I've been searching for a horror story/game that I saw when I was 16 (i.e. around 2014). It's been bugging me for years that I can never find it, but I did post about it on Reddit to see if I can finally end my search.

In case you don't want to read the post, I'll summarize it here:

The video was both a narration and gameplay, the narrator telling of the story behind the game as if it were a Creepypasta.

The game pops up as a basic 'haunted house simulator' game, where the player and another (their friend I presume) go to inspect the place as part of an investigation. But the place is soon found to be legit haunted, stuck in a loop that degrades with each iteration and the player soon discovers (through finding clues) that the game itself is a portal to hell. The game developer supposedly did this originally to bring back the dead (his daughter possibly), but went mad and now the government is using it to test on criminals (the player being a criminal themself). The 'friends' in the story are all also criminals, all having bee possibly taken by the entities trying to get to our world through the game. But the player breaks free of the device being used on him, which lets the entities leak through to reality as the scientists are all killed by them.

My brother has always wanted me to have my own money and 'live independently', then when it was brought up again he turned it around and said that once I get disability benefits he wants me to help him with overall food/bills.

I even confronted him on the contradiction, all he said was 'well I never said that but even if I did so what?' and it started another argument yet again.

I get that money is getting tighter nowadays, but still. Saying that my benefits will only go to the entire house, instead of just staying as my own, felt like a kick to the balls.

He constantly told me that I would NEVER have to use my benefits for anything but myself. Even when I offered every single time I applied, saying that if I got benefits I would contribute.

I don't understand why the switch in him happened, or why he got so defensive when I questioned him on it.

Long story short, my brother is an asshole and I unfortunately cannot leave my current situation (unless I wanted to be homeless).

No, I'm not 'taking advantage' of my situation or 'avoiding responsibility' to be 'lazy'.

I am not being a 'manchild' or 'leeching off of other's kindness'.

I have disabilities.

I shouldn't have to go into my full backstory and medical history for anyone to believe I deserve accommodations or that I simply cannot do some things like I used to.

I shouldn't be called a 'burden' for needing the extra help.

I shouldn't be made lesser than simply because I cannot have any form of job or care for myself properly.

I shouldn't be ok with being abused, even it's my only option because without that support I'd have nowhere else to go.

I used to be able to do so much, no problem.

Then I got physically disabled after getting Covid in 2020.

Ever since then, I've had to keep in mind what I can't do anymore and what I still can.

My brother hates this, seeing me unable to keep up chores and such to his liking.

It's led to many arguments, with him even threatening to kick me out if I don't get any disability help or a job.

He's even berated me for 'forcing' him into being heartless, always saying that he would rather not take care of a 'manchild' in his own home.

Definitely hard to live with, but I know my limits and he doesn't.

(( Yes I know my brother is borderline - if not fully - abusive with his actions but 90% of the time we're chill and it's not like I can leave on my own anyways unless I want to be homeless. ))

when disabled/chronically ill people tell you they can’t do something, then that is not your cue to tell them that they can actually or that they’ll always find an excuse if they’re looking for one.

when a disabled/chronically ill person says they can’t do something, sometimes that doesn’t mean it’s outside the realm of possibility, sometimes it means if they (attempted to) do that, they will seriously hurt themselves.

Needing glasses is an 'acceptable' disability.

But only bc companies can make hella money off of it, if you really think about it anyone who needs glasses is 'legally blind' (esp in more severe cases) and no one wants to admit that.

Because blindness is a more 'severe' disability, and you can only be entirely blind for anyone to accept it.

Made the mistake of bringing up that needing glasses is a disability on tiktok and people got real mad.

“You can fix it with glasses” yeah, cuz they’re a disability aid? But like, I still have to pay 160 bucks to use my own fucking eyes?

Like, by definition, if your eyes do not work without aid, you have a disability to see.

Having a disability doesn’t automatically put you in what people consider the “disabled” category, but that doesn’t change the fact that it is in fact, a disability.

It happened again.

I had just exposed a Pro/Dark Shipper on TikTok, and I got droves of asshats saying I'm in the wrong for exposing them.

