haven’t been posting much but just finished a 60h fast with 477kcal

not going to school today because my period just came and it’s so excruciatingly painful :( my abdomen, thighs and knees were in so much pain, paler than a ghost, got hot flushes and thought i was gonna faint. remind me to never fast before my period ever again.

me and my family went to an amusement park today, and despite me disposing 2/3 of the food my mom packed me she insisted we get ice cream (i can’t really refuse with me loving ice cream and her thinking i’m in recovery).
