This is the last post I'm making of this young stunner, Ms. Danielle Plate. @daniellep91 @dainellep91 @daniellep91 @daniellep91 She's 28 day's out from the #BranchWarrenClassic. I'm extremely grateful to be able to work with this young lady. Big props go out to Major Gainz Fitness athlete @ccaitlinwheeler 🙌 Back in November we were in a growth phrase. Her highest weight was 120 lbs. When she came back from Africa at the end of December, she said... "Hey coach, I forgot to tell you that I need to be almost contest lean for the Arnold Classic (which was last weekend). So, I said okay... 😳😳😳 She soldiered up and went to work. She looked great at the Arnold and we are holding her steady for a photo shoot next week. 📷📷📷 After the shoot, we are going full blown offseason. 💪💪💪 I'm very proud of her. I used to be a "clean" eater. I lived out of a six pack fitness bag. I ate chicken breast, whit fish, broccoli, rice, lean steak, almond buyer, egg whites etc like they were being discontinued. I did that because I was told that "clean" eating was the only way to be healthy or get shredded. Any time someone else was eating something I REALLY wanted to eat and I was hungry, I immediately had to reach in my bag for chicken... Not anymore :) I've been brought to the light of #FlexibleDieting and REAL science bodybuilding. "Clean" eating... Sounds like it's right, it looks right (to an untrained eye), but it's still BRO SCIENCE. Maybe you like eating the same plain Jane foods everyday. If so, that's wonderful. But, if you don't... Know that it's not necessary. You can actually enjoy your food, be healthy, lean and prep for competition.
