows anymore.
I forced myself to get up at 10:30 in the morning, took my morning meds, applied deodorant into my armpits, and got dressed.
I ordered a ticket to a play, and then I transferred 20 euros to Jani, and then I ordered Zero Waste cotton rounds from a Finnish online shop.
I went to the free café and had a cup of coffee.
I went to the supermarket and bought two drinking glasses, a nightie, a bottle of shampoo, a bar of soap, and a box of hair dye.
I went to the grocery shop to buy food. I bought a biodegradable bag, but it tore up as soon as I had packed my stuff, so I bought a paper bag.
Once at my home yard, I noticed that someone had abandoned a shopping cart, so I immediately took it back to the supermarket.
And what do you know, my paper bag tore up and my thingies spread on the street. I packed them into my arms and walked home. From what I have learned, nature laughs at those who try to protect it.
I put everything to their rightful places and spent the afternoon knitting and drinking coffee and tidying up.
I went to see my mother. I took a bus to my parents’ home; once there, mom let me in.
We had coffee and cookies, and then mom lent me a suitcase for the camp, and a pair of ECCO sneakers (my boots got torn at the heels).
I walked to the bus station and collected trash. I took a bus back home and went to the shoemaker, where my high school friend works. She looked at my old boots and said that nothing can be done about them.
I went back home, put everything to their rightful places, and then I put on my winter boots and took a bus downtown. I bought a packet of playing cards, picked up trash, and paid compliments to people.
I took a bus back home, took my evening meds, and at least tried to shuffle the cards I had bought.
Tomorrow, as soon as I am up from my bed, I will do the weekly housework; tidy up the bathroom, change the towels and bed sheets, take out the recycling, and hoover the floor.
I will go to Elisa and Jani’s home, E promised to dye my hair.
Then I will go to Marjut’s home, she is holding a birthday party. I will loan her a youth novel she liked.
On Sunday, I will go see a play named Alice in Wonderland.

We all know it's hard being sustainable with a smaller budget and I've been on a MISSON to get everything in my bathroom as sustainable as possible - so here's my list of lil product recs!! These are literally such high quality products and you just feel so good not wasting things 😭
Toothbrush - Get a bamboo toothbrush or sustainable electric toothbrush like SURI (the one I have)! You can recycle these brushes, and with SURI you can send back 4 of your old electric toothbrush heads at once so they can repurpose them.
Face Wash - Refillable face washes and zero waste face wash powder!! The second one is a powder you mix with water, and the container is literally cardboard so you just throw it in recycling when you're done! face wash powder here for my UK girlies! Also Amazon (I know ):)'has a refillable face wash, and I only use them because I just need a company that won't go bust anytime soon to be truly zero waste ): holy grail here
3. Shampoo/Conditioner + Body wash - Bar soaps and bar conditioners, and also concentrated shampoos/conditioners too :)) Infinitely refillable and for bar shampoos, no waste at ALL. Once it's done, it's done! The ONLY non waxy bar shampoo/conditioner I've ever tried and they're Ethique.
4. Exfoliating mitts - use one that you know will LAST. I bought a ZOC African exfoliating towel from TikTok recently and I can finally get all the crud off my back, literally life changing ❤️
There's some things we can't replace like our hyaluronic or glycolic acids, but at least with this - you can replace everything that CAN be replaced, and everything else is minimal.
If there's anything I've missed, just leave me a comment/DM me and I'll add it to the list 🕵️
Also completely hate that it's up to big companies to stop being absolute dicks so the Earth can actually live, but at least we know we're not carelessly contributing to waste!

