I don’t even hate the feeling of being hungry, I kind like the feeling. The thing that keeps me from not eating, is cravings. That’s literally it. I’m unfortunately one of those people who loves food, cooking and all that. Please help me out and tell me how to fix my cravings for food and annoyingly big appetite. Don’t get me wrong, I can fast, however when I break the fast I’m uncontrollable around food.

Broke my 3 day fast! Im really proud I went three days, I hope soon I can do 5 days soon! Ngl I did plan a meal that was around 200-300 cals however I ended up binging a bit after :/
Starting my fast again after the binge, maybe I’ll be able to push myself to 4 days. Im sacred to step on the scale bcs what if Ive gained the weight back that I lost during these three days.
Update edit: I purg3d, and I’m happy I did. It came out so easily, usually it takes me about 10 minutes to get a bit out. I am mad at myself that I make myself do this tho bcs Ik how bad purg1ng is (st4rving myself isn’t better but ygm) and I don’t want to get into it, but I’m scared it’s my only option especially since I binge a lot 🙃

Came back from school (walked halfway home then got picked up) and I haven’t eaten yet today as well- which is normal for me however I usually eat dinner after school so it’s kinda challenging not too. I was almost going to give in and eat but I weighed myself and I’ve lost some weight so that encouraged me not too, I also have tutoring and have exams to be preparing and also have some packages to send out, so I don’t want to waste time eating. The thing that’s also helping me through this is fruit squash (no cals or sugar) with lemon, which idk if I’m aloud during fasting but whatever it’s better than eating.

First day back at school ugh. Let’s hope I can make it through the day. Also I haven’t eaten since 6:30pm (I think) Sunday so I’m doing well, I really hope I don’t ruin it. I plan to eat on Wednesday or Thursday in the evening and start fast again that day at 6 or 7 (depends when I have dinner) I’m not feeling too hungry or anything I j miss the taste of food but that’s about it

My mum made one of my fav foods, it makes me so sad that I can’t enjoy it with her and tell her what a good cook she. I got mad at her and told her that I told her to stop making food because I’m not going to eat it, I also said this because she’s going away to see family for a week and whenever she goes away she always makes sure there’s food I like in the house. I am so grateful I have a mother like this and it’s unfortunate for the both of us that I’m like this. Anyways I’m not going to eat it because I don’t deserve too as I’ve been allowing to much recently. I was meant to lose 5kg by now and instead I’ve gained about 3 in the past two weeks.
