Being full on 190 calories and not sleeping almost the entire night because I was paranoid someone was in my house trying to kill me. I tried to use “magic psychic” powers to put a force field of white light around me and my house to be protected. Then I finally ended up sleeping for an hour and a half and woke up frightened and enlightened bc in my dream I wasn’t me. I was someone else. I thought I was playing out my neighbors dream so I closed my eyes and tried to go back to sleep to communicate with him.
That’s a manic episode for you.
I forgot to take my meds for I presume a couple of days so I finally took my antipsychotic and mood stabilizer. Let’s cross our fingers and pray the crazy goes away lol.

Spend a large sum of money on getting your nails done.
Deep clean the entire kitchen and break half your nails at 2AM
Take a longgggg shower and scrub so hard you’re at the point of bleeding. SHAVE EVERYTHING but press too hard and cut up your legs.
Decide to learn Italian and look up a small town to live in. Start applying for apartments and jobs.
Call people you haven’t talked to in a long time at 5am and tell them you’re moving to Italy next week.

I’ve compiled a list of things to do to get your mind off of any negativity you may be experiencing either being alone with your thoughts or being stuck inside a house with people you aren’t getting along with.
