Screw it.

Ezra would never become a Jedi. He does not want to be a Jedi. Throughout the entire series he constantly talks about how he has gone over to the dark side a few times. This has been mutole plot points in this series. He does not care about the good vs bad side of the force. He also has said he does not want to be trained by "beter" Jedi, he just wants Kanan. I fully believe the only reason he chose to be taught how to be a Jedi is for Kanan to be his father figure. He just wants family.

He does not care to be a Jedi.

His connection to the force is more like a nature and instinct connection. When we see him before he learns about the force, he still seems to do force jumps, and he connects with the force without even realizing it. He learned to use the force for survival when he was abandoned on the streets. He just didn't know it was called the force. His connection to it is animalistic and instinucation. It's his survival. Both good and bad. Nature has predators and prey, hunting each other. Dark side. It also has balance, Good side. He is a balance of dark and good, using survival of the fittest as his direction.

He is learning how to have morals, but his force connection and how he uses it is not one like the Jedi. It is more connected to nature, and nature's balance of good and bad. This is shown by his connection to animals, which shows itself best in times of questioning survival.

I'm tempted to write an essay on this.

AU where Chase meets Prowl and decides to try and make him a better cop/person. But because he is Chase, his research was on training cats, so now he sprays Prowl with water every time he does something wrong.

In response to this, Prowl tries to either a) get revenge or B) run away in increasingly fucked up ways, but can't becuase Chase has that Rescue Bots plot armor and pulls some out Griffin Rock BS out his ass which stops Prowl’s plans

Prowls losing it, Chase thinks they are best freinds.

Prowl eventually starts like the fact that Chase isn't abandoning him even after he does something horrendous.

The random urge to write a Transformers Animated Hells Kitchen AU fanfic.

I need someone to find me a fic where it's Spider-Man and Percy Jackson crossover where MJ is a Daughter of Athena, and Peter is just a normal kid who got bit by the spider. And this gave him the ability to sort of look past the mist. So now, he has been defending his Girlfriend from all the creatures hunting her down like "Wow, these are some weird ass villains."

I just realized that the Rescue Bots had no idea Optimus died. As far as they knew Optimus just didn't answer them for a few months. Also since it's implied season 4 of rb is happening around the same time as season 1 of rid2015 it means that while the Rescue Bots got to talk to Optimus through a computer Bee just had to deal with ghostly apparitions.

Yup. The Rescue Bots are kept so out of the loop.

Other things they might not know about:

- Ending of the war.

- Disappearance of Megatron.

- The entire synthetic energon situation.

- The ENTIRE dark energon shit.

- Predicons.

- The destruction of a few artifacts.

- And so much more.

(Speaking of dark energon, they also wouldn't know that zombies are a thing that could happen to them. I need more zombie apocalypse fics.)

Blades would kick ASS on Beatsaber. I’ll die on this hill. Give that bot an Oculus and a dream and he’d go for it 100%. He’d be playing the hardest songs on 200% speed half health and then be like “aw but it’s not that hard guys…”

This bot would have a slight obsession with this game. Maybe a bit more then slight.

I fully believe Blades would have like, 300 hours on the most random games on steam. He's apart of the tiniest fandoms and just randomly makes references to the game play during rescues that no one understands.

Heatwave knows all the Lore to popular and not so popular games just becuase he is forced to listen to Blades rant about them. Heatwave would also randomly bring up facts about the games, and the others just look at him like "Why do you know that." And Heatwave just sighs in defeat.

Hey man sorry for spamming your asks this is my last one I swear I was just rewatching the hypnotism episode and was like what if blades was the one to snap out of it instead of boulder??? How would that have gone? I read a fanfic about that ep that expanded on the angst for boulder and it really got the hamster wheel in my head spinning. Like mmmmm delicious angst… also I feel like if Cody was in danger blades would absolutely fight the 3 and kinda make it out in one piece mmm like imagine they snap out of hypnosis and blades is all banged up and Cody is scared??? idk idk what do u think???

I imagine it might have taken them a few more minutes to figure out what would have caused the hypnotism, mainly because Blades doesn’t think as sciencey as Boulder. But Blades would have had an easier time taking out the cell tower as he could just fly into it instead of trying to outrun all of the others. Though the angst that would have been caused after the other woke up to Blades stuck under the crumbled telephone pole having also been electrocuted when it fell on top of him would be off the charts. (Thats a complex sentence which I don’t feel like fixing lol)

Blades would 100% fight for Cody. Have you seen the stunts he is able to pull? I remember the episode where they were in a booby trapped area, and Blades had to run and jump over all the booby traps cause they were in a forest and the trees were too low for him to transform. Those skills he got would have allowed him to stand up against the rest of them easily. Yes, the others also have skills, but I feel as if the hypnotism would have downgraded their skills a bit.

Also, I feel like the show needed to expand more on the fact that this tech works on BOTH cybertronians and humans. This is absolutely terrifying.

Hey man! Had a thought of transformers rescue bots being actor au, like with them having bloopers and stunt doubles I think that would be so cute. Idk what kinda show it would be though it’s giving if the show 9-1-1 was a pg sitcom.

I need there to be like, a prank war on set between some of them.

I need more details. Are their actaully personalities like their characters? Who's actually the complete opposite? What are their working relationships?

