While people only show you the best part of the life, 🙋🏻‍♀️ am here to tell you how the social media world could be misleading. These pics are the bloopers of last night’s yogurt-making process. The story starts from my laziness and my childlike curiosity. I was wondering if I could just pour everything in the jars and lock them in the instant pot for hours and get the job done. Then our beloved yet misleading Internet suggested a recipe which only requires steaming the jars of milk at high pressure for just one min, let them cool off and 👩🏻‍🍳 could start making my yogurts as usual. So no heating up milk in another pot? At this old age, any saving of washing-up would be a godsend. After years of using pressure cookers, this happened. Just one minute of steaming. At first, it was only a slight leakage of milk 🥛 from one of the jars (the other two were fine). Then I lifted the last jar up. Imagine the feeling when you hold a glass jar of milk up, but the milk inside runs out like a reservoir until its strong current flushed out the jar bottom.
