Lousy writer. Random reality stuff. Anything under the sun. Thoughts said out loud.

Every second is special.
Why?
Because that exact time and date will never be repeated again. Ever.
Whatever that transpired that time will be part of history.

The saying "Health is wealth" is very popular. Hence if we treat it as it is, the choices we make would drastically be different.
The jobs we take, the jobs we create, the food we eat, the food we produce, how we sleep, how we talk to each other, how we make each other feel, how we treat each other, how we treat ourselves, how we spend our waking time, and how we rest our bodies.
But in this world, health is often disregarded. All for personal gain, we forget about health. In short, we don't care about health.
If health is wealth, then most of us are, in reality, below the poverty line.

Have you observed nature? Every creature knows exactly what they have to do. It's like us human beings are the only creatures who are out of place. We don't know what we're supposed to do. We're the only one lost.

Remember the time when we thought that this pandemic is a wake-up call and we'll learn to be better stewards of this planet?
Well, we didn't.

"Parents remain the most powerful source of social approval in a teenager's world, and they need to be mindful of that."
- Dr. Carl Pickhardt
By the time a child becomes a teenager, the parents might already have succumbed to the pressures of this world (mostly finance related), rendering their time to compensate on the things they lack (e.g. work overtime/climb the ladder, sidelines, project this and that) instead of spending time with their family, which almost always result to poor communication with their children (due to physical absence, sometimes due to absent-mindedness).
And we wonder why society is broken 🤷

Life was meant to be simple.
"There's a lot of beauty in ordinary things. Isn't that kind of the point?"

This is how (I think) a usual weekday should look like:
Sleep - 8 hours
Work - 10 hours (including commute)
Eat - 2 hours (lunch + dinner)
Workout - 1 hour
Devotion - 0.5 hour
Bath - 0.5 hour
Clean - 1 hour
Cook - 1 hour
If you live by yourself and you are trouble-free, this might be a walk in the park. But what if you're not? What if you have a demanding job? What if you are married? What if you have kids? What if you have a sick family member? What if you are sick? What if you need additional income? What if you suddenly need to pay for hospital bills? What if you have insomnia? What if after work you're already too tired to do the other things? What if you are barely coping and have no luxury to do these?
What if..... What if I told you that life is not that simple?

“There is no need for any proof. There is no need to create any. We just have to live every second to the fullest, and the traces of the path we lived will burn into the ground. That will serve as proof of our existence.”

“Planets are just places for people to stand on. Planets are just rocks. It takes people to make it a world. You can have as many “Earths” as you want. I only care about what’s inside.”
– Sakamoto Tatsuma