What if the Rescue Bots alt modes aren't actually the ones shown on the show, and they have to go through their own version of hair and make up to match the alt modes?

Omg, what if Blades was Bumblebees favorite actor, and they both fan girl over eachother. I think that would be hilarious.

Weird idea, Idk if they’ve confirmed why in canon but do you think part of the reason blades is scared of heights is because he can’t glide like seekers can? Like at a certain height he knows if he lost power he wouldn’t survive the fall? Idk idk I needed to ask my fellow rescue bot scholar

I don't think that was the start of the fear, as he had the fear before he was able to fly in the first place. So he wouldn't be thinking of that. But now that he can fly, this is 100% something freaking him out. He is TERRIFIED of losing power and falling.

Poor Blades, all his altmode are based off a major fear of his. Again, someone needs to give him a hug.

Shattered Glass Rescue Bots

The Rescue Bots are a “clean up crew” who take care of things involving cleaning up crime scenes, taking out groups of people, hiding evidence, all for Optimus Prime. When something goes, Optimus sends them in.

Blades;

- Conspiracy Theorist

- Has a panic basement shelter

- He uses blades that attach to him arms

- He still hates heights and is very anxious, but will randomly go on rants about different conspiracy theories.

- He is always prepared for lidderly any scenario, like a boy scout.

- They are all slightly cannibalistic, but Blades is the most out of all of them.

Chase:

- He used to work for a crime boss. He was actually the brains behind the operation and the other mech was just the face. He also used to be the bosses personal “Enforcer”. He eventually got tired of the boss and thought the boss was swaying from the organization's ideals and them killed him. Now he works for Optimus in this group.

- He uses his connections during missions when needed.

- He's the physically strongest of the group, and will show that when necessary. He is also very smart.

- He is still a rule follower, but rules are different then morals. And he doesn't understand social norms.

- We love Chase.

Heatwave:

- He loves to torture people. Full on sadist here.

- Instead of synthesizing water, he creates a toxic and acidic poison/acid that can melt metal and it is highly deadly to cybertronians

- He is very violent and brutal.

- He likes to play with his prey.

- He is still the leader of this group.

Boulder:

- He is an engineer and scientist. He loves to see new things, and then test their limits. From seeing how much he can mutate a plant till it can't any more, to seeing how far he can push a mech's ability till his body gives out.

- He seems very kind and sweet, until he turns slightly psychotic.

- He loves to pull experiments on people, and he and Heatwave team up sometimes to take care of mechs when they have time to have some fun.

When the Rescue Bots aren't on a mission, they are next to Optimus in their dino modes acting as his favored pets. They are highly trained pets, and very spoiled.

Heyyyy I replied to ur post with the idea about having blades be berserk too cuz he’s a carnivore? Just wanted to expand on it, I’m gonna sound crazy but I think after the whole incident for awhile his skittish nature would give way to aggression? Like outside of Dino mode instead of startling he just immediately jumps to aggression/survival and he hates it. Also I think it might make Optimus and blades closer through shared suffering maybe??? Also Im trying to brainstorm the team reacting to this… I need to hear your thoughts!!! Or not no pressure!

Here's More Dino Bot AU ideas inspired by this:

Blades' dino mode has talons on it, so when people jumpscares him, he jumps up, swipes at the mech like he's trying to claw them, and then flies away.

Blades uses his beak to help clean off the other Bots.

Their red eyes mode wasn't solved, they just now have a way to reverse it when it comes on. But, the Burns family still trains the bots every now and again with the bots in this mode. That way. If they ever turn accidently, they won't go berserk.

One time, an animal runs past Blades, and instinct takes over, and he bites it, killing it. He cried for a week.

Since Blades is normally jumpy, and is now jumpy with a set of claws and a sharp beak, they always announce when they come in the room to not jump scares him.

Since Blades is a carnivore, and carnivores eat meat, he has the slight urge to drink the energon flowing through mechs. He is ignoring this and it's freaking him out. The others don't know yet.

Blades uses his wings like a shield whenever the humans are in danger.

Optimus usually naps when in Dino mode. But is easily woken up by the other dinobot calls. He acts like a very worried and protective mother.

Optimus and the team do become closer as they learn to navigate being dinosaurs. Optimus let's Blade perch on his back whenever they go on long expeditions and carries him.

Blades becomes more territorial over things, and the other bots' reactions are like how Orion Pax reacted to D-16 in the TFOne movie during that one scene when D-16 gets his alt mode.

“Oh um, okay then. That's yours, got it.”

Or

“What the hell Blades, don't growl at me.”

Depends on the day lmaooo

Eventually, they have to pull Blades from the field for a few days while he gets used to his new emotional and behavior code. He's really sad and scared. The bots try to comfort him, and they are all pissed at the world for not being made to allow Blades to be his angry Dinosaur self lol.

This is getting long, so I'll pause here. I know I went a little off topic at times, lol. But I just love the dino bots and need to talk about them more lol.

Here's your reminder that it was never specified how much of the war the Rescue Bots were aware of, so it's entirely possible that the day they find out Cybertron was restored and the day they are extremely happy to go back and visit their home is the same day the realizes everyone they have ever known and loved has died.
