Today was a very intense day at work and I got 15k steps at 12am already lol.
At work I had breakfast (one and a half bread rolls, 20g butter) and lunch (rice, veggie meat balls and spinach). I also had a banana and a plum.
Then I got home and had a salad (arugula, 3 small tomatoes and 50g feta cheese, 1 tea spoon olive oil and balsamic vinegar).
Then I went to the gym, got another 6k steps and did some intense weight lifting. When I got home I cooked for tomorrow and had three eggs, a bread roll with butter and a few tomatoes.
In total I burned around 3000calories today and ate 2000calories. As you can see I ate A LOT today but I burned so much too, I think it’ll be fine. And THIS is why I have ednos and not anorexia lol
I'm really tired bc I started my internship at the hospital but here's a quick summary:
Fasted until 9am (I start work at 6am) and had a breadroll (300). Then at home I had the same I had yesterday but a bit less (300). Then I ate plums and sweets oopses (900)
Today I had the whole day off, but tomorrow I need to get up at 4am (。╯︵╰。)
I fasted until noon.
Breakfast:
two fried eggs (176)
6 cherry tomatoes (40)
crackers (78)
butter (37)
Then I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill and watched anime lol. I wanted to run a bit and I also usually lift weights but I felt too weak to do so.
Lunch:
100g spaghetti (measured uncooked, 370)
parmesan cheese (95)
tomato sauce with soy (150?)
I might still eat a yoghurt before I go to sleep, depending on how I feel.
Steps: 10k
Total calories burned: 2500
Consumed: 1150 (I ate a yoghurt last night that I added to today bc it was after midnight lol) or 1300 (if I eat another one)
I get so much more motivated when I lost weight. Then eating less is so easy, but when I gained or maintained, it all feels useless and I want to give up.
I finally was able to weigh myself and I don't weigh nearly as much as I feared!! I thought I was like 65kg lol but I'm 58,5kg. I'm pretty sure a few weeks ago I def hit 60kg at some point but I'm so glad its not like that anymore.
