Not enough jobs are willing to do training anymore, no matter what the situation. Grocery stores won't teach you to work a cash register, businesses won't teach you how to use their programs, even the arts won't teach you anything

Everyone wants a triple threat, expects you to just have those skills. In the old days? you could show up to a random theater barely able to dance and they'd teach you, and then the incel living in the walls would make you a world class singer and actor and you'd be headlining your own show in a few years

architecture as a whole was so much more desirable to be in decades upon decades ago and I get there are many places in the world that have such ornate beautiful libraries, galleries ect…but compared to what we have to sit in today…like going to your local library is so uninspiring. I need to be in the Abbey Library of St. Gall in St. Gallen Switzerland right now.

just saw a comment on tiktok with someone saying how there were trump supporters who attended their hozier concert but left halfway through during the nina cried power speech. first of all, how are you going to be a hozier fan AND conservative???! entirely missing the point of his music, much of which are acts of political activism. like, swan upon leda? be? jackboot jump? wait until they find out "take me to church" isn't about going to church and cherry wine isnt a sweet love song!!!!
