I remember why I loved art even though it doesn’t look good it was still fun.

I suggest pen art and water colours, that way you can’t be too caught up with the little mistakes and just go with it. It was refreshing and frustrating not being able to erase things, but being able to accept them instead and made the fit in.

So i have to do a solo monologue for drama and I need some peoples feedback, because I like them both.

Lady Bird- monologue

“Hi mom and dad, it’s me, Christine. It’s the name you gave me; it’s a good one. Dad this is more for mom.. Hey mom? Did you feel emotional the first time you drove in Sacramento? I did and- I wanted to tell you but we weren’t really talking when it happened. All those bend’s I’ve known my whole life and stores and- the whole thing.”

Pause

“But I wanted to tell you- I love you!.. thank you I’m- thank you…”

Cruella De Vil- Monologue

Pauses up to 5 seconds

“So this is a confusing day.”

pause

“My nemesis is my real mother and she krilled- my other mother. I guess you were always scared, weren’t you, that I’d be- a psycho.. Like my real mom”

“That explains all the ‘tone it down, try and fit in’ stuff. Love me into shape, I suppose, was the plan.”

“And I tried. I really, I tried because- I loved you.”

Pause

“But the thing is… I’m… not sweet- Estella, try as i might. I never was.”

“Im Cruella, born brilliant, born bad, and a little bit mad.” (Chuckle)

“I am not like her. I’m better. Anyway, must dash. Much to avenge, revenge and destroy.”

Why is my name Birdy instead of Birdie?

Well back in middle school i had friends call me Birdy because they couldn’t remember my name for the life of them, even if its the most basic name like Jessica (its not Jessica but its as basic/lh) although I have been called Jessica more then I thought i would. Even my own wife(/p) called me Jessica at some point, i mean she had like 50 other wives but my name is basic, how could you forget my name D: (/j/nsrs)

And the spelling was because of my dyslexia, i thought it was spelt Birdy instead of Birdie and it just stuck and now im here Yippee :D
