📖Tina's Story📖 Feel free to share. My 13 yr old son has Autism, pica syndrome and a sleep disorder... He started taking the Berry blend caps about 6 weeks ago and the wholefood shakes 2 weeks. Today we had a massive breakthrough. Due to him having Autism he has a lot of sensory issues surrounding foods, which leads to a very limited diet (3-5 fave foods ). 📖Lotte's Amazing Story📖 So it's been a while since I posted an update on my health journey. When I last updated I had improved my health that much I was down to 2 prescriptions 😍 As of 2 weeks ago I am now on a total of 0 prescription medications 😀 thats right 0. For those that don't know my health journey. I was a chronic migraine sufferer (15 ish a month) , suffered with ibs, eczema, anxiety, allergies, exhaustion and the list could go on. 😀 I had to take an average 12 tablets a day and I was still often to ill to function 😬 I now get around 3 migraines a month but they are that mild I can take over the counter meds and generally carry on as normal with an early night. 😍 I also haven't had a sick day from work since April. I was on permanent sickness review at work for the last 3 years 😃 Compared to the life I was living this is an amazing change and I would never look back.
