"The Best Way Out is Always Through"
✨ Turn your attention and focus inward. Look within for the answers you seek. Sometimes we feel like we want to escape; everything seems heavy around us, things didn’t go the way we thought they would or how we wanted them to. Maybe a job was lost or wasn’t what you thought it would be, a relationship didn’t workout, that contract fell through, you didn’t get a loan approval, there’s tensions at work, that business failed, you’re in a rough patch with your significant other or whatever other obstacle you’ve encountered and you feel like you just can’t seem catch a break or a breath. ⠀ ⠀ When things around us are falling apart or not going our way; this is the Universe trying to get our attention. This is a loud call to come back to ourselves. It’s a call to connect with our higher self and to sit quietly with ourselves. When we get quiet, when we really start to listen we begin to gain clarity. We begin to see these “obstacles” and “set-backs” for what they truly are. A wake up call. A call for growth and healing. A blessing in disguise. Why? Because something bigger and better is on the horizon… we just need to align with it. ⠀ ⠀ We do this by turning inward and healing the parts of us that feel triggered, that feel unbalanced. We do this by releasing and letting go of the parts of us that no longer resonate with our soul. We let go of anything and anyone that depletes our energy. We must take these experiences as beautiful soul lessons so that we may up-level and move forward with grace. ⠀ ⠀ Take some time this week to sit quietly with yourself. Honor the ebb and flow of life. We are in a constant dance with ourselves and we need to learn to create space for the emotions that show up in our lives on a daily basis. Free from judgment and criticism as our emotions show up to reveal an unhealed part of ourselves that needs nurturing and attention. ⠀ ⠀ Throughout our lifelong healing journey we will experience highs and lows, shedding and the undoing of what we once thought was real and true to us. As we process these changes we continue to shift into our more authentic self. We get closer and closer to living, speaking and radiating our truth. We move closer to a deeper, soul connection with our higher self. We start to become more and more aware of our own power and begin getting comfortable with it. Behind the curtain of our AWARENESS are where the shifts begin to occur. ⠀ ⠀ Now is the time to step away from our fear which is simply our EGO trying to keep us playing small, and lean into that pain and discomfort.
