Suicide has nothing to do with God.

Suicide is an individual's decision to end their life, regardless of the method used. The decision itself is a demonstration of the state of mental health of the individual in question.

Therefore, suicide has nothing to do with how the Catholic Church (or any other) sees the world, believing only in its beliefs. The Catholic church refers to God as being a supreme God, creator of everything and everyone, a savior of us all. People who choose to commit the act of ending their lives have not been saved, and do not want to be saved.

Suicide is the physical and mental representation that a person has lost all hope, or that they only has remnants of it. It is the symbol that a person believes that there is no salvation for their existence, salvation for themselfs.

Of course, no one deserves to get to a mindset where they want to end their life, but that's not our decision. What is up to us is to try to help the person to improve their mental condition, and how to overcome it.

But, if the person really decides to carry out the action, it is not for us to judge. Above all, there is no connection between God and the action of ending life, it is something that goes beyond the concept of religion.

Therefore, it is pointless to spread the word that God does not forgive certain actions. Saying specifically that you don't condone suicide is just a demonstration of how the beliefs of the Catholic Church have influenced a person's mentality and being on a social level. No "God" will save these people, who saves are the people who surround them and love them unconditionally, romantically, platonic, or fraternally.