'Oh but what about the real victims' - even real CP/CSA victims say Pro/Dark Shipping is just pure pedophelia. It perpetuates the idea that a kid being with an adult is 'ok'.

'Oh but then you must be one too' - me speaking out on it does not mean I am one, it genuinely disturbs me that I make it clear the Dark/Pro Shippers are the problem but people decide to turn it around on me when I actually give them facts based in psychology and proof from actual victims of all this bullshit speaking up about it.

It's not like I talk or think about this 24/7. I do, however, talk about it when it pops up on my feed or I see a Pro/Dark Shipper pop up as I'm going about my day.

I simply try to inform people that there is actual harm in this, not only does it mess up a person's brain into accepting pedophelia but it is also still VERY illegal (and depictions of minors in a sexual way is CP and thus illegal to produce/view/sell).

Fictional or not, it harms real people.

I am going to clarify this because some people are idiots.

Eugenics is the desire to 'clean' the gene pool of anything 'undesirable' (i.e. any minority or general non-beauty standard).

Eucenics is NOT showing genuine concern for a parent who is disabled and has a child.

The issue is not the disabled people or their kids. It's the systems in place that makes it harder for any minority to live decent lives.

I did it.

I actually went to therapy, and now I'm going to start not only getting mental help but also gender-affirming care.

I decided to just go through with it since they had the option for seeking such care on the entry sheet. So it's actually happening. I'm going to get ALL the help I need.

Not just basic mental health or in-person care (like helping me with keeping the house clean and such bc with my current health I barely can do it). And tbh, I'm still shaking.

I'm still so new to all this, being a trans man and accepting it. But the fears I had before of it all crashing down around me, it's basically almost gone. And all because I pushed past that fear I had when I needed to.

This doesn't mean a certain person who responded to my previous post is forgiven (iykyk). I am still pissed at their response to my very valid fears that are still there thanks to our current political climate.

But I am happy that I was wrong. I didn't give up, because I had my loved ones supporting me through it all. Not some strangers on the internet who think busting through the doors and dragging me into compliance is going to 'fix' me out of that fear. I just needed to face this on my own, that's all.

I hate it when people say it takes away from the real victims of grooming/CSA. As if Darkshipping doesn't create its own victims from the fact that it promotes pedophelia.

Literally had someone comment on my TikTok saying that they don't take those who use the term 'Darkshipping' seriously, giving the same excuse that I'm just 'downplaying' what real CSA victims go through by saying Darkshipping promotes pedophelia. They said it's fiction, so it's not real and thus causes no real harm to anyone.

Then they blocked me when I explained I am not blaming the media itself, I'm still wholly blaming the predators who use that media to lure in and groom minors. And I wish people just stopped assuming I'm blaming solely the media itself, I swear it's them coping hard with the fact that Darkshipping promotes pedophelia and they can't handle that they are defending actual pedophiles.

I am very passionate about this subject, because people are SO fucking stupid and irate about 'protecting' Darkshipping. Like, I do block it if I see it. But if it's brought up in conversation/discussion, I'm gonna say my peace because it is that important. It's literally all just another outlet for pedophiles to access minors, like when they tried to infiltrate the LGBT as 'one of us'.

I know I can't get rid of every pedophile or Darkshipper out there. But I hope that with all this, maybe others will do more to stop the cycle of abuse and trauma from continuing.

.: Main Trio - Coming Out As Trans Male :.

(( This is mostly for my own sanity bc I am very depressed right now and want to show my own headcanons of how they'd react to Y/N coming out as trans male (ftm) ))

He had no idea, so he treated you like any other male student in the class. But then, one day, he walked in on you changing and saw *everything* (you were stripping to go take a shower while everyone else was already done in the locker room). After this he just ends up blushing and stuttering whenever you are around, thinking you are a 'girl' and are just cross-dressing as a boy with the school somehow allowing you to be in the boy's locker room/bathroom/dorms.

But, eventually, he gets corrected by All Might after the guy sees Midoriya misgendering you outright a few times (All Might has been to a lot of places so of course he knows about LGBT stuff - esp about trans men and women).