Oak Cliff welcomes Usefull, low-waste refillable product store
Tumblr media
Metal shopping baskets. Cloth dish towels. Glass bottles and wooden toothbrushes.
It’s rare to be in a room with little to no plastic.
The material is so common that we forget it’s all around us.
But at Usefull, a new sustainable refill store in Oak Cliff, it’s hard to find much plastic on the shelves.
Dallas is joining a sustainable business trend with the opening of Usefull, a refillable product store in Oak Cliff.
This type of retail store can help residents who are looking for more sustainable alternatives when they buy personal care or household products and want to reduce their reliance on single-use plastic.
The small business is on a low-waste, reusable mission in Dallas to provide sustainable alternatives to everyday, single-use products.
“This culture that we have of disposing of everything, of throwing away things, is causing a crisis of plastic trash,” Adriana Kao, Usefull’s founder, said. “The best thing we can do is try to reduce our reliance on plastic.”
An eco-trend comes to Dallas
Hundreds of refill stores have popped up around the country as consumers and businesses seek to cut down on single-use plastic and packaging waste.
In Texas alone, an online directory lists more than a dozen brick-and-mortar refill stores in the state, but none in Dallas and only a handful of mobile refill stores in North Texas.
Usefull’s new retail store, located off Sunset Avenue, invites customers to bring in empty bottles or buy glass ones to refill with personal care and home products like shampoo, lotion and dish soap.
Instead of buying a new plastic bottle with the product, which could take more than a century to decompose, customers use existing reusable bottles and pay only for the refill.
Their payment is based on the weight before and after they fill the bottle.
“It’s something I could keep up,” said Shaina Cheever, a therapist in Oak Cliff who visited the store on its opening day, Saturday. “It’s practical … I’m excited that it’s an accessible concept.”
Usefull also carries reusable and plastic-free alternatives to household items like cloth dish towels, dryer balls and wooden bathroom products.
The store’s products don’t contain harmful chemicals like parabens or phthalates, Kao said.
Usefull also avoids artificial fragrances and colors, and prioritizes plant-based products.
Customer Kattie Mokhtarzadeh refills her bottles with products at Usefull, a fillable…
Shouqiang Wang is a professor at The University of Texas at Dallas and researches environmental regulations and sustainable product design.
He sees many reasons for the refill store trend, including environmentally conscious consumers and the desire to save costs by cutting down on packaging.
“We all nowadays are aware of the importance of protecting our environment,” Wang said.
“From the economic perspective, I think this also makes sense for both the sellers’ as well as the consumers’ point of view … I think it’s a win-win situation.”
Kao opened the brick-and-mortar storefront in late June after years selling from booths at markets.
She said her store is one of the first physical “refillery” stores in Dallas.
The store is located inside Our Wellness Community, a health care services center in Oak Cliff.
“Oak Cliff has a very strong sense of community, of taking care of each other and our environment,” Kao said.
“I do want to add to that building of community and people being able to come together … and connect with the natural force that joins us.”
Wang thinks the trend is more prevalent in urban areas with younger residents, but that it could catch on to a larger population.
“In order to … make it more popular, we just need to make the consumers more aware of the existence of such options,” Wang said.
‘Entrepreneurial drive’ and a love for nature
When Kao first moved to Dallas about eight years ago, she was surprised there were no refill stores in such a large city.
She lived in Southern California before moving to Dallas, which had many refill stores, but moved to Texas to work as a strategy analyst for AT&T.
Kao was on her own “sustainability journey,” she said, trying to cut down on single-use waste like plastic bags and straws. While there are some pop-up refill businesses at markets in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, she didn’t find many options.
“I thought, hey, if I’m looking for it, I bet other people are looking for it too,” Kao said.
Kao started Usefull in November 2020.
While many businesses suffered during the pandemic, Kao’s was born from it.
She said the extra time at home gave her an opportunity to develop her idea for a sustainable refill business, which she operated as a pop-up at places like the Dallas and Coppell Farmers Markets.
Kao was inspired by her parents, who are also entrepreneurs, to use her own savings to start the company.
Her parents immigrated from Taiwan to Ecuador, where Kao was born, and ran a sporting goods retail business.
“I grew up watching their company grow and working with them,” Kao said.
“So I always liked the idea of having my own business, and I think that kind of entrepreneurial drive was something I just grew up with.”
Kao started her business with her savings, then opened the Oak Cliff store with the help of investment crowdfunding from friends, family and interested investors.
Kao’s eco-awakening came during a family trip.
Kao went to the Galápagos Islands as a child and was inspired by the natural beauty there, particularly of the giant tortoises.
After learning about the environmental threats to wildlife on the island, she developed an interest in recycling and sustainable practices.
“I remember that trip was one of the things that really awoke in me this love of nature and feeling awe for everything around me,” Kao said.
“That love of nature has followed me for a really long time.” ‘We’ll meet you where you are’
The new, physical retail store is open Wednesday to Sunday, and will give Kao an opportunity to connect more with customers and carry more products, she said.
She plans to host events like candle making, a composting workshop and a plant swap.
“There’s a big educational component to moving to more sustainable products,” Kao said.
“The whole idea of refill is still a little less than mainstream. So it’s good to have a space where we can interact with people in a comfortable way and have enough space to do that.”
It can take 100 years for a single plastic shampoo bottle to decompose, and an estimated 20 million metric tons of plastic litter end up in the environment every year, according to the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
The union states that single-use plastics make up much of the world’s plastic pollution, which can harm wildlife, threaten food and water safety, and spread carcinogenic chemicals to humans. Kao hopes her store will help people avoid contributing to the problem.
“We want to be a partner in our customers’ sustainability journey,” Kao said. “It’s not about perfection, and everybody’s journey is different. So we’ll meet you where you are.”

well on saturday I made my oatmeal with ginger and cinnamon and the Saskatoon berries that I picked with friends after work on friday. I walked to the farmer's market to drop off my compost and bought my apples for the week from my apple guy and my bok choy from my bok choy lady. my partner reminded me that we were out so I refilled our laundry powder and shampoo at the zero waste shop before I walked to the local soap maker to get more bar soap. the woman who owned the store talked to me about my time in idaho and alaska and we talked about how much we hate the proud boys and how excited we are for the pride event happening this friday. and then I walked home :-)
