It’s okay to feel like shit some days. What is not okay is for us to let ourselves feel like shit EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. We’ve gotta stop that shit. Because, we owe it to ourselves to be happy some days. Smile more, hate yourself less. If that seems impossible to you, try redirecting your path. If you don’t know how to do that, ask someone. Anyone. Even a stranger. Doesn’t matter. Get on Reddit and look for mental health subreddits. Positivity and encouragement for your mental health is EVERYWHERE. You’re awesome, even if you don’t believe it.