Once he realizes his mistake, it does take him some time to get used to the fact that people can change genders like this (outside of transformation quirks). But, like with everything else, he does eventually go full-on into research mode so he can be a better hero and help you get through your transition better. Even if he sometimes lets it slip you are trans, he just doesn't understand that some people don't need to know the specifics beyond you being a man but he'll (eventually) get it right. Just give him time, and be patient.

He does not care what gender you are, so long as you don't slow him down or get in his way (and can put up a good fight with him). And he is also surprisingly accommodating, he'll get you pads and make sure no one sees you naked - all in his own aggressive caring way. He even corrects others who mess up your gender, even if he doesn't entirely 'get it' he understands enough that you are a guy born in a girl's body and that's enough for him.

Literally will say 'so what? I'm still gonna kick your ass, I don't give a fuck what's in your pants you dumbass' and then challenge you to a fight to prove yourself. Just his own way of saying that you are still valid, even if it's not the most 'comforting' way one would normally expect.

He will literally not get it until you tell him outright. Even if he sees your boobs or bits on full display, it won't click for him - after all, guys have pecs and they look similar enough to boobs anyways. And you having female bits? He may be a bit confused, but not enough to question it. But once you tell him, he'll have a ton of questions. Mainly about what 'trans' actually is, and the usual questions people have when they learn about transgender folks.

He may be a bit ignorant on it, even asking 'why do you want to transition? you already have a decent body, why change it?' but he'll eventually get it and be accepting. But he'll never let it slip that you are trans, simply because you ask him to not bring it up with anyone for safety and personal reasons. And if he does have any more questions or concerns about transgender stuff, he'll just go to you for answers.

The only time he'll bring it up outside of talking with you is whenever he sees pro or anti trans stuff, he'll go up and discuss it with the people/person so he can understand it a lot better from both sides (but he is still an ally don't worry). And when you finally come out on your own, he'll be there to give you his own support as a friend.

So I scoured Clown's QnA stuff that recently happened, and he does in fact say the story of Welcome Home will deal with homophobia to some extent.

So this just further confirms that LGBT themes are integral to the series, and anyone who is being homophobic about it (saying that Clown would never have LGBT stuff in it and that Julie x Frank is 'canon) are 100% WRONG and should check out their actual blog/QnA.

Just goes to show that Endeavor did have the 'perfect' child the first time, he was simply too blinded by his own goals to see it until it was far too late.

I also relate to Touya so much bc I'm a trans man and my mom kept going until she had a boy - if she could've waited a few years she would've seen I was the boy she was looking for, she didn't need to try a second time for a boy at all. But I know that if I came out while she was still alive, she would've went legit insane bc she saw me as a reflection of herself and thus treated me how she was growing up.

Bit of an update, because I have to yet further explain thanks to some people over on TikTok arguing with me on this.

To those saying fiction cannot effect reality - yes, in general, it does not. But that doesn't mean its existence will be entirely 'pure', there are those who use such media and outlets to create victims. And denying this leads to cycles being repeated.

For example, let's take Minecraft Youtubers. A lot of them have been outed as pedophiles in the past few years. But, obviously, this isn't the fault of the game or fandom itself. It's the fault of the creeps who saw it as an opportunity to target children, because Minecraft is very popular especially with children. And also the fault of those who defend these creeps.

But when I gave this example, no one took me seriously. Or were trying yo say I was 'blaming the game and community', when I clearly stated that I wasn't. I was simply saying that creeps will use these communities to try and push their pedophelia onto minors, grooming them into believing that adult x kid is 'healthy' or 'ok'. And those who ignore it, or even try to defend these creeps, they are part of the problem as well.

Pedophiles will use the image of a child, and use it as an excuse to say they are 'doing nothing wrong' because that image isn't a real person. But they still see it as a child they want to fuck, fictional or not they still have those urges and in turn are trying to groom REAL kid into believing it's all 'ok' to do. Because that's what Darkshipping is there for - to give the illusion that pedophelia is 'ok' so long as it's only with fictional characters.

Now, I'm not against exploring certain themes in stories. But there is a difference between simply talking about it, and exploiting it for a fetish.
