Dear Tumblr,

So I've been seeing a lot of very stupid stuff being made that's aimed towards cis people. Not only that, but straight allies, you know the straight people that help the gay community. Gay people have been hating on them for no reason. For those that don't know, Milo Stewart made this very stupid video basically saying if you're white you're racist, if you're straight then you're homophobic, if you're cis then you're transphobic. Basically he said that you're a shitty person even though you could be the nicest person in the world. Ironically enough he was inspired to make the video because of a couple of incredibly racist black people. That's a bit hypocritical, don't you think, Milo? The point is, just because someone is a cis-gender, white person does not mean they are racist, transphobic or homophobic. The sooner you get that through your head the better. You're the reason this site is a joke. Also to the gay community, stop being stupid. Stop being dicks to your straight allies.

Thanks to the way YouTube is, I have now lost access to one of my old accounts because YouTube assumes everyone will remember every phone number they will ever have.

Believe it or not, people change their phone number and forget their old one, YouTube. Now fix this!

So my dad found a rock today that has an interesting crystal/gem/thing growing out of it. I'm not sure what it is, but I'm going back to look for more tomorrow. If you know what this is can you tell me? The color of it is an orange-y/peach color and inside is a purple/brown type color.

Will Soos die?

I just thought about something. There's theories about which character will die on Gravity Falls. Some people say Dipper, some say Stan, and some say Ford. I was part of the Ford group until just now. I was thinking about the circle with Bill in the middle and all the symbols on it and one of them has a question mark on it, the same question mark that Soos has on his shirt. So perhaps in the end it will be Soos that finally defeats bill, but at the cost of his life? Sure it's a loose theory, but it's something. I guess we will have to wait for the final episode to find out.

Tumblr Mobile Hate?

So I'm on Tumblr a great deal and almost every time I get on I see someone hating on the Tumblr app/Tumblr mobile. Why do so many people hate on it? That's what I use 90% of the time and it works flawlessly. It works just as well as on the computer, so why so much hate? I'm seriously confused.

Today I'm starting something completely new.

So today I've officially started a vegetarian diet. I've thought about this for a long time and finally decided that today was the day. People say it's easy, and personally I think will be able to do it since I don't really care for beef, plus I'm doing it to help get healthy. This is something I'm looking forward to. It will be interesting to see where this takes me.

Chia Parfait & Autumn Apple Crunch

As always, adapt this recipe with seasonal ingredients of your choice; plums, peaches, pineapple, berries or pears could be great instead of apples. It’s easily made vegan by leaving out the yogurt or using coconut yogurt.

Quick Chia Pudding 1 cup milk of choice (we usually use oat milk, almond milk or coconut milk) 4 tbsp chia seeds zest from ½ lemon

Warm Apple Crunch 1-2 tbsp butter, ghee or coconut oil 1-2 tbsp honey, maple syrup or brown rice syrup 1 large apple ¼ cup / 60 ml sunflower seeds ¼ cup / 60 ml pumpkin seeds ¼ cup / 60 ml hazelnuts ½ tsp ground cinnamon 1 pinch ground ginger 1 pinch sea salt

Elements for layering 6 small glasses full-fat plain yogurt or coconut yogurt nut butter chopped fresh apples bee pollen, optional

Preparing the chia pudding: Combine all ingredients in a bowl, set aside for 15-30 minutes and stir every now and then. You can add a few teaspoons honey or maple syrup if you prefer it a little sweet.

Preparing the warm apple crunch: Chop the apples into small dices. Heat butter and honey in a skillet. Add apples, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and hazelnut and spices and cook for about 7-8 minutes, stirring every now and then until the apples are golden and soft and the seeds and nuts are crispy.

Layering: Place a few spoonfuls of chia pudding in the bottom of 6 small glasses. Then add a dollop of nut butter, followed by a few spoonfuls of yogurt. Finally top with the warm apple crunch mixed with a few fresh apple slices and a sprinkle of bee pollen. Drizzle over some extra honey or maple syrup if preferred. Enjoy!
